This product was everything we hoped it would be. It gives my Mum and us the security of knowing she can get help at any time if she needs it. An added bonus is that it looks sleek and stylish and can be used as a wearable mobile phone. Topping up the sim is easy. Must also give a shout out to the support team (especially George).
