This chair is perfect. The table isn't to big but the chair is good. If you need a blanket or you got a dog that wants to cuddle. Great deal too. My friend loves it!

These chairs seem very well made as well as comfortable. The side table that folds down is better than ones we have had that folded up. So far we are very pleased with them. I'm 6 foot and over 250. My wife is 5 foot one and small. We are both very comfortable in these chairs.

Really nice and sturdy. Some people could have difficulty folding/unfolding. One of my chairs (2 pack) was missing a couple of plastic tips that go on the legs. That was disappointing. However I would buy these again. Overall, good chairs at a good price.

J’ai achet ces siges pour faire des foires et marchs. Elles sont confortables et rassurantes pour des personnes de forte corpulence. Elles ont t testes toute une saison sur les marchs et sont restes dans un tat impeccable. Le seul point ngatif est le bruit quand la personne s’assied dans le fauteuil quand le tissus roule sur la structure : il peut prter confusion. au dbut on stresse, aprs on s’en amuse de voir la raction de certaines personnes !
Perfect for me
The chair is robust and the sitting position slightly higher than other chairs which is exactly what I wanted. The arms help getting out of the chair as my knees are weak after surgery

Comfortable and sturdy
As a ‘larger lady’ who is also disabled, finding outdoor chairs that are comfortable and sturdy is quite hard. I haven’t yet had a chance to use these for any length of time, but they are very well made, easy to put up (and collapse), lightweight (with a useful carry handle) and seem to be exceedingly comfy. They are very wide so even I won’t stand up with it stuck to my bum! I’m very impressed with these and will quite likely buy more in the future.

I am very impressed with the quality of this chair. It holds quite a considerable weight and is very comfortable. It’s also nice and light so you can easily fold it up and take it where you want it. We love it so much we are going to buy another one.
I opened it with a bit of force and sat in it. It’s very comfortable and roomy but when I came to close it again I couldn’t….I’m just not strong enough or I’m not doing it right….I’d like detailed instructions or can I use WD40 on the joints? Anyway I would advise anyone to buy it… it’s lovely with that one caveat.

Brilliant bu
Really strong and sturdy not budging an inch holding my current weight at 120kg. The only downfall is the back rest is small so gets a bit uncomfortable after a while. Digs into your back as it’s about 5 inches wide.

This chair was an excellent purchase . It’s very sturdy and the tray on the side is very useful for drinks and snacks. I would have preferred a longer piece of canvas at the back to give more support especially like me you have a back problem. Easy and light weight to carry

Although I haven’t used these chairs for camping yet, they have been used in the garden. The chairs proved easy to use, though for now they require a firm pressure to fold them out, this may ease a little with time. The chairs are comfortable and strong enough to hold me and the dog. Good purchase from a good seller.

So far so good. Have been using these chairs since they arrived 3 days ago and must say they are nice and sturdy easy to fold away and take my weight easily (25st).

It is a fantastic chair, but I do find it hard to open and fold back up again? Thus could be because of my disability, but I am strong on my upper body???? But that aside I would definitely recommend it, especially for us larger people. It’s very strong and very comfortable.
A good chair and worth the money
I have had several camping chairs and they all seem to have weaknesses in design or quality. This is one of the better ones and the size makes it comfortable, even fit the larger person. I would recomnend.

I bought this as a replacement for my 20 year old gardening chair which finally gave up the ghost. It arrived the day before stated and was easy to put up. As an added bonus, the pocket section of my original chair was transferrable which is useful, as the built-in table (plastic) is rather insubstantial for my needs. The seat itself is nice and wide and the build is good and solid.

This was my second chair. The first had a manufacturing fault, but the customer service from the seller and Amazon was brilliant. :0)
I ordered a replacement and it arrived today, perfect. The chair is sturdy enough for older members of family to have something study to push themselves up. It takes 395lbs of weight, more than enough for a body builder. Seat pitch is great size and arm rests are high enough in that people bigger on the lower half won’t get any thighs caught. It is also super comfy for people who don’t require the seat width. The table is useful, as is the side pocket. Frail people may struggle to open it up, it is as somepeople have said, similar to opening a push chair. The reassuring clunk it makes when open is nice. A chair that folds flat is a bonus and will fit in a car boot nicely. Nice chair.

Nice and strong and the seat part is bigger than normal, which makes it more comfortable to sit on. It’s light to carry and has carry handles also which makes it easier to transport. Nice chair.

Look – I’m a big bloke. I break stuff. This doesn’t look like it’s going to fall apart anytime soon – pull down side table is a little flimsy, but at least it’s got one! Not too sure about the huge ‘King Camp’ logo on the back rest – hoping people at festivals don’t interpret that incorrectly.

Great chair used for camping very sturdy. The tray and side compartments come in very handy. Only downside is the backrest is quite low so if you’re tall sitting back fully can be uncomfortable. Overall a great chair .
Good, solid chairs!
They’re a great size, loads of room! You don’t need to be plus size to get them, and my partner who’s a 12 is fine sitting in them for an evening, as am I, at a size 20.
They’re a bit sticky when opening and closing, but once you get the knack, they’re ok. Could be a bit easier tho, as someone who isn’t strong would find it difficult. Also they’re quite heavy, but it’s to be expected, as they’re very solidly made, and def won’t buckle like those cheap chairs.
The director style is much more comfy than the regular style camping chairs, particularly when you’re on them for a long time. Grab yourself a waterproof cushion, and they’re just wonderful!
The table is handy, and the side pockets are great for all your things! They also have a handle at the top to carry them when folded, and it’s useful to drag them around a field when camping. Def recommend!

The chair is everything it should be except it arrived with one of the velcro pocket closures ripped off and stuck to its other half. See photos.

Really Sturdy but lightweigh
We were looking for a camping chair which would be strong enough for larger people (we’re not little), but would fold down small enough to fit into the boot of our campervan. These are brilliant, easy to unfold/fold and comfortable too.
Light & Strong
Very strong chairs. I am not a small person and sitting in these they do not feel like they are going to bend or break. The are very wide too so there is plenty of hip room. The tray is great for a drink holder and leaving a few things on there like a book or phone. The pocket side is also cool. Lots of pockets to store thing and one has a zip. The chairs open easily and close easily. They are light to carry long distances. The carry handles are nice, but you need to be tall to carry them without them touching the floor. Overall, very happy.
The KingCamp directors chair is a great chair for camping trips or fishing trips. It’s not like a normal folding chair it’s made of very strong steel, has padded seat, backsupports and armrests for high levels of comfort and it has a side table and several storage pockets on the sides. The side table is great having a cupholder slot as it means you can safely store a cuppa while you wait. The side pockets are great too, plenty of space for your phone, wallet, keys and any other essentials you may want.
The price is fair, it’s a lot more expensive than a camp chair from Tesco’s but the quality is 10 x better. Overall value for money is still good and the product is fantastic.
Don't waste your time with cheaper chairs if you value comfo
These are super comfy, sturdy and have bags of storage on them. Highly recommended, we use them in the garden & while camping… roomy, sturdy and the little drink shelf is excellent too.

The perfect camping chair, folds flat and can be stored in minimal space but opens up into a pretty big sturdy chair capable of holding considerable weight. My husbands 18st and it easily held his weight without a problem. The frames got thick canvas type material that’s easy to clean, a padded back cushion which is lovely to lean back on and the side tables genius. Holds snacks and drinks etc love this part of the chair. There’s a useful storage bag section in the other end for fishing stuff or whatever you need it for. Really impressed with this, absolutely lovely chair and great for camping as we have limited space in the van. Very happy with this worth every penny. Thanks love this !
Excellent Purchase
I bought this chair based on reviews and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. Didn’t really want to spend this much however, I’m glad I did. The chair is very sturdy, no fear of it collapsing! Ideal to keep in the back of the car when I am out and about for day trips/holidays.
It is a bit stiff to fold up and I was concerned I would break it, but the more it is used it should become easier overtime.
The floor is not a friend.
Watching a game of cricket sitting in a folding director chair, I had great difficulty getting out of it and the chair tipped over. I was shuck up it took 3 guys to get me on my feet, I am not a big chap, but something caused my knee go stiff.
At home informed the family of what happened. I started looking out for a better design fold up chair
Having found this chair order it. It was already made does not fold like the previous one. It stay full size but closers flat.

Super solid - needs a taller back
I’m a big bloke and this is super solid, mechanism is robust, robust table and pouch.
Only thing is the relatively low height of the back – if it went 6 inches higher it would be perfect. Sure I can whip up some extensions though and rest is brillia

You know when they say it’s a wide seat but you just know you’re going to have to squeeze into it anyway? No – I’m wide and this chair is roomy even for me. It’s great looking, and they’ve thought of everything. I love that the chair is made from coated steel (so it’s strong and won’t rust), the table placement is thoughtful (low enough for comfortable access and out of the way), and the pockets – you’ll like them. It looks and feels sturdy yet I can carry it easily. That’s all – of all the chairs I researched this gets an A++. Can’t wait to to sit on a windy summit with my babe, read a book, or sit and supervise a fossil find in an old quarry. I’m a sceptic, but I’ve been won over. Okay, one con – every thing is heavy duty, sturdy on this chair except the leg caps at the bottom. I’ll wait and see, but they look pretty thin. Anyway, off we go!
When looking for a replacement seat for when I was going camping, I came across this one – so ordered it.
SO glad I did – the design, although a little heavier than your usual camping seats, is faultless.
On pushing it open and it snapping into place, the first thing I noticed was how wide it is…..and I am by no means narrow in width! I sat in the seat comfortably. The back supported me enough with some recline and the fold up table on the size is amazing.
The only thing some people might dislike is folding them up – they are not overly easy to fold but I guess that come with time. If you want a seat that you can actually lean on the frame to get in/get out of, you want one of these.

Well made sturdy comfortable chair, steel frame construction does add to their weight compared with cheaper aluminium framed types. However they are not so heavy as to be difficult to use.

As others have stated, this chair is very sturdy ,comfortable and indeed large. It’s certainly built to last and no danger of wobbling or collapsing. It is light enough to carry. It can be a little ” stiff ” to unfold ,but I think that will improve with use. Them side table is useful and practical. I would most certainly purchase this chair again.

Over the last three years I have got through three camping chairs, ranging from the cheaper to the more expensive. This one was praised on a camping website for the heavier chap, so as the price was good I went for it. It’s fairly sturdy and folds up nicely. Time will tell, but I’ve tried it out and it’s good so far. It’s built like a director’s chair so the back exposes a gap that the wind can whip through and be felt between your trousers and your jumper, so I’ll have to make other arrangements for that. Nevertheless, if it doesn’t break then its worth it’s five stars.

I am very pleased with these chairs. I use mine for painting outdoors and the tray and the pockets are very useful. You can sit in them for some hours in comfort and I am a large person so all good.

I loved these chairs, they were easy to unfold and were padded on the back and seat for extra comfort, everyone who has sat in them has said how comfortable they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

So, I bought these to be a long term replacement for the crappy 7 foldable ones that I have to end up replacing every year as they are flimsy and rotten. I’m no where near the weight limit but I like to feel safe in a chair. This, this I do. Took them to my parents for a socially distant afternoon in the garden. They were impressed by the chairs as much as we were. Sturdy and comfortable for 3ish hours of sitting on them. The table is really handy. Can’t wait to take them camping. We’re off to Oban next month and they will be in the sub floor in the boot of the car, just in case we stop somewhere at the roadside for a Picnic
VERY COMFY CHAIR
Sick of the fold up chairs where the plastic clips break after a few trips away. Yes this chair is a tad more expensive than lots of camping xhairs, but so far worth every penny. Only downside I can thing of is that it doesn’t have a cover/carry bag, which would be ideal

The only issue I have is that the backrest could be a little deeper of the back a little higher – it tends to bunch up making it a little uncomfortable across the back. That aside these are superb chairs.

We needed folding chairs for our caravan and these fitted the bill perfectly, they are sturdy and well padded. They are also not that heavy as weight is an issue with travelling!!. Would definitely recommend.
I am a big Lady and had a Directors Chair which my bum popped out of at the sides and I was always waiting on it collapsing. This chair is so comfortable and strong kept foldable.
