Excellent Produc
Fed up with the cheaply made Hozelock ones so decided to try this one. Great price at only 9.99 so nothing to lose. Arrived the day after I ordered. Tested it immediately. Fantastic product. Very solidly built indeed & with so many sparay functions, it seems like a great buy. Time will tell of course but with it being solidly constructed, I’m confident it will prove to be a good purchase.
Easy to store
The hose does reach it’s 150 feet when fully out the reason it did not get five stars because the hose starts to retract when you pull the trigger can anyone figger out why

We had it for over a year now and it worked fine all this time. We had a small issue with the connector recently, but the customer support was wonderful and they’ve sent the replacement set of connectors.
Lovely to be able to take control of watering the garde
Love this spray gun for my garden. The only negative, and it is only small, is that it is very difficult to see the settings unless you have good light.
Had it one year and it broke but…
Hasn’t been dropped or damaged, just unfortunately stopped working. *update I contacted the seller and they issued me a brand new replacement for this item due a common fault with this product* Excellent service I must say.
This hose is great with the attachments. I would recommend as it very light and is long enough for us.ans our garden. Unfortunately it did develop a.leak.but even after the warranty the company kindly sent me another one free of charge.

Great sturdiness but I feel the plastic “squirt” lever will be the weak spot for this device. Watch out for spring of keep on latch nipping you.
Bought as I wanted a reliable and “drop proof” hose gun.
But beware marked down as adult users in our household struggled to cup stem and lever due to hand size, tiring to hold for extended periods.
I didn’t think we had small hands – every day is a school day !
Otherwise value and durability seem OK and delivery was prompt.

Great power from it compared to one we had originally on the hose, had it a while but only put it on today my mistake
Almost returned it the day I got it....
It arrived in reasonable time and looks the part BUT when i fitted it onto a hose and turned on the water it didn’t work – squeezed the trigger but nothing came out. Another gun worked fine – so this was about to be on the way back. Then as the unit has ESP and didn’t want to go back to die in a crusher at an Amazon warehouse it tapped into my subconscious and begged for a final squeeze – being a softie I complied and LO AND BEHOLD it worked….
It still works several months on – not a bad range of jets – appears reasonably robust if not indestructible. It can take some abuse.
I WOULDN’T LEAVE ANY WATER LYING IN IT WHEN THE WEATHER TURNS ICY………….

Good quality product, solid and metal, with multiple spray settings. Much better ( and cheaper) than the B&Q one costing 16 that fell apart on the first use! Would recommend.
Fab hose
I was skeptical about buying a non branded hose attachment as I wasn’t sure if it would fit my hozelock attachment.
Pleased to report it is a perfect fit and the solid metal material makes it feel very sturdy.
The twist function to change the water spray setting is nice and smooth.
Only drawback to the metal is it gets hot sat in the sun, but common sense knows this already 🙂
Overall a great purchase, feels and looks much nicer than the hozelock ones I’ve bought in the pas

Sturdy
I bought a plastic Hozelock earlier this year (not from Amazon) and after about 20 uses it locked open thereby becoming next to useless. This one is partly made from metal and does the job.
Good range of spray patterns
Sturdy with the option to leave on for extended periods – useful addition as I have arthritis in my hands. Heavy enough to feel solid but not too heavy to use with comfort.
Great item so far Have an Allotment so use every day working well so far.
Only had the item for a short time working well would recommend.

So far, so great. I’ve only used it a couple of times, but it’s definitely the best spray I’ve ever owned. It seems sturdy and comfortable to hold.

Great value spray gu
I bought one of these last summer and when my other hose sprayer failed bought a second last week. My own experience is that this is a great spray head. Feels and looks well constructed and I was so happy with my 12 month experience with the first that I feel I can recommend.
The only downside mentioned by other reviewers is that indeed the handle requires quite a strong squeeze – not a big deal for me but I can see that some might find this a problem. Even so I’m giving 5 stars!

Smart and works well
I got this to replace a dripping spray gun. This feels solid, and looks really good. The little catch to keep the water flowing without squeezing the lever works well.

Withstands being froze
Reasonably priced and well made. During frosty weather, when the water in the hose pipe froze, the spray gun casing was not damaged like the previous plastic gun which split open.
Does what it says
The plastic ones are not very durable so went through several & when the last one broke looked for something that would stand being dropped! I use it when washing the car and it has a good range of spray options. The jet option is good for wheel arches obviously not as strong as a pressure washer but does the job for me. I’ve had it a while now & its has survived my clumsiness so although its a bit more money than a plastic one it was worth it.

Nice weight to this, good spray patterns… excellent in all regards save the issue everyone else reports on i.e. the wire lock clip has gone missing, so 2 stars removed for durability, sturdiness and ease of use… otherwise would be 5 stars all round.
Edit, 5 stars, failure should not happen but no quibble, item has been replaced with a whole new gun. Brilliant customer service in that regard

Bought as a replacement for one provided with expanding hose as previous units were flimsy plastic. Given low star for durability as not long used it.
Don’t know what the upgrading is but there seems to be an increase of power with this unit over the old one. Unfortunately this restrict the number of spray options you can use without flattening your plants and shower setting is the only one that can be used damage free. Plus side is that the jet setting is not far from a power washer in it’s use on patio slabs and of course I can sit on the patio and water in a high arc half way down the garden. Bliss! Now able to tackle forest fires from a safe distance 😀
simple and a great selection of spray heads
The spray head works slightly different to the market leaders and the spray options once you have got used to them are actually better to use when watering plants especially when they are in plant pots.

Nice to hold. Good solid construction. Grip does make it easy to switch spray pattern even when wet. Started to get a bit leaky but only when in use.

Great quality hose spray gu
I’ve had a few of these in my time, but this is by far the best and wasn’t too expensive for the quality. It says heavy duty in the title and I can confirm it’s a solid piece of kit. It works well on all settings, even with my temperamental water pressure and is even better than the more highly priced so-called ‘quality’ brands that I have bought in the past.
I can’t speak to its durability as I haven’t had it for long, but judging by the quality and weight, it should last many years.

Ultra control
1st class product, previously had plastic versions which both broke at weak spots. This is strong and small pin to lock on/off very easy to use. The 10 options give total control of garden watering from delicate to heavy. Also powerful for car washing etc. I expect this to last a good many years.

have not had this long, so I cannot comment on durability. But for sturdiness and easy to use, this is excellent. Much quicker watering the gardens and pots on the patio now.

Solid metal construction spray
Good solid sprayer. Made of metal so should last longer than the well known plastic brand which seem to spring a leak after a couple it years. Good value too.
Only had the product a week or so but the selection of spray patterns is much better than the hose lock product it replaced.
I don’t use all patterns but much better for washing down the car with a strong wide jet when not using the pressure washer.
It also has a jet function which shoots a central jet much further than the hose lock does.
Used for water plants and hanging baskets too.
The build quality and ruggedness feel good but will find out in time if it lasts. The hose lock part it replaced (which I’ve had 3)started to fall apart and lost the lock trigger that you can use to keep it on.
The lock lever on this product is more fiddley (than hose lock) and has to be adjusted before it will work if you let go of the trigger.
Overall very pleased.
Flexible spray gu
Nice looking spray gun, somewhat more impressive than hozelock in looks and quality. Good range of spray patterns but I particularly liked the angled one that watered my high hanging baskets well.

A replacement for my old plastic one that broke over the winter. This you can tell straight away is quality by the weight and feel of the materiel. Its got a rubber protective outet rim so if it drops it won’t crack and is a lot more comfortable to hold. Very happy with this and I am sure it will last too.
I have had so many of these spray heads over the years. I must say this one is fantastic, well made solid head the feels strong but not overly heavy. The range of sprays deals with everything from the most delicate plants to washing down patio after the dogs come back from the muddiest walks. Would recommend 100%

Very impressed on first appearance and use. Perfectly fits my Hoselock connector. All 9 jet types function well by simply rotating the spray head to the desired function- a clear click denotes each pattern. Handle feels comfortable and rubberised so cat understand comments re needing gloves in winter?? Time will tell how durable it will be.
A very sturdy well made spray gun. I bought this to replace the original one I had when I purchased a hose. The original one was plastic and it started to split at the seams. This new one is metal and does not have any seams. Spray functions are very good. Overall it is a very good value for money product.
I have been through many plastic hose guns and decided to pay a bit extra for a more sturdy unit. This is a great hose gun but let’s see how long it lasts as my last one which was a different brand lasted about 2 yrs. Although it was left out in all weathers and I think it got frost damaged. Perhaps I’ll bring it in next time.
It’s a shame that the flimsy bit of metal that holds the gun open when watering fell off after two days, so I had to make something similar to hold gun open, really disappointing as other wise it would have been a good spray gun, hence only 4 stars
I was looking for something other than the rubbishly Hozelock devices that always end up leaking
So I bought this hoping that the extra few quid would ensure long term quality
The spray patterns are good
however the on off handle requires the strength and grip of a russian weight lifter to operate, and quickly tires your grip, so it has an on lock
Unfortunately, it is a feeble bit of bent wire

This feels very good quality and has a nice spray head. I have tried several settings and all work well. It is to replace my previous 2 plastic hose guns that were much more expensive and a brand name. We shall see how long this one lasts.

Item arrived on time and as described by the seller. Fitted it to my hose with no problem at all and all the different spray positions worked well. Appears to be sturdy and well made, only used it a couple of times since getting it but, so far looking good.
his feels a good quality piece of kit and I have used it twice so far and it is an improvement. However it arrived with something loose inside and some spare washer type things that did not serve any obvious and Immediate purpose. The rattle was caused by a small spring attached at one end to a small bullet shaped piece of plastic that appears to be a spare. if there was an indication of the purpose, that would be an advantage.
The item arrived in an Amazon box, not a custom one – that always makes me uneasy. There was no invoice in the box nor was there any instruction. I was initially baffled by the enclosed washers but helped by earlier purchasers. It didn’t help that the attachment was firmly already firmly attached unlike as in the picture. I now see that these washers are for spare – why was there no explanatory note in the box?
Be aware that the device needs a separate coupling device to connect to the hose.
It is sturdy and the jets are powerful at the apprpriate settings. This raised the stars to four but I am still unhappy that I had to do all the thinking when a few words of explanation would have helped.
Absolutely thrilled to bits with this! It fits perfectly on my B&Q Verve hosepipe! My previous nozzle that came with it bit the dust! It’s very high quality! Easy to hold and use! And best part the jet is so powerful it breaks through the chicken poops with ease! Highly recommended!

Sturdy and easy to use
I really like this hose spray head. It has various settings and is easy to use. I’ve had it since June (time of writing end August) and it gets regular use. It is sturdy, but not heavy. One of the sprays doesn’t work 100% or it would have been five stars.
This hose gun is just the job! I wanted a hose gun that would have enough pressure force to be able to hose down the patio without having to buy a pressure washer and this is just right. The patio is hosed down and clean in no time. I also like the various settings which are easy to rotate and use. The mist setting is especially useful to water the plants that are in pots without disturbing the soil. The handle trigger on the hose gun is very responsive and the overall materials used and the way it is made, suggest that it will last a long time.
This hose gun looks and feels very sturdy, it has a good grip feels like rubber. It meets the discription as advertised. I haven’t used it yet but look forward to trying it out. I would have like a small diagram to explain the various bits, eg it has a small nozzle at the top of the grip where the watering can be put on constant but I have no idea what this for. Overall I would certainly recommend it, at least it won’t break if you drop it like I did my last plastic one!

Would have no problem recommending this item – 1st class quality , robust compared to the usual ‘plastic’ guns that seem to be ready available & tend to have a short life.
Have used this solidly for the last week & found it very good & can well recommend.

Missing vital part to join to existing garden hose.
I ordered this the other day, when it came I found out that it will not fit my garden hose as it is missing a vital piece that connects the 2 together. So now I’m left with trying to find one that will work.
Normally when you buy a garden hose spray gun it comes with the piece necessary to join it to a garden hose. So if you’re going to buy this, bear in mind that it will not come with with part needed to connect it to an existing garden hose.
Edit one other good thing I’ll say about this garden hose is that it is durable through winter, my older plastic garden hose cracked because of water freezing to ice and expanding.
This hose is more sturdy + it has about 5 settings which is handy for washing your car or watering your garden .
I’ve added an extra 2 stars because of its quality& long lasting durability.
I can’t give it 5 stars though because it didn’t come with the right connector to fit it to my garden hose, I needed to source that separately which was unexpected .
