Sehr gute Qualittsanmutung und wirklich sehr gute Aufnahmequalitt. Bin absolut angetan. Erwartung wurde bertroffen. Alle Teile, die nach Metall aussehen sind auch aus Metall. Glcklich 🙂
El modelo estero es una pasada. Puedes configurar para que entre el sonido solo por el medio o captando el ambiente de izquierda y derecha. Pese a que pregunt si vena el cortaviento y me dijeron que no, si que viene incluido. No pesa casi nada, por lo que es bueno para transportar sin aportar ms peso.
Nutze es fr alles zb Outdoor in Wald (field recording) fr Samples, Hrspieleffekte usw.

I bought this for the zoom h5. I am impressed by the build quality and the audio it can produce. This is an ideal piece of equipment for the videographer who wants to record separate sound as a back up to the camera or have better audio than most internal camera mics.
The nice thing about this shotgun mic is the ability to record side sound. Using this control will allow a bit of noise from the surroundings while recording. This will make listening more pleasurable as you will not have only the narrators voice but could have some pleasant sounds such has birds chirping etc. if the surrounding noise is traffic and not pleasant just use the mic as a pure 100 percent shot gun mic.
For years now I have been taking videos with a Gopro but the Audio has never matched up to the quality of the picture. After trying many alternatives I decided to invest in a Zoom F1 recorder and a couple of their Mic Capsules which are interchangeable on the F1. Now I am able to get some quality audio to sync with the video footage from the Gopro. These zoom products are well made and very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Das Mikrofon ist ein sehr ntzliches Zubehr fr den Zoom H5 Recorder. Gute Richtcharakteristik, die im Recorder verndert werden kann. Damit ist man flexibel und kann whlen, ob es als Richtmikrofon oder als Stereomikrofon mit Atmo-Ton der Umgebung arbeiten soll.

My zoom SSH-6 just arrived last week and I have already used it for audio recording and the sound is great. Its lightweight also, so my DSLR can easily carry my zoom H5 and this microphone, without feeling too heavy. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a microphone to invest in.

I bought it for my Zoom H5, for improving the audio for live events in a theatre setting.
It has a much richer sound than the XY capsule that comes as standard, and a higher sensitivity, so I can use a lower gain.
I love the ease of control and versatility of the left and right mics, it does make it a two in one stereo shotgun.
Detailed stereo pickup. Very very good. I am using it with the H6. It adds some 3d to my sound.
La possibilit di registrare il side aggiunge a questo microfono una enorme versatilit in quanto va bene virtualmente per qualsiasi cosa. Poter bilanciare la quantit di stanza, senza l’ausilio di un secondo microfono, e comunque garantendo sempre una mono-compatibilit massima. Non ha prezzo.
Consiglio questo modello rispetto al precedente in quanto pi durevole. Se siete in budget, prendete quello precedente.
Beautifully engineered module that performs well, providing clear, directional pickup. I’ve not yet made use of the encoded side sound, but this does not appear to compromise the unidirectional input.

The included fluffy windshield is somewhat less effective against wind blasting than suggested in marketing spiel, so a custom made windsock may do the job a lot better. Also, as with other Zoom interchangeable microphone capsules in the same series, adjusting input levels whilst making a recording is almost guaranteed to transmit intrusive handling noises to the end product.
In its original state, if used only indoors or in calm conditions outdoors, and so long as you don’t need to ride recording levels, this is a super piece of equipment, but if you’re a bit more adventurous in your recording habits you could end up frustrated with it. As an all-weather, all-subject outdoor recordist, I stand to be frustrated on occasions, but in the right circumstances the SSH-6 does deliver very nice audio quality.
Ich hatte allerdings schon leider ein Problem mit einem Wackelkontakt, weshalb ich mal ein Ersatzgert bekommen musste. Sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Mikrofon und kann es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

I bought one of these to accompany my Zoom H5 and what a great investment! Snaps on easily – great easy adjustment of volumes, very clear sound, with the option to include or reject side sounds on a separate channel to the shotgun. If you only need the shotgun, try the sgh-6 – it will save you some money at the cost of flexibility. I always record the side sound and then knock back the volume in post.

Ob das SSH-6 jetzt “besser” als ein RODE oder Sennheiser MKE-600 oder 800er klingt will dahin gestellt sein. Erwarte ich aber bei dem Preis von 129,- auch gar nicht. Es geht ja wohl eher darum, den Zoom H6 als ONE-Maschine in allen mglichen Einsatzbereichen nutzen zu knnen.
Es lassen sich ja noch 4 weitere Quellen ber XLR-anschlieen.
Ich bin von der Soundqualitt sehr positiv berrascht.
Die RAW-Aufnahme mit dem spteren anpassen der Raumwirkung ist sehr praktisch.
Ein praktischer Windpuschel – kostet bei anderen Herstellern auch gleich 40,- Euro – liegt bei. Leider keine Tasche/Koffer. Auch passt das neue SSH-6 nicht in den von Zoom angebotene Equipmentkoffer. Aber fr 50,- lsst sich einfach ein eigener bauen.
Mit dem SSH-6 kann man jetzt genau das machen. Zur Verwendung ist meist noch ein Softwareupdate am Recorder ntig. Im Standardmodus mischt das Aufnahmegert die eingebauten Kanle bereits ab, whrend im RAW Modus Stereo und Keule bzw. Hyperniere getrennt aufgezeichnet werden. Die Stereo Wirkung ist nicht wie bei den originalen XY Kapseln, Konstruktionsbedingt geht sie 8 Frmig zu beiden Seiten weg, nach vorne arbeitet nur das gerichtete Mikro.
Ich hatte bereits einem Rode NTG2. Das Rode mit einer Batterie zu fttern gefiel mir zunchst, aber mit einem Zoom H5 dazwischen klingt es schon nochmal anders und dadurch hat man 2 Separate Aufnahmen, aber mit ziemlichen Nachteilen. Beide Mikrofone brauchen separate Aufhngungen, man muss beide einzeln einpegeln. Schon der Aufbau dauert. Die Kamera wird extrem kopflastig. Mit denn anbauten ist es ist schon schwierig eine geeignete Position zu finden, Positionswechsel erst recht. Eigentlich bruchte man schon einen eigenen Tontechniker. Die Batterien werden auch schneller leer gesaugt.
Beim Klang kann man sich streiten fr mich ist das SSH-6 nicht auf dem Level des Rode, besitzt aber einen ausgesprochen neutralen und ausgewogen Klang, das Richtmikro des Zoom nimmt zustzlich nach hinten sehr wenig auf, wenig verwunderlich dort sitzt auch der Recorder. Die Preisleistung des SSH-6 ist besser, fr das Rode bentigt man zustzlich noch einen guten Windschutz, XLR-Kabel, und eine geeignete Aufhngung.
Auf verdacht das Rode mitzunehmen spare ich mir inzwischen, fr den Aufbau bentige ich jetzt weniger als zwei Minuten, ein Abstandshalter damit das H5 hher sitzt sonst ist das Mikro evtl. schon mal in der Aufnahme. Dann eine Entkopplung fr den Recorder, und noch das Kabel vom Recorder zur Kamera. Kurz einpegeln und ich kann aufnehmen. Der Platzbedarf fr das Set ist auch berschaubar.
