I have had a few scooters for my boys over the years. I really like this one, it’s sturdy, the broad brake on the rear wheel is easy to use and the lights on the wheels are great (especially for walks after dark). I prefer this one over Micro Scooter.

I was a bit hesitant ordering this scooter but i am very glad i did. Its a brilliant scooter, easy to fold and its not noisy as the wheels are rubbery. I would definitely recommend!
I like that the step is a little broader than others and was surprised to find the rear wheels also light up. So easy to assemble and fold away, much lighter than expected for carrying if needed. Also a decent size handle grip, nice a soft for younger hands.

My 8 year old daughter doesn’t like riding bikes but she absolutely loves her rainbow scooter. She whizzes about on it everywhere and it’s really helped with her balance, co-ordination and confidence. Now that we have dark nights the light up wheels are amazing. A really brilliant idea.
We ordered 1 in May this year and now again bought it. My little girl simply loves everything about this scooter.

We were looking for a suitable scooter for our autistic son as he is tall for his age and does not yet have enough balance for a 2 wheel scooter. We bought this 6 months ago, he takes it everywhere and have had no issues with it. I think he will use it for years to come as it is adjustable, sturdy and will grow with him. I bought this for my 8 year old that has problems with balance and coordination to use for the school run. She loves it. She rides very confidently on it. I have found that if you don’t fold it down all the time, the mechanism to do it can get a little stiff (like most things if not used I guess). One thing I don’t particularly like is that some of the nuts and bolts are not positioned for you to be able to check and tighten them. Good that they are not exposed, but would like to be able to tighten them periodically – no problem so far though.

Bought 2 of these for my granddaughters, could not be more pleased. Bought to replace similar scooters they had outgrown after nearly 2 years. The quality is excellent, very sturdy. The flashing coloured lights in the wheels were an added bonus that really pleased the girls. Very bright, even in daylight. If they get as much use out of these as the old ones, will be really pleased.

My daughter’s old scooter broke (I had a go and it wasn’t meant for me!) so I ordered her a replacement quick sharp. Her scooter turned up quickly, already put together and in the colour she wanted. It’s everything I expected, smoothly done. She LOVES the scooter and plays on it literally every day. it’s sturdy, well built and has lights that light up more the faster she goes. If I knew anyone looking for a scooter for a young person (probably up to age 10) I’d recommend this scooter in an instant.

It assembled really easily, and my LG can steer this super easy. She whizzed around from day 1 on it and her friends love the wheels.

This is the second scooter we have purchased from this company. They first one had a slight fault with the folding mechanism but the company could not be more willing to help. They said my son could continue to use it on his birthday and they would send out the replacement as a priority. It did not affect use of the scooter at all so this was a bonus. They are excellent quality and beautiful designs. My kids absolutely love them and after going through a few different scooters I believe this will be the one that will last!

I bought two if these for Xmas so I haven’t put them together yet so unable to comment. I did check them and they look great, wheels light up and they are quite heavy so this would suggest very sturdy.

The lights in the wheels, the pictures and designs on it, and that fact that it extends in height as she gets older and bigger. It’s brilliant. Kept in my car boot at all times in case she wants to use it, which is often, as we leave for anywhere on foot.

My son loves his scooter, especially the amazing colours and the flashing lights. Took a few goes to fold it as very stiff, and a bit tricky to adjust the height, but we got there in the end!
It’s very sturdy. I have brought two for nephews. One has severe Autism but is able to use this as it’s sturdy and doesn’t bend on the board like most other plastic scooters
Lights look great. Have had several Micro scooters before. Just as good as Micro with handling and sturdiness, but not as pricey. Better than other scooters as it folds and is available in a good size

Bought two of these for my 5&6 year olds for christmas to replace an old micro-scooter and an old I-scoot which have ‘done their time’. These are on a much heavier and sturdier base (not light plastic like old ones) and have a great folding release mechanism. Handle bars go up much higher so am happy they will last u til the kids are 8/9 which is great! They also have 2 rear wheels (also light up) and a wider sturdy brake plate. Very impressed, time will tell but certainly look built to last. Great value, don’t hesitate.

After reading so many good reviews I bought it. Scooter is great, sturdy, looks good, flashing lights on the wheels are cool. My daughter loved riding it. It should serve her for the years to come. It is an upgrade to replace her toddler scooter. It arrived assembled.

Another mum recommended this scooter to me when my son’s previous scooter broke. I bought one to try and immediately it was obvious the scooter is great. It has beautiful colours, it is strong, handle is foldable and my son is super excited about lights in the wheels. My second son immediately wanted the same. So, 3 days later I ordered a second scooter. It is more than a year down the line and the scooters are well used, well loved and nothing has broken or fell off over this time. The boys live their scooters.

Updated my review as the customer service has been brilliant. My scooter arrived with scuff marks (see pics) and as it was for my sons birthday, it was disappointing. Boldcube and Chloe got in touch to put this right and sent me a new deck for my son’s scooter which is perfect. I’d definitely recommend and plan to buy another one for my daughter too given their great service going above and beyond. My kids love the scooter and are constantly whizzing up and down the house in it every day..it drives me mad but they love it. Build quality is really good overall and well made, great design too.

Scooter is good overall but was quite a lot of sections of the platform missing paint. I know after some hours of usage that would probably happy but it’s not good to see that brand new. I had to take a star off for that.

I have three children and the stand out is the rainbow one but I don’t fancy the other colours or I’d be buying two more.
I think if they stuck to mixing bold colours and graphics that they’d be better. There is no blue mix one, no pink mix one, no yellow mix one… rainbow is the only box ticked.
I bought this for my Autistic son nearly 2 years ago, for his 5th birthday. However he didn’t have the ability until the second lockdown to use it. Once he started though he absolutely loved it. Unfortunately the other day a part in the handlebar folding mechanism bit broke. I contacted boldcube customer services just to ask what my options were for if it could be mended. What an amazing response. I chatted to Chloe who asked a few details and then gave me details to email them a photo of the problem, so that they could assist. A very swift response after emailing them the details to suggest the solution and also to send me the part free of charge. I can’t rave enough about what amazing customer service they give and how much this means! So 100000% use this company and their scooters! You will not be disappointed

Had this a few months now and it’s been a big hit. Smooth bearings means my 4 year old keeps up while on my commuter scooter. He’s taller than average and this scooter will grow with that additional height. The folding mechanism means this goes with us pretty much everywhere. Most important, he loves it.
This arrived yesterday for my 8 yr old for his birthday, totally blown away with how good it is. Very good quality the lights are amazing he is going to love it don’t hesitate to order it is worth every penny. It will also last him a good few years handle bars have a long way to go.
Brilliant sturdy scooter, beautifully decorated in multicolour. My daughter loves rainbow so this is perfect. We also love lights on the wheels. This is a step up from her toddler scooter which she loved and used until it fell apart. It looks like this one will last quite a few years.
I love it. It’s sturdy. The height can be chosen for the age/height of child. The graffiti design is awesome. The lights flash on the wheels when they go round. And you can fold the scooter for easy storage and drag it behind you instead of carrying it. The only thing my son doesn’t like is that you have to lean to each side to turn and it’s quite tricky but I’m sure with practice it will get easier.

Can’t praise this scooter and company enough. My boy has dsypraxia & autism. He learned to scoot on this scooter. He spent the whole summer out the front playing which is huge for his social skills. It had arrived with 1 screw missing & I was able to contact the supplier via WhatsApp to get immediate support. The screw/pin was immediately sent out. I love the colours. My son was getting a lot of attention from the other kids due to his “cool” scooter.

Which got my on the hunt for a cheaper alternative, but not lacking in quality of course (girls dad is safety mad). I came across lots of scooters which had the same claims of being amazing, good quality etc etc. I read lots of reviews, whilst also taking into account what i thought my daughter would like. I saw the bold cube scooter and that’s the one that stood out for me. Cant fault this scooter, it is sturdy for my daughter (who is well built for her age) but also folds which is great when we’re going out and about with our dog and other childs scooter, we even take it on holiday! We have had so many compliments on this scooter from other school mums and people out and about, all asking where we got it from. My daughter and all her friends especially love the lights in the wheels, that it such a nice lovely touch that adds abit of magic specialness to the scooter. My son has autism and prefers the 3 wheel scooters, as his balance isn’t the best, this one is the best we’ve had so far, it’s so easy to steer and sturdy and he’s completely safe on it. The handlebar is adjustable which is a bonus as a lot aren’t. I would highly recommend this scooter and boldcube are really helpful with any accessories etc you need.

Bought the scooter for my daughter’s birthday. She loves it and we go everywhere with it. It’s very practical as I can fold it, take it with me to pick her up at school and coming back with her, following me on the 3 km walk:) she loves the rainbow colours and the wheels lights. These scooters are amazing, I bought one for my 8 year old with asd and the balance issues that come along with this. It’s hard to find a product that helps his balance issue that is age appropriate. The cool graffiti patterned foot plate and light up wheels tick all the boxes. And I would actually say for my son at least using your product is improving his balance.
The scooter was so well received I had to buy a second one for my 6 year old….his original scooter did not have light up wheels so as you can imagine was not cool enough.
This is a brilliant product. My 6 year old has hardly put it down since getting it. Its strong and will last quite a while with the height adjustable handlebar. The lights in the wheels are really bright and I feel it is well priced. It was delivered before the anticipated date, well packaged and was very easy to assemble.
Only very minor point is that the folding mechanism is maybe a bit difficult for a younger child to use, needs a bit of strength/grip to pull the section up to fold but this is a very minor point and would not deter me from recommending.
I really like this scooter and was immediately impressed with how sturdy it felt when it arrived. I bought it for my son last Christmas when he was three and feel it will be with us for a good few years to come. Not only because of the sturdiness, but also as the the handle bar height is fully adjustable. Lowest level was perfect for my three year old and highest is the perfect height for me when he is feeling lazy, and I have to pull him up the hill.
Unfortunately a few weeks ago a screw fell out from underneath which has made it currently impossible to ride, but I had amazing customer service as soon as I entered the bold cube website via a ‘chat’ and am now awaiting the missing screw. I have high hopes that once the screw is in place my son will continue to enjoy riding his scooter. I will update this review if possible when the screw arrives.
The screw arrived a month or so ago and now the scooter is as good as before.
Really dissapointed with this product. Has hardly been used and the decoration is worn off on areas of the footplate.
Edited to add- Since reading this review the seller has contacted me and a resolution found. Could not have asked for a more helpful and quick responce. It’s just a shame there was no way through Amazon to contact the seller in the first instance.
very well made, super easy to assemble (came in two parts, safely packaged). The popular brand micro is a third more expensive but I don’t believe offers that in value. This is a great alternative if you don’t wish to pay for the brand name. in addition the LED flashing wheels come included as part of the design whereas the other brands charge extra for it. Overall can happily recommend this one.
Fantastic scooter for my son’s 5th Birthday present. He has enjoyed riding it daily. The first day he struggled with the steering as different from his previous scooter, but by day 2 he was a whizz! Great design, and perfect for him! We particularly love the flashing wheels at the back which we can’t wait to see working on a darker evening! (They do work in the daytime too, but I’m sure they will look way cooler in the dark!)

Got this six months ago for my 4 year old and it is one of the better products on the market. It is quite a solid unit as my son has put it to the test and the wheels run fairly effortlessly compared to the previous brand. When taking the Boldcube f I’m it’s packaging I noticed that the product had the feel of a premium product and it comes at an affordable price and the wheels lighting up is a nice touch.
Downsides is that after a while I noticed that it began to rattle due to some of the bold loosening up however this can be addressed if you have the correct Allan key fitting. I would also advise anyone purchasing to oil the wheel brackets especially the rear wheels as I felt they dragged.
Overall I would recommend this to thet users.
We are so pleased with his scooter. The quality is incredible. We have had a well known brand of scooter previous for double the price and I prefer this scooter.
Easy to fold, easy to adjust the height and a smooth ride. If your thinking about it then buy it! You won’t regret it!
5 months on……after purchasing the BOLDCUBE scooter for his 3rd birthday I can highly recommend this product. My Son rides it every day and absolutely loves it! To keep it simple this is why…..
– awesome bright and colourful design (interchangeable footplates available online)
– wheels light up when moving. Still working after going through numerous muddy puddles!
– folds up. I embarrassingly didnt know how this worked until a couple of months ago and googled it! #GAMECHANGER Its so easy to do and it literally goes everywhere with us now.
– sturdy and robust . Its maybe a little heavier than other scooters but this is a massive positive on the safety front. My son is learning tricks and the added weight prevents the scooter from toppling.
In summary….i would (and have) recommend 100% and would purchase this again.
The customer service has been fantastic and we received a little token gift after we’d purchased the scooter. A lovely surprise.
We will now be ordering accessories including a light and a strap ( to carry the scooter when not in use….but also so i can pull him along when his little legs get tired!!!)

Great scooter. Like the fact it’s adjustable so will last my daughter many years abs when she’s really tired on the school run I can extend the handle bar and pull her along
Love the fact that it folds up so can put it under the buggy on way back from school

We bought this for our son’s 3rd birthday. It is certainly a solid and robust scooter and we love the design with the light up wheels. However, it does feel to be on the large side for a 3 year old (he is of average height) and it is not the most manouverable – it’s turning circle is rather wide! However overall I see it lasting several years and hopefully as he gets older he will use it more.
Having bought this scooter last year and found it not to be sturdy enough, I raised the issue with the manufacturers. Bold cube’s customer service have been amazing in resolving my issue. They told me that they had made improvements to the scooter following feed back and sent my daughter the improved scooter free of charge. It is now much sturdier. She loves her new scooter. I would highly recommend it and the company.
Very pleased with this scooter. I bought this for my 7 year old son. (His old scooter was well worn and he needed a new one).
It was delivered within the said time and well packaged.
The scooter itself is sturdy and like how the handle bars can be raised as my son gets older.

Purchased this as a Christmas present for my 5yo daughter, once assembled I noticed one of the LED wheels was not lighting. Inside the box was a customer contact card – upon contacting them, I was quickly setup with a video call to show the issue, to see if it could be resolved over the phone. Unfortunately the wheel was faulty, however was advised I would receive a replacement within a couple of days and my child could use the scooter in the meantime. Being the xmas period I was a little skeptical about when it would arrive, however the replacement wheel arrived within 2 days alongside a free light accessory for the scooter. I was contacted again several days later to ensure all was working as expected, which it was. An example of great customer service!
The scooter itself is sturdy and great quality. My daughter loves it and I would certainly recommend due to the service received.
It feels VERY sturdy, it glides along smoothly, and was easy for him to learn to ride.
It might be a little on the heavy side as far as scooters go, but this is well worth it to me because it seems sturdy and well-made.

We’ve had the scooter for a little over 6 months now and are going to order an additional scooter for our other son.
After I purchased this schooner, few months later, they sent me free gift. I chose a schooner light.
I’ve never received a free gift from a company. Any future purchases will be done form this company. I cannot fault the scooter. My lil one and I love it.
Our 5 year old son is something of a maniac on scooters so we needed one he could test to it’s absolute limits. This has more than met our expectations and he takes it everywhere and at any opportunity. The construction is sturdy, but light enough for him to pull tricks. He gets a real kick out of the wheel lights and this will easily last a few more years yet. Highly recommend this scooter to anyone looking for a fun and stylish scooter for their kids.
