I have a 60% version of this keyboard but the enter key sometimes doesn’t work and since I missed the 30 day return period so I decided to get the 65% version. I got the red switch version and the switches were incredibly smooth and felt like lubed switches. Unfortunately, the keyboard had issues with some keys occasionally, but thankfully the customer service was amazing and they did everything they could to fix it. I’m very pleasantly surprised with all the support.

I don’t know much about mechanical keyboard but this was exactly what I was looking for. It’s sleek and easy to set up. I was worried it would be difficult to use with my Mac but I’ve had no problems so far. It’s just clicky enough for me and has decent battery life. The functions are easy to switch through and I haven’t had any keys popping off consistently. It’s easy to clean too. My only complaint would be that I haven’t figured out how to charge it without having the blue light on (it can be distracting overnight while I’m trying to sleep).

Wasn’t expecting to be so pleasantly surprised.
The keyboard came with foam for the bottom and between the plates which I haven’t seen in any review of this model.
I’m not a mechanical keyboard pro yet, but using this keyboard is so much fun that I actually look forward for typing.

    More than expected

I bought this to use with some key-caps i wanted and it works perfectly. very bright, so bright it bleeds through the cheap key-caps i bought. 65% is the best layout in my opinion.

Let me open by saying I own a few too many keyboards, I already have a Das Keyboard with Blue switches, a Filco with Reds and an ROG STRIX Flare with Reds too, I also previously had a small form factor keyboard with browns (which sadly gave up the ghost leading to this purchase).

It looks amazing on the desk with the mat finish.

These switches just feel ‘nicer’ to me than standard browns having done a direct comparison, I can’t really quantify it but they just make typing a joy.

Once you get your head around how the programable layers work (5 minutes in the manual which is very clear) it’s a joy to use. Personally I prefer the smaller form factor as it leaves me more room for my mouse hand, and I type numbers using the top row, though I understand that isn’t for everyone.

Only slight annoyance is a distinctive ‘rattle’ from the space bar – but it really is very subtle and the spacebar appears to be otherwise well stablised.

For the money this absoloutely has to be the best ‘bang for your buck’ mechanical keyboard.

NB: I haven’t tried the bluetooth functionality as I have no real need for it.

They keyboard is very easy to take apart and mod.
Hearing the endresult of the modded version made me really happy and sounds pretty thocky.
If you use shinethrough keycaps the blue rgb is also very nice.
The angle of the case is also just right and makes writing and gaming for longer periods extremely easy.
I would definitely recommend the keyboard to anyone looking for a cheap entry level customizable keyboard.
Bonuspoints for a very helpful customer service!

I think it’s a good keyboard for the price. It’s is my first keyboard so I can’t really compare it to anything, but I really like it. I did end up getting new switches, the stock ones are okay tho. This keyboard is non RGB which is why it’s not so expensive. I like how you can customize the keyboard to your liking.

Exactly how I thought it would be. Perfect size. Easy to upgrade. Nice to type on, good enough for casual gaming. Just great overall.

I specifically got this one because of the lack of RGB, since I’m not a fan if it, and didn’t want to have to play around all day with rgb settings to get something I like. I’m a big fan of this blue color and all the lighting modes.

This keyboard was very good, but the Bluetooth is very unstable, love to disconnect while gaming. The LED is GREAT, would be better if they added more color for the led. The key caps feels really good. I chose the red switch, these are real mx cherry red switch. I would prefer the mx cherry silent red but the normal red already very good for gaming with friend and record videos. The hotswap pcb really helps with costuming the keyboard. However, I really don’t understand why the WINDOWS KEY DONT WORK. WHY!!!!!

Everything works nicely but I didn’t expect the first keys to be like this cause I didn’t look at the pictures close enough. They still work but it’s just a hassle to press ctrl+fn and then press it again to untoggle. Also reminder that this isn’t the rgb one it’s the one with one light cause I kinda didn’t read it properly. And the ‘white’ light doesn’t match the rest of my setup well.

I really enjoyed this keyboard. It’s been snug on my desk, very responsive to keystrokes, and has been a nice accessory to have. I recommend it – the only thing is that when wireless, it definitely does die more often than I’d like, so, it’s bit annoying. I would’ve probably not gone for the white color if I was a desk eater too.

I got this keyboard with brown switches, and it’s got a nice feel and sound to it, especially when lubed. I modded this keyboard with new PBT keycaps, and added foam inside the body and lubed the switches, and it now looks and sounds awesome. The stick keycaps feel a bit cheap and rattle a little, but with light modification this keyboard feels much more expensive. The stock keycaps are very high in my opinion. Wish this keyboard sold for a bit cheaper since I’ve seen it priced cheaper in other countries. Overall a good entry level mechanical keyboard.

I’ve been using this for over 2 months now and everything seems to be working as intended. Even though there are no RGB options, the single-color LEDs look good enough and are bright. The biggest pro here is probably the hot-swappable option, it allows for users to freely switch between whatever switches they like without going through the hassle of soldering. The BlueTooth also works great. All in all, this is a solid keyboard for the price

And in case anyone else noob like me needs it:
Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard > Modifier Keys > Change the “^ Control” to a “Command” key and you’ll be able to use shortcuts like CTRL+A again.

For the sale price I got it at, super nice keyboard. Pretty hefty, and indeed hot swappable with 3 pin switches. (I’m a monster who swapped out all the clicky blue switches for the THICC clicky kailh box jade switches) They also included some extra switches, a keycap remover as well as a switch remover in the pack as well, which is amazing. I wish I knew that before I bought a switch/keycap remover tool. Theres no battery indicator, which I dont really mind. HOWEVER, the instructions are a bit unclear, it took me a second to realize i needed to change the keyboard settings for ctrl if I paired this with my ipad.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI use this product for gaming and for school work. It is great! At first my caps lock was acting as a shift, but all I needed to do was download the software which you can program keys to work as others, (for example where a enter key can be used as a backspace or something), I just put it back to caps lock and it was fine. Factory lubed red switches were decent, but sounds way better after lubed. The keycaps that come with it are great but I replaced them to match my gaming settup.

I am an old school computer geek, My first computer was a Tandy TRS-80, so I like long travel, square keys with a decent clack. This one is fits the bill, is cordless and the characters are backlit. I have limited desk space due to the eurorack, sequencers and other analog equipment on my desk, so its crazy handy. Some of the switches in the board has gone bad after about 2 months, luckily they provided extra switches so that fixed the problem, but now I’m out of spare switches. Also I noticed that the spare switches were different from the original on board ones, the spare ones are noticeably better than the one that came with it. The keys are also slightly wobbly. Overall this is a fantastic keyboard for its price, definitely the best budget wireless mechanical keyboard.

Honestly, unless they had an actual physical problem with the keyboard, idk why there’s any bad reviews. If you’re looking at a $60 keyboard then chances are you’re not an enthusiast, but want a solid mechanical keyboard and honest to god this keyboard is exactly that and then some…sturdy and very good to look at…the rgbs are adjustable, i like mine off because i’m not really an LED, color everywhere type of person but if you are then this is even better…the keys are a little thin but not a problem at all….but for $20 i got some DSA keys to replace them and it made this board even better. I suggest throwing some O rings on for a more “Quiet” sound but it’s not necessary. Anyways a great keyboard, especially for the price. Highly Recommend!

Overall I love RK keyboards. I have a 61 and upgraded to a 68. Keycaps feel great, led’s are bright. Perfect keyboard for the price. The only issue I had was I bought Kiwis for another board build and wanted to put them in the RK68 instead. They would not work because the led light was not flush with the board. The switch would bottom out before it ever clicked into place. I see now that the Gateron switches have a space on the switch for said issue. The MX style Kiwi does not. Regardless of that, I’m a happy customer with the board.

Pretty great deal for a hot swappable, wireless mech. No issues at all after a week of use. Some reviews and answers are probably for the older version but this one is
definitely hot swappable. It came with extra switches, switch and cap pullers and usb c cable. The LEDs have a lot of modes even though they’re not RGB, but i don’t love the blue light (i keep the lights off all the time anyway). It sounds a little bit better if you open it up and add some foam inside the case, but overall it’s a great entry level to mechanical keyboards that lets you play around without the fear of messing things up

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersOverall, the keyboard is excellent value for money. Nothing wrong quality wise and would have been perfectly happy with the keyboard – however, be warned that not all switches fit. On each slot of the PCB, there’s an LED light that gets in the way of some switches (for example, I ordered Alpacas and they won’t fit). Only switches that have a hole on the bottom of the switch (like NovelKey Creams) will fit.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersJust wanted to dip my toes in mechanical keyboards and this really hit all the marks. Feels solid, little heft to it, doesn’t slide around, BT works well, detachable USB-C to USB-A it comes with is fairly nice and long, even the lighting has plenty of variety that I didn’t think I’d like. The Brown switches were exactly what I was looking for. Tactile feels good to type on with just enough clickiness to be audible without being uncomfortably loud. Bought some Cherry-style keycaps on sale just to mix it up a bit. It’s not hot swappable so if you want to do anything on the board like change out the stabilizers, you’ll have to desolder the switch and push it out, but it’s easy to remove the plate/PCB, bottom, and controller with a small phillips.

There was a little bit of a learning curve to figure out the function/macro keys as it seemed fiddly at first, but I also thought the Mac legends under the Function keys were Windows shortcuts so it was probably just a combination of user error and not understanding (the instructions are adequate but serviceable at best). My only real criticism is for myself that I didn’t realize how often I use the Home and End keys in terminals and this keyboard doesn’t have those. There may be a key combination for that, but I haven’t found it yet.

    Fantastic Budget Mechanical

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersPROS:
    – Manual is short but it covers all the Fn key functionality nicely.
    – The light effects look real fancy for those who care (I only use it as feedback for on/off and device switching)
    – Physical build of the keyboard is solid. This is my first mechanical keyboard, to me keys feel great to type with!
    – Battery lasts for about a week for me (keep in mind my LEDs are off), this is much higher than the other options I’ve come across.

    CONS:
    – No battery level indicator, that’s the biggest drawback for me.
    – Beware, no information on their website or manual on how to contact support.. keep that in mind.

Overall, not having the option to contact customer support for defects is not acceptable, but I suppose you could return it if there’s a hardware defect. It’s a great keyboard for me, let’s just hope the keyboard stands the test of time.

    Edit:
The top row function key behavior for Windows vs Mac modes seems glitchy, but it’s just unintuitive. OSX expects Function keys (F1, F2, etc.) and converts those to the shortcuts by default so I’m a bit confused why the top row swap was necessary on the keyboard itself. If you’re switching between Win/Mac, it’s easier to keep Windows mode on permanently and just swap Alt/Ctrl keys (via System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Modifier Keys, and swap “Command” and “Option” keys)

Edit: Top row Fn keys behavior is unexpected, but works

The keyboard fits beautifully under my monitor stand, the lighting effects feel very fancy, even if it’s just one color. It threw me off though to see the spacebar light up red on one side when it’s plugged in LOL. I should have assumed it was a charging indicator, but I thought something was initially broken as I couldn’t find reference to it in the manual. Fingers crossed by the time I return this I can snatch up the red switch one.

I use this for everyday relatively casual gaming, some FPS, and I’m a Web Developer who is working from home right now, so I’m pretty much using it all day. I love the weight behind it as well. Feels very sturdy and doesn’t slide all over the place like my other ‘cheap rgb’ keyboard did. 10/10 would recommend.

The keyboard is amazing for the price, the switches feel great, the stabs don’t rattle, also the only negative is that the keycaps are not the best but it’s a $50 keyboard so aside from the keycaps the keyboard is incredible.

Wow. I am really impressed with this keyboard. It’s well made with a large selection of lighting options, including tactile responses. It took about 30 seconds to read the instructions and connect it to my phone via the bluetooth. In fact, I am writing this review with it. It’s small enough to take with me, but large enough that I don’t think my hands will get tired. Plus, who doesn’t love the mechanical clickity-clack of a blue switch.

All around love the keyboard. I’m a very hardcore gamer and it feels great. My only problem is that when my keyboard was delivered one of the little switches on my spacebar was broken. When I switched all my old keycaps to my new ones I noticed it.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis keyboard is really good, not perfect, but gets the job done.

    Pros
    – Nice combat keyboard the doesn’t feel uncomfortable and has enough space for my hands.
    – A lot of cool backlight lighting options
    – Logo is hidden
    – Brown switch feels good
    – Good for gaming
    – Good for programming

    Cons
    – Can be pretty loud especially for nighttime work
    – No RGB
    – Can get a little tiring typing on it for long periods of time. But only someone who is using the keyboard for a really long time will probably experience it.

Good 60% for both gaming and programming!
