Built of a really strong material, simple to use, links up very quick after once paired with your phone.
I bought it to use it at work while I drive in the store. 12hrs shift no problem, without charging. Loud enough and the sound quality is fair enough for me. I can attach to my belt so I have no worries I will leave it somewhere or lose it.

Loud, long battery life. Shows the time.

Does what you need it to do and the best part is the radio bring back the radio to my kitchen at home rather then a Bluetooth playlist which connecting to is super easy

Considering its size. And considering it cost a tenner. It’s a fantastic speaker. Bought purely to have some music while loading at work. Can’t complain at all.

If you or someone you are buying a gift for does a lot of gardening or works outdoors, and they enjoy listening to music whilst doing it, I highly recommend this 🙂

Small but very loud! I actually love the size, it is pretty much pocket size, and looks a bit like a mini petrol can. It’s robust and looks like it will stand up to being used outdoors. Rainproof, so if it starts raining you’re not worried about it breaking. Easy to connect your phone too, my husband isn’t the most techy person but he managed this fine.

Super happy with the price, 10.99 at the time of my review, I would of been happy paying that for this. It is a fab speaker, great sound quality and small enough to be in your pocket. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.

This portable speaker has every feature one can ask for. This pint-sized speaker can reproduce quality sound and it can be loud if you want it to be. The LED display tells useful information including the time and level of battery charge. I have not yet had the chance to test the speaker’s waterproofness, I will have to take the manufacturer’s word for its effectiveness. The speaker has a strong outer shell and chamfered edges.
I found the user manual that came with the product was very informative. It told me about the uses for the buttons on the side of the speaker, locations of the USB-C type charging port and the built-in microphone, plus more.
Connecting my smartphone to the portable speaker via “Bluetooth” was quick and easy. Once connected, I was able to control the portable speaker’s sound volume via my smartphone’s sound volume control. If the portable speaker’s sound volume was not loud enough, it could be increased further by using the portable speaker’s own sound volume control which has 30 levels.
I kept the portable speaker some distance away from my smartphone; I left my smartphone downstairs and I went upstairs with the portable speaker. The “Bluetooth” connection was stable and the sound from the portable speaker remained clear and loud.
I was able to answer incoming calls via the portable speaker by pressing the “play” button on the portable speaker. I could hear the caller’s voice loud and clear. However, for the caller to hear my voice clearly, I had to hold the portable speaker close to my mouth like a walkie-talkie and to speak directly into the portable speaker’s built-in microphone. I found its built-in microphone not effective at picking up my voice.
The portable speaker was effective at picking up FM radio signal and the sound quality was very good.
I would recommend this portable speaker to you. 5 stars

I saw on TV that someone installed a waterproof TV into their shower room. Well with this speaker and my iPhone I created the same experience.

The speaker has a solid loop at the top so I tie the speaker to my toiletry tower with ribbon and a hook. The hook is for quick release when I need to charge it.

When going for a shower I simple press the on button on the speaker and in seconds it makes a beep sound. That sound means it’s automatically paired with my iPhone via Bluetooth.

Now prop my iPhone on top of toiletry tower in view of the shower. Have my favourite music video compilation playing. All music is quality great base sound. I can see the music video too from inside the shower.

    True luxury experience.

I then when finish take my iPhone out with me with speaker automatically switching off later itself. Perfect!!!!
    Update
I’ve been using this for about a month. I can’t highly enough about it. I can’t believe it’s that price and the ease of use and quality of the sound. I’m a reviewer so have not paid for this. Now I’m buying one for the bedroom. It’s so seamless to use. Being so small and cute in size. So robust in design. I think this is the best value for money product I’ve reviewed.

A months or two later I’m buying another one for the kitchen. I can then Bluetooth my iPhone to that speaker. It’s sooo cute, robust, great base in the sound and very easy to use.

YSYFAD Portable Wireless Bluetooth Shower Speaker
The YSYFAD Portable Bluetooth Speaker comes in a small colour printed cardboard box. Inside is the speaker, a USB charging lead, an aluminium carabiner and a set of instructions. The speaker is claimed to be IPX7 waterproof, a somewhat ambiguous rating but suffice to say it has some level of water resistance.
The speaker has a 1000mAh rechargeable cell to provide up to a claimed 15 hours of playtime. Charging is by connecting the USB-C lead into the socket under a rubber cover on top of the speaker. It has a built-in microphone to allow hands-free calling on a connected phone. It is possible to have two of these YSYFAD speakers connected simultaneously for stereo sound. There is also a built-in FM radio for receiving your favourite FM stations. And Bluetooth 5.0 should provide an extended range when connected to another Bluetooth device.
Pairing the speaker to a Bluetooth enabled phone is as simple as turning it on, finding the speaker in the found devices (in this case FO25) and pairing it. Once connected, sound will issue from the YSYFAD speaker for as long as the Bluetooth option is selected. The volume can be adjusted from the phone or the speaker using the multi-function buttons on the side. Speaking of the buttons, these perform several functions depending on what is currently selected and how long they are pressed. The buttons will turn the speaker on, adjust the volume, select a track, change the radio station, switch modes (radio or speaker) and control a phone conversation. All of the features are briefly explained in the included instructions, I suggest you keep them safe somewhere for future reference.
After pairing the YSYFAD speaker and selecting some music on my phone, the sound coming from the unit was quite good. High and mid-tones are reproduced with a fair degree of clarity but I wouldn’t describe the bass reproduction as “Extra Bass” but it isn’t bad for such a small speaker, especially in this price range. It is capable of creating quite a high volume output but the sound becomes a bit distorted at higher settings. Anything up to about three quarters (23 of 30 on the display) is reasonable, above that, it can be a bit disagreeable except maybe outside in the open.
For a small Bluetooth speaker, hands-free phone unit and radio at only nine pounds (at the time of this review) the YSYFAD device is remarkable value. It’s not Hi-Fi but hey, just nine pounds has got to be good value. I have no reason to give less than five stars and to recommend it.

This is one of those products that’s left me speechless. This little Bluetooth speaker is excellent value for the money, not only is it well built, robust, waterproof and good quality, it also sounds incredible good for its size even at max volume level without distortion and not only is it Bluetooth but has AM/FM radio too plus a built in clock when turned on. The battery lasts a good few hours and doesn’t take ages to charge to full either.

I am super impressed with this mini speaker, I have a few of these small portable Bluetooth speaks but these out shine even my most expressive ones.

This is one tough little speaker. At the time of this review, it is priced at a pence shy of 10, so I think it is worth every penny. It is ruggedly built so can handle some rough handling including exposure to the elements. The sound quality is good, sounding about as good as my other speaker which costs 18.

But it has to be said, at this price who cares?
For the FM radio it could do with an aerial, because the signal is very poor and searching for a station is difficult.
But as a bluetooth speaker it is rather good. Easy to pair and good quality sound. Quite small and extremely light – ideal for camping and suchlike.
The manual is a bit tricky in places – badly translated, but it isn’t rocket science and I got there eventually.

This is a small, light, IPX7 waterproof bluetooth speaker with a built in autotuning FM radio. It comes in a decent box (i’d be happy giving it as a gift) with a USB charging cable, a carabina (quite a light weight one, it would be fine for hanging the speaker up in a tent, or from a branch but I wouldn’t trust it anywhere the speaker could get lost, such as clipping it to the outside of a rucksack while walking) and a sheet of instructions. The instructions were quite good, but the section on tuning the radio isn’t as clear as it could be although a second read through improved things.

Once unpacked the speaker feels quite tough, the plastic casing is quite rigid although it does feel quite light, the five buttons are orange rubber embossed with their function and theres a red led screen on the front. The design has a moulded in loop & looks a little bit like a minature jerry can. Turning it on for the first time it goes into BT pairing mode, pairing was quick and easy, reconnection since then has always been rapid with no problems. Charging is via a USB C socket, however the specification says that it charges at 1 amp which seems a wasted opportunity. One criticism here is that the charging light is a tiny LED next to the socket and the socket is deeply recessed with a rubber cover making the charging light hard to see.

As a vanilla Bluetooth Speaker, it’s actually really good for the price. Sound is clear, bass is excellent and the volume is impressive without suffering from distortion. The speaker is 10W in a form factor where 3W is common and the extra power is noticeable in drive more than volume. As an FM radio it also delivers pretty well, it has auto tuning and despite the lack of an external aerial I found it tuned accurately & sounded great. Finally there’s the clock, it’s easy to set & keeps the correct time, so yay, but it turns off when the speaker is off, doesn’t have any alarm clock or sleep features and if you’re not currently playing music is often just going to be telling you it’s on pause, so it isn’t the most useful of features.

One point of note is that oddly the volume/channel up button is at the bottom & the volume/channel down button at the top! But this little niggle aside it’s a very competent little speaker with good sound at a fantastic price and ideal where you want to listen to music but save space or weight.

However, this speaker has another trick up it’s sleeve provided you have two of them, and I was so impressed by the one I received for review purposes and so surprised by the below ten pound price tag that I bought a second one to try it. With two speakers they can be paired to give real stereo sound and the result is impressive with great channel separation and no lag between speakers, aided by the fact that you can position them wherever is best without worrying about wires. Once paired the speakers need to be turned on individually but the volume and power button on either will then control both. Oddly this function doesn’t work with the FM radio function, switching to radio unpairs them, but through bluetooth the result was superb. If your music is stored digitally this is a really good way to have proper stereo sound without worrying about speaker wires and with the added advantages of portability and taking up very little space.

On it’s own this is a superb low cost speaker, in a pair it reaches another level.

    As described and as advertised.

Nicely packaged and would make a nice gift!

Easy to pair and connects quickly and easily.

No lags or drops with BT connection.

Good battery life – easy to charge and we really like the battery indicator that shows you how much battery is left.

Carabiner included for hanging up on shower rack.

    IPX7 – so waterproof!

Good sound quality for listening to music or podcast in the shower.

Clear LED screen for clock of radio station preset number/tuning frequency – just no decimal point!

We would have scored this 5 stars but the radio lets it down – firstly the volume is too high when you change to radio mode and it doesn’t remember volume settings. Plus presets are not individually programable and it picks up a lot of stations with a lot of static. Whilst we like the idea of the radio it would have been 5 stars without it! or 5 stars with better presets and tunability.

Considering that some speakers will go for 100, this speaker is fantastic value (currently 9.99). I was very impressed that the time came on straightaway and was accurate. Charging is easy and the speaker is robust. The sound quality is great – obviously it’s not The Best but for under a tenner you can’t go far wrong. I use this in the garage for working out.

I like this speaker. First it is so portable. It sits in the hand or in the pocket. Plus it has a place for a carry loop to be added. The design is a good shape and reminds me a bit of a walkie-talkie. The speaker is also light and looks to be durable. And the speaker sounds good.

The speaker has wider-uses than just a speaker with a FM radio capability, a LED-display clock and a mic for phone calls, although I haven’t tested that. I also haven’t tested the waterproof-ness of it.

The buttons on it work well. It is easy to turn on, and easy to adjust the volume. The battery lasts a good time (said to be 15 hours), and the display lets you know when the battery needs a charge.

You won’t get stereo sound as it is one speaker, not two (you’ll need to buy two of them if you want stereo). But overall, I like this and it is low-cost too (at time of writing).

What a brilliant speaker, perfect for me as I love walking and being out and about. This speaker is very well made, it is solid and sturdy. I paired my phone with no difficulty at all, it took seconds. I was surprised by the sound quality, it isn’t very big, but it sounds much bigger, there is no tinny sound, bass is good, and the sound is full and clear. As well as being able to pair my phone it also has an FM radio, I like that function as it means I am not using my phone to connect so preserves its charge. The radio finds the channels easily and I’m happy that I can listed to my local FM station or my favourites that I listen to regularly. The easy to see screen shows you what channel frequency you are on, it also shows time as well as battery power. As well as listening to music this speaker can also be used to take calls. It is waterproof so I can take it into the shower too.
    Very good price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI quite like the YSYFAD waterproof Bluetooth speaker, it packs a punch greater than you would expect for its size.
It comes complete with a charging cable, a manual and even a carabiner for attaching to a rucksack.
Apart from having good Bluetooth connectivity, it also has an FM radio.
The “Power On” and “Mode” button are on the left hand side, while the “Volume” and “Play/Pause” buttons are on the right hand side, these latter 3 buttons provide more than one function.

The first thing that greets you when you turn this device either on, off, or change modes is a short jingle sound which I personally find annoying.
The speaker always powers up in Bluetooth mode and is easy to pair, the first thing that you will want to do though is set the time, you can do this from Bluetooth mode by holding the “Play/Pause” button depressed for 3s, you then use the volume buttons to adjust the time and the “Play/Pause” button to select the minutes and then again to exit.
To change from Bluetooth mode to Radio mode, you press the mode button, you then hold the “Play/Pause” button depressed for a few seconds and the radio will auto tune and save the stations. Once this is complete, you long press the volume buttons to change the currently selected stations..

There are certain things that could be improved upon, firstly to me Volume up or Volume high would by it’s very name suggest that control would be higher up than Volume down or volume low button but these buttons are the opposite way round to that. I have never been a fan of using a dual function on a volume button for obvious reasons but I do appreciate that they are minimising the amount of buttons on the device.
I found that the radio would find and store weak stations or even interference and once it does that, there is no way to delete that stored station.
If you change from Bluetooth to radio, it sets the volume to 18 regardless of what level you had used previously, remember this device powers up in Bluetooth mode.

So what does it sound like? Well this is subjective, it is not a great sound but it is not bad either, I found it sounded best on songs with mainly vocals and little background music but with a lot of background music it sounded “muddled” for want of a better term.
It certainly lives up to the low noise specification, there is absolutely no hiss whatsoever which is good.
The radio reception can be improved if you plug in the charging lead which appears to act as an aerial.
You can also pair a second unit to obtain stereo sound but as I only have one of these I can’t comment on that.

Despite some of the shortcomings, I can see this as being useful for relaxing in the bath to music but that is just one of the many uses for this device.

Not a bad sounding speaker with FM radio as well

    bluetooth waterproof wireless speaker
    ==============================
Comes supplied with a quick start guide that has the speaker connected to the phone and clock display updated to current time. Bluetooth pairing is completed by long pressing a button. A different one disconnects (to connect to another device), and there is an on/off as well as volume controls. The first surprise I got was how good this speaker actually is. For a device currently selling for a tenner, this is remarkably good. Yes the display is extremely basic – initially pressing vol up and down I was confused by the U in the display followed by a number – it’s actually supposed to be a V! Likewise the buttons aren’t immediately obvious what they are until you read the quick start or start using the device. Luckily operation is simple, shows battery level and it delivers. . . really well! Add the claimed 15 hour charge and the claimed IPX7 waterproof and tough plastic exterior you have yourself a real bargain!
IPX7 is defined as “submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes”. Whilst I am not going to drop it in a bucket of water to test, it does look like it will be waterproof to some degree, including a thick seal for the charging port, and played for a couple hours without dropping any battery level bars.

    Excellent wireless bluetooth speake

This new waterproof Bluetooth speaker is excellent value for money and has great sound quality. It is really easy to set up (I have done so on a phone and a Kindle Fire tablet) – just search for “F025”. The quality of the sound really is quite astounding for such a small unit and it is excellent for just playing your own music. I got it so I could see the clock when having a bath and to play audio books on mainly. Although the odd bit of music and radio would be fun…

However, a couple of things really annoyed me about the device. When you are playing Audio Books on it (which I am frequently) it pauses the device when any pause happens in the book (presumably to save energy), the only problem is that it then starts up again a split second too late – so you lose the first half of the first word of the next sentence. This is really annoying. The other thing is that it also sets the display to pause if you receive any messages on your phone. So, no longer is the Clock displayed.

It is also quite infuriating trying to set and display the radio station. I have found this much easier on other devices. I worked in I.T. for 30-odd years and love my technology so I am not exactly a technophobe and don’t normally have a problem with setting up devices like this! If it were purely from a quality of the sound I would be hard pressed not to give it 5 stars but I am having to knock a star off for the other niggly things – I would have knocked 2 stars off but realise these things may only be a nuisance to talking book readers.

This is a really great fantastic value Bluetooth speaker, its built like a battleship, sound wise not the greatest bass response I’ve heard from this size of speaker, I have tested a smaller one similar with better bass but for the money 9.99 you just can’t complain, the sound is decent. Its ideal and inexpensive to take hiking, holidays, walking, you name it you can attach it to your backpack or belt via the enclosed clip. It almost fits in your pocket if you have a large enough one. Like said you can attach it to your backpack and its water proof to withstand the rain.

Its extremely easy to setup and bluetooth it to your phone etc the timer setup is a bit fiddly and instructions could have been better but once its done its done. Its been a pleasure to review this item. Well done to the manufacturer.

I’ve only had this for a short time and as I’ve found, What it promises it delivers.
I’ve used in our garden which is a good size and in a local field next door. I had slight connection probs at first then suddenly everything fell into place. No issues since. We are told it’s waterproof including dust proof. Very light so very portable. Tried to connect with different phone and tablet and had no problems. The sound for the size is very good. Adjustable. A handle for carrying. Small panel with info and battery state. FM radio in it as well. Although it is very light it should be good for many years. Sometimes these small radios etc can be temperamental. I found good connection up to about 50 plus feet and then started to fall off. Really I couldn’t argue with that. For such a small and lightweight article it does
    produces good sound.
So far I can say I’ve had no problems apart from the initial ones as described.

I can not fault this little speaker. When I first saw it I thought it was going to be too small to be any good. How wrong I was! It can easily be held in one hand but boy is it loud. Hearing it over hot tub jets is not a problem even at medium volume. For sitting in the garden the lowest volume can be heard easily when it’s on the table.

It’s IPX7 rated so it doesn’t mind a dip if you accidentally knock it off the side of the hot tub and the battery life lasts a good 12 hours when used all day. It takes about 3 hours to charge back to full.

Bluetooth connects easily and it even has a microphone for hands free calling. The added radio function is a nice touch. It automatically tunes to the available channels which you can scroll through with the buttons on the side.

You can connect 2 of them together via Bluetooth to get true stereo sound which for an extra tenner I will absolutely be doing.

It just ticks every box for a really good waterproof Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend.

Great hot tub speaker. Small but packs a punch.

Mini portable speaker for home, office, outdoor use. This is very durable and is definitely one of those items which can be chucked about and taken anywhere and work perfectly when needed. There’s nothing mega special about it, small in size, little led screen to show the controls and a connector to stick on a side of a bag for instance. Easy to connect too and the sound quality is average. Goes nice and loud but it is missing some umpth in the bass department. This being said the item is set at less than 10. For this price I think it’s very good value for money. It’s good enough to say take on holiday to play music on the beach. Arrived well packaged and could wrap up well as a gift too 🙂

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe old saying “good things come in small packages” seems appropriate here, as I’ve been quite blown away by this small but powerful Bluetooth speaker.

It came fully charged out of the box (always a nice touch) and paired effortlessly with my laptop.
I wasn’t expecting much from the audio, but the quality and volume are remarkable for such a compact device – perfect for next time we do a BBQ.
Volume up/volume down, pause and next/previous track are all selectable from buttons on the speaker.
The FM radio reception didn’t seem great, but I don’t intend to use this as a radio, so that’s no big deal.
Love the overall design – looks like a mini jerrycan from a WW2 Jeep and the carabiner was handy too – great for clipping on a rucksack next time I’m off on a hike.
Oh and by the way, the display doesn’t really flicker – that’s just the result of my smartphone’s video.
For the very modest purchase price, this is an excellent device, which I am happy to recommend most highly.

I’ve grown quite fond of this little speaker in only a few hours of use as it’s rather good for the low price. The built-in radio is a nice addition, and it picks up FM signals better than expected. Bluetooth functionality also works well. While the sound quality is not on the level of speakers like my Sony XB12, XB13 or Anker Soundcore Mini, it’s not that bad for the price, and you won’t need to worry about dropping it or dragging it through the mud or dipping it in water. The sound is loud and clear with noticeable depth (Just not much bass). I’m happy to hang this off my backpack and listen to the radio while on the trails, so it gets a thumbs up from me!

I’d just checked out a larger speaker and been very disappointed, so I didn’t really hold out much hope for this smaller 10 speaker. How wrong I was!! Still no uk plug, but at least the usb lead was a decent length. Very clear buttons, with a sensible control system. But the real shock was when I played music through it – it was really very good indeed. Good high treble, sufficient bass without being boomy, and enough volume for both house and garden. It also charged up much quicker than the 3 hours predicted. I tested with pop, rock and classical, and decided that for a travel bluetooth speaker that it was incredible value., and it coped with providing a decent volume in the garden. Build quality looks pretty solid too.
    Very highly recommended.
