Easy to install
Excellent product and great customer service
I used to have a Ring doorbell but got fed up with it because it wouldn’t hold on to settings, also I had to pay to store video online. I now have this Ceyomur doorbell. This is a fantastic and cost effective product, it comes with a micro SD card and rechargeable batteries. Video is stored on the SD card and can be accessed form anywhere via the internet. Best of all the supplier is excellent, their staff are very knowledgeable about the product, and can’t do enough for their customers, I did have a problem with my doorbell after a few months, but they sent me a new one without question. I can’t big them up enough!

It’s so reliable and the battery last ages. Easy to set up and the image is so clear. Priced vwry well for the quality. If you get an Amazon coupon you can get it for just 20! > people get confused with the chime but you have to pair it first! Even when it says connected // read the instructions

Faulty batteries
Edit: Customer services got in contact and sent a brand new door bell out, no questions asked. Works perfectly now.
This video doorbell is excellent, picture quality, motion detection it does everything. One problem that we are having is it’s not charging properly. Charged it for 10 hours yesterday and got a notification this morning that the battery is 20%.
Good for price
First one was faulty but was replaced very quickly. Works great and app is free. Good for price paid.

Great camera. Lots of menu facilities and good mic pick up and a very good picture and video quality is 5 out of 5.

Works well and easy to set up. Takes a few seconds for the motion detection to activate and then takes picture. Not used intercom option yet.

A great Door Camera
This item has been perfect, no subscription fee, has an internal memory card which is provided. The picture quality is brilliant and the motion detection is spot on for distance from my door. Set up is really easy through the app, and the app itself is really good and clear. I would recommend this product.
Brilliant service
Bunny from Sorore was amazing. He sent an email before the item arrived explaining the set up. It made contact with him smooth. The chime did not work as expected, so he sent a replacement within 24 hours and was in touch with helpful videos and demos. It’s unusual to see small passionate businesses. 5 stars for Bunny!

Would definitely recommend, set up is easy, the only thing that let it down was the doorbell needs to be near it to work. Good for me with the app as I get notified but struggle hearing the bell if in the house upstairs. Otherwise it’s perfect. Picture quality is great as is the night vision.
A good video door bell, easy to set up, and comes with a chime
The Video door bell came in a compact box with all the relevant leads, plugs, screws wall plugs and double sided tape. It also has a chime. It was easy to set up bar one thing which seems to be missing in manual that of after you have reset chime you must press once again to get it into pairing mode. Once you know this it is plain sailing and everything works fine. I found this out from Bunny at support very nice and helpful and it seems many people think the chime is not working for this reason. Tha chime has four different songs on it so spoilt for choice. It seems a very good product and now I can get rid of my Ring one which needs charging every 10 days and would cost and arm and a leg to replace. Give this a try the picture quality is very good and motion detection can be tailored to your needs.
Very good for the price
A good door bell for the price. It has good motion detection and alerts you on your phone when the door bell is pressed. Like most of these kind of door bells it can suffer with a bit of lag to notify you of activity. However once you establish a connection you can have a conversation with who ever is at you door. It comes with a medium size micro sd card which stores the video files for you to view through your phone. As with all things there are down sides. The video files can only be viewed through your phone and can not be directly downloaded. You can record the videos to your phone but you have to play them back while recording on your phone. This could be better and the files could be recorded on the device in a format that could be used by other devices.

I decided to buy a new doorbell as the old one was faulty, went off to Amazon search and found that it wasn’t that much more money to buy a smart doorbell instead of just a “doorbell” so read a few reports on different brands/models and decided upon this CEYOMUR 1080P wireless model with chime/PIR Motion etc etc… Watched a few YOUTUBE vids first, then bit the bullet and ordered one. I could not be more happier, fantastic Live coverage, effortlessly zooming in and out and finger scrolling . not set up any messages as yet but everything else works like a treat. I may well get a second chime to run in my garden shed at the bottom of the garden (man cave thing). to sum. up 10/10 for CEYOMUR
Good value for money
Paper instructions provided in box which made easy set up and installation. Good, clear sounds but not many chimes to choose from so could do with a few more. Overall very pleased with product.
so I originally reviewed this negatively as we just couldn’t get it working no matter what we tried.
We have since been contacted by excellent customer service who gave us all the info we needed to get things up & running. They shared links to utube that were a huge help. My advice is to be patient & go over the instructions a lot! Customer service is on hand to give you any info you need to resolve your issues and get things up and running without all the stress!
Will give an update once we’ve had a few parcels delivered & can comment properly on the camera quality. So far all looks good!

Easy
This is a really good device and very useful.
It is good for my condition as I can’t jump downstairs to open then door do I speak them to wait while I go down through stairlift due to mobility disability.
Only issue is people could not see the bell as its placed on right side so mostly missed to see the bell may be wrong place installed. But that’s the only place to stick this doorbell.
Happy with the purchase.
Does not connect to backplate
Just updated the review after excellent customer service quickly sorted the problem out.
Initially was very disappointed with the doorbell camera as it didn’t connect to the backplate, the contacts needed was sold separately along with the hardwire kit, but if your home is already hardwired and you just want to simply change the doorbell camera, you can’t without buying extras.
At first i gave the camera 1 star.
Now the camera is working and giving good results im happy, if the backplate contacts came with the doorbell it would be 5 stars.

Having issues regarding notifications
I’ve only put 5 as the picture us really good the only issue I’m having in its not sending me notifications when someone comes up my drive and everything is turned on.
Can’t fault the customer service they gave me a full refund and offered an extra 10 on top which I didn’t want as they gave me a full refund so thank you for your service.
Didn't work
I had to send this back as it didn’t work.
Edit, the supplier has come back to me and a new hand set was delivered. This one does work. It’s great for seeing who has been and who hasn’t. I had a delivery guy say no was in. I checked the camera and the just walked up to the door and then walked off.
Perfect camera excellent quality, fitted for me by electrician. However internal chime does not work. This was the main reason I chose this item as my disabled wife has no access to a mobile phone if I am out so would not know if someone was at the door. Amazon’s only solution to this is to offer a refund on return of the item. So I have to pay again to have it removed and then again when I receive a replacement to have it refitted. When the only problem is a plug in chime. Such a pity as the quality is great apart from this. Update to this review. I have changed my star rating to 5 stars as Ceyomur customer services have proved themselves to go above & beyond what I would have expected. So helpful even replacing the whole doorbell & chime. If only all customer services followed their example of what good customer services should be.

Bought it as it was at a better price than other sellers abd I like the fact that you don’t have to pay for a subscription to save you videos. It was easy to instalaii, just followed the instructions. The video quality is good enough to recognise the person who stand at your door, motions sensor works well and send me notification on the phone . I had it for more than a week now and the battery is still good, I think it will last a month easily . Happy with my purchase so far, does what it says

So pleased with it, so easy to install, only issue I had was the sd card it keeps saying not detected not sure what’s wrong but I’ve now signed up to the cloud but if I could get another sd card just Incase I decide not to use cloud anymore that would be great thank you

Thought I would have a punt on a video door bell and at the price on offer (40 after voucher applied) I opted for this one. Very easy to install outside. Downloaded the app no problem, misread how to connect to it, but once I realised what to do it was OK. Works great, picture quality great, notifications spot on. Just need people to actually use it now rather than still knock on the door!!

Great purchase
This is perfect if you want a Ring doorbell but don’t want to spend a fortune on one. Can be delays in motion detection and callers at door but otherwise does its job and great for the price.
I wrote a 5 Star review for this recently which hasn’t been posted ironically. Today went out into back garden and heard this ticking sound which I realised was coming from my previously working video doorbell. No lights at all, reset with pin not working. Removal and reinsertion of fully charged batteries did nothing! It is completely dead now with absolutely no explanation. Have contacted seller so fingers crossed. Previous 5 Star review obviously now a zero stars review even though it wasn’t posted at least until a remedy is found.
UPDATE
Bunny at CEYOMUR has dispatched a replacement doorbell after I provided a video of the faulty one so customer service very quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with. I have since purchased another doorbell due today for the back door so the replacement doorbell will now be put on to my shed to alert of any possible intruders as it’s located on my driveway and for notifications of anyone coming around to the back of my property. Very good customer service.

Doorbell works great as it should. However the chime didn’t. But after contact with the seller I was sent a replacement the next day. Now that is great service. I would definitely recommend this item.
Good all rounde
It’s a good all round door cam. Quality is good although it’s medium Resolution means that zooming in more than a quarter will pixelate. Easy to install and easy to configure the cam and settings in the app. You can create a family group within the app so each person ( after downloading the app ) can see who’s at the door or who’s set the motion record off. For the price it’s definitely worth it, pretty sure it’s on par with some off the more expensive brands.

Video quality is fantastic records up to three days worth of footage depending of what setting you have on . I have just put it to when it detects human movement or when someone rings the bell. When someone rings the bell it record a 10 second footage of the person and a head screen shot. This is all without buying a sort of subscription.
Battery life is fantastic probably with the settings I have set battery life is estimated

This item is really good value for money compared to a lot of more expensive products.
Very easy to set up following the instructions provided which I did in close proximity of my router before fixing in it’s final position.
Picture quality really good when set to HD.

It has now been in use approx. 3 months with no issues and has worked perfectly on each occasion.
Have now ordered 2 more for other house positions.

Very decent doorbell
This is a good quality camera doorbell for the price but. Much cheaper than the leading brands, so wasn’t expecting it to be perfect.
Firstly the pros:
– Good battery life, lasts around 6 weeks for a single charge and quick to charge when needed.
– High definition picture/camera feed.
– App works well and can easily answer the doorbell as described.
– Storage on internal SD card (provided) is very useful.
Cons:
– Not overly sensitive when detecting motion. Need to get within a few metres of the door to trigger it. This could be a pro for some people!
Overall for the price though, it’s a good product, would recommend it.

Was surprised what came with it for the price ( sd card). Only thing I don’t like is at night it does not show in colour. Other than that, happy with it. Not worked out the doorbell chime that came with it yet.
Nice a bad video doorbell for the price
Good wireless doorbell. Was very easy to setup, as other have said and the ad states make sire you have a 2.5ghz WiFi and not the 5ghz. I cannot comment on the battery life yet as only just got the product.

Great doorbell, poor battery life
This doorbell looks good and the picture quality is great. Very easy to set up and install. The biggest problem is the battery life I’m having to charge the batteries every week, why is there no option to purchase a hard wire kit. I would have and still would buy the kit if I could kind one .

Can't believe how good for the price
I bought one of these on a whim. Did a few searches for recommended video doorbells and one website showed this at the top. I thought it was worth a punt for the price.
Took about 15 mins to set up. Really simple and easy with clear instructions. The app is free. Works well and again nice and simple.
I liked it so much I thought I’d get one for my back door. So at this point I have 2 video doorbells keeping my house safe and recording everything onto an sd card and uploading to the Web. For 110 all in!
Its so good being able to tell postmen to leave parcels that they otherwise would take back to a depot.
I told my client about it and they asked me to buy them 3 and set it up at their house so I ordered more and set up a doorbell at every entry point to their house for 24 hour surveillance and motion notifications.
Soo good.
Only thing I hope is the price stays the same as its so well made for the price.

Great customer service
Really like this video doorbell camera however it doesn’t sync up to the chime so I still don’t know when people are at my door unless my phone sends the notification but bunny the customer service agent was able to send me a new one which is perfect!
Was skeptical but its amazing does exactly what you want.
Mounting was a slight issue due to my door frame not being wide enough, and uneven brick work, but other than that it’s perfect.
Took for ages choosing a camera as I’d had no experience with them.
After deciding on this one I have to say I’m really pleased. I’ve only used the basic settings but I have great quality videos. I’ve moved it three times now. It showed I had a wood mouse eating my bird food and this stopped the birds coming!
Still have the original batteries in the camera which is 3+ months now.
I’m very happy with my video door bell in every aspect but I’m really writing this review to praise the customer service of ceyomur when I had to recharge the door bell as I was putting it back in its cradle I lost the screw which holds the door bell inplace when I contacted ceyomur customer services asking if it’s possible to send me a replacement screw was told its not possible but they sent me a new door bell instead which was very generous I thought Carrie who dealt with me was very professional and quick with replies and I would recommend this product to all my friends and family
Bought this since it said hardwired optional. When it arrived it came wireless and have to charge the batteries. Contacted manufacturers and said watch video on YouTube that I found useful. I now found out I needed a hardwired kit that is not mentioned. So this cost extra. I then had to buy a extra 24v 5m power adapter, again a extra cost. Not many people do hardwired now apart from ring that I find is a rip off. The video doorbell is brilliant but allot of hard work and stress to get setup.

I left the above review and seller contacted me not apologising enough and gave a refund. Would recommend the product and seller very helpful.
Room for improvement.
Purchased this doorbell and was hoping for a quick and easy set up….. well first of all the instructions are written way too small. The app installation was simple enough. Had a few issues however Carrie was exceptional with her customer service / follow up. Due to the exceptional customer service I did receive – I would consider purchasing again from this company.
Easy to install and set up, format the sd card first then charge the batteries for 8-10 hours then put it up outside, I put translucent silicone around the edge of the doorbell to prevent rain getting into to it. Night vision is good and clear and you can choose to set up the chime you prefer. It works with 2.4GHz wifi but not 5GHz so ensure that 6ou check your broadband before purchasing, hope this helps people decide.

Perfect in every way can’t fault the product gives accurate timed captures from movement to door bell activation. I can honestly say this is on a par with the leading products that are on the market. This product however has no subscription fee so a win win overall. The product is easy to set up with a video to follow online made it really easy thanks great product. Battery life is amazing and lasts a long time I’ve had mine in now for 2 weeks and it’s still on 74percent left.
Good quality for price.
Am pleased with this camera. Like any new gadget it takes a while to sort out how it works but once it is set up it works very well. Uses rechargeable batteries which last different lengths of time depending on how many times it is triggered. I only put it out at night so the batteries have been lasting a few nights between charges.
Well this product has certainly shown that you don’t have to buy a top of the range product to have a quality product! Everything from the product itself to packackint to accessories are fantastic! The quality of recording and playback is incredibly clear and very impressed with the app and also the instructions to set up! Very easy and quick to install! Bargain of the year contender! Would recommend to anyone! Already had a family member buy one upon recommendation and viewing quality!
