The instructions were slightly confusing, but once you realize where the screws need to go it’s an easy install. Just be very careful to line the holes up correctly as a small mistake will cause you to miss the stud.

Really good bike rack and as described is sturdy enough to hold 3 bikes. Not the easiest rack to hand bikes on and off, especially if you use all three hangers, as they are stacked pretty close together, I would have bought the 6 bike version as it would allow More space between bikes.

Easy to install, the 6 bike rack comes in two pieces, and once installed the bikes are easy to remove/ replace. Has really improved the tidiness of the garage.

The best thing about this is that you can just choose the right height and section of your wall and it’s ready to go. You don’t have to do any accurate alignment or be fixed in a position the you cannot change (without leaving ugly screw holes everywhere)

First, this wall rack is working exactly as envisioned and advertised. Stable. No issues supporting my bikes. Adjustable. Wheel hooks are in a track, held in place by a single set screw, and can be placed at about any desired spacing.

Installation is a bit less brilliant. The spacing for of the main anchor screws is about 32-inches, +/- about 1-inch. This works for walls with a standard 16 inch c-c layout, but poses two issues. One, the horizontal location is captive to the hidden stud layout. For instance, I had to jam my rack against the outside wall to hit my wall studs, causing me to lose mounting space on the rack. Two, if your wall has a 24-inch c-c layout or the carpenter made a mistake, this rack will not work for you. Also, there are two small expansion anchors located just inside the main anchor screws. They are very location sensitive. They are about 31-inches c-c, so may miss one or both studs. If you do hit the studs-I did-the holes in the rack that receive them are a tight fit. No tolerance for a mis-located drilled hole.

In summary, good rack if you can install it. Probability less than one that you can.

    Gerne jederzeit wieder.

I bought this to hold six bikes and it does that. However, there were a few simple issues! If you are drilling into concrete then the package and fixings that arrive will be fine. I was drilling into old ‘cinder’ blocks that can crumble and deliver a larger hole than required. Also, the wall in the garage to which I was fixing the rack was not absolutely flat. For about a foot on the left hand side it was out by just a few degrees from totally straight. I was thinking that one of the six bikes would be my Dutch electric at about 24kg. This is still within the limit of one bike and the total limit of the six bike total. I did make an enquiry with ProBikeTools as to fixings and they did suggest a bigger bolt, but having decided not to include the Dutch bike I went ahead and installed as per instructions. The wall composition and lack of a flat wall did not work well and one bolt on the left ‘sprang’ and would not tighten up. I decided to make some large wooden blocks to fit over point where the bolts went from the rack to the wall. It was a rather neat job, if I say so myself, but instead of the four fixings to the wall that come with the package I ended up with EIGHTEEN and consequently feel that the six bikes, currently hanging from my rack are safe and secure. The six bikes include two carbon road bikes, two Bromptons and two aluminium hybrids. The rack is a beautiful design and with my additions to the wall fixings I am pretty delighted with it. The bikes are tidy, take up much less room than they did and are easy to remove and return to their hooks. The only downside I would mention is that there was a 20 reduction some weeks after I purchased mine via Black Friday!

The wall rack is made from high standards materials. It looks like the manufacturer was giving a really good thought on the hooks for keeping the bikes’ wheels intact.
I had the best buying experience. The seller was kind enough to send me a spare nut (I lost one) free of charge. Replied to my emails and sent a short installation clip for an easy step by step instructions.
Definitely will buy from this seller again!!
    Highly recommend!

I had the words ‘simple’ and ‘sturdy’ in mind when I decided to review this, and it turns out that those are the first two rating questions. This is well made, has clear installation instructions and fixings for different wall construction, and holds the bikes securely – a good buy and represents excellent value for money.

It gets the three bikes up off the floor and frees up access to cupboards that they were obscuring, but don’t underestimate that, self-evidently, they will stick out from the wall that they are hanging on by about 1 metre, and they are spaced out by the bike rack, so, for us, they probably occupy more volume than when they were interleaved down on the floor – but it’s in a much more convenient place for us, so works well.

It’s very well made and works for any size wheel/tyre. The main challenge is getting the height right. Too high and the wife/kids can’t lift the bikes up to it. Too low and the biggest bike touches the floor and won’t hang.

Well made but height is tricky

Still can’t make my mind up whether I am pleased or not with this purchase; it is well made although some of the plastic parts arrived broken.
3 bikes for me was too congested, I now only use it for 2 and hang the other one on a single separate hook, in fact 3 individual hooks would have probably been a better solution for me, so the bikes could be further apart, and it would have been a lot cheaper.
On the plus side everything is included to fasten to any type of wall, and it is a neat solution if space is limited, but at 60 it is too expensive for what it is.

Simple easy product that does the job.

The rack is study and has no problem holding up the bikes. Take into account if not mounting to a flush wall (ie: mine, not a finished garage) the wheels will sit inside the wall joist. So you may have to adjust the wheel placement a bit.

Only criticism …… The holes for the fastening bolts to pass through could be a little larger. Unless you are dead on straight it may hang on the edge and have to be put through more forcefully.

    Very nice simple bike rack.

I spent an afternoon installing the 3 bike version. Part of that was finding the studs and thinking about how high I need them mounted for my 29ers. I ended up measuring outside wheel to wheel and adding a couple inches.

This rack works wonderfully for our bikes, is not going to fall and looks smart.

Most of the afternoon I spent wondering what sheerness means. This is not a clear rack. It is not deviating from your course. I would ignore sheerness in Amazon’s keywords.

I bought this to hang three bike out of the way in my shed. Fixing a horizontal bar was going to be easier that three individual hooks. The materials are solid and not flimsy in any sense, and installation is reasonably easy (though you will need a bit of DIY skill). It looses a point on “ease of install” because my shed had non standard baton widths so I had to drill non standard holes in the metal bar (regular metal bit worked fine) (the expectations are explained clearly in the product description). I wonder if it would compromise the structural integrity for the makers to pre-drill some extra precautionary holes.

A stylish product that is well built, practical, and very easy to install. The installation instructions were clear and the template to help with drilling holes was very useful. I used the wall anchors to install into brick and they seem rock solid. My rack is currently holding four bikes and it’s very easy to lift them on and off. With six bikes, it’s not quite as easy, but for the floor space you save, I think it’s worth it. Very pleased.

While the price might seem steep, you won't be disappointed.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA very sturdy piece of kit. Easy to install if you have even a feint idea of what you’re doing. Use common sense and mark the holes using the rack itself. Launch the template. Also fit the hooks BEFORE fixing the bar to the wall. It is a nice, well designed and manufactured bike rack but horrifically overpriced for what it is. Hence the loss of stars.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThe rack arrived in good condition, with good instructions for mounting. In my case, the location I selected for mounting didn’t have studs spaced conveniently for the rack’s mounting holes, so I had to mount a piece of lumber first. From there it was easy to mount the rack. The rack location is in a corner of my rather tight garage. So I had to figure out how far from the side wall to place the rack and still have room to get a bike on, accounting for handle-bar width and hook placement. Some guidance on this might be helpful to your buyers.

Next, the red hook “covers” are super cheap plastic. I’m not sure they’re really needed, but probably more for aesthetic reasons. One broke on me: in the shipping package, two halves of one red cover were stuck together. The little insertion pin broke when I tried (very gently) to pull it apart for mounting. Oh well. Fortunately for me, Amazon sent TWO sets of hooks and mounting hardware! So I was able to pilfer one of the red clips from the spare set. BUT, seems a waste. I will never use the extra hooks and mounting hardware.

One of the reasons I bought this rack was I thought the design would allow me to simply roll a bike up to the rack, lift one wheel and then roll it right onto the hook, with one tire still on the ground. That is, I wouldn’t necessarily have to lift the entire weight of the bike for storing. For this rack, the directions are very specific about how high off the floor the rack should be mounted (70.9″). After following the directions (I’m a good little egg that way) and putting up the bikes for the first time, not ONE of my bikes touches the floor. That is, tires for all three bikes are at least two to four inches off the floor. I realize that bikes have varying wheelbases. So, before you mount this rack, you might want to think about how far off the floor you want the tires to rest, and account for different wheelbases. But as mounted at the prescribed 70.9″ off the floor, I still have to lift the entire weight of my “longest” bike up at some point. (I am 5’10” tall, and ride a size large 27.5″ mountain bike, so a fairly long wheelbase).

Buyers should also know that the prescribed distance between the hooks should be considered more of a suggestion. Depending on your bikes’ bar widths and how you hang them (opposing front/back/front), you can monkey with spacing of the hooks as well as spacing from a side wall.

Bottom line, the rack does what is says. I was able to mount three bikes (one townie, one mountain, one roadie). The rack is reasonably sexy for anyone who might care about these things (and let’s face it, if you’re willing to pony up this kinda dough for a bike rack, you care!) The cost is up there, but the rack should last forever; the only breakable parts are expendable/not necessary.

Ok, Amazon asks for a rating for “sheerness” – what does that mean? I’m having fun imagining, tho!

Excellent product. Time consuming to put up but very very stable and strong. Have 6 bikes currently hanging from it. Have saved so much floor space by hanging the bikes on the wall. It’s useful to slide the bike hangers on occasion but ultimately it’s a perk rather than a necessity. I’m not entirely convinced that cost justifies the functionality as simple hooks would probably fulfil the requirement in a more cost effective manner.

Strong and stable. Luxury solution to a simple problem.

Tried a number of different racks but this one is great. Really strong and sturdy. Have full suspension mtb with fat tires. Holds them no problem. For reviews that says doesn’t work on drywall that is true with just about any bike rack. Easy solution is install a board across that is screwed into studs. That way you can also put the rack exactly where you want it. Highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersBikes were interfering with the car, so I bought this to hang them out of the way. I got the kit advertised for six bikes because I didn’t want to have a tight fit for my three. The predrilled holes didn’t line up with the studs in my space, so I bought a $5 deck board at the hardware store, mounted that to the studs, and mounted the rack to the board. The rack is well made, went up without fuss, looks neat, and holds the bikes. It looks nice, too. The main part is extruded aluminum with a T channel that takes the steal hooks. The red bits are mostly ornamental, but help with the hook orientation. The end caps are plastic. To mount a bike, rock it back to vertical on its rear wheel; holding the bars, walk the bike up to the rack; block the seat with the upper thigh and lean back to bring the bike off the floor; step forward and engage the hook.

This is the best thing we did for our garage and am so bummed we didn’t purchase this bike rack sooner! Our bikes were taking over one complete side of the garage. They were always in the way and often fell over when we tried getting to things behind them. We finally decided to organize our garage this weekend and purchased this bike rack. It looks great and very sturdy. I was nervous about hanging 3 solid bikes….let alone my prize tri bike! My son and I installed it and was able to attach it to studs on the wall. Although our paper directions were missing from the box or maybe we tossed it by accident, we easily popped up the instructions on their website. Garage looks great and we can now park both cars in. Also, the bikes look great nicely hung. Great product, thank you!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI am impressed by the quality of this product. It feels high-end. It comes with excellent hardware – heavy duty wood screws and what appears to be a good concrete mounting solution (although I have wood/drywall so I didn’t use the concrete bolts).

I really appreciate the set screws that keep the hooks in place, and the plastic end caps & hook covers are a great final touch that gives it a kind of professional look.

The owner’s manual warned to mount it higher than 180 cm… I had hoped to put it lower so that my kids could get their bikes on and off, but … follow the manual. It really didn’t work for adult bikes to be hung lower than that – they have to be hung off the ground in order for gravity/rotation to hold them in place. So put it 180cm or higher!

If I had more bikes I would buy this again.

The quality and simplicity of this wall mounted bike rack is the perfect solution to my previous clutter of bikes in my garage. Prior to delivery of the bike rack, I received an email with PDF installations and a brief video overview of the assembly process. Installation was surprisingly easy. Within minutes my 4 bikes were securely hanging from the rack and my garage seemed twice as big without the bikes taking up all the space. I have 2 road bikes and 2 mountain bikes on the rack. I think it would have been difficult to get 6 bikes on the rack.

They say you get what you pay for well when you pay for this you get good quality and a bike rack that really lives up to what it’s designed to do.
Three full size bikes could be difficult unless you really puzzle them in there I have two adult bikes and one kid bike and it works just fine.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLike everything they sell…this is a great bike rack and i couldn’t be happier with it. I will admit that the kids really can’t get bikes up or down, so something to keep in mind depending on the age/size/strength of the user, but i don’t have any issues with it. I opted to separate the two 33″ sections instead of connecting them. Only difference between the 33 and 66 versions is they send two instead of one and include the connector bars if you choose to go that route.

worked perfectly for my small condo porch. saved a lot of space. easy to mount and unmount my 3 bikes. I just screwed it into a door header and put on the hooks. It took 10 minutes to install. I didn’t bother with putting on any of the plastic pieces that seemed to be only cosmetic. Very happy with my purchase. Exactly what I needed.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThe bike rack itself is excellent. Well designed, well made and I have no concerns about using it to hold all my best bikes. I would highly recommend the rack… BUT…

The instructions are crap – no one proof read them before printing. It tells you to mount the rack and then put the hooks on. You can’t, the wall bolts stop you from doing this. I think someone else posted this too. Put the hooks on first, then mount.
As for mounting, IGNORE THE TEMPLATE. I never normally use templates and use the actual thing i’m hanging to align the holes. For some reason (perhaps because I was following the instructions for once), I used the template, and that was 5mm out from the holes in the rack. Of course, I only found this out AFTER I had drilled the holes 🙁 Luckily I was able to manipulate the rack into the right position, but it could have been a MAJOR pain in the ass. Through the instructions and template away, use your common sense and you’ll have a great bike rack.

Great rack, let down by non proof read instructions and non checked template.

I bought the 6 bike rack and ended up installing the 2 sections with a gap between as it suited the shed setup.
Very easy to install – 4 screws for each rack if installing onto wood. I didn’t have the structural timbers spaced right (as it’s a rubbish old shed) but no problem as you can easily get fix a horizontal plank of wood to ensure you can fix the screws wherever you want.
Can mount bikes either way up. For some long wheel base bikes leave a tad over 190cm clearance from floor.
Dead simple and solid – made the shed much tidier and now kids can get bikes out and back in without my help shuffling things around.
    Highly recommended!

Flexible and convenient rack that takes all types of bikes

This bike rack is a very well and thought out sturdy design. The 6 bicycle system is a great design, because Pro Bike Tool provides two 3 bike sections. This gives the ability to hang 3 bikes at a lower level for those shorter riders. The lightweight metal braces make it extremely simple to install. Along with this, Pro Bike Tool supplies a template & YouTube videos make installation almost impossible to get wrong.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis simple rack & cleaned up & organised my garage.
It’s a great protection for the bikes & I have 5 of them that sit on a 6 rack. 4x adult & 1x kids bike
I think 6x adult on a 6 rack would struggle to fit. Tip-To make it easier when loading/ unloading switch the bikes around ie Bike 1 front wheel up, bike 2 back wheel up etc

Product was very easy to install with very clear instructions. It occupies very little space and the 3 bikes can hang against the wall in the most efficient way! Also was very impressed with the service provided by the seller as needed an extra bolt as one of the bolts while drilling a hole had found an empty space in the brick. I contacted the seller and they very quickly send me a new set of bolts! Perfect.

I purchased this wall rack to replace a cheaper one I had that would hold 5 bikes but the hooks would constantly so I was looking for a rack with good space between hooks and secure. This rack was perfect because the Hooks lock in place the rack is easy to install and looks great !! I ended up getting 2 Wall racks with 3 hooks so I can accommodate 6 bikes and have them spaced out this route ended up being the perfect match and looks great in my garage !!

Get the hooks in before fixing to the wall. You have to disassemble otherwise!!

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersI bought the 6 bike mount and it’s held up really well. It’s super strong as I have both a couple of old (and heavy) mountain bikes, my gravel bike and 2 road bikes hanging on it. Worst part was trying to find the studs as my apartment has metal studs backed by wood studs. Once I located the proper studs the mount went up extremely fast and extremely easy. I have a compact garage so with this mount I’ve been able to get my bikes off the ground, organized, and the car in the garage. If you have the space for a 6 mount, I’d recommend upgrading as it can also be used to hang pumps and other bike gear. I would highly recommend this product. Well worth the money.

Review for Bike Wall Rack – 3 or 6 Bikes Versions – Adjustable Indoor Bicycle Storage Mount for Garage or Home – Vertical Cycling Hanger – Secure Hook – Holder for Road or Mountain Bicycles.

A neat solution for hanging and storing up to three bikes vertically. Designed as a universal bike rack so will take most bikes. Overall very sturdy, practical and well priced space saving way of storing up to three bikes.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersReally pleased with the rack. After years of not being able to access the garage due to an array of bikes, they are now safely stacked on the wall. Easily accessible and safe.
I am no DIY expert and I took my time putting it up. All the instructions were clear with a template for where holes needed to be drilled and where the hooks should be placed.
Product is good quality and we have a couple of heavy old bikes plus road bikes and all are held very securely

Golden Review Award: 32 From Our UsersSo it’s a nice looking bike rack, and it works great. It’s very easy to install if you have standard wood studs at the standard 16″ spacing. The installation instructions make it seem much harder than it is – you just stick it on the wall and screw each end into a stud, and that’s it. See my pictures for how it looks…

I will say that getting full sized 10 speed bikes up onto the hanger is a bit hard (bikes are kind of heavy). Nothing an average man can’t do – but my wife can’t do it. Getting them down is easier. She can do that. Okay, she could probably get them hung up if she really worked hard at it, but you get the idea.

Bottom line is that it works great, but you’ll need a little strength ta actually use it.

(Well, I can’t find the button to attach pictures… weird)

    Works great!

This bike storage rack seems lightweight but strong . Really easy instructions.
It was super easy to install so you can do it yourself but easier if you have 2 to line it up tho.
Easily strong enough to hold three adult bikes.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersGot a 3 bike Version and was super easy to install. The holes to mount the bike rack was perfect to get on the studs at both the ends in the garage. The rack is really strong and there no issues getting the bikes in and out the rack. The quality is awesome and you don’t see the screws or unfinished ends. The rack was packed amazingly making sure there was no damage to it. Tried various ways to put 3 bikes and sharing the pictures. Surely flipping the middle bike worked the best.

Another great product from Pro Bike Tool. Way to go Chris!!

Great Quality / Super Easy to Install

Great vertical bike hanger that’s lightweight but seems well made, sturdy and robust. Easily installed in the garage and holds 2 of our adult bikes. Much better than our old floor rack as it frees up more space than I wold have believed. Happy with this.

Installation – it is generally easy to install. The instructions are clear and simply written. There aren’t too many parts and it does not take long to install. I would recommend doing it with someone else if possible as it does help when you are trying to get it lined up and straight.

Quality – I think this is really well made and strong. I only had two bikes to test on the rack but it supported them without any issues.

Appearance – I do like how discrete this rack is. I hate how ugly and cumbersome so many storage items are for ‘outdoor’ items. I know this might sound like a really petty thing to think about but I have a small home and want these things to blend in as much as possible!

This is a super easy rack to install – but it does require that you own a drill. (They all will if wall mounted tbh, but I thought i’d state the obvious!)

The main part of the rack was easy to put up and the hooks work really well on the rail system to allow for different sized bikes to be hung and stored.

I’m really happy with this and it is freeing up a lot of space in our storage outhouse.
