My 1st stand mixer so read lots of reviews here on amazon and else where for what I needed and recommended quality, this wee beasty seriously comes up trumps against its competitio
Baking Excellence
Not only is this a very stylish machine but one that mixes perfectly. I have found that it can blend ingredients for a variety of dishes, from bread to sponges. Highly recommended. Price paid is one that fitted someone new to baking.
Had it well over a year now and put it through its paces. Has only been used to make gluten free products, so no kneading of gluten bread dough, but everything so far it has handled well. Would recommend for general baking/mixing defiantly (performed better than the more popular brands of mixers which I have used previously)
I didn’t expect it to be so noisy. The machine is secured to the work surface well and doesn’t dance around when running. Today I made a Chocolate cake and a Creole fruit cake.
I absolutely love this, the colour is so retro, it’s easy to use, nice big bowl, very good quality, good selection of speeds, the suction on the base is fantastic, it doesn’t move at all, quite light in weight so easy to move around, a bit of noise but being it’s so quick to mix things it doesn’t matter and the splash guard is a game changer for me. My favourite kitchen item .
Needed new mixer and one with a dough hook, so did my research and this was most suitable for my needs and the price was right. Used it first time today to make a white loaf, following the recipe in the instruction booklet. Ingredients came together very easily and only once had to bring together the ingredients from the sides, so that they could be blended in (as you would do with hand-mixing). Used No. 2 speed to blend dry ingredients, then used No.4 speed, taking down to No.3 speed until dough was smooth (as per instruction booklet). Mixture didn’t rise up the dough hook. Very impressed indeed.
Made my first bread dough today and although mixer is a wee bit noisy it done a great job. It’s a very sturdy machine the suction feet keep it in place I would highly recommend

The mixer is a decent size, whips things up well. Feels well made, but sometimes when switching to power 1, it does a different power level instead. Overall looks good in my kitchen, and is good value for money considering equivalents are often at least double the price.
I got this as a gift from my husband. It’s just so beautiful! There’s such a big bowl! And it’s really helpful in the kitchen. I have decided to bake some bread now and it did a great job!
I bought this to replace a 1000w mixer that wasn’t up to the job. It’s very powerful by comparison. Other folks have noted that there is no plate between the connector bracket and the dough hook so you have to be careful to not get excess dough in release. I’ve not managed to do this. There is another dough hook available for this machine for 30 quid odd with the plate.
Right now it does what I need it to do for a good price. It’s not a Kenwood or a KitchenAid but you aren’t a chef.
We bought this to replace our Kenwood Chef that was given to us as a wedding present some 38 years ago,and while I don’t expect this to last anywhere near as long,my wife is highly delighted with this as a replacement, it’s also much quieter when in use.

The dough paddle should have a protective disc.
Good machine that does the job. My only niggle is the lack of a protective disc that stops the dough from fouling the spring mechanism. Without it makes cleaning a real chore. I have resorted to using electrical tape to protect it. Aucma does offer an alternative paddle with a disc but currently these are not available with no indication of when they might be offered again.
