ideal little desk top scanner ideal for if you are working from home
The speed of of scanning and the quality of picture, was excellent.
This has literally saved me hours of scanning time.
I read the reviews and I never do a review myself but this is the very best scanner I’ve ever used. It’s so fast and the pages are so clear. It doesn’t scan the highlighted marker but oh well. It is the best purchase I’ve made for our company in a long time.
we downsized our office like a lot of people during the pandemic. We gave up our industrial printer scanner and tried to make do with our little one page at a time scanner/printers. Needless to say, it took us forever to scan anything.
The files have been piling up and I finally told my business partner that I was investing in a decent scanner. I thought I could do it for around $200. He told me that there was no way I could get one for under $500. Well, I did, and I am thrilled with it.
The printer arrived today. It was well packaged and super easy to put together. The vendor sent me an email prior with links to the site to download the software. The whole thing was set up and I was scanning within 15 minutes. It’s smaller than anticipated but that just makes it even better. It packs down to the size of a loaf of bread.
I love being able to name the files and save the scan to wherever I want on the shared drive. I have literally been scanning for 3 hours now and I am thrilled with the results. Easy to use, decent speed, 50 page capacity ( I’ve tested it a few times tonight), and great interface. The pages are super clear ( I only have it set to 200). It offers two-sided printing and it automatically disregards the blank pages in between.
I should have my office cleared up within the week. You will not be disappointed with this product. GO PAPERLESS!
Been using this scanner for a month now and I am pretty disappointed. I will scan about 11 pages and 2 pages will be there but BLANK. I would do it again and a different page will be blank. I have to scan the documents in parts and is such a waste of time. Scanning 2- 3 pages is good but more than than, you have to review the scanned items all the time. Bad for very important documents when you missed sending a page.
I cannot recommend this product until I am confident on the functions and output, it is good prices but until I point the issue if would be better to buy a Canon, Brother or Xerox unit.
I cannot I have been trying to contact customer service to no avail, maybe I just have a defective product or bad settings.
I would recommend this. After years of using the scanner that came with the printer, which took about 1 minute per page, this was a god sent! Scanning into pdf is so fast and easy now.
This took a few minutes of playing with it to get to do what i needed, but once i figured it out it is awesome!! My all in one printer with flatbed scanner is great for receipts, checks, single pages, but a hassle for muti page docs. This can scan both sides of paper at one time, a real time saver! And is fast even in full color 300dpi.
Reccomend this scanner.
I am the Treasurer for two charities, and I bought this to convert historical paperwork to a digital format for ease of storage. I am able to set up the best way to scan different types of paperwork, then save each configuration for use at the touch of a button. There is a tradeoff between speed and quality, and it takes some experimentation to get the best scanning solution, but once you have it and save it, the work becomes really easy. I am whipping right through this archiving project. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this during the pandemic and working remotely. It took my IT group a bit to get it to work with Workspace, but eventually it got installed and it works pretty good. Sometimes I need to reboot to get it to recognize the hardware, but not sure if it’s the network, software of the equipment. It’s good for small and emergency jobs.
Havent had any issues for tech support to be needed

I was spending 2-3 min’s with my HP scanner for every scan….and I scan a bunch. Added this and the same process takes less than 30 seconds. Not sure what your time is worth, but this is saving me time and money everyday.

The Tech Support folks are fabulous! You actually speak with real live Americans with limited hold time.
We scan all of our paperwork and it is convenient to have one on each desk so as to not bog down one scanner. We had an issue with part of the scanner snapping off. Customer service has been tremendous. They took care of us in a very timely matter that we greatly appreciated.

I’ve been using this scanner for several months now and I’m quite happy with it. No tech problems or issues with it at all. It scans quickly, the images are clear, and the colors are true. It’s definitely a good value for the money.
Set up function buttons so that when I’m out of town, spouse merely has to load doc and push button. That’s it.
Setup to save to a specific file location (I called it “Unsorted Docs”). Which then uploads/syncs to cloud storage (iCloud Drive.) I open it, rename it, save it to where it really belongs. All done (except for paying the bill that was scanned, darn.)
So much better than a smart phone photo. Better quality, all docs already in same file folder, no text message overload, ready to move to preferred folder.
Working good so far. I couldn’t get the installation disc to launch but it was easy enough to get everything I needed on the manufacturers website
Product came in on time. Did have issues setting it up but the customer service rep. Was amazing. He gained access to my files and was able to set this program up in less than 10 mins. I am very pleased
Slower than anticipated and can’t match the quality of a big stand alone but works well for what it is.
I bought this to replace my Neat Desk scanner which has all but quit working. It works well with Neat, in fact made Neat almost enjoyable to use.
This was my first scanner replacement in years. Very happy with the functions. Easy to install and easy to set up.
I received my scanner today, I installed the software and set it up in about 20 minutes.. scanned a couple of documents and can’t believe how good it is… love it..
he speed was exactly what i was looking for. however, it also scans the other side if there is writing on it, great if i have 2-sided docs but bad when some pages have misc. info or doodles, smh
This scanner is very easy to use. You can scan multiple pages and OCR it.
I was a little worried when I first opened the box. For the price it seemed just a little small and didn’t seem like it would hold up to regular use. So far it has done really well. It is very quick and in all the time we’ve been using it, it hasn’t even jammed.
Only issue I have with it is adding on the extra paper guide supports. If you put these on then the paper path is too narrow for standard pages to put in the paper feed. We just left these off and it’s been good.
wow. I reached out to the company and they solved my problem RIGHT QUICK, I AM BEYOND HUMBLED and very impressed! In re the ‘mouse’ comments from earlier I made I see this is now cured with the new updates they sent me. I am very happy with this company.
UPDATE – DOES LEGAL NO WORRIES but be mindful of this: YOUR MOUSE action will suffer a bit so forget about multi tasking. just scan your stuff and then shut it down and carry on with your work I CALL THIS GOOD BUT TEMPERAMENTAL. B

I have been wanting to scan few year worth of papers for a long time and this scanner fit my requirements.
At one point of time I almost was going to return it because it said gray scanner, so I thought it was black and white, then I clicked on +new and went through creating a profile which allowed searchable color multipage pdf. Created multiple profiles for each type of scanned item. Speed is ok. Individual pdf takes some time to save, multipage goes through quickly and in the end saves it, though one nuance is after scanning a set of papers, it comes up with an error about no more papers instead of stopping and saving, need to see how to get around it
Overall I am very happy with the scanner.
I use this scanner scan more then 1000 page in 2 month. The speed like another epson I bought. but price cheaper then that one.
The scanner price is fair and the software is easy to understand and use.
I had a brother ads 1000w previously but I simply couldn’t stand the constant recurring paper jams.
I do basic document scaring, with 200dpi image quality is great, and the profile setting is very useful, I can setting and use display hot key to scan different format and setting.
Recently I have upgraded my laptop to windows 10, and the scanning software crashed. So I call the manufacturer tech support, the support was very helpful, after the new driver install, the problem was resolve.
Have not had a lot of time to use but what I have done I am very pleased

I like the fact that it compact and very fast.
I am a bookkeeper and have to make copies of 100+ checks every week. This has saved me over half an hour of standing at the copier. Checks are scanned in less than a couple minutes. So simple and straightforward to use. Love the small footprint. Life changer!
The scan image quality is high, it’s a small footprint but it’s made very well, scans both sides at once, can ignore blank pages and auto crop with different size scan document. If you don’t have lots budget, this scanner will suit for you
