Had an issue with one of the cameras as it would not charge. I was going to return the unit to Amazon as it was in warranty but I contacted the manufacturer instead. Was asked to go through some steps to ensure the unit was in fact faulty and it was. I was asked to provide proof of purchase which I did and a few days later a brand new camera arrived. Fantastic customer service.

Excellent build quality easily up there with Eufy & Blink etc easy to connect to base unit just simply follow the instructions can’t go wrong. Motion sensitivity is very good had no false alarms as yet but is fully adjustable should you need to change settings. Colour night vision is excellent for the price much better than black n white, not sure if battery’s would last a claimed 365 days but I have just purchased 3 solar panels so no need hopefully to take them down to charge. Overall I am very pleased with image quality day & night and the price I paid for 3 x cameras & base station was simply amazing, would I recommend them yes definitely at this price very impressed.

Already had a camera that I plugged in. The new ones I have purchased are all wireless and have a magnetic bracket.
Easily set up with app on my phone, and no subscription to pay for, brilliant.

Decent quality picture and the magnetic base really helped. Shame it doesn’t keep recording when internet drops out like my other ezviz camera does but this was cheaper, so i guess that’s the reason, would be nice to have that info available though.
All in all good value as a home camera unless you have dodgy wifi, then your better off spending a bit more and getting one with ethernet or at the very least offline recording ability.

I don’t have to be in the same house to be a carer. This is amazing I can still have peace of mind by seeing them on my phone. Easy to set up too. Get one if you are caring for elderly and don’t live with them

Very easy to set up, battery last for almost 3 weeks per charge & WiFi signal is pretty strong

The battery powered cameras provide an easy install option. The cameras sometimes required a couple of attempts to link with the base station but set up was easy. One camera had to be moved closer to the router and base station as it lost the wifi connection. The movement detection is excellent and has reliably picked up only human figures. In summary it fulfilled our needs for a wifi system and the battery powered cameras make installation a lot easie

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was looking for a cctv security system and was tied between wired and wireless.
After much trawling of You Tube I went for the Ezviz x3 camera BC1 wireless system.
I put the cameras on charge and having charged x3 of them up , was ready to site them and the base station.
Two things you will need that do not come with the kit are a decent sd card and a an ethernet cable to connect to the router.
Top be fair most of us have one or both of these items knocking around the home somewhere
Set up was easy the cameras do what they should do and the only thing that is taking me a while to get used to is the software which like many reviewers I feel could benefit from a more comprehensive user guide.
As part of the Hikvison group I think he build quality is tip top and I have order the doorbell (wireless) and maybe an extra camera ( making x4 in total) to complete the system.
So much choic3e out there and I can only speak as I find.
They are doing what I want at a price I can afford.

Sure there are lots more whizzy systems out there but I didn’t fancy paying north of a grand for them to be fitted.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersEZVIZ BC3 Camera Kit – Excellent picture quality let down by the VERY POOR WiFi signal quality coming from the W2H base Station Unit even within 3m proximity of a EZVIZ camera
Base Unit in my opinion is in need of improvement to get far better WiFi signals than at present. The problem is not with my home WiFi router because at the same time I bought the EXVIZ3 I also bought an iGeek ZS-GX5 camera from Amazon which receives a far better WiFi signal 30m+ outside mounted on the back garden shed which gives an excellent HD quality pictures and it was half the price too and still uses a high capacity Li-on battery and no wiring!
I just hope EZVIZ will sort out this useless WIFI Base Unit that is pretty much ineffective

4.0 out of 5 stars GOOD CAMERAS BUT VERY POOR BASE UNIT

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersVery pleased with this camera after posting a few questions i got some replies – very helpful
so i wanted an indoor camera that would work from inside to view outside through double glazed windows – this is just the ticket exceeded my expectations. Put it in my back bedroom plus was just messing with it and it works through my net curtains aswell – they are sheet nets so not thick and double glazed window. I can see outside – amazing. Switched off the status blue light and infrared as dont want to attract attention to it from neighbours who live opposite . Night vision also works – thru the net curtains and windows i think only because we have a lamp post at the back alley so that helps as i can see the footage.
I didnt subscribe to the cloud but bought the sandisk ultra 128gb micro SD and have just fitted and formatted that tonight – no problems at all and thanks indeed to all the people that answered my questions – its great. Im not daring enough yet to move it out from behind the net curtains yet as dont want neighbours to think im snooping. The reason i got it is we have got a baby seagull in the alley and yes nightmare gull swoops behind our houses it fell out of the nest.

Like: Good image and wide coverage.
Dislike: Initial setup instructions could be clearer; get interference on infra-red night-time images – unsure why.
I used ultra thin internet cable to connect up from outside through nearby window (outside wi-fi signal was’t good enough). This required first cutting the cable to get it in the protective connector. Then splicing the cable, which is a bit tricky. Basically, you need to strip off outer sheath, strip each individual wire (on thin cable there are just a few strands of internal copper wire), remove any cotton threads, twist each wire together and cover with insulating tape. See YouTube videos on splicing internet cable.

Handy Camera that we are using as a baby monitor for our 5 month old.
The wall attachments are handy and work well to position the camera exactly where you need it.
The image is good enough providing your target is in close distance. Night vision is good and the 2 way mic is great.
The motion sensor is hit and miss and unfortunately beeps on the camera if motion is detected which in turn wakes the baby!
The app could be better but works fine once you get used to it.
I would recommend as it is relatively cheap for what your getting, but I wouldn’t use it as an internal camera for say, the living room, as the picture quality wouldn’t be good enough.

I already had one for the garden view, then got a Ring Cam at discount with Echo Show. The Ring cam is quite frankly crap.
I just bought another EzViz for the street view and binned the Ring cam, the reasons are as follows. I can record from Ezviz direct to phone or PC without needing to have a cloud account, (EzViz cloud account is cheaper if you need it) and yes, it has motion record also, plus the EzViz cam stays on (viewing on PC, Phone or Tablet) without having to ‘reconnect’ every 5 minutes. The picture quality is comparable if not better than Ring with SHD on PC, also this may be a minor niggle, but I can disable the blue light on Ezviz and have to tape over it on the Ring. Set up is a doddle, and the Windows software a real bonus and free.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat little WiFi camera, super image quality and aesthetically pleasing.

My only gripe is this camera must be connected to a 2.4GHZ WiFi network… This is fine, but requires some ‘jumping around’ if you use a 5GHZ network. I am fairly switched on with networking so this wasn’t a major issue, I can imagine this would cause quite a headache for people who are less experienced.

The EZVIZ app is ok. It’s fairly straight forward, but lacks any sort of ‘wow’ factor. I appreciate it’s just an app for a smart camera, but it’s not the most attractive/user friendly.

All that aside, for the money you can’t go wrong! Not quite plug and play, but once set-up, it is pretty flawless.

Build quality is very good and feels solid.

I would recommend this product despite a few ‘quirks’
