I bought this for my daughter who’d commented on how easy my own Tineco vacuum cleaner is to use and how light it is. In fact, I think this one is an upgrade on mine as you can download an app which tells you when the filter needs cleaning and when the cleaner needs to be emptied. My daughter has two small children and uses it everyday. She really likes it and as such I’m very happy with the purchase.

Good for the price and I especially enjoyed the amount of components included (master version), for instance the 2 brushes and 2 batteries.
A little bit heavier than I expected and the suction isn’t as strong as I’d like, I couldn’t remove the sand from the car’s carpet, for example.
But I’d still recommend the product.

Very good and lightweight vacuum. Handy having and the extra battery.

Great value for money and performs really well, I just wish you didn’t need to select the power ratings each time you squeeze the trigger.

Wanted to buy a cordless vac for a long time. Done lots of research and decided to give this a try after buying Shark’s one. I can only compare it to the one from Shark which was bulky, heavy, uncomfortable to use for upper parts of the house.

When I was unwrapping Tineco I took it out of the box and thought that the battery was not attached, as it was super light, to my surprise battery was attached! Amazing lightness, easy to use on every surface, good suction, very handy to use in the car and very easy to clean!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersNever heard of this make before, always had a shark, we have a mix of wooden floors and carpets in our house, use on full turbo mode for the wooden roof and it seems to stick to the floor does a really good job. And comes with good accessories as well. Easy to put together, just make sure there’s a plug socket near where you put it on the wall as it charges in the holde

I was very pleased with this Vacuum until it developed a fault charging. It was six months out of guarantee but Tineco were very helpful and sent me some new parts which fixed the problem. Best of all they did make any charge for this. I will certainly be happy to buy from them again.

I have been using this Tineco cordless vacuum for two years now and would certainly recommend this product. I was a little apprehensive about purchase to start with having not heard of Tineco in the UK. However the reviews I read were all very favourable so I thought I’d take a chance – particularly as the price was very good compared to competitors.

I have not been disappointed and it really is a great little vacuum! It’s light to use but sturdy. Suction is very good and the MAX button gives a little extra oomph when needed – not that that normal suction is insufficient.

My model came with two batteries both of which are still going strong after two years of daily use.

On the two occasions I’ve had to contact customer services there response has been first class, quick, clear and more than helpful.

I already recommend this to friends and family but would have not hesitation recommending to a wider audience. If you’ve never heard the name or brand Tineco before against the other major vacuum manufacturers then don’t be put off. This vacuum is up with the best of them!

I have previously had Dyson vacuum cleaners and the Tineco performs just as well. The suction is good and it works well on pet hairs ( I have a very fluffy long haired cat). Hair tends not to tangle much around the cleaning head too, which is great. In these aspects the Tineco performs better than the Dyson.
It works well on wooden, lino and carpeted floors, stairs and furniture. It comes with a special head for hard floors but I haven’t used it as the standard head works effectively on everything.
The attachments are good with this particular model, especially the filter cleaning one, which is really effective for cleaning the main filter.
The Tineco is very lightweight – I have joint issues and I find it easy to lift and move around.
I have found that the battery lasts around 30 mins on normal mode or a single boost, which is all that is usually needed. Boosting the power beyond this does however significantly reduce the run time.
The charging port is wall mounted and also contains a docking port for the spare battery which is useful.
    My only negatives are:
There is no option to charge the Tineco via a simple charging cable plugged directly into the unit from the mains. Not really a problem, but a little irritating if you do not wish to have the unit mounted on the wall.
I find opening the clip to empty the main drum and the clips to change the attachments a little stiff. This is however unlikely to be an issue for people without joint problems).

    Edited 23rd & 24th Apr 2022 – see below as appropriate:
Having now had an A11 Master Kit for about 18 months and used it relatively occasionally, and certainly not every day, here are my views & thoughts as it generally works quite well, but with the following reservations:
    – I can hold/use the main body part quite easily but I have quite large hands, and someone with smallish hands might find it difficult to use
    – OTOH, having large hands means that I, very regularly, knock the ON/OFF trigger from ON to OFF! Also, that trigger is on the Left side of the unit and might not be so easy to operate for a left-handed person (I am right-handed).
    – the kit includes various tools including 2 for carpet cleaning, but I really need a smaller & narrower tool without a roller for some jobs – I wonder if there is one available?

Edited 23rd April 2022: ref the above: what I was looking for is what is generally called an upholstery or mattress tool, but Tineco don’t appear to offer one!!!!!- therefore I’m having to get a generic version that I hope to be able to modify to fit the Tineco vac
    Edited 24th Apr 2022:
So, I bought one of these generic Upholstery tools from Amazon https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08DVC8NYD/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1,

Then, this morning I cut slots along the moulding marks on either side of the neck of that tool, and, with a little trimming with a “kraft” knife it then fits perfectly on the inlet of the A11 Master unit. Works well too, with very little obvious “leakage” around the slots or the ends of the neck.

Job done in less than 15mins – but no thanks it has to be said to Tineco, which should have provides a suitable tool in the Accessory Tool Kit!

    – Glad I bought the kit with 2x batteries as they only seem to last about 10-15 mins of intermittent use each if the vac is set to the High Power setting
    – Also, the batteries seem to suffer significant self-discharge if the vac is left unused for more than a week or two, so they often then need to be “topped up” before the vac can be used for any significant period of time.
    – Tineco Service support is pretty good: somehow (I still don’t know how!) l lost the part of the dust-catching system into which the filter fits but that part is not available as a retail spare – but, having contacted the Service guys, they then supplied me with the correct par f.o.c!

PS: I bought the A11 based on reading the reviews of this and other cordless vac on the WHICH website and I think those are reasonably fair, but I don’t remember any mention of the issues that I raised above.

    Not bad, but not brillia

I love my Tineco. I had nearly 18 months of perfect service. I use it for hard floors. All of a sudden it stopped – I was gutted. I read many reviews slating the company that any issues were ignored. We were at February and my 2 yr warranty expired in October. I answered some very straightforward questions and to my utter delight and amazement they replaced the main unit. So I can only report as experienced first class follow up – thank you Tineco Customer service.

Initially I was very impressed, so much so that I bought a second one for upstairs . The first one has needed a new head and a new body, both supplied very quickly and good customer service . However, I now have two more problems, I have messaged Tineco 3 times and they are ignoring me. I use the cleaner daily in 3 rooms to remove pet hair. Yes that’s a lot of use but if the product can’t last more than a year under those conditions, I do not consider it fit for purpose. 300+ quid for a cleaner for a year is not great value .
Further update. I emailed to say I was unhappy and immediately they responded and sent the parts I needed. So all working perfectly again .

This machine works well and for most use cases around the house the lowest suction setting is absolutely fine. It has three speed setting so when you need that extra suction you can just press the button. It does NOT however remember the setting so each time you turn it on it reverts back to the lowest. Which for me is not a problem and saves battery power but I could see how some might get irritated.

My only bug bear is that when I bought the unit this was the list of included items

    1 x Main body and Tube 1 x LED Multi-tasker power brush 1 x LED soft roller power brush 1 x Mini power brush 1 x 2-in-1 dust brush 1 x Soft dust brush 1 x Pre filter cleaning tool 1 x Hair cleaning tool 1 x Crevice nozzle 1 x Flexible extension hose 1 x Multi-angle foldable tube 1 x Flexible long crevice nozzle 2 x Lithium-ion battery with 50 minutes of runtime 1 x Wall-mounted dock 1 x Adapter 1 x Operating Instructions

The flexible hose, the multi-angle tube and the soft dust brush were not included. I raised a case with support and whilst responsive they conveniently acted stupid asking me again what was missing despite me making it VERY clear and subsequently have changed the included item list on the add. How convenient.

Otherwise I would have given the vacuum 5 stars but sorry support is all part of it.

We have cats and a young child and so we needed a good quality, high suction, portable hoover so that we could keep the house clean regularly without the hassle of having to unpack, plug in & pack away our normal bulky hoover every day. We did LOTS of research to make sure we got this along with value for money. We found all this with our Tineco

It also tucks away neatly behind our door!!

We sadly lost parts for it and their customer service were incredible. They replied quickly and set about solving our issue by replacing the parts pronto. Would highly recommended the product for its quality and the customer service that it comes with.

We researched to get the best & we got the best!

When I purchased this vacuum, my wife was skeptical that it would do the job. Our priority was to obtain a cordless, reliable vacuum with good power that would remove the dust + our dog hairs from the floors, furniture and carpets. This Tineco model A11 met our expectations. The additional battery and accessories are a plus. I will never go back to the traditional cord-powered vacuum.

After many years of buying Dyson, I have tried the Tineco and been well pleased with the result. OK so it will be some time before I discover its working life but there are many good features. Best is the on/off lever facility (rather than holding the trigger all the time). Interchangeable batteries very useful – not left waiting on recharge before being able to finish. Filter system, ease of emptying and cleaning, number of useful attachments all excellent, if I was to criticise anything it would be performance along edges. Slightly heavier to use than a Dyson is offset by convenience of the switch. All in all, I am very pleased and hope it provides as long a service as my previous, though given it lesser cost I will give it some leeway! Battery life is good, but I guess they have improved much over recent years.

Overall I was happy with the hoover. Obviously won’t beat a Henry for power but does a good job on hard flooring and carpet, comes with a good amount of different attachments.

Thought I found the one, I was tackling stairs with out cords or wrestling little Henry around the house it was very lightweight and easy to hold with one hand.

But unfortunately 7 months later its dead, for a 350~ hoover I am devastated. I have emailed support hopefully they resolve it soon cause I’m back to the trusty back breaking dustpan and brush.

EDIT: Was sorted same day via email realy helpful and great customer service. After back an forth with just a few email and me sending a video of whats wrong, they sent me a new body. I have already recieved and very happy with the service. Hoping this one lasts maybe I just got unlucky.

Bought this to replace a Dyson Fluffy cordless vacuum cleaner. It is brilliant and so light to use. The LED light really does highlight the amount of fluff etc on the laminate floors on the large motorised heads. We use the mini motorised head a lot to hoover up cat fur on seats and cushions. However, after 7 months of use this mini head it has packed up and can we find where a replacement can be bought – no! We are now comtemplating buying a second hand one to that we have the small head again. Also, the canister fills up very quickly and the filter inside it clogs up and stops it working efficiently. We were lucky by the look of other reviews to have the second battery included. If considering a cordless vacuum maybe look for another make!
UPDATE – Tineco Customer Service contacted me to ask why we were unhappy with our vacuum cleaner. Explained about the mini power brush and that my husband had taken it apart to try to fix the problem but to no avail. Imagine our surprise and delight when Tineco told us that they were going to replace the head and they sent it out once they had our details without delay. Works perfectly. Buy with confidence as Tineco seem a genuine company to deal with and will help with any problems. One very happy customer!

Easy to use, does what it says, comes with different attachments which are easy to change, emptying and cleaning the dustbag is also easy, I had to buy two extra attachments which are not necessary but I wanted them and would have preferred them to be included with the vacuum cleaner. I recommend this Tineco cordless vacuum cleaner, wish I had bought this earlier.

This cleaner is very easy to use. The need to clean it after each use is messy, and the inevitable cloud of dust renders the in-use heap filter rather irrelevant. This may well be a problem with all bagless cleaners. I would recommend it.

Great suction power, so much that I cannot use the max button on the carpets! 🙂 The “headlights” on the multi purpose floor tool are great you can really see all the books and crannies you need to come back to with the tools. And you can come back because the power of the battery is terrific, even better when you have two batteries if you fancy a proper spring clean. My favourite bit is that the on switch can be flicked to stay on, better than a dyson, and the battery release is nowhere new this bit so you don’t have the problem of releasing the battery when you are keeping the vacuum clutched to keep it on. We don’t have stairs so I can’t comment but I imagine it would be great. The suction on the crevice tool was so good that it sucked a piece of loose skirting off and it’s slender enough to get the tools behind bookcases. I was toying with a shark for the anti hair wrap technology but this one barely twists up with hair and comes with a removal tool and a cleaning tool for the filter. It’s a little heavier than my old dyson but the pluses outweigh that slight difference. Totally worth the money and definitely 5 stars.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBrilliant product. Rare I see a product with so much thought into the design, such as how it fits together, how to remove parts for cleaning and general handling. So much thought has been put into ensuring its easy to use and maintain, e.g. fine dust filter can be removed without opening the dust/dirt compartment, and fits into a special cleaning head for quick cleaning. also has a spare filter so while one is in the cleaning head, there is another in the vacuum. just one of many ways in which its well designed.

Battery life is decent, perhaps 20-25 mins per battery & comes with 2 batteries so more than enough for any reasonable sized house.

Lots of attachments and they are all useful.

Dock is solid and provides charging for both the vacuum and the spare battery.

Its also very affordable, relative to the competition, literally half the price, and its of equal or higher quality.

Overall, one of the few items I’ve ever purchased that has surpassed expectations and if anything happened to it not covered by warranty, i would buy another immediately.

Short and rare review of a purchased product – you know I must be impressed!
After destroying several fragile Dyson’s I had enough and looked for an alternative.
While not cheap, this top tier Tineco is a great little vacuum cleaner.
Build quality is excellent, feels robust and solid. All part fit together immaculately and parts and batteries
are easy to replace / remove.
The wall charger can charge 2 batteries at the same time which is a bonus and the bag off accessories provided
is generous, you’ll get everything you can think off and more actually, such as the dust filter cleaning accessory.

Battery life is good, around 12 minutes on turbo mode so pretty decent but extra battery definitely handy.
Suction is comparable to to Dyson – slightly less on paper however pretty close in real life I’d say.

Finally not the cheapest option out there however so far I am happy camper !

So I wanted to give this hoover a little time and lots of use before I left a review. I’ve now had it 3 months so feel like I can give it a pretty honest review.

On arriving I couldn’t believe the amount of attachments that was included. And the hoover itself looks so sleek and expensive. I really wasn’t sure whether to go for this as it’s not a well known brand in comparison to the other 2 models I’d been looking at. But honestly I am so so glad I went for this and not for the more expensive and well known alternatives . The suction power really was a surprise to me as I’d heard that cordless vacuums were pretty poor in comparison to a cord stand up vacuum. But honestly this is absolutely amazing and I’ve found it works well even on our thick pile carpets upstairs. I used to find hoovering a nightmare on thick pile carpet (and pretty back breaking) but this makes it so easy . Stairs are no longer an issue either as there is the small head attachment which works really well. The soft head attachment is fantastic for hardwood floors and honestly my house just feels so much cleaner. I actually enjoy hoovering!! The little dustbin does need emptying after every use and the filter does need cleaning, though that’s easy with the filter cleaning attachment and spare filter. It really doesn’t take long and it definitely effects the suction power if you dont do this.
So delighted with my purchase and I’d absolutely recommend x

Really impressed with this vacuum. It seems to suck up a large amount of surface layer dust from my carpets, more so than the Gtech AirRam which it replaced.

The filter cleaning tool is a great idea and I’m shocked how much fine dust has stuck to the filter after just one vacuuming session.

The range of tools is great, including the flexible tube thing. My only criticism about this vacuum is that it lacks a hard bristled attachment. Tineco, if you’re listening please make a hard bristled car cleaning attachment available. The current upholstery/dusting tool just isn’t firm enough to dig into car seats/floor to remove ingrained dust/dirt. My old Gtech handheld had a really good bristle attachment which worked perfectly. For the time being I’m using the plastic end of the upholstery tool to clean my car and I’m concerned this might damage or wear down the fabric over time.

Having a spare battery on charge is very useful. Most of the time only one battery is needed but it is great to have the spare ready for when needed. It does the basic job of vacuum cleaning very well. I don’t see any need to spend more. More tools that are needed but there is a tool available for any job even if only occasionally needed. Very happy with the choice.

Great product BUT cheated on price by AMAZON’s dynamic pricing who offered the identical product for 55.35 less than I paid 3 days after it was delivered. Spoke to AMAZON Customer Services who would only accept the machine returned & refunded and the opportunity to purchase afresh. Having spent over 1 hour unpacking it and assembling it, and 4 hours charging up the battery and the machine working properly that was no option at all.

The Customer Service rep. repeated the same option 3 times, and would not accept a compromise deal of issuing a voucher for the difference as I purchase a great deal on AMAZON.

Used for main carpets, rugs and carpeted stairs.
Mini roller used for stairs – treads easy but risers awkward. Tilting entry to roller does not tilt far enough. Have to use machine upside down. Previously had an Electrolux corded hand machine which had two positions for access to the roller – excellent for vertical surfaces. In all other respects the Tineco is an excellent machine, easy to handle, good on power and battery life.

It is a great vacuum cleaner. A Pleasure to use it has made vacuuming our carpets and hard floor a pleasure. It is amazingly manoeuvrable, can even do under the beds. It is very light and also I find the headlights very useful or a gloomy day. The batteries do last for the time advertised and for our 3 bedroom bungalow I can complete the cleaning on 1 battery unless I need to use maximum power when I need both. But this is not a problem.

I love this vacuum! It is so lightweight and the amount of attachments are great for use..

An idea would be a little belt with the attachments so u can easily bring them with you for cleaning!

I have carpet and tiles and it is great for both.
I had a miele before and was a bit nervous about how good a cordless would be as my miele was brilliant, but I hated the cord and particularly having to balance it on the stairs.
Having no cord makes life so much easier.

Also as the design is sleek and is a nice colour, I have attached it to my kitchen wall, giving really easy access to it. It is neat and tidy, and the holder being able to hold the vacuum, long pole, and 3 attachments is really handy. I have a dedicated drawer for the remaining ones, as there are so many!!

The batteries do not last very long on max power when doing the carpet. But there are 2. So I am glad I got the more expensive model.
I have an average size 3 bedroom house. 1100 Square feet I think. So I generally run out on the full clean. But I have found a wee trick to extend time. I do the downstairs tiles and then swap the batteries so one is charging while I start the carpet then when it runs out I go back and get the one that is charging. Ut extends the time a bit longer allowing me to finish without having to wait.

As it is so handy i grab it and use it more often than I woukd have even used the brush, so it makes keeping my large cream tiles dirt free! They look so nice, but you see every speck of dirt!

The only small issue I have with it is the friction burn I keep getting when doing a full clean. It gets very sore. I think it is due to the grip design on the handle.
It seems to have little triangles so you have better grip, but the result for me (and this could be because I have quite sensitive skin and it is dry) is that the top part rubs against the bone of my thumb (see pic) and causes a friction burn. Which is very sore!
I think maybe the little triangles wouldn’t need to go up so far and it could be smooth at the top part to stop this. So I have removed a star for that. Need to figure out a hack to attach something to it so stop it happening to me

So handy, lightweight and dare I say.. attractive! Ha!

We really love using this unit for vacuuming both our carpeted floor and laminate. The two batteries give a decent run time of about 40mins (combined). Tough areas can benefit from the turbo mode with excess suction. More than useable range of attachments is a plus. However, after a month of use, a batter has gone dead. On contacting customer care, it has been replaced with a new one. I just hope this was a one time issue and doesn’t reflect the longevity of the product. Still a bit skeptical.

Pretty good all round. Suction is very good, very similar to the Dyson v8 in my estimation (a relative has one). Much cheaper than the Dyson, looks like some borderline copying done by Tineco. I would give 5 stars for value for money.

The machine packs away well against the wall. the tools really need a dedicated space of their own nearby which wasn’t a problem for us.
As a vacuum cleaner it is efficient and powerful enough for all we have asked into do so far. We have used the turbo occasionally but never yet needed the spare battery. Mind you we are not fanatically house. proud and do not have an enormous house.
Overall well pleased and it certainly takes less space then the previous one has no annoying cable to plug in. Quite satisfied.

Just purchased. Decided on this model althought there was one cheaper on Black Friday. Reason being it came with two batteries and extra tools including a brush for hard floors. Impressed with the suction of this hoover and compared to Dyson the price is excellent. Has a handy light on the brushes which illuminates the floor. To be honest there are far too many accessories I probably will not use them all. Weight is really good and there is a handy switch so you do not have to hold the trigger all the time, although it seems a bit flimsy. Its early days yet however I am impressed by the hoover and suction which can be poor on some stick hoovers. Yes there are far more expensive models on the market even with this coy. However this model seems more than adequate. Time will tell.

Fab hoover, so much better than my old dyson. Battery life is excellent with the two batteries. My dyson used to have to used on max power and lasted 8 minutes, nowhere near long enough to hoover a 3 storey house. Now I don’t even need to use max power and can hoover the whole house in one go. Never knew I need lights on a hoover but they really are useful. Also so much easier to clean out than the Dyson, love the filter cleaning attachment. Everything sits nicely on the docking system and is kept within handy reach. Having the light on the batteries are a good feature to know it’s actually charging.

Had my doubts over a battery powered vacuum cleaner compared to a mains but this one from Tineco is just brilliant. 2 batteries, all the accessories you’ll ever need, lightweight etc. Suction power is slightly down compared to a mains hoover but it’s still more that powerful enough to lift our front door rug off the floor (with the boost enabled). The lever beside the power button that allows you to hoover without holding the power button down all the time is a Godsend. It’s just so much easier than lugging around a mains cleaner & having to plug/unplug as you move from room to room. Runtime from a battery is enough to do our whole house. I may do a later report on how well the batteries last as they get older. 5 out of 5.

After a lot of research online and Which review I opted for the A11 master mainly as it comes with 2 batteries and lots of tools and was in my price range. Other more familiar brands were too expensive and offered less. The A11works well and comes with two heads one for hard floors and the other for carpets. It lifts well and is easy to use plus stores neatly on the charger/wall unit. The lights are handy too for seeing where dirt is. Power is more than adequate for my needs and the high power option for occasion use is handy but like all other cordless vacuums will deplete battery quickly
I am more than happy with purchase and use it a lot as it so easy to use

I’ve been looking for a cordless vacuum for a long time but was always put off by short battery life, having to hold down the “on” switch and the weight of the machines, then I saw this. I’d never heard of the brand but was convinced by all the great reviews and recommendations and I haven’t been disappointed. It’s really powerful, has lots of tools and attachments and I love that you don’t have to keep holding the trigger down if you don’t want to. It’s much cheaper than dyson but you get a lot more for your money. Love everything about this – cleaning the stairs is actually fun now. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend Tineco A11 master! The customer service (both Amazon & Tineco) are ACE!
At first appearance, the vacuum may look a bit plastic-ish and cheap. (Comparing that I had owned a Shark before) . But the suction power is great! Go for two roller heads, as the floor roller head picks up any debris in one go, much better than Shark. Two batteries are very convenient. Lots of handy tools which you won’t get with other brands.
You need to use MAX on carpets for best results.
Best of all, for this price and performance, I will never go to Dyson.

I bought the Tineco A11 as a replacement for a Dyson V8 due to the Dyson battery failing and being unable to obtain a replacement. The Tineco is far superior in every aspect in terms of running duration, suction power and general easiness of handling. It comes with two batteries which is a bonus though so far I have been able to clean the whole house (bungalow) without changing batteries. It also has a massive selection of tools and very usefull LED headlights to see into dark corners. I particularly like the ability to lock the power trigger in the ‘on’ position as that saves having to maintain constant pressure on the swith to keep the machine running. The build quality is impressive and the docking station is easily mounted on a wall near to any convenient 13A power point. My reason for buying the Tineco was a good review on Which comparison site (being good on both hard and soft surfaces) and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Overall good, it seems more powerful than Dyson V8, certainly quieter and more standard attachments. Light is great to seeing all the debris you missed with the dyson. Trigger stays on which seems like a small thing but really helps when vacuuming rooms. Great have 2 batteries and lasts much longer than Dyson, esp on max power when the Dyson dies after a few mins use. Picks up larger debris better like small pebbles and leaves. Looks smart. Not sure if it’s quite as robust the Dyson but that might be the colour and perception. Fits together easier. One issue even using different heads didnt like a mid pile rug, fine with carpet, better with wood floor, and fine with long pile rugs. Would say it’s better on stairs than either Dyson or 2 Hoovers we have. We got around 150 off so much better value than main rivals

After over one year of use I can report we are extremely satisfied with this product. It cleans well on all types of surface and is easy to use. The provision of two batteries means we can clean our large house in a single go without having to wait to recharge the batteries.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersTineco is a brand that I’ve never heard of before but based on the previous reviews, and a Which? Best Buy, I decided to purchase the A11 Master on Prime Day when it was on discount. Below I’ve gone through what I consider the Pros and Cons of this vacuum.

    Pros:
    – Excellent suction power, I use it in normal mode and it seems to do the job well. I’ve not needed to use ‘Max mode’ at all yet. Works well on both carpets and hard floors.
    – The sheer amount of accessories that come with it means it’s so versatile and can get to those hard to reach places.
    – 2 Batteries with approximately 25 minute run time each. I have a small 2 bed house and can clean the whole place with just the one battery; changing heads and accessories as needed. Charging takes around 3-4 hours but you can charge both batteries together.
    – Auto-on button trigger. This means you don’t have to hold the trigger down the whole time whilst vacuuming.
    – It’s very maneuverable and responsive to turns. If you turn the handle to a 90-degree angle you can get it almost horizontal and get under furniture and beds etc.

    Cons:
    – Slightly top-heavy. I’ve found that when doing the stairs as a handheld vacuum my arm starts to ache a little.
    – Emptying the dust canister can be messy, especially if you have a full bin. They do provide you with a little brush to get any trapped dust out but I find this can cause the dust to start free-floating around.
    – Plastic grip isn’t the most comfortable in the world.

Overall it’s easy to use, versatile, and does the job to a good standard – on both carpets and hard floors. I would however wait until it’s on discount as at over 350 it is expensive (although not when compared to others).

    Good Purchase

I am most impressed by this vacuum cleaner. I have always used a cylinder style before but wanted to try the cordless stick variety. Price was a decisive factor as these things aren’t cheap, especially if I couldn’t get on with it, but I am delighted with my purchase. It came with a second battery which was a great surprise, as were the headlights! It can be stored on the wall, whilst charging, so takes up little space. The suction Is very good and can be enhanced by using the MAX button. This does not have to be held down whilst being used, it works as an on/off switch. The vacuum head is very adaptable and glides easily under the bed, whilst staying flat to the carpet. If I had one concern, it would be the catch for emptying the dust, it does seem a little stiff and I was nervous that it might snap but I think the manufacturer has compensated and used toughened plastic, so as long as I am careful and treat it with respect, I am confident it will last the course. The cleaner comes with a two year warranty and is very easy to register the purchase online. All in all I am very happy with my purchase, it’s light, adaptable, powerful and easy to use.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight and easy to assemble and use

I did my research before buying a battery vacuum and this came out best in all the reviews and I can see why. It is light weight but sturdy. I have a bad back and I use this with ease.
The suction is good on our wooden floors and and ok on carpets.
I would recommend changing the tools for each task. I have found this makes a difference.
It works really well on our carpeted stairs.
The battery last for nearly my whole house but with two batteries it keeps going a long time.
    Thoroughly recommend this machine

I have only used the vacuum once so far as only received it on Friday, but find it easy to use and lightweight, lots of tools so not used all of them yet. Finding it much easier to manoeuvre round and under furniture and doing the stairs than with my corded vacuum . One battery lasts 25 min on normal mode so you will need both batteries for 50 mins running time . Overall very pleased with my purchase.

This product exceeded my expectations – I LOVE IT!! I have wanted a cordless for some time, my original choice was to be the Capsule Halo but this swung it for me because of the tools, dual battery which you can charge simultaneously and the Which review. I am amazed with what it can pick up, certainly as good as my Dyson (I find that too heavy these days). The lights are useful and the small brush I used for the stairs. The product is very well designed, taking batteries out is no problem, I understand that is not the case on other models. I won’t ever go back to a corded. My only quibble is the small dirt collecting bin but I can live with that. I will buy this make again when the time comes, I was nervous about buying from a company I had never heard of but so glad I did – you get a top notch machine and a lot of really useful accessories for your money.

Received today and immediately used it to clean up the flat! The led lights very bright and useful when cleaning under bed or cupboard area. You can really see the clean floor vs dusty area. Definitely needed 2 batteries in one big cleaning for below 1000sqft area. The big multi-tasker power brush works well on wood floor and love it that hair don’t tangle in the roller as much. Majority of hair picked up went into the dustbin.
Not too heavy. Came with many useful and necessary accessories.

Just 2 downside and reason for the 4-star is that the dustbin at 0.6L capacity for me do need to be emptied twice. Furthermore when using the shorter nozzles and need to swap from right to left hand hold, the exhaust from the motor blows into the face.

    Otherwise all is good.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersPros:
    -Lightweight and quiet
-An attachment for every scenario you can think of
-Good battery life on the low power mode which is powerful enough for day to day cleaning
    -A second battery included
-Great self-filter cleaning system that uses the vacuum. This is amazing as it massively extends the lifespan of the filters

    Cons
-Charging stand included needs to be wall mounted with screws which isn’t ideal for me, I think a floor charging base would have been better.
-The advertised 50m battery life can only be achieved by using both batteries (Approximately 25m of usage per battery)
-I have deducted a star as cordless vacuum technology in general for all brands has room for improvement in terms of suction and battery life. My mains-powered Dyson vacuum is more powerful as expected.

I nearly bought a Dyson but spent a lot of time looking around on Amazon, reading reviews and am glad I did. This is generally a great vacuum. It comes with lots of accessories and when wall-mounted half of them store neatly on the wall bracket. It feels a very robust product, the accessories clip on and off very easily and it’s easy to empty. The two batteries are a great idea and both stay charged on the wall bracket. The reason for the drop in stars is that it’s a lot heavier than I expected: this isn’t a problem when cleaning the floor but I wouldn’t be able to hold it up to do higher-level cleaning for very long at all. Having said that, I don’t regret buying it but feel I will have to rely on my mains cylinder vacuum for high work.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI bought this to augment, rather than replace a mains vacuum. I wanted a lightweight, handy unit to give the house a quick cleaning without having to get the heavier mains vacuum out. So far it seems ok, the amount of pickup in the dust container is good and the reasonable capacity means it can do a session without need to empty part way through. The 2 batteries are necessary as the rated time is ‘optimistic’ and the battery indicator lights are “non linear” 3 lights ( full charge) quickly become 1 but then it still keeps running, at normal suction I would say it was nearer to 15 mins for a full battery. Filters are small and the pre motor filter needs cleaning after every use. Concerning filters, it’s indicated the HEPA filter needs annual replacement but seems impossible to get? either Amazon UK or the Tineco UK shop. One disappointment was the vari angle fitting, I have an older house with high ceilings and windows so setting this fitting to 90 degrees would ( have been) very useful for tops of mouldings and curtains, but the ‘click resistance’ is so weak that any, even slight pressure straightens the angle and negates the purpose. The charging station is also a bit disappointing, requiring wall fitting, the US sold models feature a floor caddy, imho much better. I stated this was to use as well as a full sized mains unit and I would say that is it’s limit and capacity, I wouldn’t rely on this ( in my circumstances) as my only vacuum. All in all, I’d say it was a 3 and a half ” stars” but halves aren’t available. Update, there is a ‘work around’ to get the filters, 2x premotor and 1 HEPA by contacting the Tineco “help” UK address on the HEPA filter housing. They seem to take a few weeks to arrive but at least one can have them ready. So I’ll go to a 4 star.

I have a pull along wired Dyson and I’m just fed up with it’s size. I have no storage space and it ends up living in the dining room. It’s also fiddly to empty. I researched stick vacuums and thought I wanted Dyson model and was looking at the older models which you can pick up on discount. But I read the Which Magazine reviews and the Tineco was a Which Best Buy and at this price it was a no brainer. I trust Which’s reviews.
You get two batteries! So I never run out of power. The suction is really good for a non-wired vacuum and you get enough accessories for the job. It’s easy to empty but will fill up quickly if you have pets like me. But it’s easy to empty and you get a special automatic filter cleaning attachment which works really well.
I rent so I can’t screw the holder to the wall, so it would have been nice to have a tabletop charging dock option for the batteries and a bag to hold the accessories. I did have to contact Customer Support because I couldn’t find a part in the packaging which I found in an obvious place The customer Service is really good and they couldn’t have been more helpful and kept following up to make sure I was happy. Overall I love this vacuum and the price is excellent for the performance you get. I’m recommending it to my friends and family

I bought this instead of Dyson because the Tineco has a smart system to clean the filter. You dismount it in 20 seconds, you remove the filter, you put in the other one (it comes with 2 filters), you place the dirty one in a special accessory and then you use the suction power itself to clean the filter.

It’s very well built, it comes with two batteries and a lot of accessories. I think it could have more suction when used in normal mode. Turbo is powerful but doesn’t last long. Overall I’m pretty satisfied. Filtering system is the killer feature of this vacuum cleaner, which makes it the best in class, imho.

Having had a 2.5yr old dyson cordless died (an expensive outlay for such a short life span), iIopted for the Tineco after great ratings here and on other consumer product review sites. it was also cheaper than a direct replacement. Only just started using it but so far I’ve not had to handle the dirt (unlike it’s rival) either by removing dust balls from an attachment head or pulling hair out of a floor tool – yippee! It’s quieter than it’s rival, easy to install on the wall and I like the two battery option. Great assortment of attachments – I chose the A11 Master as it has the articulated and flexible joints which will make access to nights corners and shelving & ceiling lights easier. Let’s see how it lasts – proof for me is in the longevity of the product.

This is a very good product. Suction is excellent & the maneuverability to get into awkward places is great. Very light & easy to operate & the battery(s) holds a charge very well.
Customer service is excellent & answered my queries etc. almost immediately.
The only demerits are the dustbin, which doesn’t hold very much(usually have to empty it half way through) & cleaning the filters is a bit of a faff.

I don’t normally write reviews, but on this occasion felt I had to make an exception, as I have been so happy with both my vacuum and the after-service from Tineco.

First off about the product itself. As anyone who has recently looked into buying a new cordless vacuum unit / system will know, it is quite an overwhelming task to weigh up the different pros and cons presented by the different options on the market.

Having perused the decision for some weeks I am confident I picked the right choice in the Tineco A11, not just because of how well it works on all surfaces, but also because of the fantastic array of tools, stylish looks, superb wall mounting charging unit (photos enclosed) and best of all the fact that the unit comes with two batteries and an option to buy another at only 30 online should you have a big house. For me, this is the feature that absolutely makes Tineco stand out from the crowd, as battery life is still the biggest issue with cordless vacuums.

On after-service I have also been very impressed. A month into using my Hoover I experienced a problem with the motor and emailed customer service about the issue. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they replied and after a few emails Paul the customer care advisor confirmed that a replacement motor unit was being sent out whitout any quibbles, which arrived by courier the next day!

I couldn’t be happier and would recommend this product and company brand to anyone looking for a new vaccuum

I had a shark lift away it was bulky & hard to manoeuvre. But My Tineco A11 is the best Hoover I’ve brought, lightweight, so manoeuvrable, tons of accessories, love the docking & spare battery which can also be charged in the docking case. Also like the way you don’t have to keep your finger on the start button, a flick of a switch & it stays on. Also they provide you with a cleaning tool to get hairs off your brush which is also easy to remove & put back. So easy to change heads when hoovering from landing to your stairs & of course all this without a cord getting entangled & in your way. I will strongly recommend this Tineco A11 to my friends & family

Takes the stress out of hoovering

This vacuum is fantastic. It is super light and easy to move. It has a lot of useful accessories, I was really impressed with the mattress adapter. The 2 batteries supplied with this model is a great idea. Although i honestly have only used one so far. I have a carpeted room 73m and 3 rugs on lino in the rest of downstairs. I have no real need for the hard floor head so I can not comment on that one.
I have used the flexible crevice tool and it made short work of the stitched seams in my couch. The dusting brush made great work of my dark brown wooden blinds that are the bane of my life.
I will just add that I badly broke my leg in Feb and have a huge cage contraption immobilising my lower leg. I had been struggling to vacuum with my standard wireless machine. This is so manuverable and light. I can use with just one crutch for my mobility. The brush compartments are transparent letting you see any hair build up on the brushes.
I almost forgot..there is an adapter for cleaning the filter…totally cool fab idea.
I also has a spare filter in there.
I can not recommend this vacuum enough. It is outrageous how excited I got about a Vacuum. I have no excuse.

Bought ours on 8th June 2020, after having read all of the 5 star ratings. Was a little nervous that the reviews wouldn’t turn out to be true – but have to say, they are!
So for all of you who want simplicity as I do, then you’ll simply have 3 parts to put together when the stock arrives and then you’re good to go – why, because Tineco have thought through literally everything.
So you’ll have a charged battery when your stock arrives – and you get a second one too – having looked at lots of other vacuum’s, this is one of the very few that provide a second battery as part of the stock delivered.
So within a few short minutes, you’re good to go!
Having completed our first bungalow vac today, I can honestly say that the ease of use; the ease of getting rid of the vac debris; the ease of switching batteries as needed and the power suction are all the best we’ve ever had.
We have 2 dogs and the amount of hair it picked up was ‘amazing’ and so much better than our previous vac.
Registration of the vac for a 2 year warranty was really simple too – why, because Tineco had thought it through and made it really simple.
So if you’re looking for a new vac – the A11 Hero, is truly brilliant and you will NOT be disappointed

Who knew how brilliant it is to lose the power cord? The lightness and efficiency of cordless is the way to go and once you’ve tried it you do not want to go back to heavy, cumbersome, noisy and corded vacuum cleaners. I found that with the two-battery model power was perfectly adequate and the duration of the run-time more than enough. It cleaned every surface really well and was equal to the challenge of dog hairs. Cleaning the machine after use (or at longer intervals for certain parts – see instructions) was easy and effective. This machine is more than a match for its much more expensive (and well-known) competitor. Spares, filters etc. are readily available from the manufacturer’s excellent website. I unhesitatingly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

I was one of the indecisive customers who could not make up his mind to stay with corded vacuums or was it time to move on to a cordless one. We always believed in something attached to electrify via cable is stronger, drill is another good example as well.
Anyway, after reading numerous(100s) feedbacks I have decided to move on, also had good arguments to persuade wife as well. Got this….Fixed to a corner in the house, started using it..

After using it few days we both found out

1- It was as powerful as corded ones
2- Easier to reach at any time
    3- Very quite
4- You will never need full charge or bigger bin capacity as you will love to use it more often than corded ones.
5- Actual Colour is nicer than pictures

    Conclusion: Does the job (9.5/10)

Since owning the Tineco A11 Master we have been dilligent in emptying the dustbin brushing out any residues keeping filter clean and also keeping vaacuum heads , tube clean and free of debri after use now and again .
I have also ensured filter is replaced every six months and replaced the Hepa filter after one years use.
These actions have helped to maintain our A11 Master in tip top condition with excellent performance.
We contacted Tineco Customer Service to obtain their advice on changing the Hepa filter and they were very helpful sending me a video on how to change the Hepa filter. They also helped me obtaining a spare dustbin as we live in Cyprus. The moral of my review is follow the manufacturers advice as stated in their user manual and you will have an excellent machine for years to come as I have experienced!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOk, so first off, i spent time looking at a lot of different vacuum types and decided the tineco master 11 was the one i wanted as it seems to be as good as any other bagless, cordless vacuum out there and also has a nice docking station to store the majority of the additional parts and charge the spare battery and is well priced also. So i placed the order for this unit the “tineco master 11 upgrated”. Turns out that this is actually the tineco master 11+ model – which is almost the exact same, but has a wall mount instead of the floor docking station. This doesn’t suit me as i am renting and cannot install a wall mount. This is why i wanted the master 11 version.

I contacted Tineco via email who advised i should have received the master 11 model, but that i needed to contact Amazon to rectify. I contacted Amazon who couldn’t confirm which model they could supply, and suggested i return it at my cost and get a new one – this didn’t help as i didn’t want to do that if i was going to get the same vacuum 2-3 weeks later.
I called the Tineco customer care number in the US and they again confirmed that i should have received the master 11 version. when i asked if they could swap my wall mount for the floor docking station, they advised the floor docking station was no longer available – which leads me to think the master 11 is no longer available.

At the end of the day the vacuum seems good and in line with the other reviews i have read. I just wish they had been clearer in the description on which model this was and which docking station would be supplied.

This is only my second time purchasing a cordless vac. Friends of mine have cordless vacs from other brand names and they always have something negative to say, be it small. So I decided to not go for those brands. I did a meticulous search and eventually I found Tineco, so I read the reviews and was pleased with what they were saying. I purchased the vac . It came on time and was packaged well. When I opened the box the first thing is the colour,it blue/green more aqua marine it’s really nice I loved it straight away and it hadn’t been properly been unpacked. Unpacked omg I fell in love with it straight away. It is light weight which I needed because of my medical condition. Now the time came to see how it works suction and manoeuvrability. Well I wasn’t let down, so easy to manoeuvre and the suction, many other vacs would be hard pressed to beat it on that. The led lights on the front do their too and look good. I am really very pleased with my TINECO vac. I would recommend if you are looking for a cordless vac to try this one.

This was my first experience with a cordless hoover and I have to say I’m impressed. I took the the upgraded option that advised it was best for pets. The delivery was fast and it came with a bunch of attachments. The suction power on normal mode is good and on turbo is even better. Turbo mode doesn’t last all that long but you do get two batteries which helps. If using regularly you will be just fine, for a deep clean of a whole house you may need to do in stages. It does help you can charge both batteries at the same time.

    Overall very satisfied.

Been using this vaccum cleaner for a couple of months now. Bought it as a replacement for an oldsr Dyson upright. Have to say that this has been a brilliant replacement, total value for money and going up and down the stairs is now a breeze. The addition of the light makes sure you don’t miss a spot.. It came with plenty of attachments but I must say I’ve only used a couple of them. Also, I received excellent customer service when I thought there was an issue with the battery. Turned out to be a jam in the floor attachment. So all in all, I would say this is a good replacement and would recommend the Tineco brand.

I now have her old plug-in Dyson which is still more powerful than the Tineco. That said, the Tineco does have good suction and stores tidily in wall-mounted charger. Command sticky strips enough to hold charger & hoover on wall. Mum pleased with it. Overpriced though. Needs to be marketed at about 150.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersCorded Henry was a great Vac, but the constant bashing into walls, getting stuck around furniture, carrying up and down stairs etc, we’d had enough. As this is our first cordless vac I’ve been looking for a while and took a punt and got this when it was on offer. It hasn’t disappointed.

Been using a couple of months now and while it doesn’t have the same suction as the corded Henry, it’s really really close, but in all honesty, that really doesn’t matter as the accessories make up for it (see below). And when using the max button, it’s probably better. Also worth noting that the setup and put away time is way less. Just pick up, add an accessory, go! Then when finished, just empty vac in the bin and put back on charge. So quick and easy! It’s also much quieter than Henry.

The accessories that come with the vac are fantastic. The hard floor cleaner has replaced my brush/dustpan and this is used almost daily (have messy kids in the kitchen/dining room). The carpet cleaner is really effective. So much so, the first few uses it was getting full so quick, I’m wondering what Henry was previously doing! It’s getting less full now, so presuming it’s getting everything out of the carpet that’s been stuck there for years. Gross! The handheld is brilliant and I’ve used it for stairs, in the car, sofa’s, cushions and mattresses.

We’ve also used the vac to dust the house, which my wife laughed at me at first, but is surprisingly effective! The wife has since commented that her asthma/allergies have felt much better. I presume this is because we’re sucking up all the dust and not just moving it around with a duster.

Two concerns I had where weight and battery life. Weight hasn’t been an issue at all and the battery lasts long enough to vac the house (on normal mode with a few boosts here and there). Then used the other battery to do any other tasks like dusting or getting into any nooks. Incidentally, nice touch how you can charge two batteries at the same time.

In summary, this has become an essential household tool, doing a multitude of tasks but has also made doing all these chores so much quicker and easier. It does cost a bit, but I have to say, it’s well worth the investment.

The only downside I have is that I didn’t get this sooner!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is the first time I have moved away from a Dyson, so decided to give the Tineco a try. I’m am very glad I did, the Tineco is light to use and has a light so you can see further under furniture. The heads are not so bulky so I can hoover under my radiator covers (result). It is not so noisy on low power and picks up everything, high power for doormats. There is a small lever so I don’t have to hold a button to keep the hoover on. There are lots of accessories (bonus). Everything about this hoover I feel for me is perfect and you get 2 batteries and of course the price, cleaning this hoover is even enjoyable(never thought I’d say that).

Golden Review Award: 24 From Our UsersWanted a cordless and I am sick of dragging around a heavy hoover and bashing doors and furniture in the process. I have a Henry and while the suction is fab it is a pain to drag around.

The Tineco suction in normal mode is perfectly adequate on hard floors and flat rugs and normal carpet and even the car. Might not suck up Lego bricks but that is a good thing! I have a really thick pile carpet on my stairs and bedroom and it was fine for that also. But on max mode which I tend to use for that particular carpet I had to use two hands to move it as the suction was so strong. Very please with that !

The attachments are fab. I have wooden blinds and they are horrible to clean. This has a little attachment to allow you to dust them it’s long and thin and perfect for skirting and hard to reach places. I have floor heads for both hard floors and carpet I would say with the 60 quid off voucher you are better getting the master over the hero.

Battery life is amazing I can do the whole house on one battery then use the other for all the extra stuff like sofas, skirting, blinds. You get two batteries and two filters with the master.

I do not regret retiring my Henry for this the build quality was amazing the accessories well thought out and the suction more than meets my needs.

One drawback is when charging the unit the contact points for the unit with the batter in it seem loose. However I have not wallmounted it yet so gravity may make it fit a little better when that happens.

After being Dyson dudes for years, we looked for alternatives as the prices of Dysons are no eye-watering. At just under 400 the Tineco ain’t cheap. But … two batteries … a larger waste drum … spare filter … a filter that is dead easy to clean, dry and pop back in … an “on” gadget that saves finger-freeze … a bag full of attachments … and an hour of happy and stress-free vacuuming … precocious headlights (that highlight little bits brilliantly) … plus UK support … this is value for money – well thought through and designed – and not precocious at all!

What’s not to like? We are now Tineco tykes – and so glad we took the plunge (and left Dyson behind)!

Golden Review Award: 115 From Our UsersBottom line: This is a fantastic handheld vacuum cleaner that has the performance to replace your upright.

I was sceptical that this vacuum would have the power, battery life and build quality I was looking for. Took a chance on the lesser known brand an it’s paid off.

It is ridiculously light and quiet making you wonder if it is effectively vacuuming the floor, then you look at the volume of detritus in the dust bin!

We have a large four bedroom house and you can just about cover the whole house with one battery (on standard setting).

The suction is acceptable on the standard setting but hit the “max” button and it’s very powerful.

We bought the “master” version and there is an attachment for everything.

    Filter cleaner = genius.

Dock and charging station fixes well, charges both batteries simultaneously and stores a coupled accessories to boot.

Finally, a powerful handheld which has the power and longevity to clean the whole house and is significantly cheaper than the premium brand.

UPDATE: After 12 months the motor stopped spinning up. I contacted Tineco and they replied within a day, I sent them a video of the issue and they immediately shipped out a replacement motor under the 2 year warranty. So within a week it was backup and running again. Excellent customer experience!

Too good to be true?... surprisingly not! UPDATE: Excellent customer service when things go wrong
