This is Brilliant!!! I LOVE IT!!! I call it my wobble board. Just stand on it, switch it on and you wobble and vibrate. All your muscles and cellulite start to shake. You wobble like a jelly and it feels FANTASTIC. And just re-position your body or your posture and a whole different set of body parts start to wobble LOL!!!
I am not sure if I have lost weight or not, however, I can tell you I am sleeping far better, my mobility is improving and I feel very vibrant and alive. This machine is definitely having a very positive impact on my health, both physically and mentally. I really do feel so much better since I started using this Vibroplate. It really is having a very positive impact on my life. This Dskeuzeew Vibration Plate Exercise Machine does exactly what it says it will do, and more. I LOVE IT!!! So, I recently got my hands on this vibration plate, and it’s been a game-changer for my me, mainly because I was sitting 9-5 and now every time I stand up and jump on this machine I feel my muscles are used and my lymph system is positively affected as well.
This machine is quite heavy, it was built like a tank. Seriously, it’s sturdy and feels durable. The great part is that it has multiple vibration settings(walking, jogging, running etc), so the workout is customisable to match preferences and goals. The intensity level can be chosen and the vibrations really get the muscles engaged and working! When I stand on it just after eating it even makes me nauseous as it is engaging my abs so well:) It definitely is helping with muscle strength, flexibility, and circulation. Even just a 15 mins session leaves me feeling refreshed and ‘worked on’.
Operating this vibration plate is easy, I’ve received a remote control with it, so adjustments can be made without breaking the workout flow. I like it 🙂 Not to mention that the machine is pretty quiet. It wouldn’t be disturbing roommates or neighbours.
Improvement areas: The instruction manual could be more detailed, this is especially important for newbies, like me. Some great instructions would go a long way, however there are plenty of videos to watch online if interested.
Also, if I use the remote control it is switching my tv on all the time and the built in speaker turns on as well, I watch my tv and the sound is coming out of the vibration plate 🙂 I haven’t found how to switch it off yet.
This machine doesn’t fold or have a compact storage option. Finding a dedicated spot for it might be a bit of a challenge but if you have a higher furniture, e.g. bed with higher legs, it can easily be easily hidden underneath.
To sum up, it will give you an effective workout, you will be feeling stronger and more energized. With a detailed manual it would be even better. If you’re ready to take both the negative and positive onboard, definitely give this machine a go! I didn’t regret it at all and using it every day, several times:)

I am overweight and lazy and bought this so I lose weight easily. However I started exercising and I am exercising on the plate (lots of youtube videos) and I definitely feel my legs are lighter (I had severe problems with lymphatic system and cellulite all my life ). I use it twice a day and had it for a week but omg it does make a difference. Love it as it is fun too.

Arrived when stated, well packaged.
Unboxed it and its In lovely condition looks a bit of a beast.
I brought this because I lost 3 stone (took me a year) but because of my age (60) i had to live on 800 cals a day. Came back off holiday and just couldn’t go back to feeling hungry all the time and id had blood tests that said i was low in iron.
Anyway it only took 6 months and ive put it all back on!
Im hoping that this will help me build muscle snd improve my metabolism.
Its really easy to use once you’ve figured out the instructions which are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Theres lots of exercise videos on you tube. Ive used it 3 times in the last 4 days and think i can feel a difference. Ive lost 2lb and thats without the diet!
I can definitely feel an improvement in my knee pain and fibromyalgia.
I start my diet again tomorrow at 1200 cals. Hoping the exercise will use up the extra 400 and the 2lb loss is anything to go by (providing I stick to it). I should have that pesky 3 stone gone by the summer.
In short at this price it’s definitely worth having a go and wasn’t as expensive as some of the gym wear ive brought and never worn

Excellent vibrating function but poor Bluetooth speake
The vibrating plate itself is excellent, but the electric cord comes off the machine very easily and the Bluetooth speaker is very poor quality.
This piece of kit arrived today. Unfortunately it came with a fairly big crack down the side of it. I don’t think the crack will affect the integrity of the machine as it’s a substantial unit and appears very well built. Plus I cannot be bothered to return it and wait for another one to be dispatched when I’m trying to get fitter and healthier now! Tried it just this moment and it’s fantastic! If you’re considering getting one these, I would highly recommend it.
Well I’ve got my machine and I can say I’m well impressed it is perfect works great so now to get rid of the Xmas excess weight and this will help me I’m sure being stuck indoors on cold frost days , I can’t wait to start using this machine very happy with the seller and everything he did for me so one happy custome

This machine really works as it’s supposed to do and it is quiet whether you set the program to a walking or jogging or even the running mode. it’s Bluetooth speaker built-in is also a plus factor. So thank you Dskeuzeew!

I’ve only had this for a little over a week, but already I know it’s one of my best purchases ever!
A mere two weeks ago, I was suffering with agonising sciatica, was terminally lazy and was (and still am) very overweight. I’ve used this for 10 minutes a day since getting it and the difference in me is extraordinary.
I’ve never had a vibration plate before but instantly realised I was working on areas that mere exercise wouldn’t touch (especially inner thighs, hips and even back fat!) The main difference for me however, is the change it’s made to my head. I DETEST exercise and DID have to force myself onto this the first few times but now I’m completely addicted and can hardly keep off the thing. I’ve improved my diet and already seem to have so much more energy. Though there are workout routines you can look up on YouTube, my exercises have manly consisted of standing on the machine in different positions (if you crouch like a skier, you’ll really work your calves), sitting on it and placing my hands on it in a push up position.
And the result of my exertions? I feel more toned all over. My sciatica is all but gone AND, I’ve lost nearly a stone! This is in a week!! I think this is due to a combination of a better diet (though I did eat reasonably well before), the excellent lymphatic draining qualities of the machine (I actually have ANKLES at last), and doing SOMETHING after doing sweet FA for so long.
The build quality of the machine is great, it feels solid and secure, I use it on a carpeted surface where it’s virtually soundless, but I haven’t used the blue tooth feature so can’t comment on that.
All in all, I’m thrilled and somewhat amazed at this machine, I’ve turned from a fat, lazy lump into a slightly less fat, energized lump and I feel great. ALL IN A WEEK! I can’t wait to see what could be achieved in a month or two and couldn’t be happier that something has at last inspired me to get off my lardy backside and actually DO something for once.

I’ve had a vibration late for 15 years .this was a replacement . I can only say I’m very impressed.
Never had one before so I cannot compare to others except the one I sent back due to it not working properly. Unsure if the calories count is correct, if it is then I should be loosing weight.
