Great stand, very sturdy and stable
Really pleased with this stand. So pleased, in fact, that I bought another one a few days later.
It’s very sturdy and doesn’t wobble about at all and has just the right amount of stiffness in the moving parts to keep it in the position you set it in. Very impressed!
Perfect for desk
This laptop stand is sturdy and holds my 15.6″ Acer very firmly. The height options are perfect for the desk. It’s ergonomically friendly and is very stable on my desk. Sturdy but get the angle righ
Well made and sturdy. However you need to get the base that the laptop sits on at the right angle otherwise the laptop can slide off towards you quite easily. The protrusions at the front that prevent the laptop from sliding forwards could ideally be a little bigger. But once you have it at the right angle it really is a nice piece of kit.

Using for home office, on a desk, in one place, with a Thinkpad laptop – does the job perfectly for me, as I use a separate keyboard and mouse – I can see how it might be tricky if using the laptop keyboard – I use a separate monitor, so this enables me to have a dual screen setup, and I use the laptop webcam for Teams meetings etc. Well worth the money in my opinion.

It works just fine
To elevate my laptop (MacBook Air) to the level of my monitor this works just fine (see pic). It’s well built and sturdy enough. Speaking as an engineer, I just wouldn’t recommend typing on it – you’re bound to get small vibrations if you do so with such a light structure. To eliminate these would require a lot more metal and much too much weight. But having said that the fluctuations aren’t enormous and I was able to write this last sentence quite comfortably from the laptop itself!! If that’s your cup of tea then go for it.

Useful stand
I bought this because I still work from home 2 days per week and I was getting neck strain from having the laptop on the table. It hadn’t occurred to me that I would be using it for general use as well. Since putting my laptop on the stand, it hasn’t left it! This is a superb stand, being lightweight but sturdy and adjustible to any position that you could desire. I am very impressed with it and would recommend it to anyone considering a laptop stand

It’s a bit stiff to raise or lower, but then this is why it’s sturdy. Can find lots of different angles and heights to suit.
Slim and sturdy
The product is what I was looking for (I work from home a couple of days per week). Looks sleek and doesn’t take up space, it is sturdy and does the job. I’ve used it also on my lap while string on the sofa, not ideal but it still works.

If you’re being picky you could say it’s stiff. But that’s just another way of saying it doesn’t move once you put it in place. Definitely good for purpose, I suppose you could ask for more but then you’ll need wall fixing really.

May not take a heavy seventeen inch
Got this for a seventeen inch lap top, it collapsed before I even let go properly., I tightened the nuts up on it, it just sank slower. But, that might just have been a one off, its man made after all.
Gave it to my partner who works from home two days a week, she loves it, and its perfect for her 13″ notebook with detachable keyboard, it raises the table up so she isn’t looking down.
Just because it didn’t work for me, does not mean another one will be the same, but may not suit the larger heavy laptops, but try and see, because it is well designed. Fifteen” or under should be ideal.

This worked perfectly for my Microsoft Surface laptop. I can now raise it to a comfortable level for zoom calls and work.

I cheaped out a bit and went with this model, which looks to provide similar stability at a slightly lower cost and read that it can hold up to 6 KG. The reason for this purchase was to have the laptop on my cramped desk, so I could do work on it instead of having to constantly spin my chair around, back and forth between my desktop and laptop to make things easier when needing total focus. With my Gaming laptop that is 15.6′ and weighs 2.4 KG, this thing wobbled a lot when typing making me a tad concerned and this felt almost unfit for that purpose. Tried on my APU based laptop that is also 15.6′ and weighs in at 1 KG, a lot less wobble but still there was some but was a lot more sturdy.
If you plan to get this for your gaming laptop and if it’s bigger in both weight or size, then I’d definitely give this a miss, especially if you plan on typing on it. If your laptop is about the same size and weight and also you plan to type on this, I’d suggest going for something more substantial but if all you plan to do is game, then that should be totally fine. For any laptops weighing 1 KG and under, I’d say the wobble is perfectly acceptable.

Good but be careful with round edged laptops
The product is great for a 13 inch laptop. Anything bigger feels like it’s going to fall. I have a 15 inch one and couldn’t use because the edge is slight rounded and the support can’t hold it, unfortunately.

Been using it for a few weeks now. My Dell XPS 13 fits it perfectly and doesn’t budge a mm when in use. It’s easy to erect, it pivots stably up, down & horizontally, and being metal, (not cheap plastic), the finish and quality is worth every penny. Aeration underneath is a real bonus. Highly recommend it.

When I took it out of the box I thought, this is going to be rubbish, felt very light and insubstantial.
Stuck it on my desk though and put my laptop upon it, HP Probook 13″, and it’s been rock solid – I can’t fault it and fits my needs perfectly and gives me some much needed desk space back now I haven’t got my laptop sat on a box.
I can’t vouch for typing on the keyboard whilst on the stand, as I use a wireless keyboard and mouse, but I suspect with a less sharp angle it would be ok for note taking. I use it to raise the height of my screen so it sits next to my external monitors and improved camera angle for video meetings.
With the lightness that I initially dismissed it means it’s super portable, should that be a requirement for you, plus it folds pretty flat. It should fit comfortably in all but super slim laptop bags.
Given the price of some of these laptop stands I would thoroughly recommend this item as excellent value for money.

Perfect accessory to create a comfortable home office environment. I have now 2 screens and I don’t have to sit my laptop on boxes to get the screen on eye-level and this way I have more space on my desk too.
OK for most (but not all) laptops.
OK for thin keyboard laptops with a front sqaure edge. The two flaps at the lower edge need to be deeper to allow deeper / bigger / curved edge laptops. Mine is a Lenovo Latitude 7480 – anything bigger may struggle. Reasonably stable – falling away from the user is unlikely but not impossible. A fall towards the user is very unlikely. Ideal ventilation slots for my laptop. Measure up well before purchase. and you’ll be satisfied at the price as I am.
This laptop stand worked perfectly to raise my laptop screen up to eye level to allow for better posture. I did need to add a weight to the base of the stand to stop it tipping backwards, but that is because my laptop (Dell Precision 5520) only opens to 135. If my laptop opened wider (like most do) it wouldn’t have been a problem.
The stand is adjustable by hand, but stiff enough to not move under the weight of my laptop.
Given how small and lightweight the stand is, I was impressed by how well it worked.

A very neat and sturdy laptop holding device. Was getting neck ache from looking down all the time. This magic device holds my MacBook high and keeps my neck from getting sore. Worth every penny. It’s strong, supports the laptop with ease and is adjustable for height and angle. What’s not to like!

This is extremely sturdy and lightweight and doesn’t take up much space. Highly recommend it to anyone who has a home working set up.
Lightweight and foldable, raises my MacBook Pro 13″ to comfortable eye level – this has transformed my WFH experience 🙂 Has thin non-slip pads under the base and on the part where the laptop rests and two discreet lips to prevent the device slipping. As another reviewer notes, the nuts & bolts are quite tight so it feels like a wrestle to open and establish correct height, but this is probably necessary. It looks as if the nuts could be easily tightened with a small spanner should they start to loosen over time. Folds flat enough to pop into a bag with my laptop, if need be.
