Incredible little PC. Full-function USB-C port allows to power it, connect to a display and peripherals with a single cable. Comes with Windows 11 Pro. BIOS is flexible, installing a different OS is easy.

After I checked out the windows version installed on it I powered it off opened it up installed an nvme drive I had laying around and set up OMV on it… using it as a nas and utilizing the 4 usb3 drives attached is great. May run a little hot depending on what you’re doing… but stick some heat sinks on top and or bottom and it’ll be just fine.

A great mini PC for day-to-day requirements
Using this MeLE as a low-noise, daily computer for web browsing and cloud-based information management, I’ve thus far found it to be hefty and responsive enough to drive two large monitors. It replaced my Intel NUC i7 system so I could deploy that for resource-intensive photo editing, etc.
I added an M.2 Samsung EVO 970 Plus 500GB for local data storage while using OneDrive & Google Drive cloud storage.
As expected, due to the heat generation of the native unit, I added an external heat sink. This has kept CPU temp in the 35-50 deg C temp range. Please see the picture I provided while ignoring any dust visible in the background on my desktop. It seems to run MS Office well, as well as the 15+ tabs I have in Chrome

Thus far, the foregoing seems to work quite well.
Using Chrome, 8GB of RAM usage seems to run 45-70-ish % when fully loaded. Occasional 100% memory use is evidenced. CPU use has variably consumed 10-100% capacity but comes to stability at 50%-ish
A great pairing for a cost-efficient home system.
Convert a TV to a PC
From the moment this box arrived, it has been my main PC for the office. Golden silence! 20 watts! ( could be 30 watts at times. If you live with limited watts you want this Fanless-PC.
NOT for gamers. Sorry slow GPU.
YES, for movies. Every app works. All my stations work well. Forget 4K on this level of the system.

UPDATED (original review below): Well, well. The original review below and updated referenced question must have tripped a trigger in Shenzen. I (finally) received an email response promising a replacement. And it arrived the next day. I have no idea if this new one is any better than the old one. And, of course, I’ve got to go through the whole config process again and deliver it to my client. But at least they can be hammered into standing behind their product.
Purchased on March 17, 2022. Started experience ethernet port failure on July 20. If you check the questions associated with this product on this page (search the questions for Ethernet) you’ll see several interactions with both Mele and other buyers experiencing the same failure. The Mele rep who answered acknowledges the defect with the Realtek adapter and advises to open a ticket with them to obtain a replacement.
Per those instructions, I’ve tried every avenue they seem to provide to obtain support for this issue over the last couple of weeks. Opened several tickets on their web site, sent emails to the listed support contact, etc. Not a peep of a response. No acknowledgement they have received the request, no “Your issue is very important to us.”. No nothing. Nada. Crickets.
Only advice I can give for this product is to avoid the product and the company.
What’s worse is this unit is deployed in a business-critical environment that is usually supported by remote login. So it’s a massive FAIL when the unit is unreachable.
Perfekter Linux Medien Compute
Bei mir steht dieser Rechner als MedienComputer am Beamer – mit Hilfe einer Bluetooth Tastatur.
Windows habe ich weggeschmissen und Linux Mint drauf installiert. Dafr muss man vorher im Bios ein paar Dinge umkonfigurieren. Wie das geht, steht auf der Seite von Mele.
Das System luft (unter LInux) vllig flssig. Videos lassen sich problemlos und verzgerungsfrei anzeigen.
Fr diese Anwendungszwecke merke ich keine Einschrnkungen.
Schn ist, dass es keinen Lfter gibt.
Das Gert wird warm, aber man kann es noch gut anfassen.
Bei unserer Nutzung ist der durschnittliche Stromverbrauch pro Jahr ca 4, wenn wir das Gert nie ausschalten.
Powerful enough to play anything up to 4k60 h.265 content at ~200Mbps without issue, and it makes zero noise. Under full load it'll heat up to the point of thermal throttling, but it doesn't get to that point playing media. Overall, it's a great small and silent HTPC for not too much cash.

Great little HTPC
I’m using this as an HTPC.. got Kodi and YouTube on it. Probably put YouTube TV on it and can still browse the Internet when I want. It’s small and attached to the back of my TV with some velcro.
Gaming? Maybe MAME or something like that. Wouldn’t want to push it past taht.

No es el ordenador ms rpido pero tiene potencia ms que suficiente para navegar por Internet, reproductor multimedia, emulacin y un largo etctera. Le he instalado una unidad NVMe porque el almacenamiento interno es un poco escaso y no es demasiado rpido. Tambin he quitado las pegatinas de la parte superior de la caja y he puesto un disipador de aluminio sobre la caja para rebajar la temperatura.

I use this as a headless computer in my network. Works great. Can become very warm when ripping with Handbrake. Other than that 10/10 would recommend.
Only downside is that there are no USB-C ports except for power.
