4.5 stars. I only chose amazon after I couldn’t get this item from the retailers I’d normally use as I think this item has recently been discontinued. It came well packed and the delivery was managed really well – really good texts and comms and notification on driver arrival. The item itself is great. It was in quickly as it was similar to my old model. It offers more for your money than other items in this price range and it’s a great finish too – quality. Over the years I’ve used other more “trendy” and expensive brands, but found myself coming back to the original electronic manufacturers like Hoover as 1) they do the job they are supposed to and do it well and 2) they offer great functionality and features. All round I’m very happy so if you can still get your hands on this, then do and don’t be too worried about using Amazon. That being said, I’m hoping I’d get good service from both companies if anything went wrong.

One note is that the hob scratches easily even by moving the grates around so it will be interesting to see how long it keeps its look.
