The first delivery I received had broken parts and couldn’t be assembled. I brought this to the attention of the seller who immediately supplied a replacements which I received within a few days. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise the product is easy to assemble, sturdy and well worth the money. I’d recommend it.

I bought this as a gift. The order process was simple. The company kept me updated and I could track delivery. Delivery was on time ( no mean feat in these lockdown times). It was well packaged and easy to assemble. It is a perfect bench and is more robust than expected. Very good value for money. The whole process was flawless from start to finish.

Really pleased with this. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and looks great. Has weathered well so far – we bought it in the summer and it’s now the end of November. Would definitely recommend.

A really good value bench. Arrived promptly and everything just as described for quality and easy assembly. Now standing pride of place in my garden, and being used often with the glorious weather we are having at the moment – but will be equally used in the autumn/winter as I like to sit outside in all weathers! Would highly recommend.

Exactly as described. Instructions could be slightly better and you need to be careful with the heads of the screws as the screws are a bit soft and can round off easily (stick with the Allen key provided and don’t use ball end Allen keys).

This looks an excellent bench for under 60 delivered. It took me a while to work out how to assemble it though because the parts are different to those shown on the diagram which comes with the bench. In the end I had to resort to trial and error which meant assembling it, finding I’d got it wrong and taking it apart again. This was hard work because one is screwing large screws into hardwood. They actually put three Allen keys in with the eight long screws and some of these keys were quite bent by the time I had finished. I was trying not to round off the ‘holes’ in the top of the screws but every slip did some damage and thankfully I will never need to unscrew these again because it will be almost impossible to do so.
To sum up, now it’s assembled it looks sturdy and attractive and I’m very glad I chose it.

Item arrived damaged but the sellar was quick to replace it. Put the bench together really easily, gave it a coat of teak oil as suggested and the bench is now outside in the garden. Looks great.

Ive looked for lots of benches in the past and none came upto the standard I was looking for and most seemed overpriced, I was delighted to see this one and Bought one, And we are thrilled with it, its a great hardwood bench that will give many years of use if looked after, the build quality is great and the price is very cheap considering its free delivery , It was delivered within a couple of days too all in all, excellent.

The bench arrived promptly and well packed. It looks very nice and was easy to put together. My husband treated it with teak oil and fitted rubber feet to help protect the legs from rotting due to moisture. All we need now is some warm weather so that we can take a cuppa outside and sit on our new bench.

My mum’s in a residential home, on the ground floor with a small personal patio just big enough for a two-seater. The bench arrived (with all extras!) quickly, and was easily assembled by the home’s oddjob man, who gave it an extra colourless protective coat. She can now sit comfortably outside. She has had a stroke which means exerting some force with a single arm in order to be able to rise, and this she can do with the BillyOh bench.

Items arrived in perfect condition 2 days after my order.Very easy to assemble no extra tools required took less than 15 minutes to un pack, .treat all joints with wood glue and assemble. Finally treated all with teak oil. Very satisfied with purchaseof 2 seats.

Instructions clear and concise, Really easy to put together though an extra pair of hands would have helped at one point.
