What You Need ***NOTE*** for this iPhone Photo Stick Flash Drive Storage Album Saver Flash Drive
1). For a better experience, please remove the iPhone protective cases if necessary before using this photo stick for iPhone.
2). If you’ve used iCloud before to back up your files, you’ll need to download the files from iCloud to your iPhone or iPad and then copy them to iPhone USB flash drive.
3).For iPhone and iPad — You have to download the APP “JD Memory” from APP Store for the first time using the iPhone Photo Stick on your iPhone & iPad.
4).For Android (with OTG Type-C connector) — No need to download APP. And you need to make sure your Android phones support the OTG function. Most Android devices with OTG function, can use iPhone flash drive directly when plugging, and can find the flash drive on your device in: File Manager. If your phone doesn’t work, you need to open the phone set to open the OTG connection.
5).For Computer and Mac — ( no matter Windows computer, or MacBook, since they have USB port, they would be supported), No need to install any app. It doesn’t have the one click backup function for computer, so you need to do it manually if you want to back up or transfer photos from them.
6). Due to DRM (Digital Rights Management), we cannot transfer Music or Video files in iTunes or downloaded by the 3rd APP to this iPhone Photo storage memory stick.

It worked well to copy pictures from iPhone and I Pad but when I went to transfer the photos to my PC the PC did not see the Photostick. I think this is because my PC is not a MAC. Not certai
I love this little gadget and so many people have ask me about it. I downloaded a bunch of movies on it and carry it with me everywhere. Now if I’m stuck waiting somewhere, I can just pop it in my phone or tablet and watch a movie while I wait. It fits both my iPhone and my Android tablet. Going to purchase a larger capacity one and give this one to the hubby to take with him when he goes fishing. Really convenient to have.
Other than that it’s OK for pictures and Apple Music
but my phone has a plastic case on it, and the connector did not work with the case. I could have used a lightning extender, but I didn’t have one. I’ll get the extender first, then I’ll reorder this item.
I specifically purchased this to transfer files from my “files” app on my iPhone. Unfortunately, it doesn’t easily do that. The instructions focus on transferring photo “files” only. However, with a a little creative thinking, I was able to take screenshots of all the files and eventually save them to the drive. Would be nice if the drive would recognize the files in the “files” app. Nevertheless, it’s a good drive and works as it’s supposed to. The app is good too. All files transferred relatively quickly so that’s not a concern. Also, I like the fact that all the folders can be encrypted with password protection.
Everything is good quality from packaging, box to the product itself.
Great memory storage for IPad. I needed more storage on my iPad and didn’t want to pay every month for more cloud storage. I transferred all my photos and videos onto this flash drive then moved them all to an external hard drive. It’s fantastic as it has 3 different port points so you can use it on anything. I am so happy with this little gadget, simple to use too and really worth having.
Bought a cheaper one which only loaded some of the photos, this one loaded everything properly with ease.

Transferred 40-50GB (out of 64GB) of pictures and vid’s to his MSI laptop. Simple and easy. Highly recommend this solution for freeing up space on smaller (or even larger) displacement sized iPhones. A+
I can’t comment on speeds, I didn’t/don’t care other than it worked! Has lightening, USB-C and USB-A connections.

This USB flash drive works great with the iPhone 13, because is a very tricky phone when you try to use other things that are not from apple.
Is very simply and easy to use and I storage all my poc and videos from 2011 until now!

This is an excellent product. I am a 76-year-old man and I’m not very proficient with computer technology.
Perfect package! Perfect item! I try it with 13 pro max and there is no bugs no problems. Data transfer speed is good enough. I did copy paste in 3 hrs 16000 folders 200gb total. Metal case is so cool.
Don’t plan on using the iPhone lightning connector too many times, it’s a very weak point on this product, I import and export a lot of videos so it does go in and out of my phone alot , I now have to use the USB connection, at least there’s other ways of getting stored files off this device.

The ease of use is great. Easy app download, easy and quick transfer of pix.
You have to read the instructions, it’s not an automatic download, and it doesn’t delete identical phots. So far it’s fine.

The fact I can use this device on my Computer, iPhone and IPad interchangeably was the reason I decided to purchase it. It has the Lighting, USB-C and USB connections is the key to this product.

Works as an OTG device for Apple. It is designed so I can use it without removing my case. I can copy files to the phone or stream from the device. I am very happy with my purchase.
Nice product. The lightning end was a little too short and wide, so I needed to remove my case to insert. Regular charging cables work without the case removal. Otherwise, the files transferred without any hitch.
Write speed is too slow and warms up simply adding 3 gb of files.needs more tech R&D time.
I liked the ease of use, as well as the storage capacity.
I had bought it to use between devices with USB-a and USB-c ports, but the device transfer is a bonus. I ordered one for my daughter as her iPhone fills up to fast with iMessage photos. She absolutely loves it.
There are a couple of things that could be improved. There is absolutely no grip to remove the longer cap. My fingers just slide around the smooth curved metal instead of being able to pull off the cap. it. Also the longer cap that covers the USB-a connection is easy to lose. I thought from the photos, the cap would somehow attach to the other end of the device or would be connected with the chain so it doesn’t get lost. Instead if comes off and has to be set down somewhere, easily lost or forgotten.
Really sleek design, however I should have investigated the app before purchasing. The app seems outdated, although it is quite a simple interface. I was expecting the app to be more updated, and instead it crashed a lot.
