I was going to pay for a plumber to install a tap etc and small water heater. This is a much better option if you’re only using to wash the car etc
I bought this to wash my horses. The shower works really well – lots of warm water ( hot if you need it to be) and a really good flow rate.
My biggest gripe is that the shower hose could do with being two or maybe even three times longer to be practical when washing horses
The cheap water connections leaked all over the shop but replacements are easy to fit an inexpensive.

Purchased two of these for a converted horsebox shower on our glamping site.
Easy to set up but cannot get either of them above 27 degrees C despite checking water pressure, easing off flow rate, ensuring blue flame and that it increase in flame when you turn gas up – not above sea level greatly etc etc – one also leaks from thin inlet pipe, unscrewed nut and found small black washer had split due to over tightening at manufacturer – replaced and sorted.
Am awaiting support response but these may both have to go back.

It’s a great bit of kit! My first one broke after 9 months however true to the warranty word they sent me a replacement out very quickly and I’m back up and running!
Important thing to remember is if the temps drop to freezing, even in a building or vehicle, the system needs to be drained or the heater matrix will freeze and burst. (They do send you a message after purchase about this) This unfortunately happened to me when we hit -12 recently and didn’t think the inside of the van was below zero but it was and of course it froze and burst. I contacted the buyer and asked if I could get a replacement matrix. They offered to send a replacement foc. Amazing customer service!!!
Great way to get hot water outside from your garden tap.
We bought it to wash the dogs in winter but are also thinking of taking it away in the motorhome as an outdoor shower.
We had a small problem on delivery which the supplier resolved within days
We use this as a shower in an off grid cabin. It’s mounted outside with the bottle & the shower head inside the cabin.
You need to make sure it’s sited correctly (eg so the wind can’t blow out the flame), but other than that it’s “plug and play”; as long as your batteries are good, it fires straight up. Good adjustments, you can get the water very hot, quite quickly. Good adjustment on the shower head too.
Easy to take down for the winter if you want to.

We have 6 Easy to operate and install. Runs on hose pipe water and propane gas bottle . We had to cut off every gas regulator and fit an regulator with a jubilee clip that fits our gas bottles here in the uk. Have never found a propane bottle with a butane fitting so we had no choice. Once fitted with a new regulator works well in rain but wind can be a problem but we built a box surround to keep wind away. We also used silver heat resistant tape (for exhaust pipe ) to cover empty screw holes in the back on some where wind can be a problem. We also fitted a two way copper hose adapter with a red hot water hose for a hot tap as well as a shower head off the boiler with no problems.
Set up in garage, mounted on solid brick wall. In use Easily reached 38 degC with good flow rate. Used on Butane with a self supplied regulator, supplied regulator is for Propane. Seems well built with universal quick connect water fittings. Used every day for 3 weeks and auto ignition worked every time. Chimney cowling helps dissipate exhaust heat. Always use with Carbon Monoxide detector if not used outdoors.
I’ve been using this to heat my hot tub or about 6 months and it has worked flawlessly. Yes, it’s a shower, but it is so much more. With energy prices rising this saves me so much money. Instead of 10 hours of electrically heating my hot tub this takes 50 mins at a third of the cost. Buy a submersible pump and some hose connectors and away you go.
All seems great, replaced the shower head after a few months with a better one. As it’s pretty rubbish out of the box.
Be sure to set the flow rate pressure switch dial low and the gas heat temp medium/high on the dials and it works really well.

Good, well made unit. Easy to install. I have good water pressure which I am sure makes the difference. With horses I do not need hot water but warm water and due to the good water pressure it never gets hot. The water output can be dialled down so it heats to a higher temp.

Die Wrmeleistung ist nicht ganz wie der bliche 18…21kW Durchlauferhitzer, aber wenn man den Durchfluss ein wenig reduziert, reicht es auch fr 42. Oder eben am Brausekopf Shampoo-Modus auswhlen. Maximum haben wir gar nicht probiert.
Had this nearly a year I think in daily constant use. Sometimes it needs the sensor/jets cleaning else it can’t detect the flame and being full of safety features it will then shut off the gas supply but this is easy to rectify with a quick Swizz with a toothbrush cleaning around the sensor where it is above the jets. Done this twice in a year, but liked day use it every day several times. Batteries last about 6 months if you use cheap ones. Interested to see if Duracell last longer. You can hear it clicking when batteries are low still but if not enough power the safety features will kick in just in case. So if you have this and it stops working, don’t rule out batteries even if you hear the igniter click still. Would highly recommend this and will likely buy another. Reliable indeed.
Ein schnes Gert aber man muss es umrsten da es ein englisches Gert ist. Dusche ist auch nur Plastik. Aber das Gert macht was es soll nmlich heies Wasser. Wir haben dieses Gert fr unseren Campingplatz angeschafft kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Great bit of kit. Very easy to install and use. I bought it for my dogs and I’m very happy with it.
It’s a shame it doesn’t come with a cover but I found a plastic storage box that was the perfect size to cover it – just cut a hole in the end so the pipes go through and lined it with bubble-wrap – it keeps it clean and provides extra protection against frost.
The only negative was that there was no PTFE tape included when there should have been – but I already had some, so that was OK. And a shame that no batteries were included – but again I already had some.

My only complaint (and it’s not a big one), is that I can’t turn the temperature down any further – I’m not a fan of hot showers and I can’t lower temperature below 39 degrees which is a bit too hot for me; but I’ll survive.
Also gives us hot water for washing dishes, clothes etc.
Overall, I can’t give this enough stars.
Propangasregler nicht fr Deutschland geeignet. Propangasanschluss am Gert auch nicht nicht fr deutsche Propangasamarturen geeignet. Musste auf eigene Kosten alles umrsten.
Nachdem ich alles umgebaut habe bin ich mit dem Gert zufrieden,die Heizleistung ist gut.
Habe das Produkt mir fr den Garten geholt . Abends schnell duschen. Die Dusche ist super und einfach zu bedienen . Wrde sie jeder Zeit wieder kaufen. Preis Leistungsverhltnis ist vllig in Ordnung. Ich kann den Kauf nur empfehlen.
It ended up being my water pump being too slow, and not giving enough pressure to the heater. I got advice to test with the mains water supply and adjust the water inlet screw, which helped me figure out the problem. I’d recommend you to do the same if the water is too hot in your campervan.
Camplux took 1 day to reply to my email, they were very friendly and helpful. Shower works great now, will update this review if anything changes.

Le chauffe eau est trs efficace, facile d’utilisation. On l’utilise en chalet d’alpage en extrieur : une vrai douche avec une eau chaude rapidement !
Un seul bmol : le tuyau rouge de la douchette est trs fragile. A force d’utilisation dans un dlai de 11 jours, il a gonfl, srement sous l’effet de la pression et de l’eau chaude et a explos son extrmit ct douchette.
Il faudrait donc voir renforcer ce tuyau.
Est-il possible d’avoir un tuyau de remplacement. Peut-tre tait-il dfectueux ?
Die Montage ist sehr einfach. Dbel und Schrauben zum Aufhngen sind dabei und erfllten in der Steinwand ihren Zweck. Bei leichteren Wnden wrde ich etwas besseres Befestigungsmaterial nehmen.
1/2 Zoll Gasanschlsse mit Rechtsgewinde sind in unseren Breiten nicht sehr gelufig! Bei uns kommen die Gasschluche sehr oft mit 1/4 Zoll Linksgewinde daher. Hier solltet ihr einen entsprechenden Adapter parat haben (gibt es hier Bei Amazon fr einen Appel und ein Ei).
Zum Anschluss an die Gasflasche braucht ihr auch noch einen 37mbar Druckminderer oder Druckregeler. Gibt es auch bei Amazon.
Gebt euch nicht der Illusion hin dass der Adapter von R1/2″ auf L1/4″ mal eben im Baumarkt zu holen ist! Habe den Fehler auch gemacht. Einfach gleich mit bestellen und ihr knnt den WW Bereiter in 20 Minuten in Betrieb nehmen.
Wenn das Gert erst mal hngt kann es auch nach dem einlegen von zwei D-Batterien (MONO Zellen) direkt los gehen. (Warm) Wasser marsch!
Den einzigen Abzug den ich hier geben muss ist fr den Duschkopf. Minimalste Partikel sorgen fr eine Verstopfung des Duschkopfes (ich meine wirklich minimale Partikel – nur mit Lupen zu erkennen). Durch den verringerten Wasserfluss wird das Wasser immer wrmer oder das Gert schaltet sich ab – also entweder wirst du kalt abgeschreckt oder mal kurz kochend berbrht 😉 ). Beide Mngel lassen sich aber mit einer einfachen Duscharmatur vom Baumarkt abschalten.
Alles in allem wrde ich das Gert aber wieder kaufen. Wasser ist nach 2-5 Sekunden warm, Druck bleibt erhalten, einfache Montage (wenn man daran denkt alle Adapter zu bestellen).
Suite un problme la livraison le fournisseur a t efficace en me renvoyant un chauffe eau qui rpond parfaitement mes attentes : la gestion de la pression et de la temprature sont juste parfaits.
Build quality 4.5 but excellent customer services bumps it up to 5 stars. Well made piece of kit, with the exception of a few (easily replaceable) parts. The shower head bracket is a flimsy white plastic bracket, with rough edges and (curiously) in the shape of a heart. At odds with the quality and design of shower head, which though plastic feels very solid. And the shower hose and fixings could also do with being a little more robust. After just a couple of weeks the shower hose burst open at the shower head end. Contacted the seller and couldn’t have been happier with the service. No replacement parts in stock for a month so they recommended I purchase a standard shower hose as a replacement part and they would cover the cost (which they did very promptly). Bristan hose, low pressure, cone to nut fittings is a perfect solution and it eliminates the slightly light-weight ‘hozelock’ style fitting that the original hose had. Couldn’t have been easier dealing with the supplier and getting a resolution to the issue. Would recommend the product and supplier.

the back gets a little hot so I mounted it off the wall slightly on some metal washers. Seems to do the trick.
