A four piece set was delivered instead of five piece I paid for . Can’t find a way to get a refund . It was opened by my son who did not realise what happened and used it . So I suppose it is too late to return .

I ordered a six pan set but received a five pan set in a box labelled “6 pan set”. Very disappointed so I returned the set. However, the pans were beautiful so I may try ordering again to see if I receive the correct set.

Just to clarify I have read the reviews and the correct answer to the 6 piece set question is as follows;
Three pans and Three lids is classed as a 6 piece set.
So if you received 3 pans you were not short.

Excellent, I’ve used every day and clean and was excellent. I read instructions and it says cook on low, match size pan to cooking ring and use wooden utensils. Excellent results. I was straight away so soft sponge and do not immerse in water. I just was holding out water, rinse under tap and dry straight away.
The set came as the item picture: 3 x pans, 2 x lids. I count that as a five piece set or was there a lid missing?

I love these pans, they have chunky handles, not to heavy nor light .you can fry without oil…and they are a good price.
Not used the saucepans as yet as not finished decorating the kitchen, one of the pan lids arrived buckled, informed the seller, but within the next day received a new lid in the post, before I even had a chance to check their reply, so will be definitely be using the seller again and will highly recommend them to others

Really liked this set. Great value for money. Only problem I’ve got is the 20cm saucepan wasn’t manufactured properly. Had a dent on the outside and the non stick on the inside wasn’t applied properly where the dent was.

Bought to replace old pots and pans.Arrived much earlier than I had been advised.Happy so far with all features
I ordered the 4 piece set. See picture. Each piece was protected in sealed plastic and bubble wrap. It could have been better protected in the box itself with further cardboard or thick paper, but that said, my set arrived totally pristine, with no marks, scratches or dents. I will update at some point when I have used them for a while, especially to see how the ceramic coating holds out.
They are not too light or too heavy. They look very good quality and sturdy enough and the soft touch handles have a lovely feel about them. I would caution against putting them in the dishwasher. The lips of the pans are exposed, i.e. not covered in the copper ceramic. As the pans are made of aluminium, I would expect the exposed edges to eventually turn black under the alkaline conditions of a dishwasher, but that is true for all aluminium cookware.
I think they are excellent value, so far. The 4 piece set, with 2 decent sized saucepans at 18/20 cms and 2 large frying pans at 24/28 cms is probably the best value set at 32 GBP. The package also arrived 5 days earlier than expected and delivery directly from the seller was free.
Update: I have used them daily now for 9 months. Apart from a very small loss of pewter on the outside of one of my pans where I accidentally banged it, about 2 mm in diameter, the pans still look like new. I am careful to only use wooden or silicone utensils when cooking and the non stick surface works a treat. Eggs stick a little without a small amount of butter or oil, but the pans always come up clean effortlessly with hot water, a little soap, and a non scouring pad after a short soak. Would definitely recommend.
