You have to figure out by yourself to install or with their videos installation.

    After that it works

    Amazing

I have bought two of these smart automated curtains, one extra long and one regular size and both worked great and I had no problems with it. Assembly took me some time especially first time around but they have lots of instructional videos with details. Great value for money, definitely recommend. 5 stars

I am satisfied. Not total silent but it doesn’t disturb when it operates. For someone moderately skilfull it is easy to assembly, there is just a bit mess in available video instructions.
    Minus one star because
    – when it disconets from power, it doesn’t remember open/closed positions, so you need to reprogram them.
    – there are provided 5 mounting brackets, however I suppose that 6 has to be suplied to fulifll requirement – have one bracket near every side and near every connector. It is 2 on each side and 2 for 2 connectors.

    Leider keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung vorhanden.
    Mit etwas geschickt trotzdem machbar.

Ansonsten tolles Feature aus hochwertigem Material

Very quiet. Worked best when I gave it as much slack as possible if curtains were tight when closing it seemed to do a little back up after closing

    Quoya Smart Curtains System

We needed a curtain system in our new home to separate the living room lounge from the dining room where we’ve set up the bedroom to accommodate my disability needs. The nice contractors who came out installed this Quoya system and we’ve been very happy with it. The system was super easy to pair to Alexa and she understands “open curtains” and “close curtains”. There are dozens of clear instruction videos online for any question you might have about the system. I can highly recommend it!

Works as advertised. What I really like is that we can program the device to open and close at specific times of the day. When the direct son is shining on the curtains, I program it to be closed, but when the sun moves away, I set it to automatically open to 50% open. It can also be controlled by my smartphone with my other smart devices.

Install was straight forward..thanks to the video after scanning the QR code in the instructions. . App installed and linked flawlessly and cool feature in having them open/close at sunset and sunrise.if you like that. Or you can decide the timings, or no timing at all. Includes remote too, if my phone isn’t nearby

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis product exceeded my expectations. It was a little expensive and slightly complicated to put together, but It is also well thought out. There are videos available for all areas of installation and they easily walk you through the installation procedures. I followed the videos and had no problems, however, make sure you watch the correct video for what you want to do. I wanted my curtains to open one way and watched the split way opening video and it wasn’t until I cut the belt did I realize I was wrong. I contacted the company and they had me order another belt and they would refund the money. Incredible service! Anyway its up and working and is set to open at sunrise and close at sunset. I never hear it do its thing but its just opened or closed when I want it. Awesome!

The directions were super clear. Actual installation was hard (because of the height and because my stud finder was not super) but oh so worth it!!
Overall amazing quality for the price. I would recommend this to anyone!

Having originally installed a Quoya curtain track in the bedroom we decided to add an automated track to the lounge.

The kit is very well designed and manufactured comes with everything that is needed and is very easy to install.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAfter a bad purchase a few years back, I was reluctant to try a remote control curtain again.

I finally broke down and ordered this one, it was a lot more than the last one, but wow, this one is as smooth as silk and works flawlessly.

Putting it together is a little challenge…..the paper directions are difficult, so I went to youtube and found a video that was EXTREMELY helpful. I literally placed my iPad beside the curtain rod and played it section by section.

Its really a learning curve, I doubt I will need to read instructions a second time, but if you buy this be sure to look for this model on youtube.

Shame on the manufacturer for not providing a better video, but what they do have is good enough to get you by and there are others too.

Once its setup its a dream! Some have complained about an “industrial look, but I dont know what they could do to hide the mechanical.

To solve this, I simply built a 10” valance across it to hide the rod, so all you see are the curtains.

I have not hooked up the wifi, not keen on letting a chinese company tap into my wifi to operate it automatically. NIce feature but until I understand the security risks I’ll leave it remote control only.

This curtain rod reestablished my faith in remote control rods….WELL worth the purchase price

So far, I’ve gotten 2 because I loved the first one so much. Easy to install, works great. I had some issues with programming the timer on the app, tech support called me the same day I reported the issue and helped me fix it. I will be ordering 2 more

I loved the rods once I had them assembled and installed and they work great with Alex, but the installation instructions were terrible! The QR code provided didn’t lead to anything meaningful. I had to search YouTube for videos and when I found them, the installers hands blocked half of what I needed to see.

Bought to replace an obsolete automated curtain track ad such a massive improvement. Installed in less than 3 hours and so quiet in operation. Very solid product. Best instructions come from the online videos.
Only issue I had was with installing the software for timer, but this was mainly down to my broadband settings.

Had my handyman install this for me after ready reviews of difficult installation. We had to saw one of the pieces in half to fit to the end of the bay window as the pieces provided were too small.

EDIT [fixed this: if your curtains are getting stuck on the curve adjust the end pieces (the thing that the motor sits on on one side) by unscrewing the silver plate and pulling it only a mm outwards, test opening then screw back when it works]Sometimes it gets stuck on the curve when closing, although works well with the remote and Alexa.

The motor hanging in thin air is abit of a design overlook, so is the naked steel frames and rivets.

Overall pleased with this item and had plenty of compliments

I did a lot of searching, and reading for a smart curtain. I landed on this one because it can pair without a hub, and it has so many other great reviews. Setting up was a bit time consuming, I recommend watching the installation videos entirely before trying to piece it together. We ran into issues connecting it to our devices, but customer service was prompt and solved my issue in less than 5 minutes!

I have just installed 3 sets of the QL500 curtain tracks for my wheelchair bound sister: one at 5.2 metres and two at 2.4 metres. The installation went very well and indeed, the tracks worked as shown in the advertising video. Both I and my sister are exceedingly pleased with them;. she can now open and close the curtains from her wheelchair and not have to rely on anyone else to do it for her.
The curtains on the 5.2 metre track weighed a total of 18 Kg and so far the motor is opening and closing them very smoothly. For tighter pleating of the curtain header, a pack of extra track hooks were necessary. Great product and I had excellent response from the support team when I needed it. The videos’ were also a great help.
