I neden a Small Wright bench for my workouts that did not take ip too much room n my den. This fit the bill with the option to fold the legs and store it in the closet.
It’s not to heavy and yet just perfect for my 3 x’s weekly weight training.
For an affordable bench this works well. It feels sturdy when lifting weights. So far I've used it up to 320 lbs (me and the weights). The pad is firm but still comfortable. I'm happy with my purchase!

Nice sturdy Weight Bench
I wanted a fold up bench that I can setup and use and then fold it up and throw it in a corner when done. This bench is nice a sturdy and has a nice thick pad which is much thicker than the ones you get with a standard work bench. Plus it’s quick and easy to setup and break down.
Everything is nice a sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. Nice tubular design that makes it strong but makes it light enough to maneuver around with ease.
The only thing that I wish it had was a bar for your legs. That way you could use it for sit-ups also.
Other than tat, it’s a great product.

Bench good design.
Very safe, I use it for dumbbell and kettlebell training usually while I’m in horizontal position on the bench.
Came early. Assembly was easy. I had it for several months now. It is sturdy enough to hold my body weight (260lbs) and 275lbs for bench press. I don’t fold it or anything for storage as I use it several times a day including as a foot rest when I watch ‘flix. My three year old daughter uses it as her snack counter so it is always covered in horrors in various states of decomposition and viscosity like smooshed strawberries, bananas, blueberries, cheese, yogurt, chocolate.. you get the picture , but all things wipe off fine. Would recommend 10/10.
Good for light duty use & stores easily
If you need to periodically store a workout bench, this is for you. It’s easy to collapse – and fairly light weight.
Also, customer service is great. I needed to replace a part which was lost in a move, and the company sent me a replacement for free in just a couple of days.

The bench is way more sturdy than any other fold up benches I’ve seen. Only problem I have is that it is a bit too tall for me, makes my legs start to fall asleep when doing long sets of bench press. Though I am only 5’5″, so maybe it wouldn’t be too bad for a taller person.
Great home gym accessory
For those with limited space, this really is ideal, folding quickly and easily into a much smaller profile for stowing. And yet when in place it’s robust as anything and you wouldn’t know it wasn’t a fixed piece.

Loved this bench as an addition to my home work out kit.
It arrived as if it was flat packed but it’s partially built already, all that really has to be done is adding on the feet to the bottom. Putting the last bits together and building was fairly straightforward.
The legs are foldable to gives easy storage of space is limited at home. It’s very easy to fold down and store away.
I felt the bench was very sturdy and was durable for what I needed it for.
The material of the bench was good quality and easily cleaned after use (as you would expect).

Got this weight bench on clearance at a good price.
I haven’t had it for very long so it’s hard to say how well it will hold up over time.
No issues so far. I use it to do bench presses and core exercises, so I’m not going easy on it. It does seem very lightweight, and so in some sense the jury is still out. It’s possible that over time it might break at some point, but I’m just very early in owning it so who knows. Maybe it will last.

I found it very sturdy and heavy, so ideal to use when I’m training and using heavier loads.
Its very easy to put together and easy to fold and store somewhere. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that it doesn’t get fully flat, so it’s harder to hide away.
Its not the cheapest one I’ve tried, but it does work better then others, giving more stability to work with heavier loads.
Overall, well worth the price asked.

f you’re looking for something semi-professional, you might be very fair with this kit, although I would give it a chance. To give you an idea of what is on the market I’ll tell you that this weight bench is one of the best I have seen in this price range
For me is the perfect bench – stable and good size (i have smaller frame) . Cushion is very comfortable for hip thrusts. The one negative is the vinil covering the bench dose not feel very strong, so i won’t do any step ups on this bench.
This is a good bench for the price it’s well made and strong. Very less Assembly required just a few bolts. it’s sturdy and very stable. I like that it can be stored flat if needed to. The bench padding is comfortable and it has a faux leather like fabric which is easy to wipe over when cleaning.
A great price on a nice bench that folds up easily for storage. Would be nice if the mechanism was a spring-pulled system instead of a twist/screw, but you can’t have everything at this price range. Pretty sturdy. I wouldn’t use it for heavy barbell weight lifting, but free weights and other exercises do just fine. Material on bench has held up over time. (I use it twice a week.)
Fairly good. Would like a tad more side to side support for when doing ab workout usimg leg lifts, however the price reflects this. Like that there is sufficient cushioning. Will see how it lasts.

This is a great sturdy flat bench. It’s really good quality. The bench legs are strong and you can tell it’s made well. Perfect for those that want to work out at home. Really simple to put together and has instructions. It can also fold up which is really easy to do and great for storage. Can do a range of exercises with it. It’s comfortable to work out on but if your shirtless the material sticks to you when you sweat. Would have also been great if it could also recline. Overall good product, would recommend!
Bench is a little wobbly and light. You have to push it against a wall or put heavy weights behind the feet it you want to use it for bridges or similar exercises. That said, for the price it’s great and all I think you could really ask for. Seems to be holding up well after several months of regular use.
This bench is very good quality and super easy to put up and down. I have it stored underneath my bed when not in use as it felt completely flat. It is a little on the Heaviside but feels very good quality and once up is super study. Overall a really great space-saving workout bench

Good quality home bench
Well-padded vinyl covered flat bench. Easy to put together – the fairly wide feet come packed separately and are easy to fix in place with the supplied spanners (a nice touch). The legs fold away for storage, the bench is long enough to support even taller people from head to tailbone, and is sturdy and stable in use. Good for home workouts.
This is very suitable for a home like mine, wanted a weight bench but don’t have enough space, this is quite an ideal one. He bench can support up to 660 lb which is more than I need even if my boy did weight training on it. It can completely fold to flat when not in use. It is very easy to clean and simply just use a slightly wet cloth to wipe it will be fine. The made is of good quality and is very sturdy and stable when open to use. The pricing is reasonable.
I’m super excited to write this review because I’ve been seriously enjoying using this utility weight bench for the last few weeks. The quality is superb and for under 100 I’m blown away by the quality BangTong&Li have delivered here.
Firstly, the bench is super compact and design however unfolds into a large and robust bench. The bench arrives folded up and after just a few minutes of screwing bolts into the right holes you are ready to get on with your gym sessions. It can be folded back up in seconds and leaned against a wall to save space in your home or garden. If you are using this outside I would recommend having a cover over it to ensure the material doesn’t fall apart nor the metal rust.
With that being said, the material is very comfortable to sit/ lay down on. It is kind to the skin, smooth and doesn’t feel rough like other brands that I have tried in the past. It is also fairly plush and doesn’t feel like I am laying down on a hard surface, great support, size and comfort overall.
It is also very versatile for exercises, wether that be curls or perhaps even bench press, though you’d need to purchase a secondary support unit for this to accommodate this exercise. You could probably find one for under 30 here on Amazon :).

Very comfortable bench

This is a good sturdy weight bench. My daughter wanted one so she could exercise at home between gym visits and she really likes this.
It folds out and flat again so you don’t need loads of storage space.
The build and materials quality seem excellent and should last.
It’s maybe a little on the expensive side but it’s a quality bench.
Comes really well packaged in a strong cardboard box. It takes little assembly, most of it is done for you. It even includes the spanners, so no searching round for the correct one you need. The bench is a really good size, 45 inches x 16.5 x 18. Completely black in colour. It had a nice thick cushion padding. You’re able to fold the legs in, so it’s easier and smaller for storage. It looks and feels of excellent quality. Strong and durable with its heavy duty steel frame, to withstand alot of use. Sturdy and stable on the ground without any signs of tipping over or moving out of place. Perfect for you to perform your full body work out.
The BangTong&Li flat weight bench is a great product. If you don’t have a dedicated gym and utilise a bedroom or living room for your workouts this is a great solution. It’s a very strong and sturdy flat bench support 660lb, but can fold away almost flat for storage when not in use.

Bench appears firm, not slipping and no wobble. Used it twice now going up to 155kg on box squats. No problem at all. Highly recommend.

Great bench that stores away easily
This bench is heavy duty and not at all your regular home bench catalogue quality bench this can handle some pretty serious work, build quality is fantastic and once down it wipes down and folds simply allowing that space to be used again for other functions, all in all, 5 stars from me, a solid bench that folds away.
I have another set of bench and barbell rack in my office that I use when I am there. I needed a flat bench for home and this was the answer to that need.
I am currently 212 lbs. so I needed a bench that can handle my weight plus the weight I will lift. This bench does the trick. If you are looking for a stable flat bench, this is your choice. The freebie is you can also fold it if you need the space. Mine stays in the garage so it is fixed at the moment. I am totally satisfied. Next aim, the barbell rack.

So far I’m very pleased with this flat bench. It came well packed and had everything included to get it set-up (including tools) and it took around 5 minutes to put together as all was required were 4 bolts to put the feet on.
Folding the bench out and in literally takes seconds and when collapse is similar in size to an ironing board, albeit a bit thicker.
Time will tell on durability but as for no, there are no qualms.

The bench comes well packed and is partly pre built, all you have to do is bolt on the feet. Along with the bench in the box you get bolts and washers, two spanners, two holding plates and instructions.
Putting the bench together is really simple. Turn the bench upside down, extend the legs, place the feet on and holding plates then bolt on the feet; that’s it.
Extending and closing the legs is simple, twist and pull the bolt then extend or close and the bolt should click into place and tighten.
The bench in use feels sturdy, a lot sturdier than I thought it would be, it’s level as well. The pad feels comfortable and is anti slip so there’s no moving about when doing chest presses etc…
The blurb says the bench is rated to 600lb (272kg) I’m not sure about that, the bench doesn’t feel that heavy duty to me, it’s fairly light. I weigh 103 kg and had no problem lying or standing on it but I wouldn’t do heavy benching on it. I’ll be using it for dumbbell presses and core work which for that it excels at.
Overall I think this is well designed bench, if you’ve got a studio that’s short on space or just want something compact to be tidy this is the bench for you.
Since lockdown last year, I’ve trained primarily at home in my garage. Space is tight, but I’ve picked up a number of collapsable and stackable pieces of equipment that means I can get more in than I otherwise would be able to.
This bench is my latest piece of equipment and I have to say that I’m really impressed with it. For this review, I will cover a few areas: assembly, usability and sturdiness, portability.
Assembly: Putting the bench together took just 4 minutes and 30 seconds (yes – I timed it!). It is about 90% preassembled, all you need to do is thread 4 bolts through a protective plate and into the feet that sit perpendicular to the legs, tighten them up using the included spanners and you’re done!
Usability and sturdiness: The bench is very easy to take from folded flat to ready to use. All you do is pull a pin from each leg and rotate these legs out until the pin pops into place and locks the leg outwards. The bench is then ready to use for bench presses, seated presses, split squats, etc. It’s fairly sturdy, although if you purposely try and rock it backwards and forwards there is a small amount of movement due to the space where the pin sits. This isn’t something that is going to be noticeable when using it to press weights, so not a concern for me. It says it can support up to 300kg, so for most home purposes it should be absolutely fine. The leather and the padding is very thick and has enough give and width to make lying and sitting on it comfortable. It’s also very easy to clean and wipe sweat from after using it.
Portability: This bench folds almost completely flat, which is great if you’ve a small garage or space in your home that you don’t want a bench taking up space in. Once you’re done with it, pull the two pins that keep the legs extended and you’ll be able to drop the legs against the flat part of the bench and lean it up against a wall or slide it under a bed, etc.
Overall, this is a fantastic bench that’s perfect for a home training environment. It’s easy to assemble, quick to take from flat to usable, and is both stable and comfortable to use.
This bench is impeccable. You’d assume that folding benches would be less sturdy, but no, this is great. Very dense and feels like a good quality material. I have no fears using this over a regular bench that you’d see at a gym. Assembly was a breeze and holds up very well. The knob is easy to use and folds quite neatly into a corner. As the headline mentions – the customer service is great. They do take every complaint or comment seriously and responded to my email within an hour to make sure that I was happy with my product. So great product, customer service and price all in one bundle. Highly recommended to my friends and will buy more (if this bench ever does manage to break).
It arrived 2 days after I ordered it. It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble, all you need is 4 bolts. It even comes with the wrench for the bolts. It looks and feel sturdy and the cushion is soft but firm to lie on. Both legs are easy to fold flat just by pulling on a lever. Definitely worth it’s value.
Exercise bench is quite good. Stability at times is an issue depending on which point of the bench your center of gravity is at. Once you have figured out what the bench is capable of, all is good. Overall quality is good.
Pros: Easy to assemble, well packaged, sturdy and easy to convert from folded to set-up.
Cons: The size is good for me, but I’m a short person. I could see a tall person needing more space. Also, the cushion material is a little soft. I think only time will tell it’s durability. I will post a follow-up if the quality erodes.
After the Covid rush, I finally decided to set myself up to do weight training at home (better late than never!). I reviewed many folding benches and this one looked the best to me and had great reviews. It is, in fact, awesome. The bench is lightweight but very sturdy and easy to fold up and store — important when your house is small and you don’t have a dedicated “fitness room”. The cushioning is comfortable but firm and feels like it will last a long time. The price was also affordable compared with the other options I looked at. I don’t write many reviews, but when a product is great I think the manufacturer should be rewarded.
Props to this company for their impeccable customer service. I can’t even say enough about that.
This is my 3rd review. Received my first bench a week ago and the legs were very unsurdy and shaky. I let the company know and they one out go me immediately to replace it.
Just received the item today and the legs on this one are much better. Still a tiny bit of a wobble, but no complaints now, as the legs don’t feel like they will fall apart.
Upon further frustration with wobbely legs, because of the screws. I got a handy man to look at the bench and fixed the issue ASAP.
Had to use the wrench that was provided and clamp and hold one end of the screws with the wrench and use the other hand to hold the clamp and presto.
This is such an awesome bench.
Very easy to assemble, and surprisingly quality materials it was manufactured with. It feels sturdier and looks better finished than all other benches in this price range I’ve seen from my workout bench hunt. It has a nice wide bench to support larger builds compared to competing benches, and it’s very sturdy when laying down.
Nicely weighted, your body weight is evenly distributed and it doesn’t feel like you’re going to fall over. Overall a great deal at the price range. It also folded up smaller than other stowaway benches, and managed to clear the small 7 inch gap under my bed to be nice and out of sight when not in use!
Customer service was also great. I had one small issue with a replaceable locking mechanism that arrived broken. I contacted the manufacturer and within 24 hours had a response, a solution, and a few days later had a replacement part that works perfectly. Overall, I’ve been very impressed and frankly surprised at how well this company handles their business.
A quick assembly & they provide the wrenches needed. The base is very stable for step ups with weights in hands. Leather padding. Folds up easily. Very sturdy bench. Doesn’t roll or tilt if one is doing triceps on the side of the bench nor buck up if one is doing lower leg raises. I’m also a small 63″ 119lb

The owners responded quickly to any questions & concerns I might have had.
The foam padding is quite nice, not too squishy and the material repells sweat so its an easy cleanup. Setup and adjusting the legs is quite easy. My issue with the bench though is that its not quite that sturdy. Using it for dips or elevated pushups it has a tendency to tip over. I now push it against a wall when doing those so its not a deal breaker, its just frustrating. Overall very happy.

For the price and the fact that it folds up, I think this is a great buy.
Things of note: the legs lock in place (either folded or expanded) with a sturdy pin. The pin has a knob that you turn to push the pin through the unthreaded hole in the bottom of the bench. It works great for what it is, but I just wanted people to be aware it is not a pull knob like fancier benches.
Other thing to realize is the feet of the bench are longer than the width of the bench, which is great for stability when using the bench but may not be ideal for you when the bench is folded up as it makes it an awkward shape.
I need a weight bench that is compact and easy to folding away. Due to the pandemic I have translate my small basement bedroom into tiny gym. The padding on the bench is firm and thick, it is great to lay on or sit for different exercises. Setting it up is nice and quick, only took me less than 10 mins. The feet for the bench does not roll away on me, I did not feel any instability upon doing some bench pressing exercise. Even thou it does not perform incline or decline angle I am still able to cramming all the movement I needed to do with my daily workouts.

I was a little worried about the quality of materials inherent in this bench, but when I pulled it out of the box, I could see it was well made. The base is sturdy metal and snaps into place quite easily. The padded surface is ....padded, and quite well. I don't think the padded surface would hold up in a gym with dozens of people using it every day, but in my living room, with just me using it, it should hold up well. If not, there's always duct tape. I would buy it again.
I was a little worried about the quality of materials inherent in this bench, but when I pulled it out of the box, I could see it was well made. The base is sturdy metal and snaps into place quite easily. The padded surface is ….padded, and quite well. I don’t think the padded surface would hold up in a gym with dozens of people using it every day, but in my living room, with just me using it, it should hold up well. If not, there’s always duct tape. I would buy it again.
Bought this to add to my home gym and it’s a perfect fit! It was easy to put together and functions beautifully. It’s lightweight and easy to move or fold up and carry. The only minor issue is if you’re doing bridges off of it then it will slide a bit on wood floors. I put a yoga mat under it to give it a bit more stability. Overall, VERY happy with it. I looked at other options on Amazon that were more expensive and had bad reviews. This one has lived up to all the five star reviews it has. Quality is very good.
My husband has been building up his home gym and needed a workout bench. I like that this one can be folded up and set aside if we need the space for something else. It has a smooth easy to wipe down surface and is comfortable for lifting weights or doing step-ups. It is pretty solid and better than what I was expecting. This bench can be used inside for other things too – like playing the keyboard or to reach something, haha. My husband thanked me for this bench so he really likes it. I see him out there a lot using it for his training workouts.
I’m always sort of reluctant to purchase exercise equipment/gear online because of the fear of broken parts, assembly, and etc. HOWEVER this product definitely changed my perspective on that. I had to give this product 5 stars because it is exactly as advertised, if not better!!! The sturdiness of this bench is incredible and the material that it is made out of far surpassed my expectation for this price! What a great deal this is! Assembly is a piece of cake. It is also folds very easily and is easy to store away for later use. Overall it is just a 10/10 piece of equipment and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a great workout bench!
Gym quality and easy to use. This weight bench works very good. It is very sturdy. I like the feet support, when I do the sit-up, I don’t need people to hold my feet anymore. It is really useful. This exercise bench was very simple to put together. It has now become the most used exercise apparatus in our home. It is not just for weightlifting it’s for all kinds of work outs adults and kids. It has worked great for my knee replacement doing therapy work outs on it. It weighs about 23 lbs so is simple to move and has a flexible bolt so easily folded up to put under bed or stand up for storage or just to get it out of the immediate way. The dimensions are 45″ long 18 “high and 16.5 wide so it doesn’t take up that much space but gives you and excellent sturdy place to do what you need to do. 7 inch pad covered with a non slip durable leather allows your bones and joint some flexibility so that pressure points don’t happen. The regular leather burn marks from sliding across or moving on it also do not happen with the depth of cushion giving it flexibility in moving along or around on it. Excellent for the distribution of weight as well. My son weight lifts on it, I do my stretches and therapy on it, my daughter does her gymnastic moves on it and my husband uses it for all types of exercise. It’s definitely great for the whole family.
Awesome bench that I should have long gotten! It arrived in a fairly large package but smaller than I expected. Compact and easy to install.
So far I have accumulated a number of home sports equipment from pull up bar to an exercise bike so I am fairly experienced in these types of products. This was one of the last big final pieces for my home collection given the stay at home covid situation. I am happy.
