Bed bugs are terrible and really hard to get rid of. I tried several things to get rid of them including bed bug sprays, washing my sheets, bagging up and cleaning everything, steaming, hoovering. All of which did help a little but didnt stop them. There is nothing more annoying than having cleaned and sprayed your bedroom to find you’ve been bitten the next day.

How did i get rid of them? I threw out my bed after discovering they were in the headboard and got a new one. I installed the inteceptors underneath the bed legs and filled them with baby powder. Over the next few weeks i caught several bed bugs and havent been bitten since. I still have the interceptors under the legs a few months later as a precaution.

I was mortified to find these critters sharing my bed so I bought these along with other things to help me get things under control. I did my research, bed bug removal is not straight forward or quick. Although early days for me these are intended as an indicator to a bed bug problem and not a cure. The bugs crawl in and can’t get out. All I know is I have slept better since these were fitted and that has to be a good thing. Im still checking them twice a day at the moment due to my own paranoia and I will be following up on weekly steam and spray treatments to the bed base, floor and walls.

little on the large size – but i suppose each bed/sofa has different size legs and they are made to fit universal – experiencing random bites with no explanation, so purchased as a process of elimination – hoping they work so can get to bottom of the issue – having read all the instructions seems pretty straight forward to use

I had some bites which I though were bedbugs . I felt safe in bed when I had these traps under the feet of my bed .
No bedbugs caught and the bites turned out to be hives !

These worked for me – found 2 in the traps this morning (dead as I added bed bug powder in the traps), I’m just glad they’re unable to make their way into my bed!

These are brilliant. Had a bed bug problem and had to take numerous steps to stop them from feasting on me. Wooden bed exchanged for a metal frame. Special mattress and pillow protectors. Pesticide treatments. But these traps really help monitor and control an ongoing issue (these bugs are really hard to get rid of). If you add talcum powder to the traps you’ll increase the traps effectiveness and incapacitate the bugs so you can monitor and control (I would assume they can’t breed when they are talc covered). I almost removed the traps from the feet of my bed after a year of peace only to discover bugs trapped in them when i went take them off. So glad I didn’t jump the gun. Can’t recommend them highly enough if you ever suffer these creatures.

Product as described. Caught a bug on the first night. Confirmed it is bed bugs. No more in 3 weeks since. Still getting some bites but we now know that the bugs are only in the bed.

Had a really bad bed bug problem in our bedroom. Had pest control in 3 times and bites have finally gone down. It’s been nearly 3 months now but brought these traps around a month or two ago. Unsure on the effectiveness yet. Haven’t seen any bugs in them which is a good thing, however I found a live bug on the floor during the night by the bed, making me wonder if it was a stray or there’s been more that the traps may not have caught?

Conflicted on use at the moment, guess time will tell! Hopefully they do their job

I can’t really speak about the quality of this because I have not seen any bugs show up in them yet. I got them because bed bugs were found in the house, but maybe they haven’t made it to my bed yet or are dead (hopefully).

Either way, it is very easy to use.

Works a treat! Absolutely mortified to discover bed bugs. Had a really bad reaction to such tiny bites & it was really getting me down.
These interceptors have been put on the feet of the bed once I’d treated the obvious signs of bed bugs with frantic hoovering & bed bug sprays. Moved the bed away from the wall & a week later and I found a tiny bed bug in an interceptor. In one way gutted that I didn’t get them all, but on the other hand so pleased that the interceptor did it’s job.
This needs to be used as part of a bed bug treatment & not on its own.

To be honest, I was skeptical about this product when I bought. However I wanted to do something to prevent the bugs climbing my baby’s bed, so bought it fully expecting it to be useless. The first week it caught nothing, then one fine morning I noticed 2 big bed bugs lying upside down. So it works, but its use is limited should be used along with other steps. The product seems well made and will last, just sprinkle baking soda after a few days.

Good value kit. They come dusted with talc too. The outer layer of the moat system allows you to see whether the bugs came in from the outside, and the inner shows they came from your bed.
The plastic doesn’t feel as thick as another brand, but that is no worry on a flat floor. Even in a pile carpet they flexed ok and withheld the weigh

Instructions clearly state it’s not a control measure. I had my doubts about it working on deep pile carpet, but it did. Very pleased with them and especially the clarity of the instructions: written by English speakers rather than a pidgin English translation from Chinese.

The idea is to get rid of them all together but they are notorious! You need to buy a pump and cypermethrine pesticide to spray once every few days until you kill them all. These traps will provide sleep protection until yoi finish them up. I need to order more as my bed has 7 legs instead of four.

Don’t waste money on pest control people as they will charge you a fortune just to tell you that you have bedbugs! (Unless you habe 1000 pounds for a heat treatment).

Bottom line, these traps are a must from the start of the process and it s a good idea to leave them on all the time as you can monitor activity and get protection.

We have had trouble with the little critters for a couple of years and the bites got worse as they got bigger, we tried all the fumigaters, foggers steaming, spraying, putting clothes outside in the hot sun, encased pillows and mattress etc, we bought the interceptors as a last resort and after the first night we caught 3 large bugs. Had the pest control man come to check and no more bugs since! My bites were quite big, which drew blood on my pillow! Mo more bites! Love theseThese are brilliant!

It can only used for detecting any bug left in your house. Still need insecticide to kill the bugs in the dark corners of your house.

This really helped me. I had bed bugs in my previous sofa and I was getting bitten on my new sofa so I used these. After I realised there were no bed bugs on my new sofa the bites stopped appearing. It really put my mind at rest.

Well I think I had bed bugs so bought these traps . Intereseted to know how they don’t crawl out I know it had some talc powder in outer rim which I had to add some more to as I think it slows them down. I also bought some diatomaceous earth from same company in total I paid nearly 9 for postage and they came in the same box which was light so felt a bit robed. But came in a few days ! I do feel better with the intercepts nothing caught yet!

Easy to slot under bed legs just note size if you have chunky bed legs. Work and you can see what’s in the room and rule in/out bed bugs. Luckily out in our case!

Of all the things bought to deal with bedbugs in my sons student house, these were probably the most useful. We had these under his bed after he brought his stuff back home, when we needed to know whether any bedbugs had come too. We caught several other sorts of bug in them, so that must mean they are effective I think, but thankfully no bedbugs. Doubt they would be much use where you already knew you were infested, but as a ongoing monitor after infestation I would recommend.

Due to thinking I saw something I ordered these and put them down straight away. I have had nothing in the plastic cases thank goodness so think it was just me being paranoid. Brilliant product and they are quite big. Would recommend.

They are very well made. Be careful when unpacking them. Do not touch inside the outer well.
I havn’t found any bugs in them yet, so I cant really say if they work or not.
Im keeping my fingers crossed that there’s none left in my house..
Please remember not to put anything on your bed except your bed linen and dont let your covers
touch the floor.
If I find any bugs in the traps I will put in another review.

I put them under the bed legs both in master bedroom and the guestroom after Rentokill sprayed the house twice. The guest room was infected, I saw dead bugs around but not on the traps. Nevertheless they gave me peace of mind and even for that reason it was worth buying them.

I get restful sleep now I’ve put these under the legs of the bed. I haven’t found any in them but am finding dead ones so I know they are about just not in my bed. Very sturdy plastic and let’s be fair even if there’s none in them at least as I say they aren’t feeding on me now

Have caught douzens of bed bugs in these. Big to baby ones. Just make sure there is talc all over the walls and they just get stuck in it. So satisfying killing them with hot water afterwards. Been having a battle with bed bugs for ages and these are the only things working well so far.

Looks Exactly like the photo …although bigger than I expected, which is good as the feet on my new metal frame bed are round but yes, fits as it should. Good firm plastic…apparently coated in talcum powder but not too sure about that as couldn’t see much powder but, I added more to be on safe side. Using just as a precaution and to monitor bugs after professional debugging and as yet all’s well so can’t really say whether they work or not as not seen any bugs!!

I’ve had an ongoing battle with these little critters and it seems endless! I bought the bed bug mattress and pillow covers and tumble dry my duvet weekly. I bought a good steamer and had the council in to get rid of them… but they’re back! I started to use these bed bug interceptors 7 days ago and I’ve now caught 8 bugs. For the first time in over a year I have slept really well, not worrying about bugs on me.They interceptors are brilliant!!!!!!!
