Good quality
I used it for months and not broken, or smelly etc. it’s comfy but just creaks when lay back or sit on it. Maybe i didn’t install properly and somewhere got loose but it’s still good.
V comfortable
Wanted something good in quality office chair came across with this one haven’t used massager function yet so can’t comment on it but chair itself is v comfy, sturdy and good for my back
Good chai
DPD were supposed to deliver this chair on an arranged day. DPD then told me an approximate time. After the forth day they were successful, each day stating a time that it would be delivered. Having planned my days around this including work I was VERY ANGRY indeed. When the parcel arrived it was open with a damaged leg.
In relation to the chair and Amazon no issue, except for the damaged leg, I glued the bit back on. Chair is comfortable and works great in all other respects.
I’ll let you know how long that lasts.
Amazon you need to reconsider your delivery options, DPD in my experience are very poor.
Comfy and Easy to assemble
It took me about 15 mins to put together and is very comfortable. The only slight downside is the length of the cable for the massage function. It needs to be slightly longer to comfortably reach my PC but I’ve got a work around, other than that it’s a great.
Looks Grea
Bought this as a birthday present for my husband, he loves it. Only gripe is the instructions could do with being a lot clearer, had to work out a couple of things that were very unclear.

Was able to assemble on my own in about 45 minures. Very solid chair and great for sitting at my desk for long hours. Massage and heat function good. I am able to plug the USB into my computer whilst sat at my desk. I would definitely recommend and would buy again. Overall very pleased
Excellent customer service
We purchased this chair last year and for some unknown reason the chair lift function stopped working – the supplier was so good at answering and remedying our issue so efficiently Cannot recommend them enough.
Easy to assemble and ready to use within 20 minutes.
Good comfort but not excessive padding like executive chairs. The massage function is good but works off USB, so you have to have a usb port nearby.
It has height adjustment which is smooth, and also has ‘backrest’ tilt, not chair tilt, just backrest tilt which is totally different to other chairs. If you have back problems like me, this chair is probably better for you as it gives a firmer support. It also has a lower leg rest which is also built into the chair (it’s not a foot rest).
When I need to buy another chair (which I probably will as they get a lot of use), I will buy this design of chair again.
Love this chair and use it every day for work.
The vibrating function is really lovely, and it has lost a bit of its power since the beginning but it really helps with sitting on a desk for 8 hours a day. It’s comfortable and easy to clean. And I love how lovely the pink really is.
Comfortable chair but arms are quite noisy
The arms sound like there is a packet of crisps under them, took a bit of time to get set up but done it by myself. The lead for the massager isn’t very long so I have to sit next to the plug or it will pull out.
I got this chair in the flash sale. It was very easy to build(watching my husband and not hearing any swearing gave me this impression). We are both impressed with the quality of the chair and it is very comfortable. I am 5 foot 4 so it is ideal for my height when using the massage function, and the having a cat nap during teams meeting function. My husband is 6 foot 2 and finds this chair doesn’t really support napping but he still wants one . I work from home and spend a lot of time in this chair, and I have osteoarthritis in my spine and hips. This chair keeps me pain free, whereas my old chair left me in pain if I didn’t get up and walk around.
I would buy from this company again..maybe next flash sale for hubby.

I don’t think much of the “massage function” i would say its just a bit of vibration & noise which was disappointing cause i feel i overpaid & was slightly mislead!
Nice comfy chair but lumbar support is not good for prolonged sitting and working on a desk.
As suggested in other reviews , this chair does not do massage , it only vibrates .
It is better for gaming than office work
Easy to assemble? Depends how patient you are. It was a bit difficult. Plus ONE SCREW was missing for one of the Side Handles. Usually there should be spares.
You can turn it back to lie down in like a small bed, raise up or extend the little leg seat to raise your legs on. Comfortable so far and has been pretty good for gaming. No problems experienced with it.
A decent office chai
So far so good, the chair looks fantastic and has attracted a number of positive comments, its comfortable for periods of a couple of hours at a time but can feel a little hard after that, I have only used the massage feature once as it was not a deciding factor of my purchasing decision.
Great home office chai
Aside from an additional flap on the back of the chair that needs to be velcro’d to the underside of the seat that is not mentioned in the instructions it’s easy to put together and super comfortable

The seller kept in contact with me at all points, chair was easy to assemble with easy to understand instructions and comfy with a nice massaging function.
The massage could be a tad quieter in my opinion yet would still recommend this and the company to others.

This is a very comfortable computer chair. The added bonus is the foot rest. Easy to assemble. Good value for money. Massage bit is only negative bit not very good. But aside from that very good.

The product is packaged well enough to prevent damage during shipping. It is easy to assemble (pretty much look at the pretty drawings to get it done). You should not need to foirce any of the parts together if you’re building it right.
Does the job
Nice comfy chair. Was a bit tricky in places to assemble, but managed without too much difficulty. Massage function is a bit noisy & the usb cable is quite short.

It’s not bad but not grea
Some bolts didn’t fit and keep coming out. Massage isn’t very powerful more of a slight vibrate with different patterns. Footstool pull out could be a bit bigger, I’m 5ft4 and I have to bend my knees to use it. The padding and shape is super comfy. The lever to move the seat back is very stiff it’s bruised my finger and broke my nail off completely as it flies down very quick.

Bought this chair as I made a gaming/computer set up and it did not disappoint it was a bit expensive but very worth the money as it has a build in massager and leg extender which is very comfortable I’ve had it for over a year now and it’s still in peak condition as the leather is very easy to clean would really recommend this chair to anyone

Instructions
The instructions are not great to follow as number and letter coded, however the chair parts aren’t, you have to fairly good at just knowing how to put together self assemble items, the chair is fit for purpose and reasonably comfortable
Good Value
Its a nice comfortable chair for the price, but as others have said the footrest is far too short, it only comes to my thighs, and it feels like it might break. The massage function is great though, but the USB power cord is way too short. I had to buy an Amazon Basics USB extender to make it useable.
This was horrible to assemble – the instructions were not very clear and some of them were actually wrong. The holes and screws are not very well-designed, resulting in some of them being quite tricky to put together. However, no missing parts. The design of the back has to be reviewed because it just isn’t what it could be. Overall, it is a rather comfy chair in a leaning position, but not very good at 90 degrees. The stability of the base is OK. Very speedy delivery. For the price, it is a good enough deal.

My 9 year old son is in his element with this chair in his room. All his friends love it too. It looks great, is sturdy, heavy and so comfy. A great buy.

Replacement for hubby now working from home as well as an avid gamer.
Last chair had for years . This is ok does the job he says it’s ok but also using a gel seat on it . Like the moveable arms. Its cheap but reasonable for price. One negative the leg rest thing is useless he says.

The chair is comfortable and the armrests will vary from person to person whether they’ll get in the way for gaming (like keyboards and mouse) but you can just take them off if they do.

Great product, got this as a present ready for christmas. All checked out corrrect easy to assemble and lovely quality. Reclines comfortable with a comfortable massage usb pillow which just sits at the bottom of your back and a lum bar at the bottom to rest your legs up. I checked around for a gaming chair but really think i made the right decision to go with this one good value for money.
I work from home and decided to upgrade my current chair. I liked the idea of the footrest and the massage function. It was easy enough to install and there were a couple of minor quality issues. Some of the velcro that secures the material was missing a staple and the switches for the massage function are not secured and look like they could come off quite easy (see pictures). The chair is comfy and provides nice support and I feel myself having to sit up correctly. It does not seem to allow me to slouch. I am not convinced on the strength of the footrest. It feels a bit flimsy and I would be having to lower myself very carefully on and off the chair when it is extended
