Absolutely outstanding customer service I contact them after I have an issue which was totally on my part.I received email 2min later with explenation that they haven’t received it pictures and the phone call at 7am in the morning .(I didn’t answer in fact because came from Spain)I’ve been in contact during the day and I have all explain clearly that the is no fault and I have to assemble correctly.I absolutely loved the process.The machine is definitely for low impact exercise for people with arthiritis which was the reason why I bought it.I would absolutely recommended to everyone. Equipment very sturdy ,make a bit of a noise which I have no issue with as I feel comfortable using it.U can adjust just the way u like your exercise.U can see from the pictures provided my son like it as well.
