Super easy to receive and set up. Simply took out of the box and plastic, unrolled onto our bed frame and let the mattress do its thing! Soft and durable mattress allowing for a comfy sleep. We have bought two full mattress and one single ~ so simple.

Fantastic mattress and value for money, I only have 4 stars for comfort as I prefer the mattress abit firmer. Fortunately the customer service was amazing and they are fully refunding me for the mattress. Can’t fault the company and there products.
This came rolled up tight in a box 5-ft long it’s quite heavy dragging it from the front door the stairs into my bedroom I threw it on the bed cut the wrapping and watched it slowly inflate itself me and my boyfriend had so much entertainment one night on this mattress so we decided to do it all over again the next day but I still have the old one in my garage if anyone wants a slightly stained mattress
I bought this mattress for myself. Only had it for a week. So far I am very happy with it. I have found it to be very supportive without being too hard. It feels quite soft and springy to touch but when you lie on it it is very comfortable. I have some back pain problems so was concerned about buying a mattress untried. However it is as it says in the description. So far very happy with my purchase.
As a side sleeper, this is perfect for me. It feels very comfortable and premium – especially for such price. Highly recommended.

Bought this for our son’s twin bed and couldn’t believe how comfortable it was for the price. I like it even more than our expensive mattress. It arrived in a box, and took about a day to completely decompress to a 9″size, never reach the 10″size of description but still highly recommend!
We ordered this mattress after our son recommended a memory foam mattress. We decided on this one based on cost and the reviews. We have not been disappointed at all. Only regret is that we had not acted sooner!
It arrived very well packaged. I do suggest, though not critical, that you have two persons to handle the box and when you open it up, it will just make things easier. We opened it and left it to expand for 72 hours. Once we put it on the bed frame and setted down, we luxuriated in the comfort. It is described as medium firm but I’d say it is softer than I’d anticapted. Having said that, we are enjoying the enveloping comfort! My wife is finding the improved sleep particuarly enjoyable.
We had submitted a question to the manufacturer too and had a quick response.

At 66 years old I drive 8 to 10 hours A-day 5 days a week so I’m bounced around a lot. My old mattress was not doing it anymore. So I bought this 1. And it’s an amazing difference I am completely satisfied at least 99% so far. The 1% is the smell. It’s taking longer than I thought the dissipate. I hope it does paid soon. Then I can give it a 100% stamp of approval.

This mattress is great value for money but I really wanted medium/firm,as stated, but this is a bit softer. Difficult to comment on anything else as you’re supposed to take a month or so to adjust to a new mattress, but up to now seems fine.

Great night’s sleep, fantastic for comfort, great value for money. Just be careful when opening it up as it was so powerful that it exploded out when I was cutting the cellophane and knocked me onto the floor. But the actual item is the best ever!! Buy with confidence!!

This mattress is as good as any high end mattress but for a fraction of the price. We chose the largest 12″ deep mattress and I must say it’s super comfy! You can’t go wrong with this mattress really. It’s on the softer side so if you like a very firm mattress then this isn’t for you.

My old mattress was only about 5 years old. I have difficulty sleeping and get quite agitated trying to get to sleep. My husband is not a settled sleeper either However since buying this mattress it is so comfortable I now struggle to get out of bed. Both of us are now less restless through the night which does leave you feeling more refreshed throughout the day. It has definatly made a difference and my old mattress was orthopaedic. When I stay in hotels I use premier inn as their beds are so nice. However this mattress is just as comfortable at a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend this mattress
I am 51 years old and this is the second most comfortable bed I ever slept on and the difference between first and second are extremely small but the difference in price is abought $1000 all ready Love this bed

The mattress looks great, didn’t smell when I opened it, and expanded to its expected size quickly. But it didn’t work for me for some reason. It wasn’t too firm or too soft – it just… didn’t work. That said, I was extremely impressed by the company’s customer service when I reported this. They responded quickly and helped me find the best solution for my situation. All in all, shame the mattress wasn’t a good fit
(cos it really does look and feel nice), but I am a happy customer nonetheless!

The mattress was easy to cut open in order to expand. There has been absolutely no smell. The mattress is moderately firm, not like laying on a piece of plywood and not like like being on top of a mound of cotton balls. Soft but supportive. The only negative is the side support. Where you wake up and swing your legs over the side and push yourself off the bed with your hands. There is very little rigidity there to do so. I would venture to say that this may become a may become an issue in time. Nonetheless cost vs benefit, i would purchase again.
This mattress has great support. bought it for my son but wouldn’t mind one for myself. It’s not super soft but has great support and just enough give. can’t speak to how it will wear over time as I’ve only had it just over a month.
This is honestly such a great mattress at this price level. We bought it for our 3 year old and she slept better than she ever had the first night. Highly recommended. A tad bit firmer than stated, but that’s not a bad thing.
Not over struck with the memory foam top half as doesn’t bounce back as I would like but could be because my husband has put on a lot of weight and spends most of his time in bed it is however well made

I prefer a very firm mattress, ie camping thermarest R5 on the ground. But this mattress was comfortable and seems to give me relatively few aches. Some mattresses are so problematic that I have to get out of bed after about 5-6 hrs regardless of how tired I feel. The queen size seems too soft, but the twin works better perhaps because the side walls offer extra support. I’m a stomach sleeper and have tried 2 high-end memory foam mattresses that are “extra firm” which I sent back, so this speaks to the fact that this is a pretty good mattress’s since I’m keeping it.
The twin mattresses were purchased for bunk beds. They seem very soft with no smell and you don’t feel the coil springs at all.
After it has expanded I noticed it was more like 40″ wide rather than the 39″ of a normal twin bed. I had made the bunk beds with pine skirts to hold the mattresses. They did fit into the 39″ width but we’re very tight and it would be better to allow for a 39 1/2″ or 40″ wide mattress. The length, 75″, was right on and not tight at all.
I contacted a customer service and told them i was not happy with the mattress and it was too soft for me so they compensated me for it.. good customer service

After several back of forth I received a replacement mattress. Should it last longer the 2 months, I will be thrilled with my purchase again. I wasn’t overly pleased with the costumer service. However everything has been resolved now.
The mattress came in a small box and it expanded to its correct size. The big sell was the 100 night trial. I had to contact the seller as I ended up returning it but they worked with Amazon to get the return approved. The customer service was very helpful even though I did not keep the mattress

Quite different it arrives in a very small box and it is shrink wrapped and as you undo the shrink wrap it begins popping like popcorn and becomes a full comfortable mattress. Wonderful!

First of all, a soft mattress may sound nice but having slept on a soft coil mattress I can tell that this is not fun. The “softness” really just means low stiffness and therefore my torso would end than my legs which feels weird and almost uncomfortable, as if the bed was tilted. I am sure it was not because I slept the other way around and it still dipped towards my upper body.
I have also tried a single sponge/foam mattress with a box spring. That was the worst. While the foam is soft, the 8 inches thickness of it was so thin that laying on my side my joints would hurt (I am in my twenties), specially the knees. Sleeping on my back, my heels would hurt.
I have also tried your run off the mill medium spring mattress. Nothing remarkable, not bad, not good.
When researching for a mattress I went in person to a mattress store because I thought buying in person would be better as I would get the chance to feel it and a face to talk to if anything goes wrong. I tried the “firm” ones. Not sure how people sleep on those, they are really hard on the body.
Frustrated, I decided to look online. I stumbled upon several brands but this one was the only one in Canada with both springs a foam. I figured that the springs would provide it the “support” that people look for in firm mattresses while the foam would be less hard on my knees and heels.
I was absolutely correct. This is the best mattress on which I have slept on in years (including the ones of display at the physical store). Granted my budget does not include mattresses worth five figures but then again, I cannot imagine them being that much better. I would 100% recommend this mattress.
As for my experience, be careful when opening the mattress. The manufacturer recommends to open it on the bed where you intend to use it. That is great advice because as soon as I started cutting the plastic wrap, it exploded (yes, it almost sounded like a firearm going off) on my bed. It is heavy and thick enough that I can imagine it causing damage if opened in tight space. Plus, judging from how heavy it is, it would be very difficult to take on top of the bed if opened elsewhere.
Some comments have pointed out that it doesn’t quite inflate well or that there are bent corners. I can say that even though I allowed it to expand for 3 days, it was fully expanded by the 1st day. In addition, it is true that the corners were a little raised so not entirely flat. Let me reassure you that it is just a little bit on the corner where there is not much material anyway. The rest of my mattress is flat and free of bumps.
Lastly, some people have pointed out that the seller pays for reviews. This raised a red flag for me but decided to go ahead anyway (being the only mattress of this kind at the time in Canada). Turns out that the seller offers you some money back for writing a review, any review. I think this is the silver lining because you are not paid to talk positively about the produce, just to encourage you to let other people know what you think about it. So yes, they pay for reviews, but it is not as bad as it sounds.
Great value for the money. I use to wake up with pain in my lower back but that seems to have gone. I should have done this a long time ago.

My daughter says it’s very comfortable! It’s very soft and I was worried it was going to smell because of some reviews but it had no chemical smell! Got it’s shape within 24 hrs.
Great mattress and a good price too. After unpacking the mattress it expanded to the full 12 inches in a matter of minutes. However we waited the recommended 72 hours before sleeping on it. The mattress is very comfortable resulting in an excellent night sleep. The bottom 10″ (approx) consist of Inner springs while the top 2 ” (approx) is memory foam. The memory foam results in great comfort but also gives a softer edge to the top 2″. The comfort is worth it. Normally we would shop in a physical store for a mattress but given COVID-19 pandemic we took a gamble and ordered on-line. I am very glad that we did as I believe we got excellent value for our money.
We are so impressed with this mattress so far! We replaced a fully memory foam mattress which had seen better days! But this is the perfect firmness and feels extremely supportive and comfortable. I hope it lasts but with a 100 day money back guarantee we don’t have too much to worry about – we also registered it online for an extended warranty 🙂

Ot is so comfy and yes i didnt wait the full 24 hrs. It instantly got to size when opened. So i left it for 12-16 hrs. Its comfy. Im glad i got the extra few inchs. Idk if 10″ would have been uncomfy, but i didnt want to chance it. Of u want a good price tho i would say go for 10″. I think the price was worth as i sleep on it. Great, I got it for my daughter instead of the toddler 6 inch one she had before, and I see that one gives a very big difference, very comfy and suitable for adults and everyone due to its 10 inch of spring coil and foam layers, was able to get it ready and fully recovered in less than a day.
Been looking for an Extra Firm mattress for a while now, I am 36 weeks in, and as my belly gets bigger, the sense of stretch when I am lying on the side is just so uncomfortable. Just trying my luck because every mattress says the medium firm. I had not gotten up once during the night after I had it and I kept saying to my husband, that we should have bought the new mattress sooner. I do genuinely recommend it.
Also, I was hoping to buy the King Sized mattress for my in-laws because I told them this mattress is FIRM, too bad they don’t have it as an option.
Once you’ve removed the plastic with the included handy film slitter it expands to full size.
The mattress was purchased to replace a pocket sprung one which was rather hard – the memory foam top on this is fantastic – so comfortable the only down side is I did not want to get out of bed the first morning!

Being as the new frame arrived as well (expected it a day later), it’s on the frame. Really comfortable and the value is exceptional. I gave up a double bed to accommodate an additional human, switching to two twin beds. I’m just adding that because my double was truly comfortable and I was afraid of what this mattress would really be like. Truly pleased and I won’t actually myself to sleep!!

The mattress itself is lovely and comfortable with thick well-made fabrics and is of medium/firm comfort. It is a hybrid mattress and benefits from a section of springs to allow body support and longevity – which pure memory foam ones also do but over time the shape can deform. The mattress also has a fire rating tag to advise of compliance with BS7177 (safe for domestic use)
We did have an initial issue with the memory foam layer but customer service was fast to respond.

As we are moving into a bigger house, I was after a mattress for the extra bedroom. In our experience a full memory foam mattress tends to be too soft so this spring mattress with memory foam seemed ideal for our requirements. It also looked a lot more premium compared to the basic ones we had looked at.
Unwrapping it was fairly straightforward as the product comes with a handy cutting tool for the plastic. The mattress itself has a nice firm feel to it and isn’t too soft. So far the mattress feels like a good buy but we are still within our 100 nights to see if anything changes.
Time will tell how good this mattress is, but for the time being I am pleased with this mattress.
This is a great hybrid mattress. it fits perfectly on our double bed and poofs up really quickly.
it comes vacuum-packed and isn’t overly heavy, but you may need 2 people to lift it when it is delivered.
when removing it from the box, you can see it has a package on the outside with the instructions and a handy opening tool. This means you can remove it from the packaging without damaging the mattress, which is a great touch.
The mattress itself didn’t take long to poof up to full size, but we did leave it about 5 hours before doing anything to it.
Sleep test-wise – this is super comfortable, it offers support in all the places you want it to, and you will genuinely feel refreshed in the morning.
