    Great value high quality
I purchased this thermal printer for SKU and postage labels. The quality is excellent and it is easy to use and it is nice and compact.
    I’d highly recommend this.

    Excellent little bit of ki
Absolutely love this printer, it’s so much easier than either writing out addresses or typing them out and wasting so much paper. It prints quickly and the labels look really professional too. Definitely recommend it.

    Cracking little printe
Good size, simple to set up and use. A low IQ chimp could navigate the app required to run it.

It prints quickly, clearly, without fuss, and sits on a shelf ready for action.

Great value, good quality label printer. If this was a first date, I’d ask for a second one!

Perfect for a small business, which is why I bought it.

I got this one on discount and it turned out to be a bargain. Works amazing and very fast. One downside is that it doesn’t have drivers for Linux OS. Therefore, I can’t connect it to my laptop running PopOs. It works fine through Bluetooth connected to my mobile. Another thing to be aware of is that you can’t fit 500 label roller inside. I don’t know the exact max number but I believe it’s around 400 or something. Just be careful when buying a roller.

Needed a thermal 4×6 printer desperately for printing eBay/Vinted labels after my main printer packed in. We have a Zebra at work which is great and would have loved one at home, but too expensive for me to justify. This is every bit as good. I wish I’d bought the wi-fi capable model (was out of stock at the time though) but the Bluetooth connection on this one works perfectly well as a wireless alternative. Great little printer and a real time saver from the HP Deskjet I was using.

    Great value
Bought to replace a 300dpi Zebra printer which was auctioned off, as those used labels which were 10p a go and had to be manufacturer’s own. This allows use of cheap generic labels. The lower resolution has not been a problem at all for the postage labels we use it for the majority of the time – none have failed to scan and all look as good as they need to – that is, professional. Further than that, the app that it uses is quicker, more reliable and less annoying than the Zebra app.

If postage labels is what you’re buying this for I’d recommend this printer happily.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat little wi-fi printer with minimal instructions
I bought this printer to move away from laser labels to heat transfer labels on shipped mail. I originally had the printer sited in the packing room which is away from the desktop or laptop PC’s that I pull orders into. Hence the preference for a wi-fi printer over a hard wired one.

Setup is simple and the driver installation easy from the CD provided (so long as you have a CD/DVD player on your PC). Strangely the printer works from my desktop PC but no amount of install and uninstall on the laptop would get the printer Bluetooth connected. The printer is visible but the printer never came available with error driver missing. All very strange as both the desktop and laptop are on the same network and use the same operating system and version number. So, I never have been able to print labels from my laptop with this printer. If I use the laptop to process orders I need to pdf email a label file to the desktop to print. I could see if setting up the printer as a shared desktop printer would enable a laptop print but I don’t need to do that so I haven’t done that.

The printing was fine in the initial months over the network but it started to struggle to print with unknown error. It would take several send to print to actually print. I figured the data was getting scrambled on transmission so I moved the printer into the same room as the desktop so a lot closer to a wi-fi access point and it is printing fine again. So whether the quality of the network degraded or the printer receiver has degraded I do not know.

At the end of the day it’s a cheap printer so if I get a year or two out of it that’s good enough for me.

Its a printer I can recommend with only the nagging doubt over will it work on every PC as a wi-fi printer as I’m at only 50% on that score.

    Great feature, easy to use
Ordered in the morning, arrived on the same day. You can use it either via app or usb which works really well. I wasn’t sure how to set it up on my laptop but their customer service is well responsive and sorted it all in a second. Printing speed is top too you won’t regre

Fast delivery, item exactly as pictured. Someone got it all ready for me to use and said it was easy to set up. Very easy to enable for my Etsy shop, labels straight to printer. For Amazon Handmade you have to install something from their site first. If you wish to print labels straight to printer, it annoyingly uses 2 labels as it keeps printing the packing slip, however if you choose to save to PDF instead you can then print just the shipping label. This is the only drawback to using this and is probably a site issue rather than anything to do with the ptinter. It comes with some free fan fold labels, and is also compatible with labels on a roll which seem to be cheaper. For ease of use it is best to buy a label roll holder, these are also available here from around 8+. Pleased with purchase all in all and would recommend this printer as good value compared with other brands.

Nice Printer But No Editing Software
Ok so this printer was a nightmare to set up for windows bluetooth and the info out there is very confusing. Eventually, by not installing the recommended driver (windows new) on the Jadens site, I managed to get it to print an address label from windows via bluetooth (I didn’t want to have use the USB port every time). The problem is you have to adjust every label from a pdf document to fit the label size and I would imagine this would become very annoying if you had to print up a lot of labels. Some of the advice I found suggested screen printing and cropping! I was expecting to have some software, as in my old brother label printer, to create my own labels and stickers and save them but unfortunately this does not seem to exist. I feel it would probably be ok if you are the type of person who likes to use the phone app but I specifically wanted to be able to use windows as I am an older person and like the bigger screen. I tried the Labelife software which is pretty good but it doesn’t seem to be compatible with this printer. For a home user and occasional Etsy or eBay seller who wants to print a few address labels and design some labels this is pretty much a deal breaker. If I can’t resolve this issue I will have to send it back as not fit for the purpose I bought it for. I will update you if I can sort it out.

I bought this for buying and printing postage direct from eBay. It is an absolute game changer. No ink required and the the labels are cheap. This only take the rolls up to 500 I think, but it’s enough.
It prints super fast, is super reliable and very very easy to set up. It prints from my desk top via USB and also from my phone via bluetooth. I Can’t believe how good this product it.

    WILL SUIT MY NEEDS!!
Firstly it’s not wireless so need to keep putting the usb cable into my Mac. Secondly I tried a returns label for Amazon, very faded so didn’t want to chance it incase the bar code was not useable! Will continue to try. Setting out labels in the Jadens app is pretty slow so I will continue to use the template I already have, the 4×6 labels are pretty big so I’ve changed my template for two address to print out at the same time and will try the smaller labels once these free ones are used up. Overall it’s suitable for what I need it for but could have been much better if wireless

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDoes the job just fine
I like that it stores the printer rolls inside as it keeps everything tidy, setup was really easy although like another reviewer said for some reason print quality is better when using a laptop than on a phone, which is a little baffling. Can’t say about longevity as I’ve only had it a couple of weeks.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOH MY GOODNESS - BEST BUY EVER FOR A SMALL BUSINESS!
I run a small business, gone are the days of standing at the co op for one hour scanning QR codes and printing labels!!! I would 100% recommend this. Printed 76 Evri labels in less than 1 minute. At lightning speed (see video!) I was shocked. I have only used this once so I may have to update my review later after a few uses, but after this initial use I was so amazed I had to come on and leave a review. Amazing, thank you so much Jadens!!

Set up: set up was a bit tricky – Wasn’t clear that even on a Macbook you need to connect the USB. Confusing as it does say bluetooth and that’s what I thought I was setting up, but my instructions seem to be for a non-bluetooth printer? And i have had to connect the USB to get it to work. but to be honest who cares – printer is brilliant.
