Was hesitant. But works perfect on the beach. So handy. I love it.

Worth the money.
I bought this wagon to carry around equipment. For the most part, I am very happy with the wagon. The carrying capacity of the wagon is good and it stores down to a decent size.
The one issue I had was with the locking nut for the wheels, which caused one of the nuts to come off taking the wheel with it
Timber ridge have since contacted me and offered 10 refund, so I am able to order replacement parts, which I have accepted, as I do believe the product is fundamentally good.
In my original review, I gave 3 star. I have now added an extra star for the good customer service they provided.
The only think I suggest is when you first received the product, do check that the nuts and bolts are secure on the wheels.
This is such a useful piece of equipment for so many different activities. We use it for transporting the paddleboard and all the bits and pieces that go with it from the caravan to the beach. It folds up very compactly so is easy to store.
I’ve seen a lot of expensive wagons aimed at children and couldn’t justify the price. This was perfect for a day out today. My little girl loved sitting in it and had space to do her colouring in and puzzles. It’s quite large when it’s down and has lots of useful pockets. It folds up small enough to fit easily into the boot with space left over. Great product.

There were cheaper ones but at short notice I needed this and I’m glad I got it. It changed my camping experience and made everything so much easier for me. I felt extremely smug trundling along at my festival with all my things in the cart. Sturdy and pack’s away easily.
Took this to Boomtown festival, which is notorious for the huge hills and rough terrain- it copes brilliantly, even with 80kg of weight in it. Using bungee cords to support the load, we managed to fit a 6 man tent, a 2 man tent, 4 crates of lager, 3 sleeping bags, 2x 60 litre rucksacks filled to max capacity, 2 camping chairs and camping equipment and it held the weight like a champion. Dragged this things up 5 hills, through snaking queues, tight gaps in fences, over rocks, over sand, over grass, over forest ground covered in sticks, downhill too- it was amazing, and only struggled on the sticks due to the wheels getting stuck sometimes. I was worried when wheeling it over stoned ground covered in large pebbles and rocks, as the wheels were bouncing all over the place, but it didn’t even struggle at all. Took 2 of us to move it, but saved carrying all of that by hand. Great purchase and will use again next year.

Great little product but the actual weight limit is 20 KG less than the advertised limit. At it’s maximum weight, the handle also feels a little flimsy; like it will snap or disconnect from the trolley. If you don’t need to use it near the maximum weight though, this is a great product for the price

It’s very robust and easy to use. It’s a little bit heavier than I expected but that gives it more strength. A great workhorse.

Really impressed with the trolly, took it on hoilday to load all the beach and kids bits in, and it was brilliant. Pulled over the sand nice and easy and the amimount it hilds is good too!
This is a little pricey but totally worth the money! It’s huge and so easy to fold and set up. My 2 year old sits happily in it as he hates his pushchair now. We can also fit in everything you’d need for a day out at the beach. It’s amazing.
Have finally given in to a trolley for camping and am very glad I did. It’s makes life so much easier when you can’t camp next to your car. Seems robust after several uses in fields. Easy to use and good extendable handle. Not yet tested in muddy fields but hoping it will be ok.
So like another reviewer has said, wheel came off on first use! The nut vanished so had to trawl the festival stalls to find another, carrying the trolley with me. Really annoying. Then had to also buy tools to fix and ALL the nuts were lose. After that repair, all was well BUT it’s not as easy to fold now. I suspect some of the frame has buckled. In terms of versatility, it’s really handy for chairs and picnic stuff but it’s pretty heavy. The wheels don’t like grassy terrain. It definitely won’t cope on a beach. Suspect it won’t last long and for over 100, that’s going to be a costly error. Update: today, established, frame has broken away from the base. 180 day warranty included so I’m sending it back. Two repairs carried out now. Not impressed.
sturdy,Got loads in/on it.used Bungee ties too so we could carry more. Easy to pull along and steer. Fitted in the back of my car loaded up. Easy to store when not using it! I would highly recommend this Trolley. Well worth the money for us.
This timber ridgeback was a godsend, managed to put all our stuff for beach in trolley, packs away easily, I bought this one as the wheels looked slightly stronger for the stony beach we’re I live. Very easy to fold up and open out and easy to pull along. Also lighter to pull than I first thought when I unpacked it. Very pleased

It’s festival season and I have admit I was skeptical about this trolley. It’s collapsed small size truly made me feel like it wouldn’t be capable but I was dead wrong.
As I stated it is a fraction of the size when collapsed and when fully opened it can carry some serious bulky items easily. It has become a serious contender for purchase of year for our family simply because of how much more it can carry compared to other trolleys. The adjustable handle length means that short or tall people can pull this without tripping over it, there are handy pockets and drink holders on the side. Love this trolley, highly recommend!
Very handy trolley for the beach. Folded out really easily and enough room to store all our stuff plus our 6 year old grandson! He loved being pulled along the road. The only thing to make it perfect would be if there was a brake to stop it rolling when it was being loaded up. Very good value for money and the wheels seem very sturdy too.
I have been using it for over 2 months and its wonderful. No complaints worth every penny.
Really like the size and ease of opening this trolley. The only issue I have found is manoeuvrability when closed, as heavy and difficult to move. Other than that very happy and would recommend.
I got this for the kids and for work
So far we have tested it with 4 kids sitting in it – 3, 4, 6 & 7yrs including a few bags, no issues and easy to pull and turn
Loads of work equipment, which makes it a breeze when unloading and saves me multiple trips
And my 3yo is able to pull it and really happy about that the kids take turns pulling one another along or just loading it up with their own stuff
It’s super easy to fold up and set up, comes with a little bag for storage if you want to. It’s heavy but not really a huge issue, all I have to do is load it into the boot of my car and out again

Bought this to help ferry my drum kit around. Holds a lot and is extremely sturdy. Only docked stars for maneuver ability as only the front wheels can rotate, making navigating corridors tricky
I got this trolley for a camping festival and it was amazing, nice thick wheels that glide well on grass, concrete & mud. Built very sturdy, easy to fold & easy to use. Would recommend
Bought this product as reviews were good based on what I wanted it for. Although more expensive than what I wanted to pay it was the best I could find that had more glowing reviews than negative. Trolley was to be used for transporting chairs, beach tent, etc to beach. Parked on beach car park loaded trolley up and set off to beach which would have been no more than 200 metres in distance. Half way noticed wheel was coming lose but persevered and got it to our spot on beach with wheel barely hanging on. Unloaded trolley and turned it over to find bolt was missing that should hold on wheel. Needless to say wasn’t impressed (understatement) bearing in mind how much I paid for the trolley and it hadn’t got through first trip to beach. I retraced our steps to see if there was any sign of the nut but obviously with it being so small I did not hold up much hope of finding it. Luckily there was a hardware shop in the town so we took the bolt and very helpful man found us some nuts and bolts to match (had to buy packet of 4) although only needed replacement nut. Not a good start to the holiday we had waited 2 years for. I obviously put trolley up when it was delivered to check canvas was ok and the handle, as I had read reviews about problems with them but never thought to check wheels were on correctly. Therefore will never know if nut was intact or missing when it was delivered. Will be more cautious and check thoroughly my purchases in future. Hence why marked down to 4 stars.

Easy to fold out and fold up again, study, can easy withstand the weight of a 22 month old and almost 4 year old plus bags, it literally saved our holiday going to the beach everyday with this. Runs well over rocky terrain and sand, can’t fault it. Seems built to last. Wonderful, highly recommend.
I brought this as I do a lot of decorating works around central London.. its absolutely perfect for getting materials and tools from the van to the job. It’s saved me so much time and effort. It’s solid and easy to move, one improvement I would suggest would be to connect the handle to the wheels so it turns when moving the handle. Would hight recommend this though

Superb bit of kit.
I use it for accessing wild camping sites and canoeing picnics, accessing riverbanks with the picnic stuff for the grandkids. I do a quick nuts and bolts check after each use. Never had any problems.
Very well made and thought out. Great for packing in car for holidays as folds small. Only issue is that straps aren’t quite long enough on bottom of cover to hold in place over trolley. Not a major issue just slightly annoying.
Could have done with one, where the handle moves around along with the wheels. That was our fault with picking the wrong one, not in the trolley. It does all that we need it to do, just a little more awkwardly.
I have used this to go around a zoo, a theme park and the park with toys and blankets. Handy for cool bags and kids when they’ve had enough. Works well on grass, gravel as well as tarmac.
It’s not too wide and when collapsed it is easy to store or chuck in the car.
It’s heavy but then that should be expected, given the use.
We brought to shuttle stuff to and from the beach. What a great buy could fit everything you could possibly want to take with you in it. We even managed to get out 2 year old twins in it when they were shattered at the end of the day. Well worth the money.

This has been one of my best buys…. used it lots in the couple of weeks that we’ve had it.
Great to pull on the beach, even fully loaded…. Great to carry everything to the festival…. Great for lugging 6 peoples swimming stuff to the pool
And the grandkids love it, makes a comfy bed when they’re exhausted from having to much fu
Trolley arrived on time.
Unpacked and was very pleased with everything. Folded up nice and neatly. Easy to fold out to a great size trolley.
Handle looked ok but couldn’t workout how it stayed up in position by clicking on spring buttons as stated. The spring buttons were in completely the wrong place.
Ended up removing buttons, drilling main support and re-fitting. Now works a treat. This was I job I shouldn’t have to do. If we didn’t need the trolley this week I would of sent it back but didn’t want the hassle.

I don’t think I’d get a job demonstrating how simple it is to fold and unfold but that’s probably more me being a bit of crumbly that the fault of the unit.
Don’t try to push it or you’ll soon be cursing. Probably not easy to maneuver indoors either but for dragging your stuff from your car for a few hundred yards is easy enough and a lot easier than carrying it.
