Great quality, all the attachments are very solid metal. Nice storage bag. Exactly what I wanted (so much better than my old one that was all plastic and broke after one season)

I have bought a second one of these for my back garden after I bought one for the front garden and car cleaning. I’ve had the first for 2 years and it’s as good as new still. You must empty the hose after use and let it retract before coiling it back up. Good quality brass tap fittings too.
I bought this hosepipe on 15th July 2022 and it has already split (27th August 2022) so unusable!!!
Very light and easy to use but sadly not very durable a massive split in the hose after a couple of months use.a lot of money for something that doesn’t last.very disappointed
Great hose extends greatly and means I can now water the back and front garden with no hassle.
This expanding hose is easier and lighter to atore than a traditional hose. It is a bit fiddly to use and also awkward to roll up for atorage but it works well.
So lightweight and easy to use. Never seems to tangle or get a kink as the regular hose pipes do. The bag is a bit useless but the holder to fix on a wall or fence is brilliant. Just don’t forget to turn off the tap first then completely empty the hose before removing it from the tap – otherwise it will explode!
Only purchased item 19th June 2022….used 4 times only!!!!! Guarantee ran out 20th July 2022!….one month guarantee…I fell really cheated to say the least…it split in front of my eyes and i only watered my garden pots….prefect for what it was bought for..easy to use and shrinks back…but poor poor quality…..don’t be left feeling like we are!

Had this about 3 months and its is brilliant for the price. Lots of extras included in the price and serves its purpose-much better and sleeker than the old hose pipe I had which was stored in an ugly big reel!
Easy to use, expands easily if needed, bought another for my father who’s 85 and struggled winding his hosepipe up.
Great expandable hosepipe, really poor instructions though, had to look at pictures on Amazon to fathom how to put the pieces together.

This is identical to a three-year-old one which I’m replacing, as that has just started to leak. It’s 50 foot long when expanded so suitable for average garden.
The hose screwed straight onto my outside tap and the included head is handy with the usual variety (8) of water patterns from rain shower to soaker and everything in between. The shower head can be removed and the end of the hose can be used with a hozelock-type connector for use with pressure washers/sprinklers/car brushes etc.

Very good garden hose. I used it recently to connect the tap to the hose and then the hose to another hose so we could give the garden a deep clean. Was very easy to do. Although the screw was too tight on the tap when we had finished so I ended up cutting my thumb and second finger. Love the spray hose attachment. Kids absolutely love it, especially during this hot weather.
This is a nice 50ft hose, but the materials used in this aren’t the best quality to be honest. I’ve got a few expanding hoses, and the hose material on this feels a lot more flimsy than my other higher quality hoses. I’ve had a similar hose to this in the past, and within a year, it had loads of holes in it and was completely useless.
I could tell that this hose isn’t the best quality, so I’ve been careful not to make sudden jerky movements or go near anything sharp with it, as I don’t trust it to not tear. The hose gun is pretty decent to be fair, but it’s definitely let down by the hose itself.
Considering that this is 15 at the time of writing, it’s reasonably priced for what it is as you get what you pay for. However, I’d still recommend dropping an extra 10 and getting a better quality hose that will last you longer. Of course, keep the hose inside when you can, especially during the winter months when frost can cause damage.
There are two ways to turn this on. One at the tap, or, if you leave the tap on one at the nozzle (separate on off valve) as well as the typical twist and go nozzle at the front. This is a little bizarre as for a garden hose I think you could lose the additional isolation tap at the nozzle end. It means that the hose can stay extended for a permanent period (ie not octopus leg floppy and shrunk) if you need. Other than this slight peculiarity the hose is of good quality materials and a steal at the price.
The metal fittings are good quality with rubber seals and work well. It comes supplied with several connection options, we only needed the ones fitted, but we did connect/disconnect it from our tap twice a day for weeks – we have one outside tap and need to swap hoses for watering plants in front and back gardens.
I particularly like the selection of spray patterns possible from the trigger head and how clearly these are labelled in plain English. They also supply spare rubber washers; we haven’t needed any of these yet. The only bit that I found disappointing was the strange hose wall-hook device, I cannot see us using this.
Priced at around 15, I think this is reasonable value for the quality.

I tested this hose pipe with water sprayer. It works all fine with adequate water pressure through it. I fixed it to one of the kitchens tap and it works smoothly. The hose pipe itself is very flexible and strong with significant length with nozzles as shown in the attached pictures.
Arrived in a very small box, most of the packaging being recyclable. This was very easy to use, there are a variety of clips included (including a wall mount) and attaching together and fixing to my outdoor water pipe was really straightforward. This hose firstly expands when the water is turned on so there is a slight delay before the water comes out. Due to the way this hose is made it is quite difficult to ‘kink’ which makes manoeuvrability easier.
When the tap is turned off, the hosepipe keeps it’s rigidity so I always allow the hose to empty to make it easier to store.

A useful garden accessory that extends to full length (50ft/15.2m) when under pressure, and contracts back (to 15ft/4.6m) when the supply is turned off and the hose drained. These expanding hoses tend to have a shorter lifespan than a conventional (non-expanding) hose, which lifespan is adversely affected if they are left pressurised/extended when not in use or are left exposed to extremes of outdoor temperature.
The hose has a nylon outer cover which is easy to wipe clean of mud etc. before contracting for storage. A useful feature is the on/off valve provided at the remote (away from the tap) end, which allows the hose to be pressurised/extended before water starts squirting from the end. This is a particular benefit when using the hose with a sprinkler attachment so that you don’t get quite so wet.
A wall hanging hook is provided for storing the deflated and coiled hose. The hook (which resembles an offcut of guttering) appears designed to sit over a garden tap, but this can impede access to the tap for e.g. filling a watering can, when filling the can via the hose (requiring pressurising and depressurising) would ultimately be a waste of water.
The hose is provided with a pair of threaded brass collars to enable connection to conventional 19mm or 26mm diameter threaded garden taps, and a “spares” bag of extra O-ring rubber seals is a good practical feature that will help in reducing dripping for longer.
The spray head is quite comfortable in the hand and provides a good variety of spray patterns from tight jet to a diffuse mist.
Lastly, a simple nylon drawstring bag is provided for storing the hose. It is not robust but should serve its purpose for a season or two if not used frequently.
Overall, it’s a useful item that encourages you to tidy it away when you have finished using it. Good value for money at its current price of under 15.

This hose pipe claims to be 50ft when fully extended, which should be more than enough for the majority of gardens. It comes with a wall mount, the hose pipe, washers and connectors, as well as the hose head itself.
The hose has 8 different settings, depending on what it’s being used for. These are flat, full, cone, angle, soaker, shower, center and mist, all of which can be controlled easily by rotating the head of the hose. The hose also has a latch so the trigger can be kept on without you having to apply any pressure. The only downside I can find is the fact that the trigger is at the back, rather than the front of the hose, but that’s only a minor gripe.
All in all it’s a good hose pipe set that works as expected, and it’s decent value at 20.99, which was the price at time of writing.
This is a very useful garden hose at a very reasonable price (16.49 at the moment). It arrives coiled up in a compact box (slightly smaller than a shoe box) labelled “Garde Hose” – it would have been nice if the manufacturers had managed to get the spelling right! I haven’t measured it, but the manufacturer’s claim of 16 ft when coiled seems about right, and 50 ft fully extended can’t be far off the mark. The box suggests it can be used for “house, car, fet (??), garden” but also says “do not run hot water through this hose”. That’s fine with regard to the garden, but I would want hot water to wash the car, so I’m not entirely sure that it lives up to all of its claims.
Getting the hose back in the box after taking it out is just about impossible, but that wasn’t unexpected – it is still compact enough not to take up much space – certainly compared with the average rubber hose, it is much more efficient use of space.
There are a few different attachments for the usual types of taps (it annoys me that the manufacturer refers to them as “faucets” on the UK site – they’re taps!!).
Overall, I don’t have any issues with this, but would just have liked a bit more attention to detail on the packaging and the listing on Amazon. Four stars. Recommended.
Honestly I can easily recommend the product since it has all attachments needed for most faucets and the quality and functionality of the hose and spray gun is surely good. But nowadays there are many of similar features and designs and on the same price range or even occasionally cheape
I already have one of these and intend to keep it as spare. This means I am able to contrast and compare with my existing hose.
In terms of use it is completely equal yo my present hose. It starts off crinkly and short and, when the tap is turned on, it expands to its full 50′. When you have finished watering turn off the tap and it will spray for a short while until it almost contacts to its previous length. It will then fit in the supplied bag until you need it again.
The quality of all the fittings are good. However most hoses come with a female adaptor at each end. You can the plug it in at either end and use it with your sprinkler, pressure washer and so on. It loses a star of this.
This extendable hosepipe sounds like a great idea in theory, but I wasn’t sure how it would work out in practice. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised, and it actually works really well. You connect it to your tap in the usual way (it fitted straight onto ours), and having a metal connector should give it more longevity than a plastic one, which could become brittle over time. You then connect the gun to the other end, and turn on the valve and tap to allow water into the pipe. As the pipe fills up it stretches out until it reaches its maximum length, at which point it works just like a normal host. When you’re done you turn off the tap and drain the pipe via the gun, and it all shrinks back to how it was.
The only slight downside is that the gun connects to the hose via a metal clasp – this isn’t compatible with other ‘hoselock style’ devices like a Karcher cleaner. However, there is a plastic convertor included in the box that allows you to connect to hoselock-compatible products, and it’s easy enough to swap out.
The box also includes a wall mount, which is slightly thinner than I would have liked but still works absolutely fine, and several extra washers and adaptors for other connection sizes, which is great if you have a less common fitting standard.
The hose has several options for different spray types, and all of them work well, with a surprising amount of power considering it’s just using standard water pressure. I’m really pleased with this product overall.

What’s not to like about this? The sprayer has several distand settings, and the ‘mist’ setting is soft enough for seedlings.
Useful expandable hose set, it even has a bag to kep it in, these never retract to the shipping size, so it may not fit.
Works well, brass like fittings supplied, but the spray head has no adaptor, like the one in the photos of another one I have to swap over to use this with hozelock sprinklers and other devices.
Yes the supplied head will screw onto the brass fixing, but then the screw ended to hozelock adaptor shown in the photo is unusable. The yellow spray head shos whats missing and the adaptor is not interchangable..
Use the supplied green hozelock adaptor and supply your own spray head.

I decided to buy this after getting fed up of my old one constantly kinking and twisting itself. Totally amazed at how good this is. When empty its tiny and fits in a small cupboard. When in use I can reach the end of my 90ft garden without struggle, and go all though the house from the back tap to the front garden. Lots of spray setting too.
My old 100 foot hose weighed a ton and was very hard to reel up so I often left it lying untidy on the grass. Also the reel took up a lot of space in the side passage which made it hard to manoeuvre around it with dustbins, bicycles etc. This new one is unbelievably light and reels up in seconds and hangs over the outside tap. I love it. The way it works makes me think you’d get drenched if you attach a sprinkler so I’ve stored the old reel and hose just in case.

Arrived earlier than expected and in a clear box which showed the product. I couldn’t wait to use it so set it up straight away which was so simple! The settings on the gun attachment work well and it has some pressure behind it! The hose expanded quickly and was easy enough to drain the remaining water so the hose would shrink! One of the best hoses I’ve had and at the fraction of the cost, I would highly recommend!

The fittings are robust Brass,well-made and a good fit.
The only downside,and its a minor one is the time needed to let it empty itself before returning it to its hanger in the garage. As I say it’s a minor thing,I could just leave it to empty itself but usually want to put it away immediately.
