As we had not had much rain the water level in our pond was low. Our tap water is hard so I bought this to top up the water safely for the wildlife living in it.
The frogs and newts looked happy afterwards so all good.

It seems to work well, but when it arrived the bottle was blown up with pressure inside – foolishly I opened it indoors thinking it would just be air – but the liquid sprayed the walls and came out with real force, staining them. I now keep the rest of the bottle outside. Yes I would get it again, but be very careful when opening.
Highly recommended for topped up wildlife ponds
Usually I do not ‘top up’ my wildlife pond with hosepipe water but this summer with no rain coupled with high temperatures which evaporated my pond it became necessary. This product has been a lifesaver for the pond. All you have to do is calculate the volume and apply the solution directly to the pond (no mixing) after topping up. I am happy to report I have had no algae blooms or blanketweed. Highly recommend if you have to use hosepipe water to top up your pond.

Good product, seems to do the job and good value. Be careful when opening it does seem to be under a little pressure so when opening the seal point away from yourself.
Reliable
As with all Envii products, very competent. Has one job, neutralise tap water for a pond refill. I recently had to refill a new 10,000 litre pond liner, in a hurry. This worked instantly, and stood up to an immediate water test.
Makes tap water safe
I’ve been using this for a while now and I’ve had no issues with my fish so this definately does the job. Add the amount required that you will be topping the pond up with and that’s it.

Fish seem happy, no signs of ill health from topping up the pond strait from the hose pipe. I feel better too knowing I can keep the pond level right in hot weather.
Good but bottle is awkward
Great for dechlorinating water for tomato plants, one drop from a pipette per gallon is all you need. My only issue is the bottle – it looks cool, but one small squeeze on the bottle and the top part fills up instantly and squirts everywhere lol. Be careful when squeezing the bottle!

Chlorine-free wate
We add this to tap water fro the pond. I have no idea if it works or not but none of the fish have died, and everything is going swimmingly well. It’s more an anxiety reducer than anything, but we all need less anxiety – right?

Easy to use however like many past reviews, the measuring chamber arrived full most likely due to pressure during transit. I needed the full amount (20ml) but I’d imagine it would be tricky to measure any less when pouring from full chambe

Gave pond one treatment( 4000litres), water is crystal clear . Still algae on pond liner but hopefully with another couple of treatments will clear up.
It works
It works and it does it quickly. The only problem is the self filling system is awkward. You gauge the required amount of liquid in the bowl but when you pour by tipping the container it just keeps filling up . It is best to decant the measure into a can then pour into the pond .

I ha e issues with this , not the contents but the bottle it’s in . When I squeeze it it fills to e lvl I want I let it go is runs back into the bottle I nearly tipped the whole lot in a bucket of water . no valve on the bottom of the tank it fills up , the one I had before had a no return this one u can’t use the measure at all it has a huge hole it just goes back into the bottle . If this is now normal I’ll not buy agai

Easy application, no messy measuring of liquid. Just squeeze bottle for required amount and off into the pond it goes. Fish’s happy!
I won’t comment more on the efficacy of the product as others have already done so. However, if, like me, the dosing chamber was completely full when it arrived, it is possible to almost empty it first before opening. Tilt the bottle at angle (carefully turn clockwise) with the dosing feed line uppermost to carefully empty some of the liquid from the dosing chamber back into the feed line. When the feed line is around half full, tilt the bottle counter-clockwise and wait for the liquid in the feed line to empty back into the main chamber. Repeat this action several times until the dosing chamber is almost empty.

Delivered promptly. I filled a water butt from the tap, knowing how much it holds. Added the recommended quantity, stirred an ran the contents into the pond. Seems fine. No increase in algae.

How does one know how much chlorine is in one’s pond? I don’t trust commercial tests. I am hoping ‘Klear’ will help to keep the pond healthy as I have been topping up with tap water during a dry spell.

Very easy to apply to pond and seemed to work well. I can’t guarantee it worked as I don’t have the kit to measure the chlorination of the water but it seemed okay. Most of this would apply to any de-chlorination product but this one seems to me to be the best value for money.

Have a large pond and with no rain in sight has been going down rapidly. Need to top up with water so needed this quickly.
Designated a water butt from now on for pond use only. Easy to work out quantities of chlorine klear from water butt capacity. Not easy to measure accurately yet though as other reviewers has mentioned, with the chamber is full on delivery. A syringe would do the job brilliantly, so will be investing in one. Now the pond is topped up and fish very happy!

Like the product bought as i bought it as i was going to do a complete drain and clean of my pond, but my filter beet me to it and the pipe came out and drained nearly 4000lts out of my pond so now having refilled and used this product the fish are alive and well so will use again dose the job

Bottle design has header tank measure at top which arrives full presumably due to transportation process. Bottle arrived under extreme pressure with bottom of bottle bulging so it doesn’t sit flat on any surface even after opening then. To open you have to pierce a safety covering lid, which then squirts liquid everywhere due to pressure release. This wastes product which is bright blue green and stains. Can’t really measure what squirts out. Bottle design and filling seem wasteful and unhelpful. Hopefully the product content will do the job for aquarium water though.
Changed to this from a more expensive dechlorinator. Very happy, works great at a massively cheaper price. Also very good as if you get your calculations wrong, you can’t overdose, so your fish will be fine.
Be careful when opening if measuring cup is full
Container delivered with measuring cup full and under pressure. Product shot out of seal when removed spilling about a third of the contents on the ground.

Works well on aquariums
I have a 80L and a 140L tank. It’s much easier to use a pond product than dump a whole bottle of some other expensive item in. You will need a pipette though and some know how on ratios.
Always Reliable
Very easy to use. No adverse affect on the fish at all. I always use Envii products for everything I need for the pond. Does exactly what it says it will do so to me, that’s great value!
