Installation Notes:
1. Open the lid on the base, pour water or sand into the base, and tighten the lid.
2. Remove the plastic cover and put it on the threaded tube, tighten the threaded tube, and then place the plastic cover on the top of the spring. The four holes of the spring are aligned with the four holes of the base and then tighten the screws.
3. Move the foam to the top of the inner adjustable rod, then place the inner adjustable rod in the lower pipe, and adjust it to a suitable position with the control handle.
4. Fix the speed ball on the top of the adjustable rod with a screw, fix it with a nut, and then adjust the sponge cover up to cover the screw for protection.

I have assembled the new speedball despite the assembly sheet proving pretty useless, however I’m in my 80’s and it took only 20mins from start to finish without the instructions.
Unless you the prospective buyer have a surface to which the numerous suction cups can adhere, you will have to do what I’m going to do this afternoon, drill through the base plate & bolt the base to the floor. I’m able to do that as I have my own gym, but it may not always be possible.
I haven’t yet had a chance to give it a workout, but I guess once I bolt it down it will be fine.

Easy to assemble, only took me about 5 minutes to put it all together, and 10 mins to fill the water. It bounces back nicely just like how it should be. Perfect size for a home gym, awesome way to de-stress.
