Very happy with this machine. Its quiet too which is great.
So glad I went for this machine. Super quiet. Good spin and a nice sized drum. Love the fact it also has a drum clean. Perfect.

When I ordered the washing machine I paid extra for installation and taking away old machine.
When I did my first lot of washing I was surprised that the noise level was high when doing the spin.
I also discovered, after reading the instructions booklet, that the noise inhibitor sponges hadn’t been installed under the machine, the package was left in the conservatory.
I let Amazon know about the problem, this was Tuesday. This evening, Thursday, a lovely woman named Iania ( hopefully I’ve spelt that correctly) came to rectify the issue. She sorted the problem professionally and effectively, so much so that when we put the machine on to spin I couldn’t tell it was spinning!!
I’m so impressed with the service and the speed that the issue has been rectified.
The machine is quiet on wash and spin and washes brilliantly, got grease stains out of 2 items of clothing, I’m really happy with the value and efficiency of the washing machine and definitely recommend it and Iania for balancing the machine and installing the sponge noise inhibitors. To clarify some details that I found unclear in the product description this machine does have WIFI and is just a washer not a washer dryer.
The app as expected is pretty useless. It allows you to control the machine with your phone but doesn’t have what I think would be the single most useful feature, a notification when it’s done. Controlling the machine with your phone is therefore just slower and less convenient than using the controls on the machine. The biggest saviour for this to me is that there is an unofficial home assistant integration which has allowed me to monitor the state of the machine and therefore give me notifications and Google speaker announcements when it’s finished. Adding in a basic function that should of been there from the start.
It washes clothes well and is wonderfully quitet (at least compared to my old machine) although be aware that most cycles are very long with the standard cotton’s cycle taking almost 4 hours.
Be aware that when the machine arrives it will have 4 bolts in the back that you need to remove along with connecting the standard water inlet and waste pipes.
Overall I’m happy with it and would buy it again. I just strongly recommend to the manufacturer to do a better job ensure the information in the product description is correct and then get started making an app that is actually useful.
pipe was too short to connect to water supply which is a bit silly. but delivery guys were brilliant and used the old one, very good machine very quiet, very fast and cheap to run, all boxed ticked.

This is a energy efficient washing machine. Really easy to use and help that you can connect with your phone and it alerts you when a cycle is completed. Enjoy it so far.

Really like the large tumbler and the hatch, made easy to take out the laundry. The machine was definitely quieter than my previous one, and the 15 mins turbo wash was ideal for washing the dirty bibs. I am still figuring out the app and the WiFi function, but since I am working at home, it seems less important. Definitely recommend this model.

So so quiet while it’s spinning. I am over the moon with this. Washes brilliantly, big tumbler, didn’t realise it had wi-if setting so that was a bonus. Now my pups don’t get scared when the washing machine is on.
