Good size, not too noisy if in the other room abs shut the door, the collection bucket is not too difficult to remove empty. Auto function keeps the room at the ideal humidity and comes on and off as needed.

I bought this a few months ago, as I accidentally walked in to my other in the dark and tipped it over water and all. So needed a fast replacement as expected the other was instantly caput. This is great, really keeps the windows dry and is very easy to empty.

My husband and I bought this to keep the damp at bay that had started to emerge in our bedroom. It’s done the job and more! We’ve actually been using it to try our laundry as it’s way more time and cost efficient than our dryer! Very happy with this purchase and would recommend to others. Somethings to note: it is heavy and not easily movable for everyone. We are both young and fit, so it isn’t an issue for us: It is also a little noisy, although I don’t consider it to be a bother as it’s in our spare room and I can’t hear it unless we are in the same room.

It’s quite large.. But we’re ve got a large task for it… And it’s preforming well.. The large collection tank is a plus.. The noise level is OK but we don’t sleep on it..there for don’t notice the noise level.. Overall pleased with the product.. We have another different brand.. And I’d say its even better than that and that ones been good..

I am really happy with energy use with this de- humidifier, it is very low, I have found it to be easy to move around from room to room when needed. I do use this item every day, as the weather is cold my home collects condensation, as I have work being done on subsidence, . Very happy with my purchase.

It does a good job in getting rid of all the condensation, no more wet windows and it looks good as well.

Noise level isn’t too bad but laid in bed you can hear it which I like anyway. Energy efficient. Takes steam away from bath room straight away and has kept the mould at bay! Dries my laundry lovely. Easy to move room to room with wheels. Great touch screen easy to use and clean. Overall well worth the money I wouldn’t be without mine now.

I brought this to replace a 15L one which broke. I wasn’t expecting 20L to make that much difference but this seems like it is working at twice the speed of the old one. The large tank fills up completely overnight on auto. It is intended for heavy duty use, so is quite big and heavy.

This is great. We have poor ventilation in our bedroom so we get a bit of damp but this thing has cleared it right up. It takes out a lot of moisture in the air and has improved our air quality a lot. Its fairly quiet. I barely notice it but my husband is a light sleeper and can’t sleep with it running. Its on wheels and is easy to move. I recommend it to everyone.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBought this because of a condensation problem in an unheated garage that as well as housing the car also has two freezers and several cupboards stocked with food and other household items. Last year we had such dampness that tins were found to be rusting and cardboard boxes , cereals etc. were soft. After switching the device on it took 3 days to extract 15 litres of water and reduced the humidity in there from 88% down to 59%. The garage now ‘feels’ warmer even though the temperature is still only 5/7 degrees. There is no clamminess about anything. The unit now extracts only 1 to 2 litres per day.
Power consumption: The fan consumes 30 to 32 watts. The compressor consumes about 165 watts making the total consumption around 170 to 200 watts, very dependent on the local mains voltage. Not too bad. At the rate I pay for electricity that works out at about 6p per hour.
    Hope this helps.

The product is simple to use, and has some functionalities which are not found on all models and which are must have in my opinion: automatically stop when the tank is full and automatic start and stop which the appropriate level of intensity in order to maintain the target resident humidity.
I am not able to comment on the energy efficiency at this point.
The device is quite silent, we can hear the compressor as a small buzz and sometimes some drops of water falling in the tank when it is empty so I would not recommend to sleep in the same room or maybe use the night mkde which i have not tested much.
There was a significant improvement of the condensation and dripping on the single glaze windows of an older london flat with its use, reaching almost no condensation and zero dripping.
I was impressed by how quickly it is able to reduce the resident humidity for a 2 bedrooms flat. The measurement of the humidity also seems accurate as there is more humidity detected after showers, cooking.
    I recommend this product.

Really good product (once I figured out how to properly use it, but that was more me not reading the instructions, typical man )
Removed around 10 litres of water from the air within the first week and has given our home a much nicer feel.
Product is a little noisy but I found the lower fan speed to be better overnight. Energy efficiency isn’t fantastic however the benefits of the product definitely outway the extra cost on the electricity

Due to excessive condense during the cold season I decided to get a dehumidifier, n fact I got two. The 1st one we have sent back straight away as it barely extract any water and lack of functionality (Honeywell). This one seam to extract more in comparison to the other one however we find it very loud. We keep it on the stairs landing upstairs and we can hear it from bedrooms with doors closed (we have decent solid doors BTW).
The functions it has like auto start and stop works great and it extracts about 4-5 litres in almost one week ( 1 or 2 washings being dried in the house per week) we kept it on auto most of the times. Due to the noise level we are having to send it back and look for a quieter one I am afraid.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this humidifier to negate the effects of airing washing indoors during winter. It is no noisier than a fridge very good at removing moisture from the air. No more steamed up windows and the air inside the house is much warmer. Really good peice of kit we’ll worth the money.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI dont normally write reviews but I wanted to recommend this dehumidifier. I have a large 3 bed flat and suffer badly from condensation which caused mould on the edge of my ceiling Since using this I haven’t had any condensation on my windows. I am hoping this will now have sorted out my mould problem. Great produc

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersHad a problem with mould in a 2 bed ground floor flat. Air always felt heavy and rooms smelt musty. Upon discovering the humidity was 74% in a room suffering from damp, I decided to purchase this. Had this a week so far, and it’s so far exceeded expectations.

First few days had this on constantly and had to empty in less than 24 hours. The emptying seems to be less frequent now but its unreal how much moisture is still in the air. Got the humidity set to 45% it makes a massive difference.

The flat feels a lot fresher in terms or air quality and smell. The unit did seem a bit loud at first but I’ve managed to get used to it. Overall great purchase. Hopefully it will last.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI live in a 2 bed flat and have been having issues with condensation on the windows and washing going smelly whilst drying. This has solved both issues and works great.

The dehumidifier is easy to empty; it has a handle once you’ve remove it from the main body and doesn’t slosh out when carrying it to the sink. I have had no issues with leakage.

The noise level when on the normal setting is similar to the low/medium setting on a fan. For nighttime there is a night setting. This slows down the fan speed and causes the device to turn on and off every 5-10mins or so.
When in this night mode the lower pitched sound of the condenser is much more noticeable as well as the trickling of water ever so often. I tried having it on over night and found myself being woken up a few times by it. I would say I’m a deep sleeper and generally sleep with a fan on year round so wouldn’t say it was great to have on over night.

I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and am happy with the purchase. It’s been great for drying clothing smell / window condensation so would recommend if you are having similar issues.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersBack story: London, renting a flat, spending a fortune on trying to keep the place warm & somewhat comfortable. Flat is damp & obviously has been for a while, along comes colder weather & it’s like living in the chiller isles of Tesco’s. I’ve been using smaller dehumidifiers, I couldn’t afford the larger builds. Done some research online, this manufacturer was getting all the glory.

I’ve had this 24 hours & can see why! Since plugging this in until the time of this review, this dehumidifier has extracted just under 5 litres! The bedroom feels more comfortable, the air is nowhere near as ‘heavy’, the windows don’t look like it’s been raining on the inside & the humidity level has went from 83 down to 54.

If this keeps it up I may invest in another for the main living area. I’ll come back to this within the month & update. But, so far so good!

    UPDATE:

I’ve had this now for 3 weeks, I am blown away (& slightly concerned) by the difference in this flat. 3 weeks of constant use, this dehumidifier needs emptied every 2 days. I’m not complaining about having to empty the water at all – the bedroom is a completely different place to sleep. The room is warmer, the bedding is dry & I don’t wake up freezing/ uncomfortable. I’ll definitely purchase another unit for the living room to dry out the whole flat.

In short, if you have damp/ condensation in your place: buy this
If the air feels ‘heavy’: buy this
If you’ve got a mini Niagara Falls on your windows: buy this
