Had the washing machine delivered on Saturday. I did 3 washes last night using the app, it takes a bit of getting used to but once you’ve got the hang of it’s an amazing tool. It has tones of programs, you can literally set the machine whatever setting suits your clothing. When making this purchase I didn’t think I’d even use the app but it’s proved me wrong. It’s carefully thought of settings that can be used for practicality everything. It’s an absolute bonus to have a notification pop up on your phone telling you the cycle is complete. I have synchronised it with Alexa but I’m not find this very useful atm but I will give it a go at some stage soon. It has a 10year warranty which makes me feel good about the purchase. I bought it for 350 which I thought was a decent price, and it’s definitely worth the money. Noise levels are pretty decent, well anything’s better than my last LG washer. This washer even has a steam wash setting which is valuable for those on water meters. So far I have no complaints and I’m usually great at finding something to complain about lol. If you’re looking to buy this washer don’t hesitate, I love it .
Great machine! We also bought the dryer to match! There is a wifi option but we are not interested in that so have not used it. The washer is great! Spin is up to 1400! Lots of great programs and the ability to choose your own temperatures and spin speed! Holds loads, compared to my old machine. With regard to noise! No more noisier than my old machine?? One issue, I would like to see the length of programmes included in the cycles in the instructions. Really pleased and would recommend
Unexpected, I can run a full load so much easier than before as there is plenty of room inside the machine.

This is the best machine I’ve owned I have the 10kg its quiet when washing ,occasionally its noisy on a spin if it’s a big load. There are loads of shorter washes on it which I love cant complain about it at all it’s great for me .

The running cost is very efficient because the Beast uses exactly the water and programme time it needs by weighing the washing when it needs to. Very fancy but not just a gimmick – the Beast is saving me money. Boom!
I love the choice of programmes, and especially the, ^all in one^ option. I haven’t found a YouTube video that takes me through each exact programme, and I don’t have a degree in domestic engineering so have yet to figure every single option on my downloaded instruction manual.
But once I get to grips with the Cape Canaveral-esque control panel, I’m sure I’ll be even more impressed by my washer’s capabilities. For example – I have no clue what a steam function might even be for – but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t involve vegetables.
Similarly, I don’t know why I would need to connect it to my wi-fi, unless there is a secret ^Karaoke partner^ option that I don’t about know yet – but it’s going to be fun finding out…and I usually HATE washing!
At first blush, this washing machine seems like it’s going to be dependable, good value for money and highly useful- unlike my ex-husband!
I using this washing machine for some time now and I’m very happy about it. The app is just great – I finally know what program should i use for what sort of washing. Very helpful for a guy like me. I cannot believe I was able to live without it 😀
Installation of the Washing machine was much easier than I expect.
And delivery was very professional, people who bring it were very helpful. Next time when I buy white goods I will most probably buy them from Amazon.
PS. The App includes a free “Wine Cellar” option to track your wine and stuff – very nice thing I start using too 😉

The quality of washing and the minimal use of water is very impressive. We have only had it a short while and we have been very impressed. Like any multi function electronics it takes time to learn how to use it but it is not that hard.

Brilliant. Love the WiFi remote as I like to give the clothes an extra spin. Massive drum, for giant blankets and the 1600 spin means that they dry quickly. Awesome machine

This washer ticks all the boxes. At first I didn’t know how to set it away, as it’s like touch buttons, but I got there in thee end. The timer counts down for you. The only downfall that I can see is that if I want to do a 60 wash, it’s gonna be well over 2.5 hours. All the other programmes are for 40 washing, they are all great. To sum it up, I’d highly recommend this washer.

This machine does everything except wash the dishes. Seriously this machine is AAA energy rated, huge 14kg drum, 3 fast settings & you can even steam wash your clothes.
The only fault I can find is the manual must have been written by someone who doesn’t really use a washing machine. I’m working out how to use the machine Kind of by myself because the instructions are not very basic. However, not to worry I’m getting there….
It’s still early days. I’m elderly and getting to grips with using the machine, so am still exploring the features.
So far I’m impressed, it is so much quieter than the old machine, and has a quick wash feature.
Love using the app to set the programmes and the message to say the washing has finished! Good choice of programmes including a 14 minute wash which has been great for swimming costumes, new towels, bedding etc. East to personalise programmes with temperature as low as 20 and a spin of 400 for your delicates We chose the 8kg drum which is plenty big enough for our usage but many variants available. We bought as was recommended to us and have been pleased with the performance so far.
Easy to use, this washer is super quiet, I found myself going into the utility room just to see if it’s still on. And the brushless motor is a big plus . This machine seems to promise good efficiency. Very easy to install just the water pipe and a waste pipe at the back. I would recommend this machine for it’s quietness , ease of use and money saving on energy used. Paid more than we initially wanted to for a washer but I think it’s been worth it.

Have had hoover washers before and always like them but this one is best I have had, washes and spins great, water fills from above door at front so gives clothes a great soaking and cleans clothes loads better. Spin speeds are great and bigger door makes it easier to load. Definitely recommend it.
Great machine only have one issue , when the water is going in or stopping the valve that allows this to happen is quite noisy not sure if this is a fault or normal but defeats the quiet cycle If putting on through the nigh

Great washing machine, takes some getting used to. This lost one star because its advertised as having Care Dose which it doesn’t.

Some, have found the HoN app difficult, however simply following instructions, I found it simple to get up and running (and of course you don’t have to use the app at all). So far I only have 1 issue with the app that for most probably wont be relevant. Only one account can be associated with a device (in this case w/machine) Having a couple of lodgers for them to get the benefits of the app we all ended up sharing a single login. – not a deal breaker by any means. What the app does give you is 63 programmes (each of which can be modified) There is even a setting for your wet suits, and two dedicated to face masks!
There are tons of features many I will probably never use along with several that I will simply not be particularly aware of but benefit all the same, such as it weighing the load and adjusting the water and cycle time to maximise efficiency.One of the best features I love is the notification that the cycle is done as well as the ability to check using your smart phone how much time is remaining. Perhaps on a more mundane but even more beneficial are a number of cycles that enable mixed loads with no fear of ending up with a homogenius load of grey-pink clothing because I forgot or more likely couldn’t be bothered so separate out coloureds, darks and whites etc.
With so many features (particularly when tied in with the app) washing day has become quite exciting – Ok yes I am perhaps the stereotypical male – loving the gadgets, but even my female lodger loves the new machine. Now I just need to get my self a wet suit so I can try that cycle ou
Although it seems some people do have an issue with connecting to the app, this is probably down to the wifi setup you have but it connected perfectly. This really is the killer feature. It can notify you when your wash has finished and you can see in real time how its getting on and how long is left. You can also set the washer going and select lots more washing programs than are available on the dials. It even asks you if you want it to make sure your clothes are fresh until you can get to your machine to empty it.
The 14 minute wash is great for those last minute emergency washes, and after trying out some of the more unique washing programs (ie trainers) they all give brilliant results.
