Headphones are a tight fit so hurt after a while. People have noted that I sound like I’m under water despite the microphone being a sensible distance from my mouth. Microphone a bit too flexible and I can see it bending too far. Sound quality for me is excellent and being Bluetooth is super useful

I was really looking forward to getting these as I thought it said they were comfortable. The sound is great. They say crystal clear, however they hurt after wearing them a while. I have to wear them for 9 1/2 hours so I’m looking for clarity and comfort… I really need something completely over the ears with out having to break the bank. Great sound but not good at all for comfort on long wear.

I’ve been through so many plug in usb headsets over the years, and I have to say, these are the best I’ve used in terms of comfort, durability and design. I can be hard on products, and these I really love.

I expected less, but got a great headphone setup for playing War Thunder. Also as a bonus to that, music sounds pretty decent too on these phones. Cable is about 3-4 meters long which is perfect for my system (I sit on a settee and play computer games from there) . for the money these are a good buy

This headset is perfect for zoom calls as they are quite cheap but seem better quality than expected. They come in a handy black plush drawstring bag for storage. The ear pieces are padded and quite comfortable. There is a control switch on the lead for volume and to mute yourself and the other caller. This happens without any interference or clicking which is good for this sort of headset. Wish I had had these over a year ago! They will make zoom calls more private and tolerable if you can turn some people off if you know what I mean!

    Perfect headset for zoom calls

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is an excellent product for the price. I have used this device for a number of video calls and the sound quality is excellent on both ends with no breaking up. There was no decrease in sound quality when using the USB computer connection or with the aux jack in the cell phone. The only things that could be improved are the volume and ear piece comfort. The volume on its lowest setting is still a bit loud for me even with the computer volume turned down. The earpieces are like little pillows and get uncomfortable with longtime wear. If they were a bit concaved so they did not put as much pressure on your ears it would be better. Overall, the sound quality is better than most higher cost headphones I have tried and colleagues say it is much clearer on their end as well. A+ for sound quality. Comfort gets a B but I think the sound quality with the price point outweigh the slight comfort issue with the ear pads. Overall these headphones are worth getting if you need a good quality headset for working with online meetings.

Bought this for my new work from home job and it works like a dream. Very comfortable and the noise canceling works well. The volume control and mute button is really nice as well. Definitely recommend.

What it says on the Box, Works great for the Price! I used it on Zoom without earphones and it Didn’t echo back to the other person, they didn’t hear themselves echo back so that is really good, also sound quality is good, Picture is Very acceptable, works well in dimmer rooms too, but is better in a well lit room

    Works Great for Price!

Working from home, upgraded my set up to two monitors and shut the laptop (space at a premium). Needed to replace the laptop camera but didn’t want to spend too much. This fits the bill. Easy to set up, hangs over my screen quite well and has a privacy slide too. Added bonus is it comes with a nifty little tripod which on its own is worth having.
Had no problems with sound or video on Teams calls. What more can you ask.

    Works fine for Teams calls

This is a really great camera especially considering how cheap it is! I haven’t tried it for photos and honestly wouldn’t assume it’d be that good for then, but for video calls it’s fine! Not the clearest image I’ve ever seen obviously, but it’s definitely better than others around the same price point.

easy to use plug and play camera, didn’t have to download any software, just plugged it in and started using it. very slightly grainy but I wasn’t expecting any better (was actually expecting worse for the price and was pleasantly surprised). also comes with a free tripod which is very manoeuvrable and stands safely even if the table is slightly knocked or bumped. also the slide is very useful and completely covers up the lense

I bought this as wasnt bothered about anything fancy but didnt want to get the cheapest (i.e. under 10) The quality us really good. It gives a wide clear and bright image. Im sat 50 cm away and it gets my head and almost full torso in and in the backround you can see clear details on the tables behind and on the walls 3 metres away. Mine sits snug on top of my 27 inch monitor and I forget that its there. I love the privacy slide so you know that Mark suckerberg is not watching you – although he might be listening in?

I bought it for a simple camera for my PC and I was going to get a simple mic. No need the microphone quality is great, loud and clear for meetings and recording no fuss videos. Also used it for church on Sunday – Me and my wife played piano and guitar on zoom just using this little fellow to record both audio and visual. Sound was aparently great and the picture was much better than what we were used to using out laptops. Even got some compliments on the music and so it must have sounded decent to those listening.

Highly recommended – My son who laughed at me for spending so little was equally impressed and so we bought a 2nd one for him as it was much smaller in size than the doubly expensive ‘4k’ one he had previouslly bought and better quality – he sent the more expensive one back and kept this.

    Excellent quality for the price

I bought this camera because I was fed up with the poor quality of my laptop’s inbuilt camera, and needed something to attach to my monitors when in office for work (laptop lid closed). I was initially skeptical of the price point – surely something so low cost would be inferior quality right?

Wrong. I’ve just unboxed this, plugged it into my laptop (running Windows 10) and it just ‘worked’. The quality of the image is impeccable; clear and crisp, and a rather nifty auto-focus set to work straight away to get the best image possible.

I tried the clip on the laptop lid first – it held it relatively securely and I have no doubt it’ll be perfect when I attach it to my bigger monitors. The tripod that comes with the camera is the best bit though – even with the legs together to get the tallest height, it doesn’t wobble or feel like it’s going to tip over.

I haven’t tried the mic or the speakers yet, but for me this wasn’t really what I was needing anyway. I just genuinely can’t get over this little gem… I love a bargain, especially when the product is such amazing quality…!!

    How is this so cheap?!!

The final image you get depends entirely of the app/application you are using, monitor settings and what video card you have. The claimed resolution of 2.5K is hard to be proven considering the image quality usingthe standard win10 camera app with a branded HD 24″ 60Hz monitor. This frills free camera has autofocus which actually works. The tripod is a nice thrown in extras, and a useful accessory indeed if your monitor has an almost rimless screen.
The camera itself looks good and seems to be made from quality plastic.
The lens cover for added privacy (if you really believe in that) may reasure some users.
For the price, it is perfect for the pragmatic, non picky individuals requiring a webcam for chatting and perhaps taking screenshots of documents at times.

    good price-quality

This is probably one of the best and cheapest webcams you can buy (12.99). For my usecase which is general meetings and calls, the quality is excellent. There is little to no lag in the picture and fast movements such as hand waving does not blur entirely. I did not notice any orange tinge or too much grain or fisheye effects on the face. In a completely dark room with the only lightsource being from my monitors, the image does become grainy but still clear enough for me.

Autofocus seems to work and I have not tested the mic as I dont need it. The mount works well with my screens and the tripod is a handy extra that not many competitors provide. The privacy cover slides smoothly and the ball joint for positioning the camera feels sturdy so I am confident it will not change positions once set. For streamers and gamers, you probably could improve it further to stream quality with OBS but I haven’t tried.

Overall, really happy with this product, at 12.99 you basically get equivalent or better image quality than webcams 3x the price! Lets hope the product lasts in the long ru

Waited to try it ‘in anger’. For the price, it gives a good clear picture and picks up audio well. 360 degree rotation plus an easily adjustable clip for vertical angle adjustment makes it easy to set up the video. Auto-focus/brightness/privacy is useful as well for the people I bought it for [elderly so needs to be as ‘plug & play’ as possible] but I suspect I’d be more inclined to use it in manual adjust mode.

A really nice quality image, and quite easy to set up. However, there are no proper instructions, and it is supposed to be “plug and play”. However, it is not quite as easy as that. It would be nice if the instructions were a little clearer on this point (and printed also in larger text).

When you plug it in (which even I managed to do), nothing happens. In fact, this is as intended, I guess. You are supposed to (presumably) go straight onto your zoom or other call without actually checking that the image is good, or that you have adjusted the tripod to the correct height, tilt, lighting and alignment etc. However, if you first want to check these things, then you need to search for the App (e.g. Camera) before going on your call. However, if you do this, and then go on the call, the other participants will not be able to see you. When you try to allow video, you are told that another app is using your device or similar message. But that is you!…blocking yourself! So when it says “plug and play” in some descriptions, indeed you can do the “plug” part, but let your zoom do the “play” part!

Great little camera, good quality and works fine without any software downloading just plugged it in and can use it straight away. I was fed up having to open my laptop to take video calls when I have two screens as you can see in the photo, so this has made working from home much easier. Also the sliding window shutter and tripod very handy.

    Easy to use

Having previously bought a budget webcam from this manufacturer, was keen to try this model.
It boasts improved video quality and audio quality and in this respect it doesn’t disappoint.
It improves on the audio shortcomings of the cheaper model significantly, although still isn’t going to be as effective as a dedicated microphone closer to the mouth.
They’ve done away with the annoying red LED on the cheaper model which makes this much easier to live with. Monitor mount is good too.
Only minor niggle is USB lead being slightly too short for my setup.
In all – very good for the money.

    Good video quality - impressed

Received this evening. It’s fine. Totally acceptable image quality, nothing super special but good low light performance. Better at 1440p than 1080p, which is more grainy, especially in shadows which have a slight blue cast which is normal for high iso. With decent lighting I think it would be really clear and detailed.

One thing not mentioned in the ad is the mount is a ball joint, so you don’t just have 360 rotation, you also have sideways tilt – a nice bonus if you’ve wonky surfaces!

For the money I can’t fault it and the privacy shield is a welcome touch. Will find out what it like on long meetings on Wednesday and update if any issues. Connected straight away, no glitches.

Great value webcam with welcome privacy cove

Excellent Product to use. I was worried about the clarity which out classed the webcams in the same price range. I have tried with multiple desktops and it works like a charm !! Compatible with all the video conference apps such as Zoom , WebEx and Teams !! Perfectly fits the monitor top ! A must buy !!

Excellent Clarity, Build and Quality !!
