Natural jute twine is far superior and kinder to the environment because plastic twine frays and rots leaving countless plastic threads in the shrubs/on the ground, and these are so very bad for the birds as they get caught around their legs and their beaks.
Excellent product and so useful in the garden. Large reel is good value and lasts for ages.
Being green it blends in with the plants when used to tie in and offers good support.
Don’t you just love the old fashioned twine? Has a very traditional air about it. It’s been used for everything in my garden, including a make-shift harness and lead for my kitten.
Highly recommended.
That’s exactly what my wife asked. The roll of twine has been hung in my garage from where I have used it for MANY things! Supporting my tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, sweet peas, sunflowers, and for making a “cage” that allows smaller birds get to the feeders, but not for the crows and magpies 🙂 Though having used only ~100ft, I’ll have to come up with some more ideas 😉
I needed something stong & sturdy primarily for using in the garden to tie up plants etc, and found this to be ideal.
It’s been perfectly fine used as a single thickness but I’d possibly double it for anything more substantial than a thick woody shrub or smallish tree. The brown colour blends with the greenery so doesn’t stand out obviously.
This string would also be good for tying parcels for that rustic touch, or used to hang pictures… so many uses and it’s a big ‘ball’ so will last some time. Pleased with my purchase & good value.

I use it for Tying up tomatoes and securing wig wam frames for climbing beans. It suits the purpose I bought it for. The string will decompose in the garden once I’m finished with it. The only thing I didn’t like was the plastic wrapping it came in.

Excellent product. Use it in vegetable and flower garden. However it was eventually delivered via a local farmer who spotted it in a field at the base of a tree. Rubbish delivery driver Amazon!
Fantastic twine nice and thick I’m using it to finish wrapped parcels for my small business but it also would be great in the garden its beautiful and natural.
Good value for money and quick delivery. The string seems to be quite strong, but no issues cutting down to size. The twine is a little bit flaky as expected, so you will end up with some strand pieces falling off when handling this product – this does not affect the durability though.
It’s green, very green. I guess over time your eyes adjust. That said, it’s brilliant value and excellent quality. A real boon in the garden. The fibres seem well spun and there’s no shedding or fraying that you get with cheaper inferior quality twines. And it’s very gree
This seems to be an excellent, strong and flexible garden twine. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I couldn’t get at the string from the middle as one should be able to, so had to cut it.
This product was not GREEN enough !!
I wanted a darker green. DARKER GREEN
Please be aware of this before ordering and if you wanted BLUE, your outta luck
Bought this to use in the garden to tie things up. Very pleased with it (I’ve had it before too) and in this big size is good value.
I do not need it to last more than the growing season. It does get wet when it rains and also bakes in the heat and it doesn’t rot or break. So, all round, I’m pleased.
This is a thin string but much stronger than it looks, used daily for tying newspapers for sending back. Not had any issue with breaking. A great environmentally alternative.
I thought I would try something more natural looking than the green string I have been using for supporting the plants, and it seems to be doing OK, so far the only thing is the ends fray quite easily.
Great value for money, the material seems very robust and sturdy, durability will tell in time, with lockdown we unfortunately have not yet tested it out, but so far we are very happy with our purchase.
Fabulous. Still got more than half of one of these rolls left, and most of my various sized parcels were stringed up. Love the texture, going to reuse it in the garden, so no waste. Happy and will be reordering.
Dear seller, I need to send these bags back, as I have no use for them. They are not really that good quality I have lots of heavy vegetables that I need to put in them and they don’t look trustworthy to me.
Great twine, just the thickness I needed and good value for money, will buy again when needed. Should be perfect for wrapping all my christmas presents
I was surprised how good this string is. I was expecting stuff like from B&Q but it is much better quality, thick and strong, so very pleased. Also there are two very large reels, should last a while!
Lovely feel to use, and does what I want. I will buy again for sure

Very sturdy but shows up in the plants as it’s a rather bright green. Hoping it fades in the sunshine!!
It’s only string so nothing to really say, but I’d buy it again.
500 feet apparently, I’ve not measured it! it’s string, it’s what you expect, it works
Great product. Used to support my sunflowers. Did the job.
Good quality, large roll. Will get a lot of use from i

Highly recommended.
I bought this to make bunting and it worked well
Need it for plants in the garden and it does the job.
This is exactly what I needed, very happy with the quantity of string
Does the job for my tomatoes but need to double the thread as it’s thi

I use it to tie up bundles of chopped wood, perfect.
We use for gift wrapping – high quality and looks classy.
Good garden twine, nothing fancy but seems to be holding up the cane structures and the tomato plants nicely
Great jute which I use for tying up plants in my garden. Really strong

It’s what it is, jute string. Used it for stringing bean poles. Seems strong and does the job. Would buy again .
Great twine for tying my plants up in my greenhouse.
Liked it does what it says it will, used it for stringing up plants
The product was left in a safe place but I just couldn’t find it at first. The twine is very strong and there is lots on the roll, value for money
Excellent product. Use it in vegetable and flower garden. However it was eventually delivered via a local farmer who spotted it in a field at the base of a tree. Rubbish delivery driver Amazon!
Good value jute twine with quick next day delivery.
Excellent for loads of jobs in the garden and reasonably strong. We have no complaints.
Great quality used on plant pots to decorate. Used to tie up presents as decoration. Good size of cone. Can be used for multiple projects
What can I say about it, it’s twine, it’s brown and twine like.
Very good for holding together bunches of flowers, soft but quite strong.
For securing garden plants it’s brilliant. Good price and quality seems ok. Tyvmuch.
You won’t break this when you tie a knot in it or tighten it like the last coil I bought.
Wrapped a couple of packages with it. Does what it says on the tin. No problems, no complaints, doesn’t come apart.
Useful for all sorts of things, I got it for a few crafts
Liked this item can use a lot of different things
Haven’t used it yet but looks like it’ll do the job well.
Fantastic twine nice and thick I’m using it to finish wrapped parcels for my small business but it also would be great in the garden its beautiful and natural.
This is good quality. It was very promptly delivered. Very happy with my purchase.
Nice quality and rich colours. Very happy. Well as happy as u can be over string!
Hard to write a review for string, good quality, very strong, just what I needed
Product as described. Worked well for hanging bird feeders outside. The birds haven’t managed to peck through it yet and it’s been a couple of weeks.
I ordered this to use on bottles that I decorate.
The colour is gorgeous, the quality is really good and really easy to work with.
comes in a long roll, and the twine is very strong for the thickness off it.
high quality item that id buy agai

Excellent product it didn’t unravel like some twines do and seems high quality.
Used for typing up tomatoes, roses etc
Arrived on time, easy to use, for craftwork, great finish.

First time purchase to use in garden
Serves it purpose well. Arrived as planned

I personally love this stuff. I wrap gifts soaps and anything else I can with it. It’s so pretty when used with brown paper. Love it!

Maybe you could make it easier to release string for first use .

If you like string, this is the thing. It does chafe a bit though.
Perfect for the garden, will likely last multiple years once used.
Just what I wanted, green blends in, easy to use and a slight stretch for plant growth. Good price.
Great however an obvious bit of white tape around the end would be helpful as it seemed to be well hidden inside.
Good quality, I liked the little arrow that told you where the end is
Nice large roll for the moneyso plent of twine, not quite as thick as I wanted but it will stay the course I am sure.
This is a thin string but much stronger than it looks, used daily for tying newspapers for sending back. Not had any issue with breaking. A great environmentally alternative.
I bought this to make a little hanger for cards.
Exactly what I was afte
Plenty on the roll and will last a long time. Great value and quality seems fine.
Nice thick twine, lovely colour. Wanted it for craft work. It was perfect to make my wreaths.
Bought for garden use- excellent buy! Strong enough to wrap around pots , to tie plants to stakes and general useage Highly recommend

Not as red as the picture showed..it was quite a light red instead. However, made some nice crocheted valentines hearts

Quite expensive compared to others.
