Very good exercise rubber mat for equipment and is non slip.
Works indoors and outdoors, very happy with the quality of the mat and can see it last a very long time.
Hatte vorher eine Yogamatte unter dem Crosstrainer, die bald vier Lcher hatte. Diese Matte ist super, da sie tatschlich hlt und unseren Parkettboden schtzt. Den Preis finde ich happig, aber dafr hlt das wenigstens auch und es verschiebt sich auch nichts.
Ce tapis est bien conu par rapport aux tailles de vlos d’appartements ou d’autres petits quipements car sa largeur de 61 cm reste assez juste et je vous conseil de vrifier avant achat la largeur de votre matriel. Pour ce qui est de la longueur, aucun souci, il est trs long avec ses 1,73 m.

Il est assez mince et se range facilement.
Il est antidrapant donc utilisable mme sur des surfaces lisses comme le parquet ou carrelage.
Il attnue le bruit lors des exercices.
Il ne dgage pas une forte odeur de caoutchouc.
Le seul dfaut que je trouve est qu’il est difficile de faire partir la poussire qui s’y accumule lorsqu’il n’est pas rang.
Je recommande ce tapis sans problme mais attention bien vrifier les dimensions de votre quipement avant de le choisir.
Le prix indicatif au moment de mon commentaire est de 37,99 pour le tapis de 173 x 61 x 0,5 cm.

Arriva ripiegato su s stesso in una semplice bustina di plastica trasparente.
In questo modo, grazie alla cuciture che fanno da “cerniere” (una verticale e le altre orizzontali) il tappetino, quando non in uso, occupa davvero poco spazio.
Quando aperto per accoglie con un buon margine sia una cyclette da camera che una piccola panca per i pesi.
Il materiale, una spugna in pvc ad alta densit, compatta e consistente.
Assorbe peso e vibrazioni in sicurezza.
Date un’occhiata alle foto che ho postato: in quella con i “piedi”, si pu notare come il tessuto non si deformi minimamente nonostante quelli sopra siano almeno settanta chili di giovent.
Per sia chiaro: sebbene possa essere utilizzato tranquillamente anche come un classico tappetino da yoga, dato il costo, io ve ne consiglio l’acquisto soprattutto se intendete impiegarloo come cuscinetto ammortizzante per strumenti da palestra.
Se volete proteggere il vostro pavimento (e la tranquillit di chi abita sotto il vostro appartamento), allora questo quello che fa per voi.
E’ ben fatto, persino grazioso e si pulisce facilmente con un panno e uno spray igienizzante.
Insomma, costa.
Ma ne vale la pena.

This is nice and perfect for exercise and good for as a base for bike and treadmill.
But you need to be careful as it can be slippery if the floor is wet which you need to be careful of.
Tough material. I can fit my bench on top with a bit of room to put the weights on the mat beside it. Easy to fold and store. It hasn’t transferred any colour on my white carpet.
We recently purchased an exercise bike which is fairly heavy so I’ve been wanting to find a suitable mat like this one to place beneath the bike to stop it from leaving marks on the living room carpet. The mat came well packed and is very thick and sturdy so perfect to place under heavy equipment. It has a nice thick rubbery surface which offers excellent grip so I can’t fault the quality at all so this comes highly recommended.
This is thick (5mm) and robust rubber and works well at protecting floors from being marked by heavy gym equipment. Being rubber, it has a good grip on the surface underneath.
At first, I thought this was a single piece of mat, but it’s made up from 14 separate panels which interconnect. This give flexibility in designing the footprint, but it limits the effectiveness (in my opinion) of a major impact. I’ve noticed too that dust is starting to collect in the dips between the panels. This makes cleaning a bit difficult. And it’s slippery when wet.
I’m having some difficulty getting it to lie flat and this is a potential a trip hazard. But the charcoal colour does look nice, and it provides ample protection to the floor. At the higher end, pricewise.
Needed a mat for our exercise bike which has had a lot of use with the recent stay at home messages and now the winter weather and storms. This Avoalre Exercise Equipment Mat looked like a decent option and ordered on that basis.
The mat arrived in a thick plastic bag with a label inside, it was folded which was a little bit of a shock as my previous mats have all been rolled, however that proved not to be an issue. When unfolded to it’s full size on the floor it was initially reluctant to remain flat, but once the exercise bike was placed onto it and used a few times it has found its level so to speak and is now fit for purpose.
The mat would not have been large enough at 173 x 61x 0.5cm for the treadmill we have but is perfect for the exercise bike — I know there is a larger size available for that purpose. Placed on the laminated floor next to the treadmill, it does a great job of damping the vibration from the bike, and is also very comfortable to stand on between sessions. I use it also as a stable and comfortable point when performing push-ups and some seated exercises. The mat has a non-slip surface on the underside which ensures it does not move around easily — and certainly not with a weighty bike atop of it.
Overall a decent mat which is rugged but lightweight and folds down to an easily portable size — it is a little more expensive than I thought it might be — I had it down as maybe 25, but the quality is unquestionable.
Ich habe die Bodenschutzmatte bestellt zum trainieren mit Gewichten. Ich hatte schon eine hnliche Matte, weswegen ich eine gewisse Vorstellung hatte was ich mir von dieser Matte erwarte. Sie sollte etwas dmpfen, rutschfest sein auch beim schwitzen und gut auf dem Untergrund aufliegen. Also was das dmpfen angeht, da tut sie ganz gut ihren Zweck, was das rutschfest angeht – bin ich etwas gespalten. Mir fehlt da schon ab und an etwas der sichere halt und die gute Haftung. Da mir Sicherheit in dem Punkt einfach extrem wichtig ist, hat sie mich nicht gnzlich berzeugt, gerade wenn man mit viel Gewicht arbeitet. Ich habe sie dann meiner Mutter als Unterlage fr ihren Hometrainer berlassen. Da passt er von Gre, Form und Beschaffenheit super. Sie ist damit total happy. So erfllt sie dort gnzlich ihren Zweck.
Questo tappetino antiscivolo davvero un ottimo prodotto sotto tanti punti di vista, molto resistente e ben fatto ed adatto a svariati utilizzi e diversi tipi di esercizi.
Il tappetino arriva all’interno di una semplice busta in plastica e gi a primo impatto si intuisce che si tratta di un prodotto di ottima qualit.
Il tappetino realizzato in PVC con una struttura espansa che lo rende perfetto per assorbire le vibrazioni.
Grazie a questa caratteristica, questo tappetino davvero ottimo anche per essere usato sotto ai tapis roulant o alle cyclette.
Ad ogni modo, oltre ad essere in grado di assorbire vibrazioni e urti anche molto resistente.
Inoltre, il tappetino ha una superficie di appoggio antiscivolo che lo rende molto sicuro, sia per praticare esercizi a corpo libero, sia per praticare esercizi con attrezzi, cyclette etc.
Personalmente, dopo circa un mesetto di utilizzo, posso dire che questo tappetino davvero un buon prodotto, ben fatto e anche molto pratico.
Poi, bisogna dire che una volta piegato occupa davvero poco spazio ed anche pi facile da portare in giro.
Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, credo che sia un po’ pi alto rispetto alla media ma non eccessivamente considerando la qualit offerta.
Ho trovato questo tappetino un prodotto semplicemente ottimo. Con il fatto che tanti di noi hanno comprato negli ultimi due anni diversi macchinari per esercizio fisico da fare a casa, come ciclette, tapis roullant, panche e vogatori fondamentale pensare anche alle superfici sui quali questi strumenti sono stati posti. Rovinare un parquet a causa della cyclette sarebbe davvero un peccato.
Questo tappetino, con uno spessore di 5 mm e delle ottime caratteristiche di resistenza ed elasticit date dai materiali di realizzazione, ideale per essere messo al di sotto di pesanti attrezzi per esercizio fisico. Oppure potrete usarlo anche come tappetino per esercizi a corpo libero.
Un vantaggio rispetto a tanti altri prodotti che si ripiega a quadrato anzich arrotolarsi, risultando molto pi compatto e facilmente riponibile.
Ho notato per che la trama tende a catturare e intrappolare la polvere, risultando un po’ difficile da pulire, questo sul lungo, se il tappetino viene lasciato sempre a terra, potrebbe essere fastidioso.
Il principale lato negativo per secondo me il prezzo a cui viene proposto, al di sopra dei 40 euro, che a mio parere un po’ elevato. Non lo comprerei per usarlo solo come tappetino da fitness o yoga, se dovete sfruttarlo come base per un macchinario da palestra allora potrebbe essere giustificata la spesa.
Voila un bon tapis de sport qu’on peut plier pour l’amener avec nous aux sessions de sport par exemple ou encore dans la nature pour la pratique de Yoga. J’aime bien ce matriel qui fait que le tapis soit doux et a donne vraiment envie de faire du sport. On peut l’utiliser en tant que tapis de yoga, tapis pour les exercices de sport ou encore en tant que tapis sous les vlos d’appartement, car il va amortir les vibrations. Le tapis est pliable et il se dplie facilement sans laisses de traces drangeantes dans les endroits ou il a t pli. Il est stable et il ne glisse pas. Grace au fait qu’il peut tre pli, il n’occupe beaucoup de place.
Personnellement, je l’utilise en tant que tapis de Yoga et je le trouve doux et agrable. Un autre cot positif est que le tapis n’mane pas d’odeurs dsagrables.

Pro:
+ Ottima fattura e materiali;
+ Pesante, spesso, antiscivolo (sicuro);
+ Altamente protettivo;
+ Facilmente modificabile nella dimensione;

Contro:
– Puzza un po’ per 2/3 giorni;
– Insonorizzazione minima.
In pratica un tappeto fatto di diverse sezioni rettangolari (30,5×25,5cm). unite tra loro, difatti giunge ripiegato e non arrotolato.
Ottima fattura e ottimi materiali belli pesanti (2,4Kg), si presenta molto bene, materiale plastico in 2 sezioni sovrapposte, molto resistente e altamente antiscivolo.. pertanto molto sicuro in utilizzo.
Spesso circa mezzo centimetro ottimo per proteggere i pavimenti e al contempo per stabilizzare al meglio le attrezzature ginniche.
Usato sotto il mio tapis roulant perfetto, sicuramente lo sar anche per altre attrezzature.
Visto che in sezioni, eventualmente si potr anche facilmente ritagliare per renderlo su misura a seconda del bisogno, oppure dividerlo per creare punti di appoggio per i pesi o altro materiale pesante.
Appena estratto dalla sua busta di plastica emette un leggero odore di chimico.. lasciato sul terrazzo un paio di giorni e i tutto svanisce.. ce ne vorranno altri 2 prima che si spiani completamente.. dopodich resta incollato al pavimento.
Insonorizzazione direi non un gran che.. testato con il tapis roulant, con o senza tappeto il rimbombo percepito non diminuisce in maniera percettibile.
Se si ricerca la riduzione del rumore, vi sono prodotti migliori in vendita.
Buon rapporto qualit/prezzo, un prodotto duraturo, sicuro in utilizzo e si presta a vari impieghi.
Pretty good quality rubber mat, but at around 35 it’s rather expensive, given it’s not that thick and is very difficult to make stay flat when unfolded. I’m using it to stand a running machine on, so it’s fine for that purpose as those are very heavy, but I’d wonder about it being used under something significantly lighter like a bike. I’d expect it to move and slide unless it’s placed on a grippy surface like a carpet or rug. On a hard floor I wouldn’t trust it not to move. I certainly wouldn’t use it as an exercise or yoga mat: too many ridges where the folds are.
It’s also not that wide. My running machine is a comparatively small one, so just fits on this with half an inch or so to spare on each side. Most others would be too wide for this; you’d need two. I’d expect all kinds of stationary bike to fit, but rowing machines might prove too long.
Avec les confinements, l’poque, beaucoup se sont tourn vers le sport la maison. Et il faut s’quiper un minimum et surtout s’adapter avec notre logement.
Les plus:
+ Bien stable. En place il ne glisse pas.
+ Aussi efficace pour placer sous une machine pour la stabilit ainsi que la protection du sol.
Mais galement pour des exercices au sol.
+ Se plie et prend pas de place si on doit le ranger.
Les moins:
– l’odeur de caoutchouc est un peu forte. Mais s’estompe rapidement, et ensuite moins de mettre le nez dessus ce n’est pas incommodant.
– Pas facile laver correctement.
Pour conclure une solution basique mais qui fait bien son job !
Ich nutze die Bodenschutzmatte um die Lautstrke bzw. das Knallen beim ablegen von Gewichten auf hartem Boden zu vermindern. Dafr ist die Bodenschutzatte super geeignet. Das Ablegen ist deutlich leiser.
Die Matte ist dick und haftet super auf dem Boden – fr den “eigentlichen” gebrauch ist sie also super.
Alternativ nutze ich sie auch wenn ich berzge am Kabelturm mache – wir haben einen glatten Boden im Homegym und bei hohem Gewicht kommt man relativ leicht ins rutschen. Wenn man die Matte platziert rutsch man fast gar nicht mehr, da die Matte sehr gut am Boden haftet – bisher ist sie mir noch bei keiner bung verrutscht. Ich habe mich bei der Nutzung der Matte immer sehr wohl und sicher gefhlt.
Sie ist definitiv einer der besseren Matten die ich bis jetzt getestet habe.
Tappetino che ho posizionato sotto il mio tapis roulant che uso quotidianamente.
Essendo un oversize, dopo qualche tempo tutti gli spessori e i tappetini che ho usato in precedenza si sono danneggiati irrimediabilmente.
Questo tappetino invece resiste, naturalmente appaiono i segni dei piedi del mio tapis roulant, ma sono segni che non intaccano il materiale.
Gi aprendo la confezione in cui arriva ci si rende subito conto che il tappetino realizzato in un materiale molto pi pesante e duro di quello solito. Il produttore consiglia di tenerlo almeno 24 ore aperto sul pavimento, affinch possa prendere bene la sua forma, prima di usarlo.
Io lo aspiro regolarmente e lo pulisco abitualmente con un panno inumidito.
La spedizione stata celere come sempre, il pacco arrivato integro e ben imballato. Si tratta di un tappetino in PVC per attivit sportiva.

COMPOSIZIONE:
Il tappeto in PVC e non va assemblato. Il tappeto salva spazio perch pu essere ripiegato quando non lo si usa.
Il tappeto pu essere “lavato” come si fa per un qualunque tappetino da fitness (panno umido + disinfettante) e deve essere lasciato ad asciugare all’aria.
CONSIDERAZIONI COMPLESSIVE:
Il tappeto utilissimo per chi, in casa, si allena e possiede strumenti per il fitness che non vuole mettere a diretto contatto con il pavimento per evitare di rovinarlo. Nel mio caso, ad esempio, ho potuto utilizzarlo per il posizionamento della panca e manubri durante gli allenamenti sul parquet e per fare esercizi a corpo libero con le scarpe senza rovinare il tappetino da yoga. La grandezza giusta per una panca o una cyclette ma troppo piccola per un tapis roulant (almeno per il mio). Perfetta, invece, per esercizi a corpo libero ad alta intensit che prevedono salti e spostamenti perch la superficie l’ho trovata abbastanza ampia.
Lo spessore di 5 mm e l’ho trovato idoneo a proteggere il pavimento dagli attrezzi ed abbastanza comodo anche per lo svolgimento di esercizi a corpo libero a terra, anche se preferisco comunque usare anche quello specifico per lo yoga che pi morbido, posizionandoli uno sull’altro. antiscivolo quindi anche facendo esercizi senza scarpe si riesce a compierli senza perdere l’equilibrio.
In conclusione l’ho trovato resistente e utile, non ha dato degni di usura anche utilizzandolo a contatto con gli attrezzi. Non fornito un sacco in cui riporlo quando inutilizzato ma ho trovato comodissima la possibilit di piegarlo per nasconderlo sotto una cassettiera quando non lo uso. Per la pulizia ci pass sopra l’aspirapolvere. Lo lavo diluendo in acqua del disinfettante e fino a ora non si scolorito o macchiato. Lasciando la finestra aperta si sciupa in circa una mezz’oretta.
Rapporto qualit-prezzo buono e i materiali di cui fatto mi sembrano di buona qualit. Il prezzo di circa 37 (al momento della recensione) lo trovo leggermente alto rispetto ad altri prodotti di questo tipo al pari di caratteristiche e dimensioni.

A solid quality non slip exercise equipment mat that works great in protecting the floor underneath my 40kg exercise bike.
The material is nice and thick and is really easy to clean, not that anything other than sweat makes contact with it.
When it’s removed from the packaging, it will have several lines indicating areas where it was folded so after a bit of use, it’ll return to a nice flat surface.
This mat does what I need it to do and it feels comfortable to use on it’s own so I have no issue recommending this at it’s price.

A very high quality mat, though somewhat on the stiffer side, for some reason I thought it was going to be softer. I have used it as a base, then put my yoga mat on top with my dumbbells on this mat section, but too hard to skip on without cushioned trainers. It’s great to stop damaging the laminate floor and as the mat is designed to be folder in sections, it packs away easily.
It definitely has the chops to endure a weights bench or other exercise machine, highly durable and waterproof. A great product and worth the price.
The colour is nice, a dark charcoal grey that feels quite smart and neutral and matches our rowing machine.
What the product photos don’t quite show in full, in my opinion, is how this mat is made up of fourteen separate panels. It’s not just a pattern, it is connected pieces, and this ends up being a disadvantage I think. For a start I feel like it will limit the protective capability against a really big impact.
It also won’t take long for dust and debris to start to accumulate in the dips between each of the panels, so it’s going to take extra cleaning compared to a single-panel mat.
It also (also) means that the mat is surprisingly reluctant to lie flat for first use. Compared to yoga mats and other easy-to-roll items, this is quite difficult to get tidy initially. It arrives folded in a plastic bag, and as you unfold it, the long spine section of the mat is inclined to lift up off the floor. You have to put the heavy equipment on it for a while before it agrees to flatten out, and even then, at the edges ours is still poking up a little bit (a very slight trip hazard).
To protect the floor under your gym equipment, you definitely need something like this. My only gripe is that I’m still struggling to get this to sit flat and look smart.
Mio nonno diceva sempre: “Non c’ posto pi bello che stare a casa propria”, credo abbia ragione, perch scomodarsi per andare in palestra quando puoi averla a casa tua? Ho sempre utilizzato i classici tappetini da yoga (quelli che si arrotolano), ma prendono tutti la forma del corpo e a lungo andare si bucano/strappano. Questo tappetino invece la svolta per poter fare comodamente ginnastica da casa, in quanto semplice, ma allo stesso tempo curato nei minimi dettagli. Arriva in una sacchetta richiudibile in modo da riporlo alla fine di ogni esercizio, evitando l’accumulo di polvere; esso, una volta piegato, occupa pochissimo spazio. in PVC ed in grado di attutire i colpi e ridurre rumori, ma anche impermeabile e antiscivolo, lavabile con una spugna. adatto da mettere al di sotto di attrezzi come ad esempio l’ellittica in modo da non rovinare il pavimento. Insieme al tappetino arriva anche un libretto di istruzioni multilingue. Insomma, un ottimo prodotto super consigliato, dal prezzo pi che adeguato.
E’ un tappeto antiscivolo realizzato in PVC a due strati con uno spessore totale di 5 cm., serve principalmente per appoggiare attrezzature da palestra: macchinari e pesi.
Gi al tatto si capisce subito l’ottima fattura, la superficie a contatto con il pavimento antiscivolo e anche se di sopra gli piazziamo degli attrezzi pesanti il tappeto non flette minimamente.
Lo sto utilizzando per il mio talis roulant, mi sto trovando molto bene con l’oggetto perch oltre a mantenere il macchinario ben saldo attutisce il funzionamento rendendo il disturbo acustico causato dalle vibrazioni pi sostenibile.

Wie es der Titel schon sagt, prinzipiell ist diese Bodenschutzmatte nicht schlecht aber:
– auch nach Tagen im ausgepackten Zustand liegt die Matte nicht plan auf dem Fuboden
– trocken hat man einen guten Halt auf der Matte aber Ist es durch Schwei mal etwas nass rutscht man recht schnell
Das war es dann aber auch schon mit meinem “meckern”. Das Material an sich ist wie beschrieben und auch nach einer lngeren Zeit habe ich bislang keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Der Preis von 37,99 (Januar 2022) fr die 173 x 61CM Variante wre aber das allerhchste was ich ausgeben wrde hierfr. Es sei auch gesagt das jeder vor dem Bestellen seine bentigte Breite misst. Alle Gerte die ich habe sind fr die “kleine” Variante quasi zu breit 🙂
Als VINE-Stimme konnte ich eine dieser Matten kostenfrei Ausprobieren. Ich hoffe sehr das dem einen oder anderen meine Rezension hier hilft um sich ein besseres Bild vom Produkt zu machen.

Il tappeto presenta ottime doti antiscivolo e protegge con efficacia il pavimento da eventuali graffi, impatti e simili. Il materiale ad alta densit fornisce un ottimo appoggio per cyclette, tapis roulant ed attrezzature simili. Ben si presta anche per esercizi a corpo libero.
Consiglio di stendere il prodotto qualche tempo prima dell’utilizzo per permetterli di riprendere la forma originale. Al primo utilizzo consigliabile far arieggiare l’ambiente in quanto il tappeto emette un forte odore di gomma che comunque tende a scemare con l’utilizzo.
Un prodotto funzionale e ben realizzato ma che reputo dal rapporto qualit/prezzo leggermente migliorabile.
Schnelle Lieferung und sichere Verpackung – die Ware kam binnen 36 Stunden nach der Bestellung an. Es handelt sich hierbei um die nagelneue, ungeffnete Ware, also – kein Retour.
Diese Matte erinnert mich sehr an die alte Decken, die meine Oma so gemocht hat. In etlichen Sektoren aufgeteilte Feder und Daunen – ihr wisst schon was ich meine. Fr die Decke war es allerdings normal, doch bei einer Bodenschutzmatte ist dieser Form schon etwas gewhnungsbedrftig. Genau dieser Form lsst es nicht zu, dass die Matte als Unterlegematte fr einen Crosstrainer, oder halt einen Fahrrad Trainingsgert dient. Denn, erstens, so ganz rutschfest ist sie nicht und zweitens, man braucht schon eine quasi perfekte Stelle in dem Raum erwischen, wo das Trainingsgert sich nicht mal einen Zentimeter bewegt. Mein Crosstrainer bewegt sich schon etwas, da ich ber 100 kg wiege und wird auf dieser Matte sehr wackelig. Das gleiche betrifft auch meinen Rudelgert, – auch da zeigt die Matte, dass sie nicht so sehr rutschfest ist und ich rudele bei der bung quasi wortwrtlich durch die Wohnung.
Wo diese Matte aber wirklich gut passt, habe ich herausgefunden. Nmlich, unter einer Langhantel. Hier ist die Matte bestens geeignet, denn sie lsst aufgrund der Form nicht zu, dass die Hantel weg rollt. Somit kann ich absolut entspannt die Hantel auf die Matte legen und mal auf die Toilette laufen, ohne sich Sorgen zu machen, dass die Hantel weg rollt. Auch die kleinen Hanteln lassen sich auf dieser Matte bestens unterbringen, was mich echt sehr gefreut hat.
Bedeutet: wir bekommen eine groe schwarze Matte einer unorthodoxen Form, die nicht ganz rutschfest ist und somit keine gute Idee fr einige Trainingsgerte wre. Stellt man etwas darauf, was viel wiegt und sich nicht bewegen muss, so ist diese Matte in Ordnung und schtzt den Boden tatschlich sehr gut. Somit liegt eine faire Note fr diese Ware irgendwo zwischen 3 und 4 Sterne. In meinem Fall sind das 4 Sterne, weil die Matte auf jeden Fall bei den Hanteln zu gebrauchen ist.

Nice two layer mat. I initially thought this was a bit on the thin side, but after receiving it and using it, it’s actually quite nice. It comes all folded up into squares, like the rolled up mats do, this means it takes a while to fully flatten. While it does the job it’s worth considering the slightly wider one for better floor coverage.
Die Matte ist recht stabil und lang. Fr mein Ergometer htte sie tatschlich halb so lang sein knnen. Aber sonst erfllt die Matte ihren Zweck.
Nach dem Auspacken unbedingt erst einen Tag auslften lassen, der Geruch war echt unangenehm.
Ich kann diese Bodenschutzmatte fr Heimtrainer, Sportgerte sehr empfehlen.

Die Bodenschutzmatte wird zusammengefaltet ausgeliefert. Sie ist recht schwer. Die gute Qualitt zeigt sich dann im praktischen Einsatz. Ich habe sie unter meinem Stairmaster Stepper gelegt und so wird der Boden zuverlssig geschtzt und das Gert vor dem Verschieben geschtzt. Viel besser als meine bisherige Bodenschutzmatte. Bei Nichtgebrauch kann man sie wieder zusammenfalten. Preis und Leistung passen perfekt. Volle Punktzahl.
Il est propos pour le sportifs et/ou pour les appareils de sport. C’est un long tapis, plus long que large et il se plie (on a d’ailleurs les marques des pliures lorsqu’on le dplie). Il ne prend pas de place une fois pli (on peut le glisser sous un canap ou bien le ranger derrire un canap ou entre le mur et un meuble), mais je vous conseille soit de le laisser dans votre salle de sport si vous devez vous dplacer pour pratiquer votre sport car il reste lourd.
J’avais le choix entre le positionner sous mon vlo et le laisser en permanence dessous mais ce n’est pas l’option que j’ai choisie car mon vlo est tellement lourd, qu’il ne glisse pas sur les carreaux et n’a jamais abm mon carrelage. De plus, l’ide de laisser un tapis en permanence sous un appareil sportif et tre gne pour le mnage, me dplaisait. C’est donc un tapis qui nous sert pour le sport la maison, les tirements au sol, les abdos.
Il adhre bien au sol il est en PVC et a une paisseur de 5mm : a parat peu mais c’est suffisamment pais pour m’isoler du froid et de la duret du carrelage.
Sauf si on met le nez dessus, l’odeur dgage par le tapis n’est pas incommodante d’autant qu’il est crit sur la notice qu’elle finira par s’estomper.
Il est conseill de nettoyer le tapis avec un petit chiffon humide.

Cet excellent tapis remplit parfaitement son rle. Il empche tout drapage de mon home-trainer grce sa structure trs dense et rsistante qui prvient toute dchirure. Il vite aussi de marquer le parquet. J’apprcie le fait que la surface soit impermable ce qui vite de tacher le tapis avec une boisson pour le sport par exemple. Ce tapis permet aussi de pratiquer le yoga et le renforcement musculaire puisqu’il est assez pais pour que ces pratiques puissent se faire confortablement. Come primissima impressione il Tappetino presenta uno stile molto semplice e dalla colorazione monocromatica, mentre dal punto di vista qualitativo ben rifinito e soprattutto si contraddistingue dalle dimensioni (173 x 61 x 0.5 cm) piuttosto generose, quantomeno tali da permettere di distendersi e svolgere comodamente i vari esercizi, stesso discorso per lo spessore
(0.5 cm) che attenua adeguatamente il contatto con la relativa superficie di appoggio e rendendo il tutto estremamente comodo e confortevole quanto basta.
Nello specifico realizzato in PVC in modo da offrire la giusta resistenza e protezione per la superficie sottostante e che tra l’altro risulta essere inodore, mentre al tatto abbastanza morbido ed elastico da garantirne un confort di tutto rispetto, inoltre entrambe le facce dispongono del consueto sistema antiscivolo che ne garantisce una buona aderenza e stabilit, unica pecca rappresentata dalla mancanza di un’apposita custodia che in effetti rappresenta un dettaglio non proprio di poco contro considerando anche il prezzo complessivo!.

Tappetino da palestra facile da utilizzare ed anche comodo perch completamente ripiegato e si pu rotolare in base alle necessit viene ripiegato quindi sempre a quadrato che pu diventare un rettangolo oppure pi grande in base alle esigenze ha una densit alta Perfetto quindi per allenamento a corpo libero o a tenere sotto ad un attrezzatura macchinario tipo cyclette tapis roulant o stepper in modo che i vicini non sento niente
Ce tapis pliable arrive — logiquement — pli, et prendra un peu de temps (24h d’aprs la notice, davantage selon mon exprience) pour retrouver une forme sans montagnes russes au niveau des pliures. Ils parlent aussi d’une odeur qui peut tre prsente l’ouverture pendant une dure identique, mais dans mon cas j’ai trouv que a ne sentait rien.
Il est extrmement lourd, donc mme s’il est prsent comme tapis de yoga, il s’agira d’un tapis destin rester la maison, pas tre trimball dans un cours ( moins de vouloir doubler la sance par un peu d’haltrophilie).
Je l’utilise pour ma part sous un rameur eau, et c’est parfait : l’paisseur consquente du tapis amortit bien la brutalit de certains mouvements et vite que le rameur n’avance tout seul dans la pice chaque retour de rame, ce qui autrement finit par laisser des traces peu distingues sur un parquet en point de Hongrie.
Ho provato anche ad utilizzare i classici tappetini di fitness o da yoga (quelli arrotolati per intenderci) solo che il fatto che vengano tenuti arrotolati non li rende particolarmente comodi perch tendono a ritornare alla forma arrotolata.
Questo tappetino in realt composto da diversi pannelli termosaldati che si aprono e grazie al peso (decisamente alto) si ancorano perfettamente al pavimento e rimango in piano.
Lo spessore tale da conferire una ottima sensazione di robustezza, al punto che potete tranquillamente utilizzarli con qualsiasi carico “pesante” senza particolari pensieri.
Per me davvero un ottimo prodotto che vale ogni singolo centesimo!

La premire bonne surprise , contrairement mon ancien tapis de sport est que celui ci ne dgage quasi pas d’odeur ,ou alors il faut vraiment aller y plonger le nez .
La deuxime est que une fois pli il est peine plus grand qu’un format A4 sur 7 10 cm d’paisseur si on le tasse ou pas , ce qui est bien moins encombrant que les tapis qui se roulent et il prend d’ailleurs sa forme plat tres rapidement .Il n’y a pourtant pas de faiblesse au niveau de jonctions
C’est un tapis de sol de 5 mm d’paisseur et qui n’a rien envier en robustesse mon autre tapis plus pais ,son poids total est de 2.4 kilos . Je ne l’ai pas encore test dans la dure mais il ne me semble pas du tout craindre mme les quipement de fitness lourds , je l’utilise pour supporter mon home trainer . Une fois la sance termine le tout se range en un temps record.
La matire utilise me fait penser du noprne mais plus rigide que celui des combinaisons de plonge , la diffrence que l’on y trouve un relief 3D , ce qui empche au tapis de glisser sur le sol et donne une bonne rugosit la couche suprieure . Je le trouve d’ailleurs bien mieux adapt aux semelles qu’aux pieds nus .
Il est compos de trois couches , deux de mousse pleines de micro-bulles d’air , c’est bien pour l’amorti et d’une feuille impermable la base .
Die Bodenschutzmatte ist eine etwas andere Alternative zu einer Gymnastikmatte. Sie ist hrter, fester als die weichen Yogamatten, man kann also auch Gerte darauf abstellen und so den Boden schtzen. Auerdem wird sie nicht zusammen gerollt sondern sie lsst sich zusammen falten und lsst sich so gut lagern und transportieren.
Das Material macht einen sehr robusten und belastbaren Eindruck. Die Matte liegt rutschfest und die Textur untersttzt bei Bodenbungen einen festen Halt fr Hnde und Fe. Mir gefllt sie und ich empfehle sie gerne weiter!
