So much easier to use than a standard hose. My old hose was always getting kinks which in turn stops the flow of water. With this new hose it just expands and stays like it, so much more practical. I didn’t use the wall hook it came with as I attached the hose to my existing reel. The only negative I have is that the brass fittings , although they are brass are not solid, however an upgrade from the plastic I’ve had in the past. For the money though it’s good value.

Great item actually went back into bag
I bought this for my hubby as a replacement, as his previous one failed to restrict back into shape. Due to out previous experience with this type of hosepipe I wasn’t giving much hope. Wow I was wrong, it came in its bag with a few different attachments. The material that it’s made of isn’t the same as a normal “old” hosepipe feel, this feels more material type.it was easy to set up and then we started using it. Very quickly did it extend and worked really well great water flow. Then the test would it then go back into its bag yep it surely did we were shocked as tbh we weren’t expecting it to. Can’t fault great item,price, and actually did all it was meant to do.

So I purchased this and was sceptical at first but its a game changer, no faffing unravelling or trouble putting away – just stuff it all in the bag it comes with! Extendable 100ft garden hose
It definitely extends but wasnt quite as I expected. My outdoor tap is located at the front of my property and wanted a hose to extend to the back for pool filling ect.. it extends when you leave it but when using the water it shrivles back up making it impossible to fill a pool leaving it there. I have to hold it and release the sprayer to keep the hose extending so I cant have a continuous flow without it going back to its original size.
Amazing hose, fully extended reaches the whole of my garden , very hardy and stronger than particular well known extendable hoses…I bought one for my neighbor last spring and it’s still working well, no leaks at all which I’ve found is a common issue with other brands, of which I’ve personally tried four others all of had degraded over a couple of months. The one I’ve bought myself is doing well despite being attacked by my cats and little dog plus handles going over sharp stones all of which have not damaged it. Will definitely buy again IF at some point in the future I have to, but if looked after the one I have looks like it will last a considerable time.

Bought 2 of these, one for myself and the other for my parents. These save loads of space and are far easier to tidy away than conventional hoses.

Trouble isI only received ONE piece which fitted EITHER the spray gun OR my outdoor tap. I used it to attach the spray gun to the hose and ordered another to attach to the tap. I measured it carefully but when it came it was huge! So I ordered the smaller one. Guess what? .too small.
In the end I had to use the precious piece on the tap, not use the gun and put my finger over the hose to create a spray.
Very expensive in the end and frustrating.

Is so far doing its job
I’ve had a couple of these type of hose with plastic connectors and recently they’ve been leaking badly. In fact at the spray end I’d finish the job with my foot soaking wet from the amount of water leaking out of it.
Nice to have brass fittings, and where it connects to the tap there’s not a drop leaking out. Length is good although I need quite a bit of pressure when using its full 100′. No leaks so happy at this point, but only given it 4 stars because from experience with the old hoses, I can’t speak for its longevity.

So got this hose for under 10 in a daily sale, I have been using it 3 to 4 times a week for around a month and it’s working perfectly fine, lots of different spray settings, I read about the splitting and I keep the pressure down anyway but so far no negatives to report
In the box are all the attachments you need, we have an outdoor tap and it fits with the quick release attachments, I can highly recommend this hose, it does just what I wanted and at a ridiculously cheap price with no leaks to repo

Gamechange
This is a small bore hose which expands to fill its outer nylon sleeve when the water is turned on. So it’s short and light to be stored when the tap is off but stretches to full length when on. Fully controllable with various sprays plus on/off at point of use. So, brilliant! The only thing I can’t comment on is durability as I have only had mine a few weeks.

Good outdoor hosepipe
The hosepipe replaces a traditional heavy weight hose on a huge roller which was very awkward to use. This one is lightweight, unobtrusive, good looking and functional. It was easy to fit directly onto my outdoor tap and so far has not leaked. The spray gun is not as robust as my previous karacher one but it has an isolation valve and does the job well so far. The hose stretches as it fills with water and is sufficiently long for my requirements, i have not tried stretching it to its maximum length though. There is the added bonus of a hook to put over your outside tap to hang the hose pipe on keeping it off the floor. All in all I am happy with it so far.

It does expand and contract, is lightweight but only expands to about 25m for now and after a few weeks of use.

I live alone and am a 31 year old woman. I do not want the feminists to come for me. But growing up your not taught about hoses or connections or anything else. The last time a hose was fitted it was done so by my ex, it was a lend of his mothers, we had to go to homebase get the correct fit thing for my tap. As a female who knew nothing about hoses this was daunting and him attaching it and all just looked so complicated. It really put me off using a hose. But after the relationship ended I knew I would need a hose and bought this one and boy am i glad. No fuss and easily used. Okay the male and female connecting jargon was a lot for my brain to comprehend as again not taught it growing up. But a quick search on google and you realise its do with one having the threading on the inside and the other on the outside. It didnt matter tho because the hose was already fitted with the stuff it was asking you to fit. I went out to the tap dreading the connecting, thinking it was gonna be a hassle. Far from it and pleasantly surprised. I went to attach to the tap and it wasnt fitted, that was easily resolved i just screwed the top bit off and underneath was a more suitable fitting. So i screwed it on and extended out the hose and let it fill in the off position. Within five minutes i was streaming the whole bin and very happy with. My purchase. It is so lightweight and so easy worked which is great if you dont have a lot of upper body strength. I have used other hoses in the past and i would be exhausted dragging them around. With this it is like it is barely in your hand. Love this product, just raging i held of so long on using it.

Bought this to replace a ‘normal’ hose; which was irritating the hell out me. Loved this from the start but unfortunately did not survive the rigours of life in my household. First the window cleaner moaned because the tap connector didn’t fit his hose. He used to use mine but made sure this was not available so he had to use his. Not sure how the first accident happened; suffice to say that it was a pain in the derriere to remove offending split and make good. Not like slicing and dicing old standard hoses. Second accident happened when, for reasons best known to them, my son’s girlfriend decided to help him was his car. Either she caught the hose under the wheel and just puled and pulled or, somehow got caught under her wholly inappropriate footwear. Split this time was in the middle so just junked it. Luckily still had the old round tubed one so that is back in service until this household has matured enough to be trusted with nice things. So, in summary, initially had that wow factor but was easily destroyed within first few months. I would recommend for delicate flowers but not roughy-toughy folk.

This hose is good quality and has a lever to switch off the water to the hose head. It has metal fixings to suit various tap types, a great little storage bag and a device to hang the hose from my outside tap. Worth the money, and am pleased with this purchase.
It’s a good product but I had a leak
It appears well made as far as the connectors and spray gun and it comes with tap adapters which is useful. The home itself appears to be up to the job but I think I had a Friday version as it had a leak, as it is a tube within a sleeve I was unable to find or rectify the leak so it had to go back. That said I don’t think this is a general issue of poor quality and more than likely a fault in production and not a reflection on the product itself. I sent mine back for refund but will look to buy another in the future.
Good Value and doesn't kink!
This hose is lightweight and fits securely onto the tap with a nozzle end that provides a good range of watering types. When not in use the hose deflates and can be stored in a small place or hung up on the attachment provided. We did have a problem with ours about a month after purchasing. However the companys customer services were extremely helpful and provided us with a new hose under its 12 month guarantee at no cost to ourselves.

When I bought this my husband was a bit sceptical as it was fairly cheap, but he soon changed his mind when he went to try it out.
Simple fit to the outside tap. We have been using it for a few weeks now and no leaks or drips so far.
Really easy to change between the settings, just rotate the top part where the different ones are clearly labeled. and pull the tigger to use. You can also adjust the pressure you apply on the trigger to reduce or increase the water flow.
Not suitable for drinking wate
Have only had it a short time. My husband had to fasten it to begin with but it does the job!

Cracking little hose. Lightweight, plenty of nozzle jets, comes with adapters. It’s pushfit after you install the adaptor (if you need it), so easy to take off if you want to use the tap, then push the hose back on. The mount is meant to go around the tap, but I’m lazy and there’s a screw I used already on the wall. You get ptfe tape to put around the threads to stop leakage, so if you see reviews noting that I think maybe they’re just not using it. Ours works fine.

I bought this hose last year, hoping to use it to water my garden after it was landscaped.
I tried to use it for the first time last week and cannot get it to connect to my indoor taps.
The clamp just slips off when at full tightness and the water gushes out.
It’s a great looking hose and I was wanting an expanding hose as I have a large garden.
I’m trying to find solutions as I’ve bought a pressure hose appliance and need a constant water source.
I’m unable to get an outdoor tap as my water source is in the centre of my house.
Now looking for solutions to my problem!!

Lightweight and takes up little space
The hose came with a reasonable adjustable spray head a fairly flimsy wall hook and enough couplings to fit it to pretty much any tap.
I’ve had a branded version before and it seemed a little better quality but significantly more expensive. The hose has so far worked well and hasn’t leaked. When it’s put away it’s very lightweight and much easier to store than a traditional hose on a real.
Would suit anyone whose getting older and struggles with big hose reels. Recommended

The order arrived earlier than anticipated and the package contained all the necessary parts, which was a great start. Easy to assemble, attach and use (it’s a lot lighter than my old hose). I followed the instructions for the first use and the hose does expand considerably when filled with water. I have only used it about 5 times so I’m not sure how robust or resilient it is but so far so good.
Not hose lock system
Over all this is a good value hose pipe, had it a year now, and no problems, stop valve just below the spary gun is great idea, hose itself feels really sturdy, and the spray gun works fine,
The only down side is that the spray gun screws on to the main hose, not a clip on hoze lock system, so no good for pressure washer, etc.
This product is rubbish
Don’t buy it I ordered this in January and have used it less than 6 times and it’s sprung a leak in the hose complete waste of money.

Super long to reach all of the garde
I have had a hose like this before but it just wasn’t long enough to reach all round my bungalow I have moved into. Now I have this one all is well and I use it for the car and the drive and have plenty to spare. I have rated it 4 as the spray end is not universal and although the sprayer is ok it’s not as good as my
Hozelok one and I can’t use it as it doesn’t fit. Overall tho I am pleased with my purchase.
Great value for money
This was a lot chaepaer that other similar hoses I’d seen, so wasn’t expecting much. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The tap attachment doesn’t leak, unlike bigger brand hoses I’ve had, and it really is very long when its fully stretched out. The hanging hook and carry bag are both adequate. The only thing you have to remember is to empty the hose of water in order for it to shrink back. But once I was used to turning the tap off a little before I’d finished using it, then it was easy to coil up on the hook.

Got this so I can hide it from the dog as she has a tendency to eat hose pipes. The hose itself, when you turn the tap on is just like any hose, it’s only when you turn it off and it empties where there’s a difference between this hose and a hard plastic one. Easily wrapped up and stored away, it’s lightweight and the attachments are great too. Hopefully won’t have to buy again, however would if my dog got hold of this one too.
Expandable hose....budget model for budget price...
I went for this expandable hose as it was a fair bit cheaper than some of the more rigid rubber hoses on amazon.
Essentially, it does the job and expands when needed to the maximum quoted length (we only really needed it to fill up the inflatable hot tub). It feels fairly secure and the hose ‘gun’ has a fair few spray modes that all seemed to work fine.
However, as an expandable hose like this it is a screw connection, rather than the regular ‘click’ connection of rubber/plastic hoses (the yell/grey ones you recognize)…this is fine if you’re planning on only using as standard hose in isolation…if you’re looking to connect a pressure washer or anything like that then you will need to invest in a screw-to-click adaptor (an extra fiver or so).
The ‘mixer tap adaptor’ included in this pack worked fine on our kitchen tap (to fill tub with warm water), but don’t expect it to fit onto all domestic mixer taps, our utility room tap was far too wide for the adpator…again, another adaptor would be required.
All in all, a fine purchase for us…we paid for a budget hose and received a budget hose, no complaints!

Black Lightweight Hosepipe
Bought this to replace a previous hosepipe that had burst.
It’s actually lighter than my previous hosepipe ( which was a similar type to this one ).
Had alot of fixtures inside the box to fit on your outside tap, luckily I didn’t need any of them as fitted straightaway to mine.
Comes with an outside hanger but I already had my previous one in place.
Excellent hosepipe, just hope it lasts longer than my previous one but at least it was alot cheaper than the one that burst.
Arrived on time and so far after a few uses I can recommend it.
Some reservations
Disappointed to have a small pinhole after 3rd use. You need to be very careful when pulling around etc. I am awaiting a supposedly simple repair kit to arrive. But apart from this issue I am pleased how compact the hose is and the quality of the fittings
THIRD TIME LUCKY!
We have previously ordered two expandable hoses from different companies and had a nightmare with them (bits missing, leaks etc.) but this one is far superior!
The hose itself is great quality and has a lovely material cover that expands along with the hose when it’s pressurised. We don’t have an outside tap, so it is perfect for us, as we just run it from the tap straight out the window and then when you turn the tap on it extends to over double the size! It’s quite fascinating to watch.
All of the accessories included are good quality, including the spray gun, which has various settings for anything from watering the garden to washing the car. They also included some PTFE tape, to stop any leaks at the joins, but I didn’t use this and don’t even have a drip!
The clip included can be fitted to the wall outside to store the hose or placed over an outside tap for convenient storage. Alternatively it comes with a handy little bag, so you can store it away in the shed.
Very good and it’s kept the kids busy during lockdown!
However, frustratingly, it only comes with one female connector fitting, which was already connected on mine, which you need to connect to the tap. This means that you’ll need to buy another female brass connector fitting if you want to use a sprinkler, for example. The instructions I admit could be better for someone like me – I got a bit confused by female and male attachments…maybe some diagrams would have been nice as they are pretty basic.
Having said that I managed to work it out quite quickly – fitting was easy and simple and it works like a dream !!

From what i have heard/ been told about these type of hoses – the quality varies ( this seems strong and sturdy) – and to avoid splitting or bursting make sure you don’t have the water turned on too high…

Where do I start with this hosepipe?
It really doesn’t look like it’ll be 30M – I haven’t measured precisely but it’s long, long enough for me to not warrant grabbing the tape.
The fittings I originally thought may be poor quality turned out to be better than the ones I’m using on my current branded pipe, and.. Shockingly so is the head – which I didn’t even plan on using.
It hasn’t had a kink yet, and I’ve washed the car and watered the garden.
I’ve had it a good while and can honestly say it’s been well worth buying, I didn’t use the wall hanger so no idea if thats hard wearing enough or will brittle with age..
One thing I’ll say though is it is a life saver, there’s no lugging endless lengths of rubber pipe everywhere or wrapping it around your arm so you can store it nice, nope it shrinks down and is easily carried to the shed.
I’ll update if anything changes. But great value.
All good but the tap connecto
Love the service, so not going to give a bad review just because it did not work for me. The plastic tap connector did not seem strong and kept coming out, that was a deal breaker for me. If you can make that work then its not a bad product. The hose spray seemed good and powerful.
The answer to the heading is YES .. 100ft is about 30m which in my situation will go from the back of the house, through the garage and out to the front drive with plenty left over to go around the back of the car. I got this aid car washing on the jet wash.
It stores away very compact and hardly takes any space up. I did not use the supplied hook which I guess are supposed to screw onto the wall. This made from not great quality plastic and can imagine it would not weather well and end up breaking in our harsh winters and blinding summers!!
The hose itself is misleadingly short when unravelled for the first time however after I filled it with water with the valve closed it started to expand in a creepy manner like a snake!! When it was full of water, a quick stretch manually along the length of the hose and it was ready to go.
The supplied head is ok .. it does have various water patterns so can also use it water the plants instead of blasting them with a single stream of water.
First time buying a hose of this type as previously I had a solid hose which got tangled too many times for me resolve when winding it back in.
Its a good alternative to those hard plastic hoses.

I had a similar hose over the summer, which my son took so I was looking around for one . This one is even better, and at a better price too.
The design is such that the hose will not kink . It is super expandable and easily reaches and from the back garden hose to my drive. It is very versatile, I use it for washing window, my car as well as watering plants in the front Garden.( in summer!)
The nozzle functions with a trigger and is very easy to operate . the mixer tap connector is suited to all kind of taps. I love that it shrinks to such a small size and can be stored in its bag in a kitchen cupboard. It seems sturdy and hopefully will last a long time.
I have tried various function, and when we get another sunny day I plan to wash the car and take a video, so watch the space.
Cheap but not particularly durable
This was really cheap and managed a summer of really regular use watering a newly seeded lawn twice a day. It’s still functioning fine but has sprung a few leaks and may only get through one more summer. There’s no guarantees a more expensive one would last any better as I think they are pretty generic.
Only 100ft ONCE water is running through i
This might be common sense to some, but this is actually a really short hose. I get that it’s expandable but usually people need a certain length in order to reach something, like perhaps from the tap to the back garden.
If you want it to reach something 100ft away prior to turning on the tap, this is not the hose for you. For example: our tap is on the front of our terraced house, however, our garden is at the back. So we have to turn on the hose whilst it is still inside the house. Some may find this exciting and risky. Then this is the hose for you. Turning off the hose is even more exciting as it dribbles water through our living room as it retracts snake like to its prior length ensuring that it leaves the entire ground floor piss wet through. So I’ve bought a watering can.
So much better than my old hose pipe!!
I don’t normally write reviews but this was delivered so quickly and is such a great product I thought that I would. I ordered this on Thursday night after my normal hose pipe kinked and burst. I ordered it about 8pm and it arrived Friday morning. I always hated having to rewind my old hose into its holder, took ages and always kinked up somewhere which meant always having to pull out the full hose length every time I wanted to use it. This expandable hose is great– when not in use it is only a couple of coils long and fits very easily on the over tap hanger that it comes with and expands all the way around the side of the house to my green house. The best bit was putting it away—turn off the tap, hold down the spray trigger and 10 seconds later it was all away. Neat , tidy, no kinks. It comes with brass fittings which hopefully will last longer than the plastic ones too. Why did I not buy one sooner!!!
Great alternative to standard reels of hosepipe. After repairing standard reel so many times, I was looking for an alternative and this kit is great. Came with multiple attachments to fix on the tap, and a hose pipe that takes seconds to put back in the bag and store away.
Used it extensivelly for the last week due to new turf and so far no leaks or problems.
Some people mentioned splash back they get when disconneting, however if you turn off the water and simply empty the hosepipe, there won’t be any splashback. Ive also attached a video to show how much it expands when water is turned on.

In the UK when you buy a hose it usually comes with click fit connectors. These usually leak if not fitted spot on and different brands have different sizes.
This hose on the other hand is fitted with quality brass ends which screw onto your outside tap and the nozzle. This is great because it gives a much better seal and is more durable than the click connectors. I understand this is the norm elsewhere in the world too.
This hose expands when full of water which is why there is an isolation valve at the end of it. This pressurises the hose to expand it and it works well.
It comes with a hook that fits over your outside tap or can hang on a screw. It also comes with a draw string bag for winter storage. They thought of everything.
Wish I’d discovered this hose years ago! Highly recommended.
Well I was far too excited to try out my new expandable 50ft hose complete with spray gun and wall hanging bracket, and brass connector, sure enough it didn’t disappoint. Just watching it expand was enough to give me tingles.
Only negative was the screw tap attachment that comes with it had a slight jaggered edge which meant it wouldn’t screw onto the tap, however I used the one I had from hozzellock and the hose perfectly clipped on !
I am very impressed with this hose, after only ever owning heavy, leaky fixed length rubber hoses, this is a huge improvement!
The hose comes with tap mounting attachments and a spray nozzle which is adjustable to different spray settings. Included with the hose is a green bag for storage which is a nice addition.
The hose is simple to use: pop the mount on your garden tap, push the hose into the mount, turn the tap on and wait for the pressure to build up which causes the hose to expand and then press the trigger on the spray nozzle to expel the water at quite a decent distance.
Once finshed, turn the tap off, spray excess water and watch the hose shrink back to its original size.
It handles going round sharp corners well without tearing, snagging or preventing the flow of water.
The pressure build up makes this hose excell at washing cars and taking dirt off.
Overall, a great hose with a variety of use cases and is compact enough to hang on the back of the shed door. Much better than a reel style hose!
Very good but you need to have an alternative spray attachme
We found that this worked very well – once we got rid of the spray attachment that comes with it. The attachment is small and light and has a good range of spray settings, but its problem is that it just does not connect to the hose properly. We could not push it right into either of the couplings at the ends of the hose, and with the water turned on so much was spraying out of the coupling that hardly any water came out of the spray, and there was not enough pressure to expand the hose. Fortunately we had other spray heads with universal couplings lying around, and these fitted the hose very well, completely eliminating any leakage.
Once it was operating the hose was very good, easy to use and simple to move around while working. We started by using our garage standpipe which has good water pressure, then emptied the hose and moved uphill to the house which has lower pressure. This wasn’t as successful to begin with – the pressure did not seem to be enough to expand the hose (as the seller warns). However we waited about two minutes with the tap on full and the sprayer shut off, and the hose did expand to its full length, and was as easy to use as it had been at the garage.
When you have finished with the hose and let it empty, it contracts again and can be left to dry over the back of a chair or suchlike. You can then coil it up very easily, slip it into its bag (just a bit smaller than a supermarket plastic bag) and hang it up in the shed or garage. It takes up just a tiny bit of space.
So, I would recommend this hose if you have an alternative universal spray head available. If your water pressure is low, have patience, make sure no water is leaking, and it will eventually expand. I would also beware of stretching the hose around any abrasive surface like a concrete wall corner, or catching it on any prickly shrubs or trees, as the fabric (it seems a bit like tent fabric) might tear.

Hose received next day, fine. Unpacked, fine. Fitted to outdoor tap, fine. Spray Head fitted, oh! oh!. Seems simple enough, just plug the head into the appropriate end of the hose! Now, my wife and I are not in the first flush of youth and would probably do badly in any Trial of Strength.
Fitting the head resisted our every effort. To cut short a tedious, frustrating time we called upon our younger, fitter, weight-lifting neighbour to assist. He seized the head and hose and with a ” This is too easy ” look, mated them and pushed—and pushed!! At last, thankfully, after a face getting redder and redder, muscles bulging and a strained look——–there was a click and the two parts were forever, immovably joined.
Opinion of Product:- Works well ( it’s only a hose ) but factory assembly is inadequate.
Very Versatile Lengthy Compact Hose
With the coming of spring and various garden activities I thought I would invest in a garden hose. With my garden tap situated around the middle of the house I needed a long hose which would reach the end of my long rear garden whilst also being long enough to reach to the front for when I need to wash my car etc. This hose is ideal it is compact for storage (shrinks back down without water) and expands when water is flowing through it the pipe unexpanded is around 10+ metres (30+ ft) fully expanded by water it will extend to around 30+ meters (100+ ft), easily enough reach for front and back for me.
Made from a durable latex ensures it will survive many years of punishment / dragging / twisting pulling etc it will normally have to endure. The ends are capped with standard sized plastic fittings for attachment to water source and also for the supplied spray nozzle.
The multi function spray nozzle allows for 7 different spray settings: Shower / Flat / Centre / Cone / Full / Mist / Jet. The spray has a trigger mechanism to control water flow with a lock to save you having to continually depress the trigger.
Overall durable, long practical garden hose, with standard fittings and a detachable multi mode spray hose and storage bag included.
I needed a new hose to use when pressure washing the car as the current hose wouldn’t reach the other side of the vehicle. This seemed to fit the needs with a long hose length, small space taken up when not in use and an easy bag to store in between uses so doesn’t get tangled around the lawn mower, sun loungers and god knows what else is in the shed!
Easy to attach to outside tap thanks to the screw in adaptor and click into place hose adapators.
Straighten the hose out and admire how long it is, then turn on the tap and see it grow! Watch the video attached to see the magic.
This product doesn’t help me from getting wet though! Splashback is a pain!

Really pleased with this hose. We ordered it to replace a standard wind up hose and thought this might prove better for storage.
It comes with a spray gun with different settings for you to choose from such as Jet, Full etc. The different settings work well and the water comes out really fast. The sprayer connects easily to the hose and the hose pip connects simply to the garden tap, really pleased at how it all works straight out of the box.
The hose appears really small and lightweight, perfect for storing in the garden, ours is just looped over the tap and it sits there great, no winding up a dirty hosepipe after every use! When it fully expands you can literally go anywhere in the garden really easily, ours also reaches out across the drive so perfect to clean the car.
So far we’ve had no leaks or damage and it’s been used loads already.
