Not my first watch winder but certainly the best one I’ve owned. First thing that makes it the best one is the watch holder snaps into place so your watch won’t fall out while rotating. Second thing that makes it much better than my previous automatic winder was it’s completely silent. The quality of the machine from the top grade leather to the flashing light to let you know your batteries are working even when the watch is not rotating assure you that Wolf doesn’t cut corners. If you’re putting a 5 figure watch in it why would you buy a cheap tool to keep it wound? Wish my Jewlery store recommended Wolf instead of that noisy box I threw away. Thank you to the Rolex customer service person for recommending Wolf when I mentioned that I needed to keep my watches would after getting my broken Submariner reconditioned now that I once again had two watches.

Kleine Anmerkung,das Kissen, wo die Uhr draufgesteckt wird,wenn die Uhr in den Beweger kommt,knnte etwas krzer sein.
Dann bekommt man die Uhr etwas besser auf das Kissen.
Does the job in total silence
I got this free with an Omega Constellation. A luxury watch will not look out of place in this device and it will be well cared for. If you put the box against your ear you will notice a very faint whisper as it turns. Reeks of quality.

It’s a great winder, totally silent, easy to use and the cuff works well. It has a built in pause for a few hours so the watch isn’t constantly winding, bi directional too. It’s CLEARLY better than the cheap ones you can get (yes I’ve tried them) but I think it’s a little expensive for what it is. The cheap ones don’t hold your watch well, they’re wobbly for want of a better description, the wolf cuff is far superior in design which is really what you’re paying for. If you have a more expensive piece I’d recommend it, I feel completely comfortable leaving my watch in it for days on end. The cuff needs to be squished down by hand to make it fit your watch perfectly but that only takes a few seconds, and it doesn’t stretch your bracelet or strap by being too tight etc. I’ve been using mine for about a month just for reference. If you can get one less than retail it’s a no brainer.
So one important thing to know is that this won’t fully wind a dead watch. It’s not meant to. What it does do (and very well, at that) is to keep your watch wound when you take it off your wrist so that when you put it back on it will still be running. This is my second Wolf winder and they work great, are absolutely silent and I’ve had no problems with either unit. Highly recommended.

Bought two of these so far and really like them. The product makes zero noise and is simple to use. Really like the battery option too.

Debatable build quality or quality control.
On arrival it didn’t work. The drum was very proud of the case, and didn’t move. Left watch in to see if it was delayed start, and eventually the watch stopped.
Then I noticed I could _just_ hear the motor running in a silent room. Pressed hard on the drum and it popped back flush with the surround. It’s now engaged on the motor, keeps my watch wound when I’m not wearing it and is genuinely inaudible. Different league of quietness to one of the allegedly quiet 50 ish ones, this is on my bedside table and still can’t be heard, the cheap one on the dressing table has to be switched off overnight.
So now it’s working it’s brilliant, but either the QC at the factory is terrible or it didn’t withstand the delivery courier in spite of 4 layers of boxes. Which is slightly worrying for something that could be used for travelling.

I contacted the Rolex dealer from whom I purchased by Oyster Perpetual watch and she highly recommended the Wolf winder as it is the only one they sell. Unfortunately, they were out of the single winder and she referred me to Amazon. At first I put it in the guest bedroom fearing it would be too loud for the master bedroom. Quickly, I realized this was unnecessary and it is on my dresser now due to its very quiet operation. I’m a pro at setting my Rolex and wearing it when not using my Apple watch, but it was a pain if I was in a hurry. Now, I just pop it out of the winder and off I go voila! Love it!! On occasion you find the date is wrong due to the nuances of the Gregorian calendar, but thats a quick fix! I highly recommend this quality winder!

Excellent product. I put a rolex daytona in, left it there for two weeks and when I took it out it had not lost a minute. I've had several winders before which didn't work but this one does.

It does what it says. It winds your watch silently and looks great doing it. I do wish that I had gotten the version that lets you choose the number of rotations per day so as to not overwind my watch. However, for the price, I can't argue.

I therefore had to return the two units recently I bought. By no means that Wolf winders are not good products, they are good but expensive.

Very precise, good design overall (despite one defective unit)
I’m kinda disappointed. I bought two of these and one didn’t work from the start. The other seems ok but now I’m very skeptical about the overall quality of Wolf. The fit and finish appears to be better than the Chiyoda I got as a gift, but at least the Chiyoda works and has been working for a good 10 months now. I do like the fact that one can power multiple Wolf Cub units with one power power adaptor using the special splitter plug that is included. To be able to run the unit on battery is also great, so I can put the unit in my safe when I’m traveling.
***UPDATE: received my replacement unit from Amazon today. Worked from the get go. Despite the one failed unit, I must say that I’m VERY impressed with the precision of the mechanism. When done with its daily cycle, the turn stops at the perfect upright position where it started.
Also, the mechanism of holding the watch in place is far superior to that of Chiyoda.

It looks so elegant with the watch inside of it. Nice materials and nice packaging too. The color looks exactly as the picture (got in green), it doesn’t make any sounds and so far has kept my husband’s watch perfect. Will be great for gifts!!

I use this for a Tag Heuer Carerra. I like to have my watches ready to wear rather then have to set them each time i want to wear one. The motor is extremely quiet. i do wish it had a rotation setting but it keeps the watch ready to go.

But just one month used. Because of stop the motor part.

I have 7 Wolf winders and they never disappoint. Their quality is unrivaled. This is the first cub that I have purchased, as I usually get the heritage single or double model. I was a little hesitant, thinking that it might be to small, but I bought it anyway for my new Breitling Navitimer GMT. I’m glad I did, because it’s every bit as good as it’s big brother. It’s ultra quiet , sturdy, and looks good. It also has a smaller footprint. Best of all, it keeps my Navi running perfectly. This winder is very impressive. The presentation out of the box speaks to the quality. The leather is soft and the door closes with a heavy secure feeling. And most impressive is that this winder is absolutely SILENT. As my watch collection grows, you can be sure I will aquire more Wolf winders.

It works as it is supposed to and I love the color that I got. The cover helps in keeping the dust away and adds protection to my watch. I love that this winder has both a plug and battery support for power.
Works well so far. Looks great and is very quiet. I have tiny wrist so my watch strap is very short. Did not manage to close clasp around the cushion but can be compressed just enough to fit my watch unclasped.

VERY impressed with the quality of these!! I bought two and plan to buy more as my watch collection grows! I was very concerned with which winder to buy and didn’t want to spend the ridiculous prices that some watch shops ask for their overpriced bulky winders. I have a Yellow Gold Rolex Sky Dweller and a Rolex Deep Sea D-Blue…so needless to say I wanted something that would protect my investments while not breaking the bank! And BOOM…these Wolf Cub winders are the PERFECT solution! So happy!

Great exterior and finishing. But this one I got was defective and it won’t turn. Returned it back to Amazon and order another same one.

Everything about this winder is great. My only complaint is the cushion for the watch is too large. I have to struggle to get my watch (deployment clasp) closed around it. If it was just a little bit smaller it would be absolutely perfect. They should have an option for smaller cushions.
