When I got this I thought it put oxygen in the air but even better its an oxygen machine and nebuliser so will deffo come in handy at some pint. Its really easy to use and comes with instructions. When using it make sure you use the right water. I boiled mine and left it too cool and the purity was about 56%. It comes with all the attachments you need you have a mouth peice or nose ouce. I think the nose ouce is easer to use. All round great product thanks.

hose who breathe every day without any problem have accepted this fact that they have no problem breathing and don’t know how difficult it is for those who suffer when they need oxygen in their body and they cant get it.

this machine will not be the solution to the problem of lack of oxygen, however It will be a great help. Especially when the person is at home sitting or lying down but having difficulty breathing.

the amount of oxygen produced by the machine is very good the air pressure is also very good overall this machine is very good in my opinion.
I am very grateful for the opportunity i had to receive.

it very easy to put all the necessary parts together, so that the machine ready to work, as well as it is also very easy to operate, i mean it is easy to use day by day.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI was happy to be given the opportunity to review this oxygen concentrator as I have asthma which is sometimes aggravated by my allergies.

I will first mention that this is not really *that* portable. Maybe to take from one house to another but not to go out with. It is a large and heavy unit.

With it being an oxygen concentrator I will say to please be careful because having too much oxygen can be toxic.

I was really pleased with the nebuliser function. This machine is MUCH quieter than my previous nebuliser.

There is an area where you can put water in so that when you are using the oxygen your passageways do not become dry which I found to be a great idea!

This machine is powerful and will be really beneficial for any one who needs on oxygen or nebulisers.

Please let me know if this review has been helpful for you 🙂

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a such a great addition to any household whether they have breathing /lung problems or not.

The air just seems fresher and cleaner. Like open a window on a stuffy day!

The unit is very easy to set up and there are comprehensive instructions.
Its quite quiet too so it is quite easily able to be used at night.

I am asthmatic and I find I have less problems since using this machine and I am using my inhaler much less.

Air flow is adjustable and the screen is easy to read.

    Definitely Recommend this for anyone

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI suffer with asthma & allergies, the best I’ve ever felt is after receiving a nebuliser treatment at my Doctors surgery, it’s hard to explain exactly how amazing this makes you feel simply by opening up your airways but for anyone who struggles with respiratory issues you’ll fully understand & appreciate exactly how great a feeling it is when you can actually breathe easily for a change!

I feel full of energy because I am now running on a fuller breathing capacity rather than before using this I just managed as best I could feeling exhausted much of the time.

I have always dreamed of having my own nebuliser so I could feel that good every day but the price of these machines is quite hefty, they range anywhere from 50 -300 which has always deterred me, despite the fact they have a hugely positive impact on respiratory conditions they are not currently available on the NHS.

I was elated to get the opportunity to trial this machine, it’s incredibly easy to set up & use following the enclosed clear instructions, this machine can be used for either oxygen and/or nebuliser treatments.

It’s incredibly easy to set up & use, simply lift out the water tank at the front & fill it below the maximum water level as indicated on the tank (they advise to use pure water for this purpose, either cold boiled or filtered water), connect the tubing to the oxygen outlet, the tubing can then be connected to the ear hook type oxygen inhaler set which resembles a headset with an adjustable oxygen nozzle attached or via the snuffing type which is a tube with an oxygen nozzle that fits to your nose for inhalation, these can also be set up for 2 people to use at the same time simply by connecting the tubing.

Included in the box are both the ear hook type oxygen inhaler, the snuffing type oxygen inhaler, 2 x oxygen inhalation tubes, an atomizer with atomization cup, an atomization cup connection mask with adjustable elastic ties for a secure fit, a power line with plug & a remote control requiring AAA batteries.

You can also use this as a nebuliser using atomising medication prescribed by your Doctor, alternatively you can purchase a sterile saline solution for nebulisers (I bought mine from Amazon) or make your own to use with this device, then instead of connecting the tubing to the oxygen outlet connect it to the atomization mouth below the oxygen outlet.

The power line connects to the back of the machine, there is a large on/off switch close to it, there is a large LED display which shows various functions such as sleep mode, oxygen flow display etc & can also be used to operate the machine similarly to the remote.

I have tried both the oxygen & nebuliser capabilities of this machine & have been super impressed with both functions, the running sound is also much quieter & more bearable than the old school nebulisers I have used in the past.

I wish everyone that had a respiratory issue could have access to one of these, they are that good. Just having 15 minutes – 30 minutes a day with the nebuliser is absolutely life changing, with my asthma I usually get mucus on my lungs that impairs my breathing causing wheezing, the nebuliser helps to remove this mucus & free up my lungs & damn you don’t half feel the benefits from it!

I’m starting to wonder just how I coped so long without one, but I guess that was out of necessity due to the cost, whilst this is a lot of money to spend on something for yourself it is certainly well worth every penny, I can’t stress enough just how much a positive impact this has made to my health.

The machine has a handy carry handle built in to the top for easy hassle-free transportation.
