My wife LOVES this induction pot so much, she decided to buy another, as this is our 3rd. Very tough and durable, easy to clean, and our food we cook in it comes out perfect. The outside if the lid is rubber, which helps lock the heat in, and they look attractive on the cooker. Well I may end up skint, as she might force my hand and buy a forth, as we both love to cook. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good pot that does the job.

Love the pan so much , non sticky so no need to worry about food sticks onto the pan . Good size and depth, can cook large quantities of food , cover and handle are very well designed. Perfect!!!

Generally a great wok. But a little disappointed with how hot it gets compared to a traditional wok. I’m using on induction so maybe a gas hob will give better results.

Amazing quality fantastic nonstick properties. This wok stirfry pan has to be one of the best that I have owned, comes Well packaged and even comes with its own dust bag. This is not your average wok it’s very heavy compared to a regular wok, The lid that comes with the wok is well-made has toughened glass it does have a small steam outlet hole on the lid. First time using this wok I realised how fantastic the nonstick properties of coating of this pan is. I had no issues with food getting stuck even when using the smallest amount of oil. The wok heats up very well and I have managed to make some amazing Meals just using this it is one of my favourite woks that I love to use now whenever I cook. A really great brand quality product. My pan Handle had a small defect probably due to transit , which I did contact the seller about and they replied immediately and offered to send out a new handle. Great customer service.

    Amazing quality fantastic nonstick properties.

This is a good quality saucepan, i ordered this in the 16cm size in red, the red being the heat resistant rubber handle and the matching rubber edged glass lid. The lid is a nice to have feature as you don’t usually get a lid with this style and size of pan.

The pan has a good weight and is compatible with most hobs including induction which is what i have. Heats evenly and because of the pan density, compared to my plain stainless steel saucepans, you don’t get a rapid boil, more of a good simmer. The non stick surface works well, in particular i have found this pan perfect for making sauces and gravy. Cleans up well with the coating well looked after, this pan has maintained itself well after many uses.

35.99 (at the time of review) for me is a little expensive for a single pan, especially for one of this type and size. It is good quality though and works really well so has redeemed itself a little on value.

Whilst it was a huge wok, the induction did not work satisfactorily.
I gave it away to family who thought it worked wonders on their gas cooker.

This wok is everything that I was looking for, heat it up thoroughly first and it just wipes clean. Had it for a while now and it’s still as good as new, I don’t use abrasive cleaning materials, just a cloth and sometimes a tiny bit of washing up liquid. It gets nice and hot and will give you “wok hey”, wonderful 🙂

This HAYDEN Wok with a top glass lid is exactly what my kitchen needed! Comes beautifully packed in two boxes. I was impressed when I took this high quality wok out from box, how well packed in lovly box.just the 32cm right size to fit on my cooker top and it isn’t too heavy either. The soft touch handle look is perfect and easy to grip for lightly tossing veggies, rice, etc. Most woks are sold without any top or lid which can be frustrating because you may not want to eat your meal right away. This one is just great, It comes with glass lid has silicone ring. I also enjoy that it’s a non-stick pan too, so I don’t have to stir-fry with oil if I don’t want to. If you’re looking for a good quality large wok to make something big, it is the best choice.
However, I like the color. The handle is strong and comfortable and stays cool. Clean up is a cinch the the nonstick coating works as it should. Very little residue is left in the pan and that washes out with ease. The lid is strong and well.love my new wok! I do highly recommend perfect for gifting.

Love this highly quality beautiful wok

    This is a great wok.
It come well packed in 2 cardboard boxes – one normal cardboard box and inside there is a second cardboard box in white with the logo of the company.
The second box is probably to be used as a gift box.
Inside the second box the wok and the glass lid are in 2 white storage bags.
The wok itself is really good quality.
The handles are covered with heat resistant soft coating that looks like silicone.
The handle of the lid is covered with the same heat resistant soft coating.
The lid also has a soft silicone ring around the Toughened Glass.
The wok is a bit heavy ,but for me this is a good thing as you can stir fry without the trouble of wok moving around.
The description says that the wok is not dishwasher safe and it is good to be washed by hand.
I personally didn’t check the description and had it washed in the dishwasher.
The only issue that found after the dishwasher is on the bottom of the wok.
The silver coloured metal coating on the bottom of the wok was taken off from the chemicals in the dishwasher.
After that the bottom of the wok leaves dark grey/black dirty marks everywhere and if you touch it with finger – your fingers get covered in the same colour.
I have other pans that ended up having the same issue after many times in the dishwasher so this is kind of normal thing that might happen in the dishwasher.
This means that the wok is still made from good quality materials ,but it just needs to be washed by hand if possible.

Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

Great wok,but don't wash it in the dishwashe

This is a great quality, amazing little pan.

Using this pan for the first time, I wondered how I have managed without it before. It is brilliant for cooking small quantity items such as pasta and sources.

I love that you can drain out water with the lid on-which saves me getting out my big colander each time.

Overall, for the quality and cooking experience 100% recommended

I ordered this Dutch oven as I’d had a casserole dish/pot that I’d been using for a while that had recently broken, to be fair it was only a cheap one and obviously wasn’t made to last, but at this time of the year homemade casseroles, etc are definitely needed.

I was expecting this to be a really heavy pot, made of very thick steel which I’m pleased to say it isn’t. It is very lightweight and easy to handle, which makes it suitable for the older generation also.

It feels very well made and the materials look and feel good quality.
I adore the champagne pink detail that makes it look more unique.

It is a large pot – as big as my largest casserole dish and it will make a huge amount of soup/ stew etc. (it makes enough to feed our family of 5 easily!)

I really like the glass lid and the fact it has a steam vent – both in the glass and underneath the lid there is a little lip which allows the steam to escape and not spill the water out.

So far I have only cooked casseroles in it, but this winter it will be in constant use I can tell – it distributes the heat perfectly and you can see the contents all the time.

It’s good value for money and the fact it’s not super heavy like my cast iron one is a huge, huge bonus. It doesn’t feel so dangerous to attempt to lift it.

I think the price is really good for such a well made Dutch oven that is obviously good quality and has a stylish design too.

This is was a joy to cook with. It’s extremely heavy (comparatively), showing its high quality (on the other hand, not recommended if you have weak arms or have arthritis, im a petite woman & found it somewhat difficult to pick up, you certainly need to pick it up with both hands, for it has a handle on one side for this job). Due to its deep & well coating, food cooked very evenly & well plus needed much less oil. Equally easy to wash, however the glass lid easily gets finger marks & gets easily marked. It can be used as a wok or just general cooking. A very well made & thought out product. I’m glad it’s 100% toxin free..

    Pros:
    32 cm diameter
    Very good quality non-stick coating
Two side pour spouts (very useful for draining)
Lovely as a wok or a pan for any type of cooking
Has an added handle opposite main handle for better handling
Soft grip handles & knob (silicone feel)
Thick tempered glass lid with silicone ring, good sealing performance and helps to retain heat while cooking
    Titanium reinforced diamond nonstick coating
    Tough & durable
    Stylish & chic
    100% PFOA free
compatible with most: gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen etc

    Cons
very heavy (for me) although that reflective of high quality
design not compact, takes a bit of space

Its very solid, has a nice wieght to it, it also has a little rubber trim on the lid to make it fit nicey and stay in place when you are tossing food about etc. the red trim is a nice touch. It is nice to hold and has a good size handle and grip.
This is the best wok i have owned!

This is quite a large sauce pan. I know it says Dutch oven but I would be slightly reluctant to put this in my oven given that it has handles that are not fully metal. The lid also has a silicone rim and although I know you can put that in the oven, I just hesitate.

The finish on this is great and it’s very nonstick. Super easy to clean and the lid is a fairly tight fit with two vents full steam plus a vent hole in the lid at the top. See photos where I’ve tried to show this. The clear glass means it’s easy to see the inside without removing the lid.

Overall I am quite happy with this and the only improvement I can think of is to somehow make the silicon removable so I’d feel more confident put it in the oven. and if the price could be lowered somewhat, obviously that would help!!

    Light weight!

This is a fantastic Wok. Proper size (we are a family of five), top quality, good non-stick, easy to clean. Crucially comes with a lid which not all Woks do. Can confirm that it works great on an induction hob (which is what we have). If I am being picky, it would be on two fronts – the first is price. This is expensive! However, I see it as lasting 10 years so I’d be happy to pay that for the quality. The other temporary niggle is the packaging. The box that arrived was enough for an entire fitted kitchen, never mind a wok! Now half of it was the Amazon shipping box, but even then the work box within was huge. But once opened up was very pleased with the thing itself.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAs usual, the package arrived very quickly from Amazon.

This Hayden 32cm Wok and Lid arrived inside a very sturdy white Hayden box, and that was inside another very sturdy brown cardboard box.

When I eventually took the work and lid out of the bags I was really happy with what I saw, I ordered the red one, and I thought the red may be a bit over the top, but it wasn’t, the red and black mixed perfectly.

The wok had little cut-outs on both sides for pouring out excess liquid, and the lid also had the same, so it would be easy to pour the liquid out even with the lid on, the lid also has a stream hole/vent in it. The lid was unusual as it had a silicone edge all the way round.

Another thing that impressed me were the soft touch handles of both the wok and the lid, they felt very nice to the touch, and you just know that when the wok and lid get hot the handles won’t.

The wok was a pleasure to use, the heat distribution from the base was brilliant as everything was cooked evenly, and the Titanium reinforced diamond non-stick coating worked really well as absolutely nothing stuck to the pan.

I am so happy that I ordered this wok and lid, everything about them is quality, and I would highly recommend them.

I hope you have found this review and photos helpful.

A really good quality Wok with Lid.

This is all round a beautiful wok and I was in desperate need of a new one as my old one had completely lost its non-stick. This one is aesthetically pleasing and the colours are well used to make something as simple as a wok have appeal to it. Unusually, it has a good silicone rim around the lid, which allows for a gentle touch down and stops any crashing if I accidentally place it down too heavily. The non-stick base is fantastic. First off, I did a noodle mix in the wok and all the ingredients would slide across the bottom effortlessly. Second off, I did a chicken risotto, which required me to leave it sitting. If it was going to stick, it would likely be at this point and every time I came back to give it a stir, there were absolutely no problems.

Washing the wok was easy and with a gentle sponge and washing up liquid, I could push anything leftover from cooking out and leave it clear and clean. The whole wok is heavy to hold single handed when food is in it, however, with two good handles, I can get a good grip whilst carry it around. This is my first time having a wok with a long handle, which although makes it more awkward for storage, it really is better for transporting and cooking with. Saves my hands getting too close to the heat.

This Dutch Oven has a pan measuring 30cm across and 11cm deep with a heavy glass lid. The lid has a chunky square rubber knob which is non-slip and is comfortable to lift. The pot has thick ears about 5.5cm long and really helps with taking the pot from the hob to table. The thick cast aluminium body is not as heavy as the cast iron types but is still sturdy. The non-stick coating makes it easy to cook 5% mince without having to add oil.
The large pot can cook a small chicken with vegetables and the rubber seal around the glass lid keeps in the steam and the chicken is left really moist. The pot is great for bolognese, stews, curries and paella.
It washes well by hand. It is a large pot so needs a lot of room to store it.

Having previously owned and loved a very heavy cast iron dutch oven, I was intrigued to try out a cast aluminium version.
It is very beautiful indeed – the rose gold looks very elegant and classy and sits on my hob putting my other pans to shame!
AS a dutch oven though, I feel I am using this more as a stock pot/soup pot, rather than the whole range of activities I previously enjoyed with bread and baking etc. So a little less useful perhaps?
NO matter, it heats well and evenly, it holds a good quantity for 4-6 people of whatever you are cooking, and it washes up easily (in fact a lot easier than a cast iron pan).
Very useful and beautiful, just not for my beloved bread.
Great quality, superb value and highly recommended.

So this is an interesting crossover pain as by definition it is a stirfry pan but I would much prefer to use a proper steel walk than this however it is incredibly good for doing curries reductions and also Chinese style cooking. The addition of the toughened glass lid makes the pan really versatile and it is easy to cook a good size saving of most issues that would cater for between 5 to 8 people. The nonstick service is excellent and the heat transfer for the handle is completely minimal I was trying it on a gas hob you can get a lot of heat transfer through the handle as the flame is lit up the side but there was nothing to complain of. In terms of weight I’d say this is possibly just a touch too heavy to be used effectively as a proper wok, that may just be my personal preference. In terms of the colour as well I wasn’t sure what I was thinking but it blends reasonably well especially if you have any copper accents in your kitchen.

The first impressions contain to wow when you open the box, the construction and build of the pan is superb, the quality for the price is very good.

The colour mix of black and red gives the pot a nice look.

The lid is clear glass so you can check on the cooking without removing the lid, the lid is also vented to let the steam out etc.

Handles are soft grip which makes it easy to hold and lift even when full

I am very pleased with this lidded wok. It is sturdy and has a heavy base. I love the black/pink colours used, it looks fantastic too.
The wok has a pouring spout, silicone edged glass lid and a sturdy handle. It is large and heavy.
The non-stick coating is fabulous – only a tiny bit of oil was needed to keep everything moving freely with no burning or sticking.
The pan is large enough to cook ingredients at different times and move cooked items to the sides while using the centre to cook new additions.
It has produced some great stir fries and curries. Due to the size it is possible to cook large amounts at once, about a 6 person serving.
This pan has a soft, non-heat transferring handle and can be used on all types of hob. Certainly no complaints on a gas hob.

Had this 3 days and used every night so far.

The heat distribution is excellent , the lid and seal is excellent and the weight is excellent.

So it’s all pretty much excellent. The silicon seal on the lid has subtle cut outs which you can line up to allow steam out or you can turn the lid to keep it in.

The colour is actually really nice as well, very understated and you don’t notice it is pink at all.

Really pleased with this, and the quality is great, used on our induction hob it’s so much easier to use than the heavy pan set we use most of the time.

In fact the only thing I didn’t like about getting this was the packaging.

The pan was in a retail box which was in another brown box and this was in a massive further box. So much cardboard all now at the recycling centre.

Great item which I’m sure will last for years

This is a large, versatile and very well-made wok. The flattened centre of the base makes it is easy and safe to use and allows it to be used also as a (large) frying pan. This is an excellent saucepan that works really well, it is well made, the material choices are great which make it comfortable to hold the non-stick is great. So when this arrived the packaging was notable, it was really nice and the parts came in these little fabric bags that are nice to receive stuff in, but have the trouble of being too nice to throw away but they are not useful enough to keep. A slight annoyance before being able to use the pan was that it had a sticker on the inside that had to be removed before it could be used but was a real pain to get off especially while being careful not to remove the nonstick layer.

The saucepan has a nice has a really nice handle with like a rubberised, silicone like finish which feels really nice to hold and provides a lot of grip, the handle for the lid is also finished with the same texture which is really nice as it means all of the the parts you are meant to touch are nice to do so and this seems to be very heat resistant too meaning there is a reduce risk of getting burnt. The pan is nice to use and is a really versatile size, one of the other things we really like is that nonstick coating which is very effective and makes cleaning the saucepan nice and easy.

This is an absolutely beautiful pan. It’s great for cooking small portions of almost anything such as rice, pasta, curry or even scrambled eggs. It is 16cm so very small in size and made of aluminium mostly. The bottom is thick and of a very durable build. The lid is made of tempered glass and it has a silicone ring around it so it fits perfectly. The titanium reinforced diamond non stick coating is fantastic quality. This beautiful saucepan is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen. One fault is that there’s too much packaging material. I think this is rather wasteful. This is an exceptional product that will definitely last many years. At the moment it is priced at 35.99. I do consider this to be rather pricey for a very small saucepan.

  42. LatonyaHatch says:

This saucepan is perfect if wanting to make sauces, boil milk in or use as you would a saucepan. When I unpacked this I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautifully packaged this saucepan was. For those of you that have bought expensive shoes and bags that come with their own dust bags this saucepan and lid came with their own too. Whether you store them in these between uses its entirely up to you but I just liked that.

Cleanup is fairly easy with soapy water, unfortunately the packaging and nowhere on Amazon did it say if it was dishwasher safe. I may risk it and see what happens at some point as other saucepans we’ve had have been fine to be cleaned in a dishwasher. This also works ok both gas and induction which is another perk. I’m not so sure about the cost though, it’s clear it’s good quality and with great care would be something that would last for years, so you could describe it as an investment. I had not heard of this brand before but the handle doesn’t get hot so has a good safety feature. All in all it’s good quality but I do think fir the size it’s a bit expensive.

A very good quality saucepan that can’t be faulted. It is sturdy and has a bit of weight for such a small saucepan, but it is worth it when food doesn’t stick to it and when I say food doesn’t stick to it — NOT AT ALL love it.

It looks sleep, smart and modern with the black and red finishes. Both sides have a pouring spout, and it works perfectly with my induction stove top heating up quickly and evenly. The handle is the ideal length & doesn’t get hot and includes a tight-fitting glass lid.

I only hand wash my pots and pans and so far, it has been a breeze to clean. Comes in drawstring bags and just feels like quality from the get-go.

Can't Fault It Even if it A Little on the Pricey Side for Just One Small Saucepa

This is a very nice saucepan, ideal for cooking for one, or using for soups, sauces or boiling eggs or milk, to name but a few uses. The pan comes in a very robust cardboard box, with the pan and the lid in their own reusable fabric drawstring bags which you can use to store anything. Such a nice change to not have plastic anywhere in the packaging.

This is a very well balanced pan, that can cope with any fuel source, including induction hobs. We’re using it on a gas hob, and is working very well, with an even distribution of heat.

The red silicone accents on handles, knob and around the lid are striking and also serve to ensure heat resistance for those areas, so they don’t get too hot in use, as well as crating a good seal between lid and saucepan. The non-stick surface is just that, and the pan is easy to clean.

I’m very happy worth this pan, yes at a smidge over 30 at the point of review, it’s not cheap and it’s not the most expensive either. A good pan is an investment, so for me I feel it’s worth the money. Five stars from me.

The pan arrived in the most impressive and secure way. Both lid and pan were separately wrapped in fabric bags and placed in strong packaging. The actual pan is of high quality and great to use. The handle doesn’t get hot, the lid is glass but with a strong seal. Lightweight yet strong, I have ceramic hob with one ring with intensive heating, this pan heated up so quickly on this ring but without burning anything. Overall a really great buy.

    Great quality

This arrived incredibly well-packed: the lid and the saucepan in white canvas bags, with the lid contained in a cardboard moulding, inside a very strong box from the supplier, inside a stronger than usual Amazon box. Zero risk of damage in transit.
The saucepan and lid are very well-designed and very well manufactured from high-quality materials. The design shows a lot of thought. For example, there is a pouring spout on both sides, so it will work just as well for left-handers, and there is no need for a ventilation hole in the lid. The handle has a hole for hanging. The handle and the lid ring are both made of very strong silicone, so both are heat-resistant and the lid doesn’t rattle. You can actually see a rainbow sparkle on the titanium non-stick coating, which is very effective — one of the best I’ve seen. The pan is heavy for its size, so stays put on the hob.
As suggested, you could use it for milk, but it really comes into its own for sauces, when you want to simmer for a long time; it retains the heat superbly.
It is a very good-looking saucepan — not cheap, but with proper treatment it should last for years. Unfortunately, as far as I could find out it’s one of a kind.

This is a really good saucepan and it is packaged in a strong box, with cardboard inserts and each piece of the saucepan is packaged in it’s own protective fabric draw string bag.

That is a lot of unnecessary expense that goes straight in the recycling for what I can see. The pan is unpacked and then goes into a cupboard. It is a metal and rubber saucepan, not really breakable.

Anyway, the saucepan is quite expensive for a fairly small non-stick pan, however, I have used it a few times and it certainly comes up to expectations. It is solid and heavy and completely non-stick.

The red rubber handle and saucepan rim, I’m not sure it is entirely necessary. It does make it cooler to the touch and maybe the lid goes on quietly. I don’t have a great deal of confidence that the red rubber will look the same after perhaps a year in use.

I don’t know if it can go in the dishwasher, I searched through the extensive packaging and could not find any instruction or care leaflet. Referring to the Amazon page I can find no dishwasher confirmation either.

Works well on my induction hob but will only work on the exact ring size for the bottom of the pan. My other pans all work on any ring.

All in all it is a good non-stick lidded pan. On it’s own, not part of a set.

Lovely saucepan, bit of a packaging overkill.

Really sturdy heavy pot and larger than the normal milk pan.
Looks nice with the glass lid but seems a bit on the dear side so hopefully will last a while.
    Easy to clean.

This is a really excellent little pan. It’s sturdy and a good size for everything from porridge to rice to boiled eggs, and it’s non stick. The lid is a good fit. However it arrived in a huge box, far bigger than necessary for an item of that size, and both the pan and the lid were presented in a drawstring bag with the company logo printed on it, so not much use for anything else and not sure if recyclable. If they had spent a little less on extortionate packaging they may have been able to charge less than 30 for the pan, which in my view is rather expensive, even for a pan of such high quality as this one.
