Some weights are really sore to hold (especially the metal ones) but these are perfect. They do not hurt my hands at all and are very durable. Good weights, neoprene is good to grip and clean after use. Also by comparison to the cheaper weights I looked at, they were too big but with smaller handles.

Bought 2 x 5kg and they’re ideal – I have quite small hands and I’m able to hold these comfortably to do the exercises. Had bought a pair prior to these and had to return them because I couldn’t grip them well enough so really pleased with these. Would recommend.

I’ve been doing an online exercise class and these are perfect for a step up from the tins of beans I’ve been using so far! They have a great texture so they are non slip and are comfy and easy to hold. Great for a beginner like me.

Perfect for toning
These dumbbells are perfect for toning your arms, shoulders and torso. They were a little heavy initially but am building up repetitions slowly and am very pleased with them. The design is comfortable to hold and would recommend them to others.

They are perfect for the budding home gym/someone trying to get some underlying strength back so you don’t flop into the gym in a few weeks like wet noodle. They don’t smudge to scratch or stain easy. A quick wipe with a cloth every now and then and they stay lookin like brand new.

Simple weights that go well with Pilates
As a new Pilates convert I needed some simple weights to go with the bends and stretches. These weights are just the ticket. They are simple, don’t slip, even not bad looking! I am happy.

Cost! Taking advantage of peoples misery in a pandemic with a 50% price hike is always risky and I’m sure will come back to haunt these companies one day! Over priced is an understatement! Good product but not value god money!

I purchased the set of three with stand, in December 2019 at a cost of 33.99. I specifically bought them as a set as I wanted the stand, to help with storing them. However, the stand was incredibly flimsy to the point it’s unstable and you can easily topple it over with a light touch of a finger. So it’s actually dangerous as I have two young children and a dog. I had a stand for a previous set of weights I had that was sturdy so I don’t understand why they made such a flimsy product to hold weights! So, I don’t even use the stand. Here’s a goodie at a decent price.
Colours were fine, was worried having seen some reviews, but it’s a weight not a necklace.
Haven’t weighed them but they feel incrementally heavier, as hoped. Stands fine but we don’t use it. Finish it decent, I haven’t paid the earth but I got what I wanted.

I had been using 2 x 2pint plastic milk bottles filled with water. These weights are much better – they’re SO much easier to hold, they don’t leak water and they’re heavier so a better work out. Also they stand up so easier to store.
Good quality weights (2 x 10kg)
I was very impressed with these dumbells. The covering is comfortable to hold. It has a seam but this is rounded with no sharp edges. The ends are round but there are a couple of flats to prevent them rolling.

I’ve been using these dumbells for more than 3 years (see photo for the 3kg one) and they still look great. Doesn’t slip, doesn’t cause callous on your hans and it doesn’t roll over when stored.

What it says on the box
Not much to say about my weights. If I’m correct, it’s iron or steel coated in plastic? It’s easy to hold even when really sweaty. Perfect for beginnners. Hexagonal shape to dumbells means they don’t roll all over the place either, but be careful if you leave them on the floor or you’ll stub your toe like me! I also like the colours of my blue 4kg weights.
Strong smell!!
These have a very strong smell which I’m not happy about. I left them outside to get rid off smell… Will see. If I knew about it I would never buy them!

Great set and having already got the 2kg set I decided to go up to the next weight. They haven’t disappointed and so easy to grip and hold. Love them and won’t buy anything else but this sort if I need to go up again!

Great dumbbells
Happy with these – I’m not a beginner to using dumbbells but there are exercises I simply cannot do with heavier dumbbells I own (lateral raises urgh). These were a good purchase, they’re easy to use, grip and are good quality.
Reall nice dumbells
Bought to help me get back into weight after having a baby. Really like the design. They are good grip (I am used to metal & rubber weights but like these better). Only downside is they seem to get marked easily.
Great set of 2kg weights
The weights are really good and easy to hold and use. I have used them quite a bit for a legs, bums and tums class I do and also on my own. The only thing I wish I could change was the colour as I’m not a big fan of lime green but other than that they’re great!
Suitable for me
These do what they say on the tin. I fail to see why these are called “ladies & kids” weights. My husband has used them without spontaneously combusting or needing much instruction. Suitable for men too…

Advertising needs to be cleare
Nothing wrong with the product only when purchasing I didn’t realise the size as I went by the picture so the weight is to heavy for me to use!
Change 1KG pink coloured weight to orange or another colour!
I was really surprised by these. As a guy who’s just starting out with lifting weights I wanted to gain some muscle before I properly started at the gym. These weights are easy to hold, look nice and come with a sufficient stand to mount them. However, my only ‘issue’ is personally I wished the 1kg didn’t just come in pink. Some guys may like pick – I don’t. Think it’s unfair these seem to be more tailored towards females. You could easily make the option to turn the pink 1KG weights to orange or yellow or.
Good little weights
Bought these for my teenage daughter and she likes them. I’m not sure about the finish on them…feels a little soft and for that reason I market them down a little, but still a good product.
Great quality
Worth paying a little bit more for this product. There are cheaper dumbbells around, but you simply get what you pay for. Easy to hold, good grip and highly recommended. I’ve bought a pair of 4kg and 5kg which I’m very happy with. My daughter has the 1.5kg and 2kg in a different brand which are not as good – the grip is not as good and feels a bit slippery.

Saves going to the gym for some resistance exercises. Can get similar elsewhere a bit cheaper but these are said to be coated iron so should be no chance of breaking unlike those of concrete structure. Good range of weights and different colours . These are 3KG and they weigh just over at 3KG plus 100 grms with a few grms variation between the two but no problem.

Very good quality. I have bought the Green 2x 2kg in July 2019 and earlier, the Grey 2x 5kg in August 2017. No complaints at all – very well made, does not feel abrasive.

Decent little weights
I’ve been taking these to cardio classes for quite some time and they’re still in good condition, no tears to the outer skin. Comfortable to hold, easy to grip. Pleased with my purchase.

I bought one set of 2x4kg dumbbell weight. The product was delivered promptly. It is of good quality, nice colour and comfortable to hold. I use them regularly at home to strengthen my arms and shoulders, and hopefully to build a stronger core muscles. I will buy another set of different weight.
Value for money
I bought the 3kgs dumbbells about a month ago – they’ve been well used by myself & my son – so much so that we’re nearly ready to move up to the next size! Dumbbells are comfortable to hold, and the 3kgs are one of my fave colours – I see most sizes are attractive colours (I mention this if like me, you’re not storing them in a cupboard, so are visible in a room). They seem very well made, so great value for money.

Comfortable to grip, useful for working out at home however they felt heavier than 3kg so I weighed them and they were 3.5 kg so they’re heavier than advertised but not an issue for me

I love neoprene weights because not only do they look better to me, they’re also a lot easier to grip. They match the previous set I had too so I can keep them all together.

Very comfortable
Highly recommended. It’s very comfortable to use, much better than the metal ones which hurt your hands. The obvious downside is that the weight is not adjustable so I’d recommend buying adjustable ones (even though they’re not as comfortable) or you’ll have to buy a set of these neoprone ones (but that’s more expensive)

You could boil them up and try to eat them. Or manage you time and spend 20 minutes every couple of hours working the biceps and forearms whilst watching the tele or counting the Gold Fish or reading a book or sitting on the loo. Then by stretching them out in front of you for 20 seconds and then to shoulder height both left and right for 20 seconds then as high as they will go for 20 seconds the lactic acid will drain away and your golfing partner will be very impressed with how far you can suddenly hit a golf ball to. Great Dumbbells
I purchased these for toning and improving the strength of my arms. To clarify any confusion from previous questions/reviews, the weight marked on the dumbbells is for each one, not the pair. They are easy to grip and are certainly having the desired effect.

I wasn’t sure what weight to go for so writing this review to say that the 2kg weights that I picked are working really well. They are just heavy enough to make the workout feel like it is doing something, but not so heavy that I give up on the whole enterprise because it is too hard! I would definitely say these are a good pick if you are a girl just starting out.

3kg pair - seem to be nice quality
Collected today and well packed so in good new condition. Good product. The neoprene is comfortable with a good grip. Was maybe a little optimistic in going for the 3kg ones, am a bit of a wimp for the weight but will persevere. Daft to say for dumbbells but the green is a v nice colour. Very pleased with them.
Fantastic buy
I cannot stress enough how good a quality these dumbbells are! 3kg and 1kg weights are excellent. I love that they are ridged so the don’t roll when on the floor. They are comfortable to hold. Great for working out at home.
Very comfortable to hold
Decent size. Comfortable and soft enough, that if you accidentally bang them on furniture (which an idiot like me does often) there is no damage to the table or the weights.
4/5 only because of some minor manufacturing defects being left on the product. It looks like the Neoprene coating isn’t being cleaned up, as lining on the handles have notable bumps and lines running through it.
If those were cleaned up it would be a 5/5 but i’m happy to keep using these guys as is. Not too much of an issue.
great dumbbells but confusing weight descriptio
I bought the 1 kg (pink) dumbbells thinking that they were 0.5 kg each like 1 kg for the pair, but they are actually 1 kg each making them 2 Kg for the pair. Apart from that great product with an easy washable neoprene coating and grippy texture. I also bought the 2 Kg pair which are 2 Kg each dumbbell, which i need not have bought if i had know the correct weights of the 1 Kg pair.

Bought these to increase my upper body strength as advised by my doctor to help with my osteoporosis. Very easy and soft to handle. May add to the collection as my strength improves.
Heavy!
These weights are covered in a material that makes them comfortable to use, and I happily recommend them to other users. But I found them quite a step up from the 5kg ones I was using before, and I pulled a muscle (or something). So I recommend taking it fairly gently for the first few weeks if you are making a similar sort of jump up in weight.
My husband’s physio has been working on a shoulder problem for several months, and recently started him working with weights. He’s now been discharged, but it was recommended that he continue using weights, so we bought these. They are used every day, and my husband is already seeing an improvement in his shoulder mobility and upper arm strength. I expect we will be looking to buy the next weight up in due course, and will certainly buy the same ones. The grip is secure with no slippage, and they are excellent value for money. I’ve now started to use them as well, and for a small woman of advancing years, they are ideal.

I bought these as a gift. They are what they are. They are comfortable to hold and the neoprene grip requires less hand strength than the equivalent iron dumbell. They do not feel or look like a cheap knock off. The little flat edge stops them rolling around. Different colours mean you can look at different sets and immediately know what weight you are looking at. Downside is the weight is fixed, but if you can afford and need mutliple sets these appear nice to use.

These dumbbells have a really nice feel / really comfortable grip. Great colour and photo is accurate representation for the 3kg I purchased. I’ve found previously that other cheaper brands have an unpleasant plastic smell and/or the grip can feel uncomfortable or sticky. These are definitely much better quality, comfortable to use, no strong toxic plastic smell and I would definitely recommend them

Both good items. Easy to grip and don’t roll. Attractive too, though would prefer not to have the proiron logo as prominent as it is.
Great for home workouts
Bought these for myself for doing cardiovascular, strengthening, and toning exercises at home. These dumbbells were just what I was looking for. Easy to grip and store. I bought the 3kg and 4kg weights which were ideal for me.
I got a pair of the 5kg dumbbell’s to have as a warm up set before my workout. So I have now used them for a few workouts now and have to say they do the job well. The quality of them of the dumbbell’s was great, not once when using them did I feel like they uncomfortable or would be easily dropped.
The weight of the dumbbell’s was well distributed and felt great in the hands. Overall this was a great buy that does the job well. I would defiantly recommend buying this if you are looking for a light and and comfortable weight.

Excellent grip even when sweaty and stay put on a wooden floor. I’m 33 & haven’t been the gym for 3+ years since having 2 kids so the 4kgs are great for me at home. Heavy enough to be hard work for the last few reps but not too heavy to get through a session.
These are great. I bought a cheaper pair of 4kg weights but the middle was so thick, they are difficult to hold. These, on the other hand are perfect. Bought for my Body Pump class & they do the job well.
