It comes with a pair of gloves and one of the gloves has claws on to scrape away dead leaves etc, it would be better if there was a normal pair of gloves and this was an extra feature. Other than that i love it.

Great starter kit for budding gardeners, has everything you need for a basic garden. I am a little worried about sturdiness but not been able to give them a proper test. They feel good, but unsure on how they will hold up to wear and tear – i wouldn’t want to put too much pressure on the trowell.
The gloves are fantastic and the carry bag feels durable. I would definitely recommend this as a gift or otherwise for a starter gardener. Those more experienced will want to opt for more robust tools i suspect.

The tools fit my hand well and feel nicely balanced.
Only thing I don’t like is the claws on the left glove aren’t removable. Option to use the gloves as gloves, or put the claws on the right hand would be nice.

I’m not a gardening guru by any means. I found the set to be pretty low quality but it does the job and the tools seem to be sturdy enough to get my bits done in the garden. I recommend it for anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much money on the garden.

It was a good quality, well made set. However, bag was alot smaller than it seemed in the pics. Would have been alot better value with either a bigger bag or 10 cheaper to justify it. Looked good though and was well made.

The bag is a little smaller than anticipated, I use the middle for the tools and the outside pockets for my other bits and bobs.
I have used the tools and they are very sturdy, though the area where there is a hole to hang the tools could be a little smoothe

Item Lovely and Boxed perfectly for a present. I was asked to provide something demonstrating my date of birth on delivery. Driver very persistent and I was irritated. I don’t really expect to have to provide this to a random driver who could be anyone and use my information for other purposes. I am in my 70s- so over 18- and anyway its garden tools!! I find this rather intrusive and won’t be buying again from the company sadly.

due to the weather I haven’t been able to use the tools very much but they seem to be fine and the bag is very handy to keep all your tools together.
Love this set! Perfect for a beginner gardener. All the pieces are sturdy and the wooden handles feel well balanced in the hand. I have a bit of a rocky patch in my garden that I’m cleaning out for the spring and the tools handled it well — it didn’t feel like they would snap at any point. For a gardener with a big outdoor garden, this set might not do the job but it’s perfect for someone like me who has a small outdoor patch and a few indoor plants.
The bag is made from a good canvas and it looks and feels like it will last a while. There are elasticated straps on the outside pockets of the bag, but I just throw the tools inside and use the pockets for other accessories, like packets of seeds, cloths, measuring tape and all sorts of other things. I like being able to take the tote bag outside and have all the tools are at hand whenever I need them.
The set initially came with two right hand gloves so I notified the company and they were very quick to answer my questions and sent me a replacement left-hand glove with the claws for digging up dirt that arrived the next day! Fantastic customer service and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This is a cracking little set of gardening tools that’s great value for money! I’ve been using them for the past few days in my greenhouse and I’m impressed with how practical they are.
They’re quite light, but at the same time still sturdy enough for normal garden purposes. The lovely wood handles make them comfortable to use for long periods of time. I wouldn’t use them for any larger jobs that require excessive force, but they are perfect for pottering around.
The bag that comes with the tool set comes with a lot of handy pockets for all the accessories that come with it. It’s also quite tough and I can see it lasting a good while, so overall I would have no hesitations at all in recommending it.
My grandad is a keen gardener, so I bought this set for him for Christmas and had a little look to check it out — the tools look very stylish with the matt black finish and wooden handles, and the tote bag is very neat with a lot of room for storage.
Obviously I haven’t tried out the tools, since I don’t want them to get dirty, but they look and feel very sturdy and secure and the handles aren’t rough or loose where the wood joins the metal, so no criticism there. I have tried to cut a few small branches with the shears and they seem sharp enough to deal with most twigs, stems etc. The claw gloves are medium sized but stretchy so should fit most hands and seem strong enough to last a season or two.
For that price it seems like a really good tool set and it looks lovely as a present.
