I bought this for my husband as a present for his growing watch collection. I really like the drawer so he can keep other stuff or the watch when he’s too lazy to put it back. The only con as others have mentioned is the lock came broken. Not something he cared about so we ended it up keeping it. If locking is a functionality you care about I would not recommend.
It is very sturdy, and the pillows are of a size that fixes the watch in size
Very nice watch box. Comes with little keys to lock the display glass. I could fit big or small watches in there without issue. I’m not great with leather or stitching but it feels pretty good and the drawer has a nice felt touch to it. Good for throwing some NATO straps and watch parts in there.

Having always bought cheap Chinese 6 slot boxes where my large watches barely fit and the stitching and perspex come undone and unglued after a few months, I decided to splash out! This box is superb in looks, feel and craftsmanship and it won’t be falling apart any time soon. Plenty big enough for even my Citizen EcoZilla!
I bought this product with a little apprehension. Once I received it, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality for the money. The lock isn’t the greatest and I do not use it because I can’t reliably lock and unlock without fumbling around with it. Other than that, I love this product.
I hesitated before buying the watch box because I thought it was too expensive. I’m glad I did, the quality is awesome making it a great value for the price.

Lock mechanism/decorative surround broke off 2 days after returns period. Only been careful operated a handful of times before doing so. Nice box otherwise but looks terrible already and does not function as required.
But only thing wrong is when you want to lock it it doesn’t lock with key
Really elegant and well built watch box for the price! Its worth every penny, the locking feature comes in handy if you want to keep your siblings or kids away from your toys. The drawer is also a really useful feature for storing accessories like cloths, watch bracelets/bands or even more watches. Really good purchase and would recommend this to anyone.
This is basically a AA quality clone of a Wolf box. You get that cool modern look without paying a fortune and it does the job well. I wish the drawer were a little taller to accommodate sunglasses. Great box. Travel case is OK, not nearly as nice as the box.

This is a great box. First impressions are that it’s good quality. The spacing between the watches is slightly more then my first box so the watches don’t touch and scratch. The tray below is a very useful addition. Highly recommended.

Pour le produit : superbe coffret, bonne qualit. Pratique et esthtique. Mise en valeur des montres et visuel russi. Bref, je verrais dans le temps si il n’y a pas de souci sur le plan des matriaux mais moins de jouer au rugby avec^^ je ne le crois pas.
De fait, si mon coffret se fait trop petit un jour, je prends le mme (mais en noir et rouge pour changer).
Exactly what I wanted. It has the looks with the finish and is practical.
The case is very well put together and looks and works beautiful..except for the lock. Both this one and the replacement have a latch that is completely stripped with the wood in the lid. So when you lock the case, the lid lifts up with the latch remaining in the lock. Shame.
I looked for ages for the perfect Watch case that wasn’t ridiculously expensive – this case is lovely – my partner was very happy.
Very well made and active watch display box, wouldn’t work as travel box as to big and bulky.

Sehr schne und elegante Uhrenbox. Die Kissen passen absolut perfekt zum Umspannen der Uhren ab 17 cm Armband- bzw. Handgelenkumfang. Wer kleiner trgt, braucht eher flexible Kissen. Die Kissen haben eine Art Wildlederbezug, das ist schner als Glattleder- oder gar Textilkissen. Haltbarkeit wird sich zeigen, bisher bin ich aber zufrieden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich htte mir echte Scharniere am Deckel gewnscht.
I ordered one and it came scratched with the locking mechanism broke and missing. They replaced it and it looks in good shape, but the male part of the lock is stripped making the lock useless. I bought this because it matched another item from this company and that item I am very impressed with. Not sure where to go from here. After them seeing this review they immediately rectified the problem. Great customer service. Thank you

Fr mich ist das eine extrem edle und sehr ansehbare Uhrenbox bei der sogar noch ein extrafach Platz findet.
Nicht zu teuer, hbsch, stylischer Schwarz Rot Look, hochwertig aufgebaut und verarbeitet.
Was will mann mehr?
Hrt auf rumzuheulen und dankt dem hersteller fr seine Leistung.

Je l’ai achet en octobre 2021 et je trouve qu’au premier abord, elle est gniale.
Les finitions sont top, elle fait vraiment super classe. Les montres ne bougent pas dans la bote.
Clairement, si on veut un bel crin, je recommande.
Toutefois, j’ai trouv un dfaut : j’ai la bote en rouge et les coussinets rouges dteignent sur les bracelets. Bien sr, sur l’intrieur donc a ne se voit pas quand on porte la montre. Mais j’ai une Gshock transparente qui du coup est devenue rose.
Donc je recommande mais viter avec des bracelets clairs ou encore si l’intrieur de vos bracelets vous importe.

I was looking for a decent storage box for my half dozen watches when I came across the Rothwell. At nearly half the price of the 5 slot Wolf watchbox I’d been looking at I decided to order the Rothwell from Amazon and send it back if it wasn’t up to scratch. When unbowed, I was pleasantly surprised, it is quite large, with plenty of space to store the six watches. The large draw underneath is also very useful with some smaller compartments for cufflinks, spring bars etc, and a larger compartment for spare straps or sunglasses. The box is heavy and on the whole, very well finished. The only thing that was dissapointing was the small chrome handle had not been filled and is not level. I didn’t know I was OCD…
I’ve not seen the Wolf box, I’m sure it’s very nice, but at nearly half the price, the convenient draw, an extra storage slot and quite well made, I am very pleased. Recommended, but check your drawer handle is level!
The leather feels nice, and the glasslike plastic is decent for the price. Not all watches fit great but minimal issues. The lock was a bit tough to figure out but it works. The bottom drawer has a nice texture inside, but doesn’t pull out super smoothly.
For the price this thing has a very nice build quality and finish to it. The seems of the PU leather are nice and tucked away and the fake suede has a decent feel to it for protecting watches. The glass is acrylic, so I definitely wouldn’t go putting anything sharp/hard that would scratch it on top but I have peace of mind knowing I won’t shatter it by dropping the lid a bit too hard. Definitely not a travel case though, it’s a heavy wood MDF display box (just clarifying since Amazon asked for a travel rating).
My only issue which kept this from being 5 stars was the locking mechanism. A bit gimmicky for security purposes unless you’re just trying to keep kids away from your stuff. The locking pin (see photos) was aligned properly to let me lock the box. The pin itself is simply screwed into a small hole in the MDF so a little tug with some force managed to strip it ) hence the lack of security. I realigned the pin properly and used some super glue to lock it in place. I wasn’t expecting high quality metal hardware but they should at least check if the key turns in the lock.
Overall, very happy with the purchase. Holds my whole modest collection including my larger Garmin easily and the added storage drawer is handy for my extra watch straps/hardware/tools.
For the price, I couldn’t find anything better.
Good quality and beautiful, my watches fit in a good space between each other and the drawer fits a lot of straps.
If my collection grows, I’ll definitely get the same box with 12 slots.
I gave it 1 star. Just like one of the other reviewers on here, the locking pin that is supposed to keep the top cover locked fell out after simply locking the box and trying to open the lid with minimal force. I am requesting a replacement and will update my review once I receive it and test it. I am pretty disappointed with the quality for the price so far. Buyer beware.
Update – seller contacted me personally and apologized. He said they had a batch of defective units which have since been updated. The new one I received has no issue. Changing to 4 stars. Thank you.
La scatola contiene 6 orologi, ha un cassettino per collanine e braccialetti e degli scomparti per gli anelli o altri gioielli.
Di buona fattura, con il vetro a mostrare gli orologi risulta molto gradevole. La pelle un p “sottile”, abbassando un p a mio parere la sensazione di qualit dell’oggetto, se fosse realizzata in solo legno penso sarebbe ancora pi elegante. Attenzione a mettere i feltrini sotto, perch il velluto rosso macchia dove viene appoggiata.
Nel complesso prodotto pi che discreto.
The article is exactly what I wanted. I have bought it as a Christmas gift and it would have been absolutely perfect if it was not for the greasy mark on the lid of the presentation box in which it arrived. If it was not so close to Christmas I would have returned it and asked for a replacement.
My wife got me the watch box for my birthday, and I couldn’t have been happier or more surprised. I’ve always loved watches and everything about them, and she knows it, so I guess I shouldn’t have been that surprised. But I was! I highly recommend this watch box for its rugged beauty and utility. You won’t be disappointed whether for yourself or someone special!
J’ai enfin trouv la bote montre parfaite, un prix un peu lev mais a en vaut largement la peine, les montres son bien mis en valeur elle ne risque pas de ce toucher grce l’espace entre chaque slot.
Le tiroir est bien fichu aussi, 1 gros emplacement pour y mettre vos bracelet de montre et 3 petit compartiment pour de plus petite pices, bague, anneaux, maillons de bracelet acier, outils de dmontage ect
L’option de pouvoir verrouill la vitrine est plus gadget qu’une vrai scurit mais elle empchera au moin vos enfants de jou avec vos tocante
(attention seul la vitrine ce verrouille, pas le tiroir)
En bref ce n’est pas une simple bote montres mais une vritable bote bijoux pour homme ou pour femme amatrice de montres.
Box sieht super aus, Verarbeitung ist auch gut. Fr den Preis nur zu empfehlen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Schloss bzw der Schlssel. Dieser passt zwar ins Schloss, steckt dort aber schief drin, sieht komisch aus ja, aber das Schloss schliet nichtsdestotrotz, auch wenn nicht so wie gewohnt. Dennoch kein Abzugsgrund, da ich keinen Grund sehe, die Box erstens abzusperren, noch den Schlssel stecken zu lassen. Wer die Uhren will, nimmt die Box 😉
Ordered this item for my son’s 18th birthday, he loves it and my husband wants one too.
I have a small collection with alot of accessories and this box was perfect for my needs. It arrived same day via prime and the packaging and quality along with the overall aesthetic is great. It’s not inexpensive at almost ninety dollars after taxes, but for me it’s worth it as I have a lovely display for my watches along with compartments for my accessories. I would recommend this product for anyone with a small but meaningful collection.
***Update 3 months in, nothing negative to report, quality of the fit and finish has stayed the same. Very happy still!
Was looking for a nice glass top case to keep my daily rotation in and in the end, I’m happy with my purchase. Out of the box, it looks great and feels sturdy. There is plenty of clearance on the sides and above for the largest of my watches, and no exposed metal hinges to worry about. The large pull out drawer is nice for watch bands and other pocket gear. I think the metal work gives away that this is a more budget friendly “luxury” watch box, though. My drawer handle is slightly crooked and I don’t intend to risk trying out the lock and key. Mine also arrived missing a watch pillow, which was replaced super fast with friendly communication and no hassle. QC issues aside, I love the design and aesthetic and it’s highly functional for its purpose. It looks great on my dresser and I do think it’s a pretty good value for the price.
I ordered this watch box several months ago and absolutely love it. Even the packaging that the product comes in, is beautiful and high quality similar to the product itself. The watch pillows are very plush and fits my watches perfectly. Even months months later, the watch box and travel case look just as good as day one.
It is heavy, feels solid but the hinges of the glass cover are VERY loose, hope it lasts long. Also cloth and fabric have some glue defects. Overall, it’s an elegant box to hold your watches tight and secure, might expect minor defects but I’m kind of okay with it. Thanks.
Note: Drawer is way bigger than expected and capable of securing lots of accessories, I like it.
The best watch box I have purchased to date. Item is well made, very pleasing to the eye, and if you have larger watches such as those in the 50mm range, this box will definitely accommodate them. I contemplated purchasing the WOLF watch box, then I found this box and let me tell you I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest! Amazing display of craftmanship and truthfully I am EXTREMELY surprised by the quality of this box for the money. The packaging was superb and this box would make a great gift for the watch connoisseur or someone just starting to collect. The pull out drawer is a nice bonus – great for storing straps, tools and loupes.
My wrists are small (6.75) and I had some trouble sourcing a box and pillows that would fit my watch bracelets comfortably without overstretching the bracelet and/or completely compressing the pillows. This set was PERFECT – Bracelets just seem right at home on the pillows and the pillows fit perfectly with a little friction to allow the pillows to stay in the correct upright position in the box.
The finish on the box is perfect. The stitching is tight and neat. The stitching color is tone on tone – which I think gives it a nice minimal vibe. Bottom of the box has a nice velvety material which keeps its from scratching or sliding. Who-ever designed this box deserves an award!
In my opinion this is the best value watch box on amazon. Don’t take my word for it, order one for yourself!
Ideal dresser valet for a watch collector as you can put six watches in this and lower tray has one large open compartment that can fit pens, wallet etc; anything that a man might have in his pockets! Smartly sized flexible watch cushions. The lid does not have those silly side hinges that most of these boxes seem to have that are more decorative than functional and usually fall apart. Good design in a small footprint.
The only drawback is the silly key; useless function. They should put a knob on the lid instead!
LIKES… Handsome and luxurious display case. Precision build, good heft… made with quality materials. The drawer is a wonderful touch “practical & functional… will hold additional watch bands, bracelets, rings most types of sunglasses”. I’ve purchased two of the same box for my high end and mid-level men’s watches. Both cases were delivered in a handsome outer protective box with key and inner protective wrapping. The protective outer box also designed for outer tilting front side for easy access.
Note: This is not a travel case in my opinion.
Dislikes… Zero dislikes. The display case is exceptional in every aspect and works wonderfully for protection, presentation and/or display… exactly as it is supposed to do.
I bought the case because of the dual storage options. I was looking to hold watches in the upper and put cufflinks or tie clips in the storage portion on the lower. The box looks high quality, aesthetically pleasing, and can definitely elevate how your watches look.
However I had to return it because it was simply too large. I was looking for something more compact and easy to bring around if needed. But if you are looking for a solid watch box that can store a lot, this is definitely worth the price.
I wanted to take a moment and say that I’m beyond pleased with the purchase of the watch box by Rothwell. The box has great quality and texture and I was even more pleased with the firm and sternness of the glass covering. To be able to lock and secure my keepsakes and valuables has been a priority for me, because often times I misplace items. But I can certainly say I am very glad to have explored many options for a watch and keepsake box but I’m happy I decided on Rothwell!
