This is a compact and reliable label printer. The Bluetooth connection is by far the easiest way to print labels with ease. USB connection to a PC also works well, whilst you can print over Bluetooth from a PC, it’s a little more tricky to set up. I pretty much print all my label from my phone as it’s a much better experience anyway. It prints clears labels and does so quickly.

Small amd portable shipping label printer that is extremely easy to use from you phone or a computer.

Very easy to setup and start using, especially from your phone.

Print quality is very good and comes in different colours for that little bit of style.

    Recommended.

This blue tooth printer is great. It was so easy to set up and is a great size. It’s not too big or too small and easy to carry with you. It’s great that multiple devices can be connected too. The printer is quick to connect and quick to print. Good print quality but sometimes the printer jams or quality is compromised so I needed to reprint the label a few times. This doesn’t happen often so for the price it’s still amazing value. Very satisfied!

I ordered this for us to use with my wife’s business and printing shipping labels etc:

    – The printer arrived in a very nice, smart package with a good set of instructions.
    – It feels of a great and durable quality, while being compact enough to transport around as well if
    needed.
    – Print quality is excellent and very sharp!
    – It’s quite speedy to print as well!
    – Setting it up was super easy and connected to my laptop and her phone, and her iPad very easily.

We cannot recommend this enough! It really is great!

Fortunately, there are many printers that does the same has this one, for me the best thing about this one is how beautiful and clean it looks on my tablet.

It doesn’t makes my tablet look full and messy, and it has the added advantage of working with Bluetooth, that allows me to print labels directly from my phone, it was also easy to set up

You do have to download the app in order to use it. The app is very easy to use. The printer comes with a few sticker labels ready for you to
print on however it’s only a few around 10 or less labels included . You will have to buy more. i use mine daily on packages and it’s saved me so much time. Love it and i highly recommend it.

Bluetooth connection or via USB.Easy setup, decent app to use ,accepts labels from 1 to 4.6 inches wide and 1 to 11.80 inches in length which gives plenty of choices for paper printing label. One important thing for old IPhones models ( mine is a 7plus) to be updated with the last compatible versions in order to download the app and connect via Bluetooth.Overall a good thermal printer but for 129 it is a bit expensive, more likely the 98.78 as it is discounted right now it is the fair price.

A really handy device for either a small business or households that sell things now and then and make the odd return! It’s really easy to use and set up, it includes instructions that are easy to follow, and I can print from my phone straight to the printer which is really ideal for my needs. It prints out as expected and having a thermal printer saves worrying about running out of ink, the only thing that I will need to purchase now is more thermal paper. It sticks as expected to my parcels, so all-in-all, a great little device to speed up the printing labels process.

Its super easy to use and the whole process is nice and quick. Its so good to print the labels on a ready to go, good size sticker rather than print on paper and stick using tape. As it is a thermal printer, there’s no worry about replacing ink only new labels which you can find really cheap. Definitely wouldrecommend! My whole household now use this as its so simple!

I really like that I can print from my Ipad and my phone. This has come in so handy. I am a teacher and carry this around with me in the bottom of my bag. The quality is what you would expect from a thermal printer. It comes in very handy for printing out and guides and other work for students. I love that I can use any size label to print and it’s a fast little printer. When connected I can print 30 4×6 labels in under a minute, which is perfect in a classroom. I was that impressed I got my husband to order inenon his account for his business.

I really like this product, as you don’t have to set up the printer and use a lot of paper. The machine is easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow and cover the level printed well and had a sticky back so if it stick it to the parcel, the other thing is it doesn’t take very much room up in your house so it’s not the weather like a printer is , very happy with this produc

This thermal printer is so easy to use combined with the labelife app making it easy to create and print off shipping labels etc.
This can work across a variety of platforms and works hand in hand with all manner of shopping platforms such as eBay, Etsy etc etc for easy printing.
Bluetooth connectivity makes this easy to turn on, pop the labels in and go to your device to design and create your labels without the hassle of connecting up to a computer, although this can also be connected via the supplied cable, I find that wireless connection is just so easy.
A sample pack of labels are provided to give you a feel for the printers ease, so at some point you’ll need to get yourself a pack of thermal labels upto the maximum size permitted if you’re going to be using this regularly.
Loading the labels is easy and can be placed just behind the printer.
The compact size of this takes up little room and could even be something that you take with you, such is the size making it portable and easy to move around.
The printer does not use ink so saves you the hassle of buying and replacing ink cartridges, it’s the actual thermal labels that react with the printer that creates the print.
I’m not sure about the cost difference to traditional ink cartridges but what I’ve found is that ink labels can be washed out and you can get colour run (not good if you’ve created a shipping label and the courier gets your label wet) if they get wet, where as with thermal you won’t get this, so you can rely on the finished label.
Just under 99 at time of review may seem like a lot initially but you’ll find this printer super easy for your small business needs or home use and set up is relatively simple. The printer is manufactured really well and a serrated edge helps to tear off the label once printing (which is quick) is finished.
You’ll find this thermal printer easy to use, easy to place, easy to load and quick and reliable.
Great quality and a good addition to your home or business where you need fast label printing that is good quality, legible and won’t fade or colour run.
This only prints in black by the way.

This is a small and fast printer that’s specifically designed for printing 6×4″ shipping labels. Overall it’s not bad, but there are a few niggles…

I tested with my Windows 11 PC using the supplied USB-B to A cable. The printer can also connect wirelessly to Apple Macs, smartphones, tablets, Chromebooks and other devices using Bluetooth (I didn’t test with these other devices).

Unfortunately the printer is not plug’n’play (at least on PC or Mac). You have to visit a website to download and install the driver. Unfortunately the web address in the user manual is incorrect and gave me a “page not found” error. I had to Google for the driver for this PM241 printer, which didn’t inspire confidence. The product’s website (phomemo.com) and the driver seem to be quite low quality, with lots of Chinese characters all over the place. For all I knew I was installing malware on my PC. I took the risk and installed the driver, then I verified that the PM241 printer appeared correctly in Windows Device Manager.

With the driver installed, I was almost ready to print my labels. First I had to go into the settings of Royal Mail’s Click’n’Drop website and specify that I wanted it to produce 6×4 labels, not my usual A4 sheets that include a dispatch note on each page. Once Click’n’Drop produced a 6×4 label PDF document, I opened it in Chrome and was able to print directly to the label printer in the usual way.

A handy feature is that you feed the label sheets into the back of the printer and it automatically lines up the label, ready to print in the correct position. Printing the label was very quick, maybe 2 seconds at most, and it worked first time with no more fiddling required.

Sadly the print quality was mediocre. Some of the vertically-aligned text was a little hard to read and I don’t want to make the postman’s job any harder than necessary. The print quality from my trusty HP LaserJet P1102w is noticeably superior, even though it’s quite a cheap and basic printer.

I send several parcels every week, so did this label printer tempt me to switch away from my usual HP printer? On balance, I don’t think so.

My HP printer is so much more versatile. It can print labels AND regular A4 documents. Whereas this label printer is limited to just 6×4 labels.

Yes, the PM241 label printer is significantly faster, but the substandard print quality lets it down.

One advantage of the PM241 is that it doesn’t use any ink cartridges or toner, so there’s no ongoing costs. But I think I’d have to be printing a hell of a lot of labels every week before this printer pays for itself at the current asking price of 99.

If you already have an A4 printer then most people probably won’t see much benefit from getting this label printer. On the other hand, if you regularly need to print a large volume of shipping labels then this label printer will take some of the load off your main printer.

This is a professional printer great for processing lots of parcels. You can use it in a traditional way via a laptop or computer or quick and easy via the free mobile app on a phone. There are plenty of online resources and videos on how to get the best out of this printer. The quickest way is through the mobile app connected via Bluetooth. Unfortunately doesn’t work via Apple AirPrint but had no problems connecting via Bluetooth. It wasn’t made clear in the manual until I watched a video tutorial that the thermal labels needs to be fed from a roll. It won’t take them as individual sheets. Comes with 12 4×6″ self adhesive thermal labels to get you started. As it prints on thermal labels, no ink cartridges are needed. Great for printing weatherproof delivery labels quickly. From the mobile app I imported my label as a PDF file and was able to crop and choose which page to print easily. You can use the app to import any file so doesn’t have to be just postage labels. The top of the printer opens up which makes it really easy to fix any jams. Small and compact with its own power source makes it a handy tool for anyone who dispatches parcels often.

Hoping to escape the tyranny of inkjet printer refill prices I was keen to try this thermal printer as almost the only things I print these days are address labels. The price seems quite high to me, but I guess after the initial outlay, your only expense is the labels themselves and they’re certainly cheaper than inkjet cartridges (and the stress of clogged nozzles). I used the desktop connection first which was a mistake as it required downloading a Chrome extension which was a real faff, but we got there in the end and printing worked a treat. Bluetooth connection for mobile was much easier and I’ll use that from now on.

The printer strongly benefits from its size. The printer itself could easily fit a large pencil case I would think (not that you’d need it to), therefore not taking up a huge amount of space. Comes preloaded with sample sticker of a label size which is the prime usage of this. Unfortunately it doesn’t come with many samples which for the price point I would expect a few more .

Easy enough to connect to via Bluetooth but also comes with a provided usb wire and converter for usbc.

Been using this for few days now and I’m impressed. The quality is really good, lightweight, durable, robust and looks good on my work/desktop table ( love the purple colour). The APP is very easy to use and understand- I’m only giving it 4 stars because sometimes I have to print atleast 4 to 6 times before it print my Label properly. It is expensive BUT for me it is more cost effective that regular printer.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis Bluetooth Thermal Shipping label printer may be small but it certainly packs a punch!

Beautifully packaged with everything needed in the box to get started bar the 4×6 Direct thermal roll of labels which I purchased through Amazon Prime. Once my labels arrived the next day I was ready to set up and see how this performed. Instructions are manageable and setting up is a simple process via Bluetooth. It is intuitive and simple to pick up with clear and concise options as to what you would like to add to your labels before printing. It’s easy to use if printing directly from Amazon or other well-known shopping sites where it’s pretty much all done for you and ready to print.

I purchased value rolls of direct thermal labels for around 8 pounds for two rolls with 500 labels on each roll. Perforated labels are easier to use and don’t require scissors every time a label is printed so I went with those.

Once the labels are offered up to the feed at the rear of the printer the labels are automatically fed and aligned without fuss and it’s ready to print.

The speed at which it produces a label is exceptionally quick and the quality of the image/print is perfect which is important when shipping or posting items as clarity of the address should be clear and legible.

If like me you find yourself struggling with RM labels and preparing packages to be collected for shipping after auctioning then you’ll wonder why you didn’t get one sooner. It’s that good and the time it saves is great when you have a million and one things you’d sooner be doing.

A brilliant little device that makes life that little bit easier, I highly recommend it.

Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

    Bluetooth Shipping Label Printer 4X6

I have had a few similar bluetooth printers over the past year or so, this model is the largest and most substantial out of all of them. All that I have had have worked well, although this model is much heavier and looks as if it’s built to last. The printer is supplied with a chunky power supply unit that plugs into the mains electric and not USB powered like some other models.

Although large for this type of printer, it is small when compared to a traditional printer so it doesn’t take up mach space when placed on a workstation. The printer can be hooked up to a computer using a standard printer to USB cable (Cable supplied) or can be used via bluetooth; I personally shall be using this with my computer. There is a web link in the user guide where the software can be downloaded. There is also a video tutorial on the website showing how to install and setup the printer. Once installed it’s just a matter of switching on the printer and selecting it to print out your labels.

You are supplied with a small pack of thermal labels to get you started, but you will need to purchase more if you tend to print out as many labels as I do. The current cost is around 25 for 1000 labels. The labels are ready cut to size, just print and peel off the protective film and stick to your package.

This is simple to use, just press the power button, load up your label and hit print in your label software. The label will quickly print and be ready for use. The print quality is excellent with a crisp clear image, plus it’s far more durable than a label printed on an inkjet printer so there is no need to place tape over the print to protect it.

Overall this is a solid well made printer that is easy to setup and use, it can be connected via bluetooth to a phone, or used via cable with a computer, either way works without issue.

This is a cracking little printer and worth it’s current 129.99 price tag in my opinion.

This isn’t my first label printer (actually it’s my 4th or 5th!) but it is one of the easiest ones to use. Just download the app, load the labels “paper” and you are up and running. They are a nicely sized 4×6″ labels so are perfect for making labels if you are selling your stuff online (as I am often doing) or sending just about anything in the post really.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWow, this was so much easier and faster to have up and running that I expected.
So this offers a multitude of ways to “send” and print, a variety of things, shipping labels, by way of PDF import, or create a label using the app, and more.
I find the simplest way to utilise this is “Bluetooth”, I can send a label from my iPhone/iPad pro, and it’s there, ready to print, fast, clear and easy to do, what’s not to like.
Now impressively this is compatible with so many of the usual, perhaps more common site, certainly sites I either do, have, or will be using, like, UPS, eBay, Esty, Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, and more.
I was really happy with how easily I could set this up, and the fact that I didn’t need to get any extra cables or anything because they supply everything needed in the box.
Now the print speed and clarity was also a surprise, not that it could “print clearly” or “print fast”, more that it could “Print clearly fast”.
From the supplied cables to the actual “Label printer” itself, the quality is high in my opinion, but especially the machine itself, it has a decent weight to it to, which helps keep it stationary when tearing off a label using the created teeth on the front aperture where the labels exit printed.
The materials seem good, the body is a nicely finished hard plastic construction, and I particularly like the fact that this is a smaller, non obtrusive device, because not only can it easily fit into smaller spaces, it also just doesn’t take up a massive footprint, meaning it isn’t in the way of other item or doing jobs.
I like the fact that clearly labelled on the machine are numbers and contact details for support and customer service, I dint have to go hunting for the information should I ever need it, which I don’t expect to.
Even down to the charger(see pic 5) they have put thought and detail in, al of which gives me the confidence that this is a well made, carefully considered and designed unit.
Looking forward to hassle free use.
For me this is a great solution to making, 1″ – 4.6″ thermal printed labels, and a very easy printer to use, which I’m happy about.

It’s easy to set up, we first plugged it into our laptop because most of my selling work is done on there.

It was straightforward to do and everything went well
The Bluetooth setup was also straightforward on my other halfs apple mobile phone. But my phone I have troubles with being a Samsung s22 ultra, I have had the same problem with a label make. I do not know if my security is too high or if it’s not fully compatible I don’t know.
I’m happy with using the laptop for all my work as is. But we will look into why my phone isn’t compatible or if I got some kinda firewall set up I don’t know. As you can tell I’m not that tech savvy.

The price at the time of this review is 129.99, which can be a costly outlay to start with. But it’s saving so much time, it’s small and compact, there’s no extra cost for ink.

So far so good ~ except my phone
But I will update this review if needed.

I have had two small thermal label printers which I use a lot for home and our family business. I always wanted a bigger thermal label printer for printing shipping labels and bigger labels for the storage boxes.

Asprint Thermal Printer is good enough for my needs. It is white and pink and looks simple, modern. It is slim and compact. You can use it either usb connected with your computer or wireless wifi with your phone or tablet.
Printing return shipping label couldnt be easier with it. I used to print return shipping label with normal paper and must fully covered the label with cellatape to prevent it getting wet during transit. From now on, I can save cellatape and do this with no hassle because the thermal label is self-adhesive and waterproof. Using it wireless with my phone or tablet is as easy as small thermal printers. You can print labels with big letters which allow you to see easily.
Feeding paper is also super easy. Simply insert the label(s) into the paper feeding slot on the back of machine and the printer will automatically take it in. Printing quality is great and printing speed is fast. You never need to worry about running out of ink. But make sure you buy the right labels for the printer.

This thermal printer would be perfect for a small business. It’s very compact and hardly takes up any room, though it’s a little deceptive as you need some space on the desk behind it where the labels will fit. It will auto feed the labels into itself from the pile sitting behind it. It only comes with a few labels in the box which is unfortunate, you will definitely need to get more. Setup was pretty simple and the app has lots of options to customise how you want them to print. It even has the option to print photos but it’s really not designed for that and the images come out awful. Tried with a photo of my dog and it was basically a big black blur. For its intended purpose of labels though it prints perfectly. It also prints extremely quickly, it doesn’t even pause for printing it just feeds the label straight through it comes out the other side printed.

Not a bad printer at all. I’ve been using it to print Evri labels off as the printer in our local drop off point is far from ideal and half of the time doesn’t work.

This little printer is perfect for printing Vinted labels off. My daughters have been getting rid of some old clothes that no longer fit them. It’s free to use Evri labels through Vinted but having the convenience of printing things in your own home is a massive plus point.

It prints extremely quickly too, maybe a couple of seconds per label and you just peel the sticky label off of the backing paper and stick it straight on the parcel/package.

The only downside to this printer is that you don’t get very many labels included with it. For the cost of this, it would be nice to have at least 50 labels.

Also, please bear in mind that this printer isn’t truly wireless, it requires a USB cable to connect/power it and to print from PC you need either a cable or a Bluetooth adapter.

Overall I think 4 stars is a good rating for this item, it would have been a 5 star if there were more blank labels included with it.

Amazing printer. I was thinking of this kind for quite some time.
To my surprise the App is amazing, it is so flawless, quick, and intuitive, and the best part is that you can create your own labels.
The printer is light but so powerful and versatile. If you are running a light e-comm business or sell things often, this one is so handy and straightforward to use.
I think the price is justified. For me, it makes perfect sense. I don’t own an ink-based printer, so I had to go to our local library and print a label. It is always time-consuming and every print is 0.10. For me, this thermal printer makes perfect sense and ticks all the boxes i need to fill.
Note, buy additional labels as this printer does not come with many, but enough to get used to this machine and get to a confident start.
    Super must-buy!
The need to go to post offices and or printing shops is practically eliminated!
I love how this printer works flawlessly and seamlessly via Bluetooth with my iPhone!
The printing speed happens in a blink of an eye, in real terms!
Also, this printer is well-built and you can adjust the width of your shipping labels on demand.

Thus, the long term value of this product is phenomenal!

Unlike smaller label printers , this needs to be plugged into the mains for power . Good in one way but may be a limit to portability for some .
Have only used it via my phone so far.
Downloaded the Labelifeb app to my phone and selected a pdf file already on my phone to print .
A few prompts to go through until you reach the “print” button but will get used to that . Used one of the labels provided but will soon need to be ordering more as you only get a few in the box.
    Print was clear .
For the serious parcel sender, can recommend this printer .

I send a lot of parcels and use Royal Mail, Evri and Yodel. They all have options to print out labels for you, but they have all at one point or another struggled to get labels printed for one reason or another. This can be a hassle if you’re trying to get deliveries out on time. I’ve taken to print my own labels, but this uses printing ink, paper and Sellotape.
This device is nice and sturdy, and the app is easy to download from a QR code. It allows you to edit labels and print via Bluetooth or if you’d prefer, it can be plugged into your computer, and used as a conventional printer. It is mains powered, so no USB charged lead free options available.
I found the feeding mechanism a little fiddly, as the lid doesn’t open past 45 degrees. This and the premium price warrant a loss of a star to my mind. However, it is a useful item to have if you plan to print lots of labels. It can also just post black and white images if you had the urge.

If you post alot out, its good to have to male those labels more professional than paper and tape

Only comes with a few sticker labels though so would need to buy more for the price would have expected a full roll or something but the machine is great foe what it does so 5*

Very impressed with this label Printer. It’s slightly bigger and heavier than I pictured but still small in comparison to a normal printer. It comes well packaged with leads and instructions as well as a few labels. It’s extremely easy to set up and use, simply scan a qr code from the manual to download an app onto your device such as mobile or tablet. You pair it up via Bluetooth then connect on the app, add an image and press print. Very easy to set up and the app is simple but works really well. It prints within a couple seconds and the image is nice and crisp. It’s not good for printing photos or anything with lots of details but it’s a label Printer and works very well for printing labels. You don’t receive many labels with it so you will need to purchase some separately however it’s a great device, very quiet, compact and speedy. No complications. Doesn’t need ink. Works wirelessly. It’s absolutely bang on and I can’t fault it, truly exceeded my expectations

    Works extremely well!

I’ve done a far share of clearing out stuff and selling online, as well as selling my own custom dolls and label printing for me is usually a pain in the rear end. I normally use a standard printer and labels often need resizing, cutting, gluing or taping. It’s a bit of a faff generally.
It’s nice to finally have something that makes the whole process a little easier. This rather compact little printer is a wonderful thing indeed and it’s so small!

The printer comes packaged with mains leads, a usb lead and full instructions for using both the printer and the ‘Labelife’ app. There’s also a small amount of labels to get you started and a USB flash drive containing manuals and videos to make the set up as easy as possible.

The printer connects easily to our laptop which is currently running windows 10, but to be honest, I wanted to use my phone with this printer instead. I downloaded the Labelife app, which finds the printer easily via Bluetooth. I was a little apprehensive that the whole process of setting everything up would be rather tedious, but if you follow the instructions it’s pretty straightforward.

You can load up your label files through the app and even change the size. I still need to experiment with the app more, but I like it so far.
The printer is fast….really fast. I wasn’t prepared for the speed of this little thing! Compared to my regular printer it’s just wow. It probably took less than a second to print a label! The labels are wonderfully clear too – no ink smudges or blurring. They look very professional. I imagine if you have any kind of small business then having something like this could be a real game changer.

It’s a pricey little thing but good value in comparison with similar items and I’m really impressed that the manufacturer has provided so much assistance in the form of the flash drive, and instructions to make the set up as easy as possible.

Overall I’m really happy with this printer. It’s going to make label creating much easier for me and my parcels will look more professional from now on!

I really have liked the sound of label makers- they feel like a little luxury from handwriting/making your own labels on a parcel (first world problem I know).

This arrived and on first impression feels really sturdy and high quality. It takes up a little bit more room on my desk than I thought (from looking at the picture) but equally it isn’t massive taking over half the desk space.

Instructions were very clear and straightforward, making set up a quick process. I’ve downloaded the app to my phone to operate this but does appear it can be linked on your computer too if needed.

Printing quality is very good. It’s equally very quick (per label) and doesn’t make a loud sound when printing. As soon as the label printed I stuck it straight on a parcel (no smudging). I really like the fact that getting the label ‘ready’ isn’t complicated when using the app.

Surprised that you don’t have more labels provided- I would have thought for the price you’d have a number of rolls.

Now the 150 price tag. It is quite pricey, especially when you don’t have rolls upon rolls of labels included. This makes me think you’d order it if you could justify the price I.e you run your own small business and need plenty of professional looking labels- not just something you’d have in your home for returning orders if they don’t fit/don’t like them ect.

Overall if you feel you can justify the price for the amount of use it would be getting, then I’d say it’s a good little investment and would be happy to recommend.

This is an easy-to-set-up thermal printer that doesn’t need ink — just use corresponding thermal labels and you have a very cost-effective label printing solution.

It is compatible with all the major selling platforms and couriers and works seamlessly via an app where you can set preferences and tailor the setting to what you need for your business.

This is a Bluetooth-enabled printer, so you can use a smartphone, tablet or pc/laptop. This makes it wireless, convenient, and easy to link to your preferred device.

I loved that you get tech support with this product — if you have any issues, you can talk directly with the team. I haven’t had any issues with the printer, but it is nice to know that help is there if needed.
Overall, a great printer. 100% recommended.

It’s super easy to set up and use, and I love that it is Bluetooth. It will save me using a ton load of sticky tape to cover my plain paper labels, and no more cutting out either!

I’m super happy with this. It will make my returns so much easier!

Every-so-often I go on an ebay splurge and end up sending my proud possessions across the world for a measly 99p – but I tell myself it’s worth it to free up the space and for giving someone else some pleasure.

Anyway, I print out labels and spend ages taping them to boxes, but this label printer has revolutionised that process. Now I can print out labels much more easily, and obviously they stick directly to the packages.

I’ve attached a video of the printer in actin to show just how quick it is. The Printer was set up and working within about 2 minutes. The app was installed on my smartphone and it just worked, no issues, no errors (unlike my home printer), and I was very impressed.

My wife is quite involved in community fundraising and is always selling cakes and such like, the possibilities this provides are great, printing labels with images and prices will make life much easier for her (she handwrites all the labels at the moment).

Print quality is excellent, I changed the print quality to the top setting and there was a small improvement, but the “base” setting is so good that I don’t think I’ll really need it.

In a nutshell: Fast, simple, effective. Not something I’ll use all the time, but when I need it, it’ll come in very handy. As this is a thermal printer, you never need to worry about ink as it doesn’t use it, you just need to use thermal imaging paper.

Very neat unit, great for postage labels, it comes with full instructions and cables and a small pack of labels, it can be used with windows, Mac and app, the app connects via Bluetooth, as it’s thermal no more ink replacement, if you do a lot of parcels letters etc it saves time as you just print and stick, it’s very quick to print and settings can be changed from the app etc, print is sharp and clear, its a solid little unit and comes with power cable, USB printer cable and phone cable, if you look at the price of labels it should work out cheaper to run than using paper and ink etc. pleased with it so far.

    Compact little unit.

My old label printer was getting past its useful life and the software was ancient. If I needed large labels for a package I often ended up just printing on plain paper with my inkjet and then glue to the package. Often covering the label with see through tape to keep water out.

This printer is a massive improvement. On opening the box the first impression was a good quality item with a solid mains lead/ transformer plus a standard USB to printer cable. I was then impressed to find that software was available for my Mac and my iPhone as the printer can operate with Bluetooth or hard wired. It’s worth ordering some paper with it though as only a very few sheets for testing are supplied.

First test was with the Mac software. It installed with no issues and the Mac found the printer OK. The software is quite comprehensive allowing label design within itself including box, text, graphics and QR codes. It can also import PDF and images so labels produced on any other software could be used.

When it comes to printing I was initially very careful to insert the small pack of labels as I assumed I would lose the first label while the printer found the join. In fact the printer jogs the label back and forward to find the correct place to print on the first label. Now press the print button and its takes around ONE second to print the label. The only thing I have not found is a means to set up a label and then print a number with the address changing on each one.

Now to the iPhone software. It installed in my phone OK and I had no problem designing an address label. The software then finds the printer Ok and I get a “print” button highlighted on the software. All that happens though is that the print joins a queue and although the phone shows it is correctly connected nothing prints.

I am guessing there is a solution but for me it is not an issue in the real world. The printer itself will only operate when plugged into the mains via its transformer cable so it is not something I am likely to use “on the road” with my iPhone anyway. If I needed to use it on the road I would use the computer software installed in the MacBook rather than try to do it on my phone.

I will message the makers to check if there is an issue with IOS 16, I am doing something wrong or have missed something but for me this is a five star product if it only ever works with my computers.

The printer came well packaged with clear instructions and access to online help and Youtube channel which helped a lot. The build quality Is very good and comes with connecting cables if you want to connect to a Windows Pc or Mac. I tested this on a Windows 11 machine. Downloaded and installed the drivers. No issues. The device shows in your printers on Windows, so any software installed can print to the label printer, which is good. The printer can be set for different label sizes which makes it very flexible. Also, it comes with label creator software, making it easy to create customised labels. It took a little while to set up, but once figured out, works well and feels/looks a good quality label printer all round.

Great quality and decent app (once connected)

This printer is very easy to set up and use and great for when you’re needing to send loads of parcels out (I regularly do big clothes clearout and this has made my life so much easier not having to use a normal printer and try and stick the label down securely on the packages). It’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye and I cannot believe how fast it prints.

The app is very easy to use, the first time I pressed print I thought it had spat the label out at me as an error because it came out so fast but it had actually printed incredibly quickly and at a good quality. It comes with a few labels as well and there is the option to print photos with it via the app as well. All the connectors are supplied including a mini usb for videos and practice labels.

This is one of those products that seems very pricey at first but very quickly becomes a necessity that you couldn’t live without. All instructions are clear and the app is user friendly too. Worth getting if you package a lot of things and need labels printed.

This printer is easy enough to set up, with a USB stick containing all the drivers, instruction videos, and the label creator program. It took me a few minutes, and I had no issues, even though I didn’t look at the instructions (I hate instruction booklets). Plus, there seems to be very good customer support. I printed a label, and it was really quick. The printing was clear. I haven’t used it in conjunction with eg Royal Mail postage labels, but I know you can do that, and it would be very convenient. If you upload PDFs or jpgs, you can also print black and white images, so you can make simple stickers for jars, lamp-posts, etc. This isn’t only for postage labels! The fact there is a Bluetooth mobile app as well makes this so versatile.

The package is good as it comes with all you need including a stand. The printer is compact and feels well made. You get a few labels included, but only very few, so you will need to buy new ones more or less straight away. This is a good item and I recommend it.

I’ve been reading up about these printers for a while now, back and forth between them after reading reviews and been on the fence, finally took the plunge with this one and I’m extremely happy with my purchase, easy to use, app works a dream and can import any label from places such as eBay, vinted, return labels and so on which was my main purpose. Full disclosure this is my first label printer and have to say it’s been life changing over the last 3 weeks. I’m forever posting or couriering something to a colleague or friend of shipping out sold products and have always used an inkjet printer with label sheets. What I didn’t realise was how time consuming this was swapping the paper out, making sure I have the right dimensions for the labels etc let alone the amount of waste when things go wrong or when I’m not using a full page of labels and the rest of the sheet going in the bin.

Setup was a breeze, I plugged it in, inserted the label roll and use the Bluetooth & USB, I downloaded the app on my mobile and I was away. The whole process took around 3 minutes.

Using the machine daily I’m constantly learning new features, the software suite for the PC is great as you can really customise your labels with ease and saving label templates and my favourite feature by far the machine auto detects the label size so no more guessing and wastage. the continuous label rolls are great for address labels and the larger labels are the perfect size for printing courier labels. Bonus the printers are thermal so there’s no messing about with inks, literally just replace the labels when they run out.

A compact Bluetooth thermal printer from Asprink that is easy to use and set up. It doesn’t use ink/toner, so it helps me save money and saves lots of paper waste too. Basically you will need to download an app, open the label in the app and print from there.

Print quality is what you would expect from a thermal printer, but it’s great for shipping labels, and that’s what I need anyway. It is able to recognise different types of labels, and I have successfully used it with Amazon, Royal Mail and Evri (Hermes) so far.

It can be used directly from your phone as long as you have the app (Labelife) installed. The printing is very quick and efficient, the actual print time per label is just about 2 seconds!. Amazing.

You can print straight from pdf or you can also create your own labels using the app. I have not created my own labels yet, so I couldn’t comment on its efficiency, but it works flawlessly with the pdf from my phone.

All and all, a quick and easy way to print labels, save money and time too.

This Bluetooth thermal label printer is a useful addition to my home office. It is handy as it can print all sorts of barcodes and labels with a width range from 1″ to 4.6″. It can apparently auto-detect the size, but this is not a function I have tested yet.

It comes not only with a user guide but also a USB stick containing ‘How to’ videos, which is excellent.

Nice little printer. We’ve got a Dymo which doesn’t take big labels and we are also use a Zebra which takes bigger labels but isn’t bluetooth. I really wanted a bluetooth one to save us from constantly plugging and unpluging as that’s going to result in the cable breaking eventually. Probably.

I thought this label printer would solve that issue since it’s bluetooth but I find that this will only work on the laptop if it’s plugged in, the bluetooth only works if it’s printing from moblie. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but aside from that it was an easy setup and have been prints without a hitch. I just wish I could get bluetooth working for the laptop too.

It’s not messy because there’s no ink and I like that it’s so easy to create my own labels using the app. Ive found the app easy to use, I’ve not had any technical issues with the app or the printer at all and it’s been really straightforward for me to get to grips with. I’m ever so impressed with the print quality as it’s excellent and I like that I can do so much with it in terms of customisation and different kinds of labels. It’s strong, sturdy and durable so will definitely withstand daily usage and I like that it feels good quality too! This ‘Asprink’ Desktop Thermal Label Printer is excellent! It just does its job quickly, efficiently and fairly quietly. Everything you need to get started is included in the box including a pack of 25 6×4 labels, a usb flash drive containing drivers and print software, a USB “C” adaptor, power supply with all necessary cables and, a self-assembly caddy for holding both folded or rolled blank labels.
The printer is very well made from quality materials. Very easy to set up and use I had absolutely no problems installing and printing my first label from my Windows 10 machine and then subsequently, from my mobile phone. The printer is small, compact and unobtrusive and connects with either the included USB printer cable or by Bluetooth.
Maximum label size is 6 x 4 inch (150mm x 100mm), which is convenient and appropriate for most uses but especially as standard sized shipping labels. However, it will also happily print any size of rolled or folded label up to the maximum and these can be continuous or separate. Once inserted into the machine label guide label spacing adjustment and alignment is automatic done by the printer. Labels are cheap and easily available from many sources including Amazon. The printer performs very well giving a clear strong and well-defined print for, text, graphics, barcodes and QR codes. It is a very fast printer indeed which especially helpful if printing lots of labels in one long run. The printer driver properties and settings allow a wide range of adjustment for such things as speed, density, sizes, graphics etc.
The included “Labelife” software for PC (Windows, Mac and Linux) is very easy to use and has all the features and settings you could possibly need to create professional looking labels, save your own designs as a template or, import PDF’s (such as third party returns labels from suppliers etc).
The free Labelife Mobile App, which is available for both Android or iOS, is easily downloaded and installed. I downloaded the Android version to my Galaxy S8 and successfully created and printed professional looking labels from my phone, importing and printing readymade labels in pdf form was really simple and quick, however, when it came to creating a label from new I found the phone app quite fiddly and much less intuitive and user friendly than the PC version, but that might just be me and there are other label print apps available which I haven’t tried.
To sum up:- For PC or phone, by usb or Bluetooth, whether you want to produce and print just one label or thousands, this great little machine will do it quickly and professionally.

This is a good quality compact label printer. This can be connected directly to a desktop computer but I chose to use this via the app on my phone.
The labels were easy to load and pairing with my phone was quick and easy.
    The labels are A6 size (102 x 153mm)
You can either print straight from pdf – this was very quick and easy, or you can create your own labels in the app, this was clunky and a little frustratingly time consuming, I reckon I could get batter at it with a bit of practice. I find it easier to use my own software to create a pdf and then print that.
The printing was very quick – if you were doing a lot of labels they you could really fire through them.
The print quality was ok for text and postage labels, not clear enough for pictures, quite dark. I think the printer settings are optimised for postage labels – this is fair enough.

This is a compact and efficient little printer, especially if you are printing from pdf’s

Exactly what I was looking for having recently reviewed the Itari PM-241-BT thermal printer, which only came with a small amount of 6×4″ labels. We were going to get through those in no time, so I set out looking for a larger supply. I’d tracked down two or three options that looked to be compatible, and then these ones popped up on the Vine program!

This size is basically for shipping labels – ebay, shopify, Hermes, Fedex etc. It’s a universally accepted size for these – and the most common size used within thermal printers.

At around 21 for 500 I certainly wouldn’t describe them as ‘cheap’, it works out around 4p per label, which when you factor in the cost of non-thermal printing of labels (with paper and tape required) I think is acceptable. 500 labels is going to last most people a long time. If it doesn’t, then it’s likely being used for semi-commercial use and the cost of labels would just be factored into overhead spends.

I haven’t noticed any difference in quality from the ones that Itari supplied directly with the PM-241-BT printer. Sticker adhesion seems good. No signs of smudging. They should stand up well in wet/damp weather also supposedly reject oils and scratches.

Not had any compatibility issues with the Itari. Simply unwrapped the stack of labels, fed the first one into the printer (make sure you have them facing down the correct side!) and off we went. Not had any issues since.

I’ve removed a star simply because looking at other comparable 6×4″ thermal label multipacks suggests these are overpriced. You can get similar LOOKING sets of 500 for around 12-13. That said, I have no working knowledge of these rival brands’ quality, and so it’s not really fair to compare, or scorn, too much as this might be a vastly better quality. So I’ll just drop the one star and say that it might be worth trying the cheaper brands as well and seeing how they compare.

Great value pack of thermal labels. Compatible with Itari PM-241-BT

When I unpackaged this, the first thing I noticed is that it has a good solid feel to the printer and a good weight to it.

Also included in the box is a selection of plastic pieces which initially I had no idea what they were. With a little bit of lateral thinking, it was pretty obvious these were meant to be joined together – 2 minutes later I had joined the pieces together and worked out it was a label feeding tray – and it actually worked really well.

The installing and aligning of the paper was very easy – with the power on, and lid closed, I just fed the paper into the guides and the printer then just auto fed paper through AND aligned it perfectly. There were 26 labels included in the box.

I tried installing the PC drivers, but my company controlled laptop would not install the driver as the publisher was unknown (and only written in Chinese). However this wasn’t a big problem for me as I just installed the android App on my phone and within 2 minutes had printed my first test label … and the printing of the actual label was so quick (less than a second).

You can create your own labels via the App, but I would recommend using a Tablet instead of a phone – simple because of the bigger screen. You can use a phone, but obviously the screen is smaller to work with. When creating your own label via the App, you can also generate QR codes and Barcodes as part of the label.

Overall, a very impressive and easy to use printer via the App – however at 149.59 (at the time of review), that just seems a bit expensive.

Works really well - tested with App via Bluetooth - PC/Mac drivers are also supplied

Very easy to set up, nice for beginners, I only spent less than 10 minutes, just install “Labelife” in my phone, and complete the print settings, and it’s all done, bluetooth connection, work with Android and iOS systems, Windows, Mac and Linux, and compatible with all major platforms like eBay, USPS, Easy, Shopify, ShipStation…. And the labels can be customized, big helps for my small business

This arrived in a plain brown box with simple print on the outside. Once opened you have a box on top with a self assembly label holder/feeder inside which slots together easily, and under this you have the user guide, app user guide and some packing labels. You get a USB dongle along with a USB type A to USB-C adapter; this contains the program for PC along with help and instruction documents and videos. The printer is at the bottom of the box along with the power leads and a USB AB printer cable. Everything is well packed and protected.

First impressions: the printer is simple and looks and feels good quality, the lid has a simple release button that opens it up on a hinge making it easy to resolve any jams or adjust the paper guide. I thought the manual was easy to follow and well set out, and it is also repeated in PDF format on the USB dongle along with a lot of additional guides, trouble shooting and instructional videos. There is a lot of support included with the printer so resolving any issues along with getting everything up and running is made easy.

After opening everything up I connected the printer to my desktop PC, and followed the instructions to put the driver and program on my PC. I put the app on my phone and then went through printing some test labels.

I found the app worked ok for printing from a PDF file or a pre-set document, but creating a label I found quite an arduous task working on a small screen with large fingers, and found manipulating an image quite difficult. I think the app ok but limited on an iphone, and I found it worked better on my Android as transferring files over to it is way easier, and I was able to print from PDF files on it.

The PC desktop program works well and although simple has some nice features such as QR code and barcode creation, and you can create nice custom labels by importing custom images. I thought the print quality was very good and printing very fast. I like that you can have it connected to a PC and print from that and then print from a mobile device without having to switch anything.

Overall this is a nice quick compact printer that does a great job of printing labels. I would think it ideal for anyone with a small online business and it would handle batch printing without any issues in my opinion. I tested it out with some different size labels and once I adjusted the label guide and set the size it worked great. Overall a nice quick printer that handles a variety of sizes, the PC program works really well although I do feel the mobile app needs some work.

I have been quite impressed with the 2 little mini thermal printers we have at home. One is used mainly by my partner to produce small barcode stickers for her home business and the other is used by my little boy to print pictures, but both of these are only able to print from a smartphone/tablet and cannot connect to a desktop PC or produce shipping labels, which would be far more convenient for my use — which is where this larger 4×6 thermal label printer from ASprink comes in.

The printer is bigger than my others but remains nice and compact at approximately 21.5cm x 9.5cm x 8cm (WxHxD). On the front face is the label exit slot which has a toothed strip along the top to help you tear off from the roll or stack.
The bulk of the machine is a white coloured plastic, whilst the top has a silver coloured panel and is home to the paper feed button and an LED indicator light.
Around the back is the input slot which has 2 moveable guides (for accepting different width media between 1 – 4.6 inches wide and 1 – 11.81 inches in length), an on/off switch, the mains power socket and a USB-B data port (the square type). You will also find the release button for the lid.
Finally, on the bottom are slots for ventilation and 2 nice silicone pads to stop it from sliding around or scratching your desk.

Printing speed is approximately 150mm/s or around 70 labels per minute.

Connections to the device can be made to a PC via USB cable or Bluetooth and you can also print wirelessly from Android and Apple devices.

    ***** In The Box *****

    1 x PM-241-BT
    1 x Mains Adapter
    1 x Power Cord
    1 x USB-B to USB-A Cable
    1 x Stack of 25 Fanfold labels
    1 x USB Memory Stick (software/drivers)
    1 x USB-A to C Converter
1 x Media Holder (for both fanfold and rolls)
    1 x User Guide

    ***** Installation / Usage *****
I have installed the PM-241-BT on my Windows 10 desktop PC and found the whole process pretty straight forward.
Firstly, you need to connect the printer to the mains using the supplied adapter, connect to your computer using the supplied cable and then switch it on at the rear of the machine.
Now you need to install the driver software (the one included on the USB stick is the same version as available on the website at the time of reviewing).

Now load some labels into the machine, by inserting the end of the stack into the rear of the printer, which will automatically grab it and set the correct sticker and gap size. You can then print a test page by holding the feed button on the top until the light flashes once.

In the printer section of the control panel, you can change several settings including label size, print speed and density.

You are now able to print from Adobe Acrobat etc, by simply opening up the shipping label, choosing print and making sure you select the PM-241 from the list.

You also get some custom label creation software called Labelife (included on the memory stick and there are smartphone apps available for printing directly from your phone — these let you create QR and Barcodes, add text and images, as well as borders etc.

    ***** Conclusion *****

I am really pleased with the little PM-241-BT.
I have found it extremely easy to set up and use on my PC and the print outs are fast and of decent quality. I printed some barcodes and used my barcode scanner, which had no problem reading them.
I love that it accepts the larger 4×6 media, as this is the most common used for Royal Mail etc and being able to use if with my PC and wirelessly via my smartphone is a huge bonus.

Because the machine uses a thermal printing process, there is no ink or toner to replace making it cheap to run and more environmentally friendly.

I was planning to buy a paper stack holder, but was pleasantly surprised to find one included with the package, so that was a nice bonus and I am also happy that a stack of starter stickers are included.

The supplied memory stick contains everything you need to get going, including drivers for Windows, Mac and Linux, as well as software and various user guides and videos, which I think is a great touch.

I think the device offers pretty good value for money, considering you get both wired and wireless options and definitely worth considering if you are looking for such a device.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve wanted one of these printers for such a long time but could never make up my mind which one to buy. All the ones I was looking at had mixed reviews and its quite a purchase so you want to get it right as possible. So jumped at the chance to try this one.

Initially when I opened the box and looked at the leads and the instruction leaflet that opens to a massive overwhelming full of information sheet my heart sank a bit. I have a terrible habit of wanting to just go at things and tend to feel leaflets rather than a QR code to a video a bit frustrating. Its a bad approach that I have learned to overcome thanks to reviewing products, I am committed to fully trying out products so have to spend time reading the leaflet!

The reason I mention that is the way the leaflet opens out with so much information in one big sheet isn’t a great way to explain how the use the printer and is the only negative thing to say BUT take time read it first and you’ll find set up easy and use perfect.

The printer is compact and works, I feel thats all I have to say, its refreshing when a bit of tech just does what its meant to without issues. I have used this Windows desktop by installing the drivers provided, I’ve used it on MacBook Pro using the drivers provided and Bluetooth via iphone 13. All worked without issue. The print quality is great, I’ve posted without issue with Royal Mail, UPS, labels scanned fine. I find just using the basics is enough for me, with Windows print I had to enlarge the print area from the default 40% to 100% and it printed perfectly onto the labels provided. One very small niggle is with the label stand provided, for fanfold the printer leads are slightly in the way but for using the roll version its no problem (all label holders for this type of printer work the same). I actually just lifted the leads onto the bar so its not really a problem, I prefer fanfold. Some labels are provided so you will have to buy some more fairly quickly depending on how much you send.

The variety of labels styles is great, this is a versatile printer that works great. Overall this is a brilliant printer, quality build and would highly recommend.

    Worth every penny

Great compact size thermal printer an absolute breeze to set up and makes anyone who sells online ebay, amazon etc printing of labels for despatch via various couriers etc and absolute snap to do and less tape required. Just print……and stick

Adjustable guide so smaller labels can be used over the 6 x 4 (of which some are given as a sample) Rolls of 500 are readily available on amazon and that is where the black plastic simple guide (included) comes in to play and makes a really neat why of hanging the roll.

Drivers for mac and pc plus pdfs and videos are included on an included usb with an adapter to make the usb fit a mac. Bluetooth for attachment to your mobile phone too is a great addition I do appear to miss occasional shall we say pixels on the thermal print of the barcodes however I am convinced this is more the labels I used than the printer (I could not replicate it with the tester pack included)

    Fantastic product and highly recommended.

This label printer is pretty straightforward, in a good way. It does what it supposed to do, does it well, and does it efficiently. I love the fact that it’s a thermal printer, meaning no ink needed. Setup was nice and easy – just download the app , plug in the power then connect and you’re ready to go!

What a wonderful device this is, just what I needed for printing off address and shipping labels. I have tested two others but they are mainly for labels whereas this will print off proper packing labels from delivery companies and places like eBay and PayPal.

What’s great about this little device is that it’s just that, it’s little but it does a fantastic job. Each label printed will pop out in less than a second which is mind blowing, it’s even quicker than the smaller label maker I have which uses the same technology, inkless printer!

    Some advice before use
    – App has no reviews on IOS and I was a little sceptical, the app is easy to find (see picture)
    – Comes with a USB flash pen preloaded with driver but plug and play will find the device and those who are a little sceptical about plugging in random USB Flash Pens you can download direct from the website.

Inside the box there is the printer, a flash pen with USBc adaptor, printer cable, power cable, instructions for app and printer and some sort of plastic thing!

Now I say plastic thing as I still don’t know what it is. There is instructions how to put it together but no mention of what it does both in the box or on this Amazon page. If someone has one and knows what it’s for please add it to your review. I am going to guess it’s for holding the paper but it’s big and ugly and doesn’t connect to the printer so I won’t be using it. (pictured)

The printer is a great little device, it will autofeed when turned on and knows where the start of the paper is, there are two minor negatives to the device I have,
    1. The auto feed isn’t always perfect, if you don’t place the paper straight it may not come out straight.
    2. When you open the device to add in paper it will not hold open so you have to hold it open with one hand and place the paper in with the other. Easy to do but some sort of bonnet style clip would have been ideal.

Comes with 25 labels which is less than it would print in a minute (stated to print 72 per minute) so ideal for businesses who pack and post a lot of items. For people like myself I will use it sporadically and having it print fast is just a bonus. Remember when buying replacement labels they need to be Thermal Labels 4×6 and qty 500 will cost you around 12-18.

    Pros
    – Super Fast
    – Environmentally Friendly, No Ink
    – Simple to use and set up
    – Small

    Cons
    – Nothing really, couple of minor issues mentioned above but not a con

It’s more tech than what I would use it for but it’s also ideal for what I wanted and I do love it.

Anyone looking for a speedy label maker, look no further!

This is nice and compact in size, easy to sit on the desk and works with both thermal label rolls and the folded ones. I’ve tested this with the folded rolls and the machine sucks them in fine and stays aligned which I have found to be an issue with other label printers like this before. It does have the adjustable infill which if you are using smaller labels from the usual 4×6, it will level down correctly. It’s Bluetooth ready so can be used via the app on iPhone, android or tablet and also the standard way via laptop / computer. Great for shipping labels or labels for decoration. Has a good thermal head on it as I can see no missing blotches even after printing bulk 50 label prints. Packaged great with clear instructions for setup. I would most definitely buy this again.

This is an amazing little machine and all the better for not having to be concerned about ink replacement like with a printer!
It arrives so you just have to connect a few bits of wiring and connect to it and go!
It used Bluetooth to connect to wherever you are printing from so it is also very easy to use rather than having to get two machines manually connected which is wonderful and hugely time saving!
It prints very well and clearly, and also very quickly, making great labels for all of your needs – even if that is just for a letter!
It arrived with wire connection to a laptop etc if you do not want to use bluetooth so you have a couple of choices.
Arrived well packaged and protected, easy to unpack, set up and go!
    Highly recommend!

I’m shocked at how fast this prints!! It takes LESS THAN A SECOND TO PRINT!.. yes really! It’s sooo fast! It really will help with productivity. I love the fact it’ll take any sized labels from 1″ to 4.6″ widths (4×6 compatible). Print quality is excellent, labels print inky blacks and don’t look washed out at all.

You can wirelessly print from ANYTHING and on ANY PLATFORM! Windows, Apple etc.. including all mobile phone devices and all tablets. It’s such a versatile printing machine.

I love the fact there is no ink to replace in this compact printer. It uses some form of thermal printing, the science behind which I have no idea, but it sure does print, and print fast.

    Thank you for reading.
