It works great! A good alternative to working out outdoors. Feel it will be beneficial to my health! Good size that does not take up much space. Easy to use and operate.
It does exactly what I want it to do. My chiropractor has a lifepro Rhythm I use at his office and I wanted something at home like it. The Waver Mini is perfect for my needs.
I have a sprained ankle and want to do rehab with this vibration device. I also am a chiropractor and know I can use this in my practice to help others rehab their various injuries.

I hate exercise, but this was very fun and enjoyable. Felt after effects for 30 minutes of increased HR and circulation, especially lower legs and feet. Definitely will look forward to the daily 15 minutes in front of my tv or while listening to music that is danceable. Love it!

Finally a company that knows how to box things. It comes double boxed which I wish more companies would do. It arrived perfectly and works great. Bought two of their other products after this all with the same result, no complaints at all.
I was undecided if I wanted to order the mini life pro vibration plate. I feared that it would end up not being used as some of the other things that I have purchased. I was advised by a nutritionist that it would help with my osteoporosis. I have also heard it mentioned on a health summit. I was hesitant to pay close to $200 for something that I may not use. Then I saw that there were several available from lifepro outlet for a very reasonable price. So I decided to take the plunge at that price. The unit came in quickly and in good condition. The plug fits tightly and it works fine. I have only used it a couple of times but what is nice is that only a couple of minutes will do.
The product is well made and very easy to use and store. Reasonable priced.
This is a good product but make sure you start at a low setting otherwise you will have aches and pains because it does give you a full body workout.
One very minor drawback is the remote control’s Start/Stop button does not fully work. The Start function work but the Stop function does not work is you want to stop the machine in the middle of a 15 minute session. I use the Stop button from the control panel instead. The company quickly sent me a remote control replacement, which it did not fix the remote control issue, but I decided to keep the machine anyway.
So glad I bought this! It is so good. Love the design, easy to use. Have only had for a few days but already feeling stronger and more grounded. Also seeing increase in muscle tone.
I used it every day for an hour. My clothes are becoming looser and I’ve lost 5 pounds so far! I’m not a fan of the gym to many people so this is perfect.
Admittedly, After just a few uses, it started intermittently rattling and making little noises… so maybe there’s a screw loose? Not sure. It still works great …. I may have just gotten one that needed a screw tightened. My buddy said he can try to take a look at it.
Despite that, I still love it, and I’m not going to send it back, because it’s so heavy that it would just cost an insane amount to return it. And it’s really great. Again, the occasional rattling noise isn’t a deal breaker, but it’s worth knowing about.
I don’t use the remote control, or the arm bands, honestly, but it’s really nice that it comes with exercise bands, as well as arm lifting resistance bands. I have recommended this product to others

I’m still on beginners level but have also found just standing on it for 5 mins, very relaxing and helps relax my lower back.
When it arrived, the mat you stand on was loose at one edge but the customer service was very helpful and responded quickly and sorted the problem. They also have a website with lots of info and advice on. I received some emails from the company to help get started on the machine.

3 week update: I have been using it daily since I received it! Totally feel that it is helping me loosen up as I have it in my home office and get on it a few times a day also use it before and after my Total Gym Workouts My son uses it after his workouts too. I didn’t think I’d like vibration much and now I wish I had bought the Rumblex! May have to upgrade at some point 🙂
Would agree it works with reducing oedema in ankles. Felt odd to begin with but find the vibrations relaxing .
I really do like this LifePro Mini Waver vibration plate. My previous machine, which was not LifePro, quit working after 18 month. This machine has a lifetime quarantee. It is relatively quiet. It has 99 speeds and the ride is smooth. I can feel the vibration but I don’t feel like my bones are rattling. I have only had this machine a little over a week. It helps with my costochondritis flareups. It helps with my balance. I hope it is helping in every area advertised. I trust that it does. I am really pleased with this.
Very easy to set up. love that you have the exercise handles with it. So far I really like it. I’m accomplishing working on my health. I have fibromyalgia so I believe it will be an accumulative effect.

Well, on one of the pages, the Waver popped up, and I was intrigued. It sounded good and could be a good alternative. I ended up purchasing the Waver Mini. I received the package in excellent condition, and the inner packaging was good, keeping my device secure and free of harm.
I was very excited and wanted to get on it right away, but I took the time to read the instructions, which I am glad I did. Once ready, I got my Waver Mini situated under my desk and got it going. I loved it from the first moment it started vibrating my legs. It feels SOOOO good and depending on where I sit on my chair. Sitting further back, I can feel it up to my knees and scootched forward, up into my thighs. I feel the vibrations inside my legs, not just on the surface. Standing on it, I can feel the vibrations up to my head. It feels awesome!
I have not timed it, but it runs for about 10 or 15 minutes and will shut down by itself. From the first day, I noticed less swelling in my legs, and I slept thru the whole night. I did wake up, not sore, but my muscles were tight, and I realized this was because I had not drunk enough water the day before. As mentioned on the website, this machine helps clean out toxins and clear lymph nodes. For your body to effectively eliminate this, you need to drink lots of water; otherwise, everything expelled from the muscles and lymph nodes will settle, en-masse, somewhere else in the body, causing other issues. The next day I drank my water and woke up just fine. I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and last night I noticed that I had no swelling in my legs at all! I am delighted with my Waver Mini that I have already started thinking of getting a deluxe model. This way, I can keep the Mini under my desk all the time.
The only inconvenience, and it isn’t even that big of a deal, is the remote. The batteries get loose, making the remote not work. But I found if I bop the bottom of the remote onto the palm of my hand, the batteries fall back into place, instead of having to open the back cover all the time. If the battery door had a little foam insulation attached inside, it would help keep the batteries where they belong.
I recommend this product very much.

I have been using it every day for 15 minutes. After each session, I feel the same feeling of refreshment I get from a workout session, but without the fatigue/strain. I can definitely feel it helping my lymphatic system too!
I think it’s Great- ‘waver mini’ is easy to carry compared to my ‘gym master’ one which is awful to lift.

This product has been helpful in reducing aches and pain. I feel it has also mitigated some of the leg pains/cramps I was getting at night. It doesn’t take up a lot of room, and the lifetime warranty and customer support is like no other product I have ever purchased online.
The plug is UK which we wondered about before ordering as it doesn’t say so that was good.

Since I began my daily vibration sessions, I have noticed the following benefits:

> It’s fun and easy, so I look forward to my vibration sessions and find it very easy to fit into a daily routine. This is kind of a cross between exercise & massage therapy, and can easily be done while watching t.v.
> I like the pre-programmed 15-minute routines because then I really don’t have to think about controlling the unit. I just pick an option and press start. The vibration speed is variable and will change automatically each minute. There is good documentation as to what each of the 10 different sequences offers.
Things to be aware of:
The unit comes with some nice extras (like mini-resistance bands) — but no batteries for the remote control. It requires 2 AAA batteries — so if you don’t already have extra batteries on hand, you would want to add some to your cart when purchasing.
I have moderate osteoporosis and that is what led me to look into a vibration platform, especially as I had to discontinue my weight resistance work when the gyms closed. The promotional material with this and similar units also refers to benefits for bone density — but it is important to understand that most of the research into bone density improvements has been done using machines that are much higher frequency. This machine only goes up to 12hz — which is fine and very safe for daily home use — but it is NOT the same as the machines with frequencies of 30hz and higher that are more commonly reported in research studies. So this fits into the category of something that can’t hurt — but there just isn’t good evidence that BMD can be improved with the low-frequency exposure.
I find it very relaxing after a long day at work in my feet. My son loves it for practicing his balance and to soothe his tired legs after hockey practice.
