Having had full size exercise bikes and ellipticals at home in the past, I wanted something small, easy to move. but that was of good quality and would hold up to my routine (20-30 km per day). This bike came well packaged, was extremely simple to assemble (less than 25 minutes), and despite being light enough for me to easily move from room to room on my own, feels as sturdy as the bikes at my gym. Well worth the price — only thing I will add is a more cushioned seat cover.

a far better product than i was expecting, yeah sure some of the tolerances aren’t amazing, but overall excellent value for money. Very study, no snags on the metal, nice finish, comfy seat, magnetic resistance is reasonably smooth. cant complain at the price.

This is a very good and inexpensive exercise bike that fits into small spaces. It’s easy to assemble and has different resistance settings that let you choose how hard a workout you want. There is also a digital feature that shows you how long you’ve been riding, how far, how many calories burned, your pulse, etc. Since it runs on batteries you can use it anywhere without having to be near an outlet. I recommend this product.
Always been sceptical about any piece of home gym fitness equipment, and inevitably been proved right unless you pay top dollar, silly money. However, this exercise bike breaks the mould. It is as solidly built as any bike I’ve used in any gym. There is nothing flimsy or cheap about it. It feels durable and very sturdy. It’s already taken considerable punishment since we purchased it!
I don’t usually write such detailed and glowing reviews, but this product is superb in every respect!
Pedal keeps falling off
Thought this bike was good, but one pedal keeps falling off
This book was better than I expected given there was a lot of mixed reviews on it. It was easy to assemble, it’s sturdy and easy to use. It is easy to fold us and put away when not in use, but as I have been using it everyday since I’ve got it I haven’t had to do this. It records your distance, speed, calories, pulse rate. It’s a great bike and I would definitely recommend 🙂
Easily unpacked, the bolting requires care and patience but is by no means difficult, work steadily. The manual is first rate, ranging from health issues to exercise regimes must be read through first. At 47lbs the lot, it’s liftable but heavy enough they’ve thought this through and the price is encouraging. Excellent unit.
Amazing
Easy to “build” and easy to find a place where to put it.
I bought this late last year to help with mobility. I had a knee injury and Consultant recommended cycling. I expected for the cost for it to be flimsy however it isn’t. Once assembled it is fairly heavy, well made, has a decent seat and records speed, time, distance perfectly. Can recommend.
It’s a great little gadget to have. I use it daily for about 45mins. And I have lost weight because of it. So happy I got this.

Nice bike for home exercise
Bought this bike few weeks back. The assembly was not difficult but the instructions could have been clearer. Takes very little space, great for home. Have been using this regularly, love it.
I’m not the best at assembling flat pack goods but this one was a doddle! Feels very sturdy and I’m not without some extra lbs. Very pleased with the purchase, price, quality and how easy to fold to make room. I recommend.
Only use an exercise bike as a back up to gym training. Usually use when working from home. Was sceptical as the bike was pretty inexpensive, but it’s perfect. Laptop sits on handlebars leaving you free to work and keep the steps ticking over. Very easy to assemble just really the stand,saddle handle bars and peddles to attach. Highly recommend
Bought this for my wifes birthday she loves it but I manage to get an hour per day myself nice piece of equipment well made very sturdy and looks the part the computer is easy to use and give all you need to know shame it has not got a back light, seat very comfortable and a well positioned back rest, great delivery service can’t fault it .
Not disappointed
Couldnt be happier … adjustable height, fold down back rest when not in use, i bought it as it could fold up to save space when not in use, but its not big anyway so i leave it up all the time. Other bikes ive tried in the past are so big and clunky but not this one! … the rope hand pulls are a great bonus … i am so pleased with my purchase.
The assembly instructions look daunting, but it’s really pretty easy to put together. One caveat, though: the instructions DO NOT mention the fact that the front bar, which supports the bike and allows it to be wheeled around, has to put on in a particular way. If you screw it on the wrong way around, the wheels are in the wrong place. (I only discovered this once I tried to wheel the folded bike, which I can’t because the wheels are in the wrong place. I haven’t yet tried to remove the bar and flip it around: I don’t have to move it far, so I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle.)
As someone else in the reviews mentioned, you also need to be careful with the handlebars so that you don’t screw through the wires for the monitor.
The bike itself seems pretty sturdy. My only minor complaint it that I’m 5’9″ and at the bike’s highest level, it’s only just about okay to ride — if I could get another inch or two in height, it would be perfect. Of course, every body is different, but I do suspect that anyone taller than me or with particularly long legs might not find this a comfortable fit.
Sturdy, simple bike
After having this bike for a week, I know for sure that it is not for me, however this does not stop me to give it 5 starts for what it is. This is a sturdy little leisure bike. Good for pedalling in front of to, instead of loosing muscles on the couch.
Solid build, folds easily, does not take much space and does not look too sporty in the living room. Very wide, padded and comfortable seat, maybe even too much?
Why not for me?
1. The seat it way too wide for a proper cycling. Good for leisure.
2. Pedals are in front of the bike, more under your hands, not under the hips, so again, only for a seated leisure cycling.
3. This bike is more suitable for short people (we are 168cm and 171cm and it is just right on the tallest seat setting). For taller than around 173cm people (depends how long your legs are) this bike will not be fully comfortable, unless you do not mind bending your knees. Personally I think that you are not supposed to cycle on constantly bent knees. The leg should be straight when reaching further away.
Started getting it out of the box as the match I was watching kicked off. By the time the second half kicked off I’d done 7km. Decent instructions, easy to put together, light enough to move around while feeling sturdy while in use, completely silent. Exactly what I was after while I’m injured and can’t run.
So, I brought this product to aid in weight loss and overall help with becoming more healthy. It’s great has myself and partner are short. If you are tall it’s not for you. Even with the seat at maximum height.
It’s easy to move around. Great to go on and off. I’m not entirely convinced the calories or miles traveled are accurate. But it’s a good guide. It’s good for both men and woman. However depending on strength and overall fitness I’d play about more with the resistance settings. Happy with purchase especially considering the price.
Value for money
Compared to other (more expensive) exercise bikes, this is a great alternative. Easy to install and a great product for a casual home rider. I do 3 hours a week or so on it and no issues, easy to set up and fold away. Fantastic product.
Well built, sturdy machine
Overall, very pleased with this bike. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and strong it is. It came with most of the bolts, etc, in the place where they should go once fully assembled. Assembly was therefore very quick and easy. The saddle is very comfortable and the action of the machine is very smooth. I enjoy working out on it. The only thing that stopped me giving it an overall 5 stars is that, at 6 feet tall, my knees only just miss hitting the handlebar when I’m pedalling. It could have done with an extra couple of holes in the seat post to make that better. (So, I would not recommend it to anyone over 6 feet tall) Otherwise, I do recommend this bike.

I had been searching for a decent priced exercise bike for some months. I had found one that I wanted to purchase on another warehouse-style online store, which was cheaper than this one, but in their usual fashion they hiked the price up by 100% so I decided to shop around. I found this bike and scrolled through the reviews and thought this would be a good investment. It was a bonus that there was a 10% offer at checkout for the bike – so I was chuffed even before it arrived! It arrived the very next day. It was packaged very well, with bubble wrap and polystyrene bricks (not quite sure what their actual term is, but we’ll run with it) keeping all the parts secure. I’ll be honest, I’ve been wanting an exercise bike for years but have dreaded the thought of putting one together, and I had the same thought for this thing, especially after reading a review saying that it would be best if you had your own spanner…which would prove difficult for someone like me whose toolkit extends to the little screwdrivers you get from Christmas crackers! Unboxing all the components was straight forward and it was a delight to find out that the majority of the hard work had been done for me, and all I needed to do was finish the puzzle. The instructions were clear, although did point out parts that were already built so that was probably unnecessary but all in all clear instructions and all parts were detailed. For 97.99 I wasn’t expecting much, but I was quite surprised. The overall quality is great. The build was smooth and straightforward and took me no more than 30 minutes. The allen key and spanner provided worked well and did the job – so thankfully I didn’t need to ask my neighbour for any other tools! My only advice would be when installing the handlebars, make sure that the monitor’s wires aren’t in the way of the screw hole as I nearly screwed right through mine but realised in good time! The bike is very sturdy, which I was quite shocked at, I can’t lie! The pedals just screw right in with no tools needed. As with all bikes, the seat is rather uncomfortable, but they aren’t designed for comfort, and this is a comment which would go for any bike! I would rate this 5/5 stars, however the only thing that lets it down is the monitor. That again is easy to install, needing only 2 x AAA batteries, and clipping in the wires to the ones already on the bike. It’s quite hard to see the screen of the monitor as it’s quite dark, and I’ve found I can only see it clearly if I shine my phone’s torch on it or if I lean right back, which isn’t ideal. However, for 97.99, I can live with shining my phone on the screen. There are 8 resistance levels and they all switch seamlessly into one another with a simple turn of the knob. I was worried that the resistance wouldn’t be great, but it’s really amazing. All in all a brilliant bike for a fantastic price. Quick and easy to build. Unfortunately the monitor does drop a star due to the fact it is hard to see it as it appears very dimmed and dark but other than that this bike is damn near perfect. Would highly recommend!

I looked at what seemed like hundreds of exercise bikes before selecting the Ativafit, and I have been very pleased with it.
It arrived very well packaged and assembly was easy, taking about 15 minutes. There are only about 10 components and the nuts and bolts for each item are already in place on it, so just step through the picture instructions loosening the bolts from the item and then fixing it in place – great idea (no little bags of nuts and bolts). Instructions are good and if needed, there are several YouTube clips that show you how to assemble it.
The bike itself is very stable and the operation when pedalling is smooth – no wobble or other movements on the bike itself – its rock solid. With smooth rotation of the pedals, it is almost silent in use with just a whisper as you pedal. Tension is adjusted on a scale dial between 1 (very light) and 8 (reasonably firm).
The seat is comfortable and can be adjusted for height. The back rest and side handles are great as you can sit back and rest whilst your legs keep going. The addition of the resistance handles on the main strut is great too – not too tight to pull and gives a general level of effort for arms at the same time.
The computer is basic but has speed, time, cals, distance, total distance etc., can display in kilometres and miles and will check your pulse too if wanted – all very easy.
This is an excellent exercise bike at a great price. Highly recommended.

Mantenersi in forma
In vista dell’estate ho deciso di mettermi in forma e fare un po di attivit fisica.
Con questa cyclette ho trovato il giusto compromesso.
Faccio attivit appena ho un po di tempo a casa senza iscrizione a palestra e quant’altro.
Si regola facilmente la forza sella pedalata.
Il computer di bordo registra distanza tempo a calorie bruciate, in tempo reale indica la frequenza cardiaca.
I still can't believe the price I paid
Amazing price for this exercise bike. I managed to get this for just a bit over 100. You would be lucky to get a second hand one for that price and you would have to pick it up yourself. Quality wise it is excellent. Good resistance and gives you a good home workout. You can do longer more gentle sessions or fast and high intensity short bursts. It sits sturdy on stable on the floor with no movement when using this.
Highly recommended for home use.

It also comes with a small screen on the front which monitors heart rate, calories, etc and above that is a nice convenient place for tablets or phones so you don’t get bored during your workout.
Overall as a compact bike it’s very well made.

Utile e facile da montare
Ho comprato questa cyclette per allenarmi in casa ed anche perch ho un po’ di problemi alle ginocchia e mi stata consigliata dal medico. Devo dire che il montaggio stato abbastanza semplice, non troppo macchinoso e la cyclette solida e stabile. Trovo molto comodo il fatto che si possa piegare su se stessa per riporla, ma al momento io la lascio cos com’. L’unica pecca che non riesco ad utilizzare molto bene le maniglie per fare rematore, bicipiti o tricipiti (ma anche pettorali volendo), perch per me sono un po’ troppo rigide, ma al momento mi va pi che bene come cyclette. Pedalata fluida e assolutamente silenziosa, display grande e comodo per verificare il tempo e tutto il resto ed in pi ha un poggia cellulare o tablet o quello che volete, che molto utile. Ulteriore punto di forza lo schienale che per me che ho problemi alla schiena fondamentale.

I love this bike which I bought to replace an old defunct one. The cross training aspect with the handles is great. Easy to assemble and use. I don’t fold it away, but it’s great to know I can if required.

Buona per un esercizio quotidiano
La cyclette facile da montare seguendo il manuale che ben dettagliato e disponibile in varie lingue tra cui l’italiano. Gli attrezzi necessari al montaggio (chiavi inglesi, a brugola e cacciavite) sono inclusi nella confezione. Il risultato uno strumento stabile, grazie alla buona massa e ai dadi di buona qualit.
La chiusura apertura richiede un po’ di fatica, se fatta da soli, per cui meglio essere assistiti da una persona che la tiene in posizione mentre si avvita il blocco.
L’utilizzo funzionale, grazie alle varie altezze del sellino; anche se si alti si riesce a usarla comodamente.
Sono presenti 8 livelli di resistenza alla pedalata, lo schienale permette di fare comodamente esercizio mentre si legge un libro o di non sforzare la schiena se si usano le manopole per rafforzare le braccia.
Unico neo, le pile per alimentare il computer di bordo sono durate davvero poco, anche se magari erano solo vecchie, in ogni caso consiglierei di usare pile ricaricabili. Personalmente non sono interessato alle informazioni che mi d, quindi uso l’attrezzo col display spento.
In conclusione un buon acquisto se si desidera fare una attivit quotidiana per tenersi in forma. Consigliata.

El montaje fue sencillo, slo con las imgenes. Funciona muy bien y es silenciosa. Tiene varios niveles de resistencia para los pedales, aunque las mancuernas son duras. El silln es muy cmodo. El monitor es bastante bsico: slo da informacin, no puedes poner peso y altura (con lo que la medicin de caloras no es fiable). Y tampoco puedes poner unos ajustes de velocidad ni nada. Plegarla para que ocupe menos es complicado por peso, no es para hacerlo a diario.

Ho sempre voluto una Cyclette ma per problemi di spazio rinunciavo, questa ha il vantaggio che si piega diventando sottile e riesco a metterla tra il muro e l’armadio
Arriva preassemblata, bisogna solo montare tra loro i pezzi principali che con un minimo di manualit si far in 5 minuti, in dotazione tutto il necessario per farlo
la seduta comoda, pedalata fluida, stabile e adatta anche a persone alte perch e regolabile

The bike is very solid, it easily takes my weight at 135kg, if you are overweight, the highest resistance is more than enough to shed the pounds. The assembly is easy and very quick. If you want a good quality bike on a budget, definately go with this beast.
Great fold away exercise bike.
Brilliant product. Easy to use and move. It’s great value for money and good quality. I found I did not need a floor mat for this, but I use it on a carpet. I have not used it on wooden/laminate flooring so don’t know if it needs one on them.

I use my bike every day for 30 minutes. I know my back and leg muscles have improved after using the bike for just two months. A consultant advised me to do more exercise and he recommended me to cycle to avoid serious back surgery! Exercise does certainly help. Great purchase.

Foldable, sturdy exercise bike.
I need a foldable, lightweight, and sturdy exercise bike for my son who has a mobility problem. To be able to sit down, watch TV, exercise, and strengthen his legs muscles is a very convenient and enjoyable way for him to exercise.
The best feature of this bike must be its foldable design, perfect for us with limited space.
The seat is big and comfortable, and its height can be adjusted so it can accommodate a range of heights and weights comfortably.
The build quality is very good. The frame seems like it would weigh a lot but it’s surprisingly light. On that note, it can be moved without much effort once assembled as the bottom has small, sturdy wheels making it quite portable. You would expect it to be loud, but this bike operates rather quietly.
There’s a small LCD that shows the time, count, calories burnt, scan, and distance. I feel that it looks quite simple, and might be improved by making the LCD window a little bit bigger and also by adding a backlight to improve visibility. Nevertheless, despite it lacking in the aesthetic department, it works as intended so it’s not a big issue for me.
Sometimes, at a certain angle, it can produce a little squeaky sound, but so far, it’s been working perfectly. I guess it might be due to the amount of weight that has been put onto it when it’s pedalled.
Overall, this exercise bike has been a great exercise device for my son. If it lasts a long time, it would be an excellent value for money.
Nos hemos regalado esta bicicleta estatica por las buenas valoraciones del producto y el precio ajustado. La sorpresa ha sido grata porque es fcil de montar y robusta, q para mi es lo mas importante. Plegada queda bien, y no tengo que tenerla en el comedor siempre abierta. Actualizo despus de un mes de uso, y he mejorado mi opinin. La bicicleta no hace nada de ruido en marcha, y ya llevamos 200 km. Adems es estable con personas de peso superior a 80 kg. Espero mejorar mi forma fisica
Premetto che si trovano cyclette a minor costo, ma molte volte se vogliamo la migliore performance necessario scendere a compromessi e salire un pochino di prezzo.
– Ottimo imballaggio, tutto perfettamente incastrato per occupare meno spazio possibile e con un peso di circa 15kg.
-Semplicissima da montare, in circa 15 minuti possibile costruirla come da istruzioni allegate, e all’interno si trovano tutti i tool, chiavi e bulloneria necessaria al montaggio.
-Ottimo schermo LCD compreso che mostra calorie, durata esercizio, sforzo e battiti per minuto BPM (nel manubrio dove si poggiano le mani sono compresi i rilevatori di battito cardiaco comodissimi, senza aver bisogno di mettere fascia cardiaca). Premetto che per lo schermo sono necessarie 2 mini stilo NON comprese nella confezione.
-Sono alto 1.78 e con sellino a circa met altezza mi trovo a pedalare correttamente. Quindi a mio parere adatta a persone comprese tra un’altezza di 1,50m fino ad un massimo di 1.90m.
-Ottima possibilit di tunare secondo 8 livelli la resistenza alla pedalata, la quale risulta molto fluida e poco macchinosa/ciclica come spesso funziona con ciclette di bassa fascia, quindi a livello di meccanica sono molto soddisfatto.
-Apprezzo la possibilit della presenza di fasce elastiche che permettono secondo vari esercizi di allenare tutti i muscoli della braccia nel mentre si pedala.
-Il sellino ed il reggischiena sono estremamente comodi e morbidi.
-La comodita principale comunque il peso totale, il fatto che si puo reclinare e quindi poco ingombrante. Inoltre grazie alle rotelle interposte sotto le aste a terra abbiamo la possibilit di trasportarlo trascinandolo e senza alzarlo.
-Ciclette estremamente silenziosa, cosi da non disturbarvi se volete fare attivit guardando la tv o in estremo silenzio guardando il paesaggio. Questo aspetto non da sottovalutare, una cliclette rumorosa vi scoccer molto presto.
Molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto, la consigliere a chi come me vive in un appartamento e ha la necessit di poco ingobro attivo ma allo stesso tempo non vuole farsi mancare nulla.

Lleg pronto y la subieron a casa. Tardamos una hora en montarla, no somos muy manitas. Lleva las herramientas necesarias, e instrucciones. Ya montada: es muy cmoda, silenciosa, robusta. Puedes pedalear reclinado o con la espalda recta. Yo prefiero esto ltimo, pero entiendo que a otras personas les ser ms cmodo reclinado. si la pliegas del todo ocupa muy poco espacio, pero para plegarla hay que desenroscar una pieza detrs del asiento, y luego volverla a poner para que se mantenga de pie. Al final yo no la pliego, ya que como la uso recta tampoco ocupa mucho. Hago cada da dos fracciones de 30′, y genial. La resistencia va del 1 al 9, y yo la uso al 5. La pantalla se ve muy bien, con nmeros grandes, y los datos que da creo que son correctos todos, excepto las caloras gastadas, que me dice un montn y yo s que no es posible. En cambio, los datos del pulso son muy correctos, ya que tengo un reloj que tambin mide el pulso y coinciden. Volvera a comprarla, sin duda.
CYCLETTE MOLTO COMPATTA
Ho messo 4 stelle, ma avrei considerato piuttosto un 3.5; spiego perch. Anche per chi conosce l’inglese, le istruzioni di montaggio non sono del tutto chiare; es: non viene indicato il senso di montaggio del piede anteriore (da che parte devono risultare le routine rispetto all’asse); io l’ho dovuto smontare e girare per ottenere la manovrabilit a bici ripiegata. Pur provando diverse volte ed anche invertendo le viti, un bullone di fissaggio del manubrio non si serrava fino in fondo; ho dovuto aggiungere una riparella elastica. Il pernetto di bloccaggio del telaio non si inserisce del tutto quando la bici ripiegata perch va ad interferire coi cavi interni al telaio stesso. Insomma difetti non fondamentali, ma antipatici. Per il resto la bici robusta (almeno per me che peso 65 kg), silenziosa e molto compatta una volta ripiegata. Attenzione per: l’ho appena ricevuta ed usata solo una volta. Va verificata la durata nel tempo
Facile da montare, occupa poco spazio, materiali buoni, design accattivante.
Dopo le feste, mi sono organizzato per tentare di ritrovare la forma fisica, inevitabilmente persa, durante cene e cenoni.
Quella di cui vi parlo oggi una cyclette da camera, semplice da montare, robusta e utile per tenersi in forma, ci vuole solo un po’ di costanza come in tutte le cose.
Col tempo mi sono abituato ad allenarmi in casa, la bici in questione compatta ma, allo stesso tempo, non ha nulla da invidiare a quelle pi professionali che si trovano generalmente in palestra.
Lo schienale e il sedile sono comodi, quest’ultimo regolabile in altezza mediante un perno.
La pedalata pu essere impostata, mediante un regolatore su 8 livelli di resistenza, in modo da aumentare o diminuire la tensione della corsa.
Il monitor ci d, in tempo reale, diverse informazioni circa lo stato dell’allenamento, tra cui: distanza percorsa, tempo trascorso, calorie consumate, velocit e pulsazioni.
Facile da assemblare e manualetto in cui sono spiegati in maniera chiara, gli step di montaggio.
A fine allenamento la si ripone agevolmente in un angolo, poich ripiegandosi su se stessa, occupa uno spazio minimo.
Decisamente promossa a pieni voti.
La spedizione seppur non gestita dalla Logistica di Amazon, arrivata in 3 giorni lavorativi con corriere espresso.
Una nota importante, quando montate i pedali, assicuratevi bene che ogni pedale sia sul lato corretto, SX e DX ne indicano il verso.

Compact design, sturdy build and gives a good workou
The ATIVAFIT Foldable Exercise Bike is a good quality bike for a home gym or just the casual workout. The festive period is coming to an end and it’s time to burn off that extra blubber and an exercise bike is the ideal thing for it as it is too cold to go out for the forseeable.
The beauty of this style is that you can fold it away in seconds and store it in a cupboard when not in use, great for flats or space constrained homes. Price isn’t a bank breaker and overall value for money seems really good.
My last exercise bike was so uncomfortable. I thought that I would try this as the seat looked totally different. It is a tad comfier but still not something I could spend a lot of time on. The action is smooth and it is quite well built. Not bad for the money (I paid around 130).

Fantastic sturdy quality
I’m really impressed with the quality and general sturdiness of this product. It was a concern for me when choosing what to buy. Its 16kg so easily liftable and has wheels to aid moving it into position. It tucks nicely into our hall coat cupboard enabling easy use a couple of times a day. It was simple to put up, and the instructions are good. Easy to use, the computer start as soon as you push the pedal and the variable resistance is fine for general fitness, although it might not be enough if you are user fit, it’s plenty for me, and duration is up to you. My only quibble I’d the phone holder ,which if you use it, blocks the view of the computer. But this is a very minor quibble. Safe to say, I’m chuffed to bits with it.
After much trouble with shipment I finally went and had to pick up the bike. The box was banged up, trashed and partially opened. I removed all the contents and hoped they were all there. I slowly put the bike together using Will’s video on YouTube which was much more helpful than the instructions. I was worried about the magnetic motor since the box looked like it took a beating. Luckily everything was there and the motor is nice and quiet and everything works just fine. Love the bike. Now I just have to use it. I bought a tablet holder and have my iPad hooked up and it’s much more enjoyable using the rides from YouTube.

Ben fatta, abbastanza robusta. Per il montaggio abbastanza facile. L’ha assemblata il mio compagno in circa 30 minuti, ed io per l’ho provata solo per pochi minuti, solo per vedere se funzionasse… e devo ammettere che la seduta sia da sdraiata che nella normale posizione comoda! Sellino confortevole.
Il materiale mi sembra di buona fattura. Ovvio non si pu paragona ad una bike professionale, ma si cerca una bike da casa per un allenamento medio intenso, la consiglio vivamente!

Ho sempre desiderato una cyclette. Non sono una persona particolarmente attiva, purtroppo, e ho sempre pensato che avendo a portata di mano un attrezzo per esercitarmi anche a casa, avrei in qualche modo attutito un po’ la mia pigrizia. Finalmente posso darmi ragione (che bello!).
Ho acquistato la cyclette da quasi un mese, e mi sto trovando molto bene. La sera rientrando da lavoro ci dedico almeno 20 minuti, non tutti i giorni perch certi giorni sono davvero k.o.
Energie residue permettendo, la utilizzo con pedalata a velocit media e intensit ancora a livello 2 massimo 3. Per spero di poter fare presto progressi. La rondella sotto al manubrio consente appunto di regolare l’intensit della pedalata. La pedalata fluida, non meccanica.
Assemblaggio:
Per quanto riguarda il montaggio, ho montato la cyclette totalmente da sola e in meno di mezz’ora. I pezzi sono facilmente assemblabili e comunque abbastanza intuitivi. Le istruzioni sono comunque molto chiare.
Ingombro:
Apprezzo moltissimo che la cyclette sia progettata in modo da occupare meno spazio possibile senza doverla smontare, si richiude e pu essere riposta dietro le porte o comunque in spazi esigui.
Ma anche semplicemente essere un comodo poggia vestiti quando non la si usa .
In sintesi:
Sono molto felice di essermi decisa all’acquisto. L’idea di poter allenare gambe e glutei guardando la tv particolarmente piacevole. La cyclette molto stabile, e l’aspetto non per nulla economico.

Bought this to use as it’s too wet and windy to go for my daily run! I was really pleased with the quality of the bike and the comfort of the saddle. Very easy to assemble and folds away easily too.

Acquistata in offerta ad un prezzo molto interessante. La spedizione stata molto veloce perch mi arrivata quasi una settimana prima della data prevista.
Il montaggio stato semplice e abbastanza veloce.
La utilizzo principalmente per perdere peso ed aumentare la mia capacit cardiaca visto che faccio una vita molto sedentaria ed ho bisogno di fare del movimento per contrastare anche il mio diabete di tipo 2.
La regolazione dello sforzo molto semplice e funziona molto bene permettendo una pedalata continua ed “omogenea” senza scatti.
Se c’ da fare qualche osservazione leggermente negativa riguarda il computer: la cosa pi importante che non dotato di retroilluminazione e se si procede in allenamento in una stanza poco illuminata non si riesce a leggere. Il sensore per le pulsazioni funziona bene e da valori abbastanza affidabili, non sono abbastanza sicuro per quanto riguarda gli altri valori mostrati durante l’allenamento.
Tutto sommato sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto, principalmente per il prezzo pagato in funzione dell’uso e delle prestazioni che ha questo attrezzo.
Lo consiglio per ci vuole iniziare a tenersi in forma senza spendere troppo.

Ero da tempo alla ricerca di una cyclette che mi permettesse di allenarmi senza occuparmi una stanza intera. Arriva in una scatola, parzialmente da assemblare, basta un po’ di pazienza e di manualit ma tutto indicato nelle istruzioni. Materiali robusti, regge il carico dei pi cicciottelli senza problemi. Si richiude con estrema facilit, avrei aggiunto delle rotelline per il trasporto ma forse chiedevo troppo! Computer di bordo essenziale ma ben funzionante. Ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo, stabilit e sicurezza garantiti.

Great Exercise Bike…shipped very quickly. Easy to assemble…be sure to ‘read’ the instructions carefully…I put it together myself without any problems. Very quiet when peddling, easy to move, quite sturdy. The arm resistance bands are a nice touch for the upper body, many different ways of using these. This bike will accommodate a person who is up to 6 feet tall and weighs not more than ~265 pounds. The seat could be more comfortable but is ok. Instruction manual shows exactly how the bike goes together and also how to use it. I highly recommend this exercise bike!!
buona ma attenzione all'altezza
premetto che l’ho pagata 99 euro, sono alto 182cm e peso 120 chili.
nella politica del risparmio totale questo prodotto ha cmq una sua logica.
non adatta a persone che superano i 175 cm di altezza: si piegano troppo le ginocchia anche con sellino all’altezza massima.
la consistenza del materiale usato buona, ma tirata in ogni aspetto, minimal direi, meno materiale possibile sui poggia mano, meno materiale possibile sulla prolunga del sellino (cmq comodo anche per persone pesanti come me) ecc…
chiudiamo entrambi gli occhi sui dettagli: manopola della resistenza fissata storta, precisione delle saldature abbastanza discutibile, computerino mooolto leggerino di plastica di scarsa qualit, e cosi via…

il montaggio si risolve in una mezz’oretta circa e nonostante le istruzioni in inglese va fatto con attenzione ma non complicato. di notevole aiuto sono le viti ed i dadi gi posizionati e la chiave inglese e la brugoletta che sono in dotazione nella scatola. quindi non necessita di attrezzi extra. l’ho montata da sola.
la cyclette molto stabile e molto silenziosa. le resistenze sono efficaci (l’ultima davvero ardua).
il piccolo display a pile non molto preciso ma si ovvia facilmente con uno smartwatch che mediamente ogni sportivo ha al polso.

La compr porque necesitaba hacer algo de cardio antes de entrar a trabajar y, por supuesto, que no ocupase mucho espacio. Y la compra ha sido perfecta!
Es super fcil de montar. Apenas tardas 30 minutos y todo viene muy bien explicado. Plegada ocupa incluso menos espacio de lo que v en algunas fotos que pusieron varios usuarios.
Es muy muy cmoda y super silenciosa. Apenas llevo dos semanas con ella y la utilizo por la maana temprano mientras los nios an duermen. Me pongo en el saln y no hace nada nada de ruido
El nico handicap que tiene es que si mides ms de 1,80m va a quedarse chica la bici. Yo mido 1,74 y me viene el silln justo para montarme. Y lo tengo puesto en la posicin ms alta.

Brilliant light and foldable bike which helps keep me in shape and doesn’t take much space.
After puting bit weight needed some exercise equipment, this one was ideal to my needs as it’s not bulk and heavy item, it’s foldable and can move around easily.
Also when not used I can light and close it which becomes quite narrow and doesn’t take much storage space.
It accommodates upto around 24 stones which equivalent to around 150kg.
Bike has magnetic resistance which makes it quite and easy to use even when watching tv, noise low so not interfering with tv.
Overall nice space saving bike .

CONTRO : non adatta a persone molto alte.
Questa cyclette l’ho scelta perch pieghevole e non occupa spazio quando ripiegata. In effetti compatta ma stabile. Volevamo in famiglia una cyclette basic perch usata regolarmente ma per poco tempo.
Il montaggio facile, arriva quasi tutta assemblata, bisogna installare solo i pedali, il manubrio, il sellino altri accessori. Gli attrezzi per il montaggio sono inclusi.
L’utilizzo semplice, con una rotella si regola la durezza della pedalata, il manubrio ha un contabattiti che sembra preciso. Anche se pieghevole stabile, non si muove durante la pedalata, e non fa rumore.
Il display segna i soliti valori, distanze, tempo, calorie, battiti. Ha anche un porta cellulare.
L’unica cosa da valutare bene l’altezza, in famiglia sono il pi alto, circa 190 cm e, anche se la potrei usare senza disagi, la gamba a mio parere non si estende quanto dovrebbe. Penso che sia adatta a persone di altezza fino 180/185 cm.
Ha un buon rapporto qualit-prezzo, abbastanza economica ma robusta, utile per l’attivit fisica, fino ad ora in famiglia viene usata con soddisfazione senza problemi .
Una de las cosas que me hizo coger esta bici, es el sistema de plegado que tiene y lo poco que ocupa, se queda en nada.
Me echaba para atrs el tener un trasto en casa, an teniendo sitio, pero me negaba a tenerla de perchero.
Me gusta hacer ejercicio pero ahora mismo no me siento comoda en el gim y con esta bici la pongo en el jardn y disfruto al aire libre.
El asiento es cmodo, mullitido, y no te deja el culo plano, tambien es regulable el altura.
Un detalle que no me di cuenta al comprar, pero que me ha gustado mucho, es que tiene unas pequeas ruedas para poder transportarla fcilmente.
Creo que la relacin calidad precio, esta muy bien.
Reading the instructions, which were very clear, I took my time assembling it. It’s fairly heavy It took me about a couple of hours. I love it. It’s so solid. The monitor gives me all the details safely so I don’t overdo it. I have kept the resistance low for the time being. I watch my pulse rate and I’m building up slowly. I want to strengthen my leg muscles after two hip replacements. I haven’t folded it up yet. I like it where it is.
Gives a good workou
I am probably a bit too tall for it at 6’1 but it gives a good workout, albeit I can only use for a short amount of time. It folds away easily and is very easy to set up. Great for a small garage gym or for use in the home.
Display screen is very dull which makes it difficult to read. Is this an issue for anyone else?

Robusta e performante
Ho acquistato questa cyclette presa dal sacro fuoco di una vita meno sedentaria e capace di contrastare la mia innata pigrizia che il periodo che abbiamo vissuto non ha fatto altro che acuire. Avevo toccato con mano una x-bike simile ma poi ho preferito comprare su Amazon, che mette sempre al riparo da cattive sorprese, basandomi anche sulle molte recensioni positive di altri acquirenti.
Ebbene, soddisfazione massima perch effettivamente, cos come dicono in molti, una cyclette robusta, cosa da non sottovalutare per chi come me non un fuscello, comoda da usare e da spostare. Nel riporla occupa effettivamente poco spazio ma, cos come hanno evidenziato altri, un po’ complicata da chiudere perch bisogna tirare una certa manopola che fa da fermo e, forse per me che sono un po’ impedita, un po’ difficoltoso. Non che non lo si possa fare eh, ma io, che non voglio crearmi alibi per non usarla, la lascio aperta e posizionata, pronta da saltarci in sella

La cyclette nel suo complesso molto robusta e comoda.
Il sellino ampio e confortevole. Ci si pu andare benissimo senza i pantaloncini rinforzati visto che non troppo duro.
Regolazione del sellino con “perno” sul retro.
La chiusura e apertura della cyclette molto facile e vengono garantite tramite un perno. Lo spostamento di esso veramente facile grazie alle ruote sul davanti, facilissimo da riporre perch da chiuso occupa veramente poco spazio.

Un’altra cosa che ho apprezzato il porta telefono che ti arriva sullo schermo, molto utile nel caso in cui si voglia guardare qualcosa.
Per far funzionare lo schermo c’ bisogno di due batterie AAA.
Ho comunque fatto un video per riprendere il montaggio e farvi vedere pi dettagli. (Il video stato velocizzato e montato per far s che potete vedere tutto molto velocemente).
Tempo di montaggio all’incirca 10 minuti se avete una buona manualit, senn ne spenderete qualcuno in pi.
llevaba tiempo buscando una bici esttica de este tipo y creo que he acertado.
lo rimero es que la bici se monta muy fcilmente, los tornillos vienen puestos y simplemente hay que montarlo con las herramientas que incluye en la caja. no se tarda mas de 5min.
lo que mas me ha gustado es que se pliega muy fcilmente y se puede guardar en cualquier rincn, para un piso es lo ideal.
este tipo de bici tiene una ventaja en comparacin con otras y es que gracias a la configuracin del silln es posible ejercitar la zona interior de las piernas.
adems gracias a la pantalla es posible llevar un seguimiento de la velocidad, distancia, tiempo e incluso de las pulsaciones.
respecto a la calidad de fabricacionyo no soy capaz de sacar pegas, me parece que esta muy bien fabricada.
Un producto ideal para ejercitarse en casa. Es sper fcil de montar ni tarda media hora. Es plegable con lo cual muy fcil para el almacenamiento. Hay un punto muy importante que hay que referenciar es lo silencioso que es, porque ya no hay que preocuparse por la maana pronto por si se produce ruido para el vecino o despertar a los que estn durmiendo todava. La mquina tiene una pantalla donde refleja la calora que t quemas por hacer el ejercicio, el tiempo, la frecuencia cardaca, la distancia.. y tiene un soporte para apoyar el mvil o la tablet para pasar el aburrimiento de hacer ejercicio. Tiene un botn para darle ms peso o menos a los pedales. Bueno quedan muchos puntos por decir… en cuanto al precio me parece muy razonable, me parece muy bien con ese dinero comprar una mquina gil y ocupa poco espacio para moverse un poco todos los das.

Ci subito piaciuto il modello con schienale, computerino e maniglie con fasce elastiche.
La spedizione non e’ prime ma il prodotto arrivato in pochi giorni e nel periodo previsto.
L’imballo stato molto curato e ben fatto e tutti i pezzi erano protetti da polistirolo.

Il display indica una serie di parametri tra cui velocit, distanza percorsa, calorie, battito cardiaco, orologio ecc.. Sul display, vi anche una sorta di incavo per appoggiare il cellulare.
Mentre si pedala ci di pu esercitare con le braccia tramite le maniglie elasticizzate. Sul manubrio vi sono dei sensori che rilevano il battito cardiaco.
La cyclette costruita con materiali resistenti e di qualit, non rumorosa e dispone di rotelle per essere facilmente spostata e riposta in spazi ristretti o sotto il letto, perch anche ripiegabile.

He comprado esta bici esttica por el precio y merece la pena, no tiene que envidiar nada a bicis ms caras. Su montaje es muy fcil siguiente el manual, tarde apenas 15 minutos. Luego tiene una pantalla muy completa que te marca Caloras, tiempo, km, pulsaciones…
Otra cosa muy positiva es que se recoge a la mitad y no ocupa sitio.
Despus de unos meses, he de decir que la compra ha sido fabulosa. La uso a diario, entre una hora y hora y media. No hace nada de ruido. La resistencia es lo suficientemente alta como para que en los niveles superiores trabajes mucho el msculo hasta el punto de que estas como subiendo una pendiente con mucha inclinacin. El ser plegable y poderla recoger en un lugar pequeo es una maravilla. Lleva soporte para que puedas dejar la tablet, un e-reader, o lo que quieras, y en el armazn puedes apoyar una botella de agua para reponer lquidos sin tener que moverte del sitio. Recomiendo su compra.
Al no tener tiempo de ir al gimnasio cada da, he optado comprar una bicicleta esttica para hacer gimnasia desde casa.
Ya he tenido una bicicleta esttica antes y, por mala estridencia, estaba algo reacia en volver a comprar otra (pero la necesidad de tener que hacer los ejercicios para las piernas me obligaba a comprar una nueva).
He optado por este modelo su precio econmico y sobre todo por la posibilidad de poder, de una cierta forma, plegarla para poder guardarla cuando no la uso.
La bicicleta en si no est mal. No hace ruido cuando estoy pedaleando (es bien silenciosa) y el men tiene varias informaciones. aconsejo compra.
Dj une dizaine de sances ralises sur ce vlo et je suis trs satisfait du produit qui rpond parfaitement mes attentes.
Les matriaux sont de qualits et il est facile monter (une dizaine de minutes suffiront).
Il se plie facilement aussi et ne prends pas trop de place.
Trs facile transporter d’une pice l’autre.
La selle est large et confortable.
Le poids d’inertie est assez pour un sportif dbutant.
Bref, je le recommande fortement pour ceux qui veulent s’entraner la maison.

Encontrar una bicicleta esttica que nos guste no es fcil, adems en este momento es muy importante el poder hacer ejercicio fsico en cualquier lugar, por lo que tener un aparato como este en casa puede venir muy bien.
En mi caso, estuve buscando en varias tiendas de deportes y por aqu y este modelo ha sido el que ms me ha convencido, sobre todo porque vivo en una casa pequea y el hecho de que sea plegable ayuda mucho. La bicicleta se pliega a la mitad, y tambin se pliega el asiento, por lo que podremos guardar la bicicleta en cualquier espacio que tengamos en casa.
El montaje de la bicicleta es muy sencillo, en menos de 10 minutos podremos tener el dispositivo listo para funcionar.
El contador que lleva incorporada la mquina es capaz de medir la velocidad, la distancia virtual recorrida, las caloras gastadas, y varias cosas ms que nos permitirn hacer un seguimiento ms efectivo del ejercicio que queramos realizar. Tiene 8 niveles de dificultad o resistencia para cada ejercicio que harn que podamos ir aumentando la intensidad segn vayamos avanzando en el “fitness”
Trae incorporada una funcin de remo con la que podremos realizar este ejercicio si es el que nos interesa.
Sólo ejercicio básico
La bici cumple su funcin, es fcil de montar y no muy grande para guardar, sin embargo el silln no sale demasiado y si mides 1,80 das pedales sin estirar del todo la pierna. En general es bastante silenciosa, pero de vez en cuando alguna pieza interna debe de rozar con otra y puede llegar a hacer ruido al pedalear, que acaba desapareciendo solo. Para ejercicio bsico la veo bien, pero si quieres entrenar un poco ms serio, se te va a quedar corta.

La cyclette si presenta pratica, robusta, funzionale, ottima da riporre in poco spazio, nel mio caso la infilo tr aun muro ed un armadio in meno di 40 cm di larghezza,.
Io non son grosso 160 x 64 kg … per la mia taglia va pi che bene, credo sia per piccola per taglie forti o persone alte.
La pedalata fluida, il computer non da problemi e segna quanto serve anche se non stato certo il mio primo criterio per la scelta,
Ho comperato la cyclette per rirendermi dopo un infortunio ad un ginocchio, pedaler per un mesetto abbastanza intensamente poi torner in bici ma user il prodotto anche nel caso di brutto tempo o impossibilit ad uscire a causa delle restrizioni.
