    1. Massage mat works as described on Amazon page
    2. Straightforward to use
    3. Soft fabric
    4. Easy to store when folded

Overall this mat is nice and works as expected but I end up using it few times and then left it in the corner. I have it since October and used 4 times (all 4 times in the first week of getting it). So I think it’s not too useful for me. Check out before buying if you really intend to use it!

Easy to use, but not too useful

My wife suffers from sciatica on a frequent basis and pain killers have only a limited effect. She has used massaging guns and heat pads separately which have helps but this mat means she can do both at once. My wife is not tall and then she can utilise the full mat but when I have tried it ( 1.8m tall) my feet hang over the end; not a problem to us but make sure the size is big enough for you.

You can place the mat on the floor, bed or couch; on the floor the massager is a bit more intense than on a soft surface. The mat can be used as heated only or with the massage function (with a little messing about). The massager is a little noisy but not too disturbing and the areas to be massaged can be selected from the controller; run it for too long and you can feel a bit seasick.

My wife finds that half an hour use gives her some relief for most of the day so this gives it 5*.

I love it! It is not a massaging mat, let’s be straight, as it is more of a mat that vibrates than massages and depending on how much intensity you want, you should think carefully about where you place it. If you want a mild vibration, then put it into/onto your big armchair and off you go – muscles smoothed and relaxed. If, however, you are after a bt more than some mild sensation, then put it onto your kitchen floor or wherever you have hard floor in your house and enjoy a lot more stimulation to your tired muscles. This is what I do – after a couple of days of sitting down in fron of my computer, my back is super stiff and I need a session on my mat – 30 minutes save the day for me! Such great value for money and easy to store away when not in use, as although the box is bulky, it is not heavy and not too huge! Highly recommended!

This massage mat using pulses and vibration as opposed to the physical rotating pads of more ‘shiatsu’ style massages. I prefer this, it’s less pin-point intense and more effective over larger areas – it’s something to be aware of in case you’re looking for a more powerful physical kneading. The heat and pulse zones work well together, even on the lowest settings they’re quite intensive and audibly loud, but they have a decent effect that feels like it increases blood flow over a large area surrounding the vibration zone. It rolls up small enough to slot down the back of the sofa, but not super small, so be aware that you need space to store it, the rolled up cylinder size seems to be about 40cm in diameter.

More vibration style than kneading style, but seems to get the circulation going

Multifunctional mat for the therapeutic message. This product was delivered on time and without any defects. Immediately after unpacking, the quality of the product was checked. On the outside, everything looks good, without defects. Once I put it into operation I tried all its modes, namely its vibrations. It is used for both the neck, legs and muscles in different areas of the body. It helps to relax and improve health because it is a therapeutic ma

This is a great idea but even on the lowest setting it feels harsh and is in no way relaxing.

This is wonderful to use. I have a bad back and mostly use this on the heat setting whilst sitting watching tv.
I love all of the massage setting and like that I can target different areas with different intensity’s too.
    Well worth the price.

The mat comes boxed, rolls easily and secures with a strap for storage although it is still quite large.
The mat itself is soft and padded with a pouch at the side to store the wired remote. Included is a UK adaptor and the mat simply plugs in and is ready to use.
The massage is a vibrating massage with options to change the intensity and areas of the body to work on, along with a heated function.
My husband and I have both used this on a number of occasions and it’s relaxing and pleasant to lay on. I wouldn’t call the vibrations a massage as such but I’d say they relax muscles. The negative is it’s quite noisy so I’d recommend sticking some headphones in.
Overall, a pleasant mat relax on which seems good quality and we are enjoying using it so would recommend!

    Relaxing, vibrating massage ma

A lovely mat that can be put on a bed or a sofa or even on the chair. It is good in size and material, the remote function is amazing! There are lots of different modes that you can use to suit your needs. It also warms up which helps the muscles to relax, but not too much which is great. When it gets too warm it would be too uncomfortable, so this is just perfect. It has helped relieve a lot of pain and sores around the body! I use it on a day to day basis as it relaxes me mentally and physically, and prepares me for the next day. Overall, very happy and satisfied with this! Cannot fault this at all.

To achieve anything resembling a massage I recommend this is used on a hard base such as a floor rather than a soft one like a bed. Even then I would describe the effect as more of a vibrating feeling than a massage, but a not unpleasant feeling nevertheless. I did like the heat function as it adds to the overall feelgood effect and I did find that I felt better all over having used it. I think its almost impossible to replicate a real massage with a machine, but this mat does make a pretty good alternative. If you are aching in body areas in contact with the mat, then you will achieve some relief whilst you are using it, so from this point of view it might be worth getting. I think that personally I was just hoping for a little better given the price. However, it is a really nice mat to use just for the feeling of wellbeing it gives, especially on the higher settings.

Working in retail after a long day standing, all I want to do is kick off my shoes and relax. Boy can you relax with this massage cushion. Its plush cover is divided into 2 sections just like a Lilo with a pillow for your head and a mattress topper your body. I’ve tried it laying on the sofa and sitting in a chair both positions hit the spot, mainly my back. It has an optional heat setting which is so cosy, 5 mode selection and 3 vibration settings. The areas covered are shoulders, back, hips, thighs, and legs. These can be activated in which every sequence you need and the intensity.

The cushion is light weight with the power adapter in the side of the cushion with the power cable being attached. The cushion can be stored easily as it does just into 3.

The downside to this massage cushion is the noise of the vibration but the heat and the massage far our weigh the noise.

    And relax

I have back massager, neck massager, shoulder massager, and even lower legs massager in my house, but this is the first time I’ve seen a full body massager. I have to say it’s pretty cool and very brilliant designed. This full body massage mat is so versatile that one single piece can meet the needs of neck, upper back, lower back, waist, thigh, and calf massage. It has five massage modes and three intensity levels, which can be adjusted according to your own needs. You can relax and enjoy myself with full-lying, semi-lying or simply sitting on the sofa. Personally I think semi-lying is the most comfortable way. It also has three heating pads and can be heated in less than 20 mins. With the heating function, I feel more relaxed and my whole body is warming up in the cold weather. I had some sleeping problems for years, but after using this one, it magically improves my sleep quality and I can’t feel more satisfied with a good sleep. Definitely recommend this full body mat to everyone. Once you try, you’ll never get rid of it like me.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe Topenix Full Body Massage Mat is very interesting idea, providing the user with the ability to either lay on the floor or bed or just have it to sit in on a sofa or suitable chair and experience a choice of various modes of vibrating massages with a warming function too. The massage mat has 5 selectable modes for massages with 3 intensity levels of low, medium and high, you are also able to choose which parts or zones of your body you wish to have the massager operate on, from all at once to just a single or multiple zones. The hand held remote is very clear in terms of showing you what you have selected as there are LEDs to show what selections are in use.

The mat arrived in a box within which the Topenix Full Body Massage Mat box resided. The contents of the box were the mat itself, the wired controller to connect to the mat and some instructions. Assembly was simply unrolling the mat, connecting the controller plugging in and switching onvery straightforward.

In terms of build, the vibrating motors are placed in pairs, either side of the body at the upper and lower back, waist, thighs and calves — which is pretty much ideal coverage, the mat is made up of foam with a soft cover and can be folded up with straps that keep it all in place for storage. I could not see any way to remove the cover for washing and there is nothing in the instructions that suggests it can be removed, so you will be limited to maybe a warm sponge if it requires cleaning. The top-end is a pillow that supports the head and neck. The build quality appears to be excellent; I could see no issues in the stitching or the electrical connections — a well-made product.

In use the mat is surprisingly vigorous, the motors are fairly powerful at the highest intensity and the ability to select body zones to suit a particular requirement is an excellent feature. However, when the motors are running there is quite a bit of rumbling noise, especially if using on a sofa or chair which amplifies that vibration rumble, so if watching TV for example you may find the rumbling noise might impact others in the room. All four of the family have tried this now and no-one dislikes it, the only comments were that it would be nice if the back units were a little closer to the spine, but in fairness this wasn’t an issue just an observation.

As to the value, I would not have thought about spending this sort of money on a full body massager, but having experienced one, it does help to relax muscles in the targeted areas. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of pain relief as I did not use it for that purpose. If you find the settings you like best in the zones you want to massage it can be a rewarding and pleasant experience and for that reason it gets my recommendation.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAs I write this I am laying here in pure bliss and wondering where this has been all my life. It arrives boxed with a handle so you could easily give as a gift.

When I took this out of the box I was surprised at how big it is (guess my taller partner is gonna be trying this out as well).

The control pad is held in a pouch that can be easily removed. Comes with a plug that is easy to attach. The instructions are easy to follow although the control pad is pretty much explanatory in itself.

So as soon as this arrived I couldn’t resist trying this out.. I’ve now tried it out a few times and it most definitely is my most favourite gadget so far.

I am five weeks into a quite demanding job in a warehouse after being a stay at home mum for many years. For eight hours a day I’m bending down and lifting heavy goods. I’m feeling aches and pains in places that I had forgotten about. I can see myself using this quite a bit before and after work until my body adjusts. I can also see myself using this for..well just because I want a nice relaxing massage.

With ten vibrating massage motors this is very good. The heating pad is also good.

Comes with a pillow attached which is so handy. You can use this laying down, sitting down or even half sitting.

I really like the fifteen minute auto power off- at least if I fall asleep it won’t be on too long.

It has three intensity levels. At the minute I’m using it on low but it’s nice to have the other options.

I absolutely love this massage mat.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersYou can lie on this on a bed or floor, or sit on it on a chair or sofa, and using the control pad, cause it to vibrate at various strategic points in a multitude of modes. It’s s sort of massage mat to relax your muscles. The vibrating nodes are arranged in two columns either side of your spine, if you are lying on your back in the middle of the pad, and align with your calves, thighs, waist and back (two rows for the latter). The feeling is a bit of a surprise the first time because the vibration is quite strong. There are three settings for intensity, and five modes of operation (it seems like more), which you cycle through with the mode button. These include all zones gradually building together, and various sequences of pairs or regions. I found I tended to change modes often. There are also buttons to switch zones on and off individually. There is a button to heat the back area. All functions have indicator lights. The hand control pad stores neatly in a pocket attached to one side of the mat. Power comes via a low voltage mains adaptor that connects via a plug to a wire emerging from the right-hand side of the mat. It’s all quite straighforward. The mat has a soft and warm fabric covering and is filled with a foam pad with a separate pillow section. The whole can be folded up for storage or transportation, and has straps to keep it rolled. The cover can’t be removed. Cleaning is limited to a damp cloth. so you will need to look after it. There is an informative multilingual instruction booklet. It’s hard to know whether others will like it or not, but it functions as intended. A device you need to try for yourself.

This body massage mat wasn’t what I ultimately expected it to be, or maybe it was?

This is basically a mat that vibrates a little bit and also heats up like a bed heater. Its hard for me to say I felt I was getting a massage in all honesty.

I like the idea, but I’m not sure this really does what it claims it should be doing. During winter though this will be useful as a sofa heater with the vibration turned off. So effectively this has become an expensive heating pad 🙂

It is well made from what I can see, however this doesn’t save it entirely. I can see others potentially loving this though.

This full body massager works with vibrations as opposed to rotary motors that knead.

The mat itself if comfortable and made with memory foam so it offers good comfort whether i’m lying on the floor or sitting on a chair. There are 5 different vibration modes and 3 intensity modes which are all relaxing and not uncomfortable. There is also heated pads which help relax my muscles.

The vibrations do actually help loosen up my muscles after a busy days work, however this wouldn’t be my go-to if I felt like I needed a massage. I prefer a kneading motion that I can feel working my knots away, but thats just personal preference. If a regular rotary massager is too tender for you, then this is a much gentler way to ease your muscles. As it vibrates it also increases circulation and blood flow to your muscles which will speed recovery times.

    Pros:
    Comfortable
    Easy to use
    Gentle vibrations with heat
Can be used lay down or sitting

    Cons:
    Doesn’t quite ‘hit the spot’
    Noisy when on full power

If like me you enjoy a deep tissue massage, this probably isn’t the massaging mat you’re looking for. Having said that it will be perfect for those who prefer gentle massages or the frail/elderly.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy sister suffers with back troubles and the only thing that eases that for her is heat and gentle rubbing. So when I seen this I couldn’t pass it for her.
Being a beauty therapist her first thoughts were how amazing this would be in a relaxation room or a pedi chair while people where getting a pedicure. She thinks it would be an amazing addition to any small or large spa/salon.
However, for the reason I got, her back pain. Well she literally lay on it for 2hrs the first night and didn’t want to move. The massager can massage the back, shoulders, lumber and legs all at once or individually.
It can be directed to the area that gives you the most trouble by pressing the button beside each.
It also has five different functions that have different speeds/intensity. It can be a slow fade out to a quick rapid pulsation.
The pillow could do with being a little bigger and if you use it upright on a chair it tends to flop towards you getting in the way.
The heat is amazing though and heats all over the body. She would prefer if there was an option to use just heat but unfortunately there isnt. Too much of the vibrations can make you feel a little sickly.4*
Update: you can actually turn on the heat only. Switch it on, it automatically puts on massage. If you select the top part rather than function, you can turn off the massage by selecting the green light and it just continues to heat.

This is a nice idea and I know some people will love this. I used this sitting on a sofa as well as lying on a hard floor. Lying on a hard floor definitely gave me a little bit more from it, I would say.

There are different settings and I liked setting number five best as it felt the most comprehensive and felt most like a massage but generally it is more just vibration than massaging.

It’s quite nice as you can change the level and the highest level does give you a nice feeling. The heat function helps to but I think overall, although it was quite nice, it’s not really a massage and for the money I would expect possibly a bit more.

It does work well for what it is though and it is comfortable to lie on.

I guess overall I feel it’s not quite perfect. It’s almost there, I just wish it had more of a massage feel to it than a vibration feel.
