Love this watch! Super accurate. Long battery life (two weeks). All the functions I need to track my runs. Used Apple Watches in the past but this is way more accurate. Highly recommend.
Compared to the Apple watch as well as reviews I’ve read on other brands, the Coros blows them away as far as battery life. I can go days without re-charging and it will show less than half the charge used.
I don’t wear it when I sleep, so can’t speak to that function.
The Coros Pace 2 is the ONLY heart rate monitor watch I found that does vibrate when heart rate crosses a user settable minimum and maximum during workouts. And heart rate measurement seems very accurate.
The GPS track recording is excellent and it’s easy to download a .KML file to view on Google Earth, etc.
The Coros Pace 2 face is configurable both in normal use but even more configurable for workouts specific to each sport. And it’s easy to see in bright sunlight or at night.
The simple two button controls (one of which also scrolls menus) is by far the easiest to use of any smart watch I tried.
The silicone watchband is also the best of any watch I tried.
And finally, Coros technical support is excellent.
Great running smartwatch at this price point. Using this watch for a month now. Light weight and comfortable throughout the day! Battery lasts around 8-9 days with daily walk or run. Physical buttons are tactile and responsive. Only drawback I found is the app, which requires refinement, although it provided all functions. No dedicated Yoga activity, could have been great to add it to the list.
I used for long (70 mile) bike rides and running. Great for everyday use. Lasts up to 2 weeks on a single charge.
I recently switched to Coros, simple amazing on less weight and best battery
Very nice little gps watch, works perfectly for my 50KM trail running races.
Ottimo orologio e ottima app, eccellente rapporto qualit prezzo.
I can not say enough good things about this watch. I am training for a marathon and it has been EVERYTHING I needed. I like to wear my watch all day and night and I am impressed with how long the battery lasts. It is incredibly easy to sync up with the app and you get so much information!
Great battery life and way more accurate than my Apple Watch. I mostly use it for running and it’s great for that. It also supports other exercises but I would say is only ok at tracking those. For example when I recorded “weight lifting” it tried to count my reps and was off every set. So now if I record a gym workout I just used the “indoor cardio” or “HIT” options.
I got the watch yesterday, super excited to set it up and start my fitness journey with it. Overall the watch looks like it’s going to be great in helping me reach my goals. Only downside so far is the first night I slept with the watch I woke up to what I guess would be considered a rug burn? The fastener loop on the band rubbed my skin raw during the night. It’s probably a design error or something because other watches I’ve worn that have those loops on the band haven’t done that. I didn’t overly loosen or tighten the band. It’s fastened at an appropriate length. Hope it doesn’t happen every night I wear it! Don’t want to miss out on the sleep tracking.
I had this watch for about two weeks until it fell out of my bag at the beach and got lost 🙁 I wanted a watch that would track everything and get texts so I don’t have to rely on my phone at work. It was a good price point and I liked that it was not touch screen and liked the dial for navigating through the watch.
Al polso non si sente. Batteria infinita.
This watch tracks almost everything I want with the exception of hiking. It is logical when moving through the options. It is very light and the face is readable in sunlight. Love the long battery life and quick charge. Also has the best find a phone feature. Replaced a Fitbit Versa 2
Nice watch this watch for Athletics… Traithlon watch superb experience
For years I have been using an Apple Watch to track my workouts. As my mileage has increased I needed a watch with more battery life. When I got the pace 2 that’s all I wanted and it delivered. The watch making through a workout it not a concern any more. And there are a few things.
Let’s start with the buttons. They are great and solve the issue in wet conditions that my Apple Watch struggled with. Now I don’t have to wait till my fingers dry off to stop my swim workout.
The weight and profile, so light and thin I can almost forget it’s a gps watch.
Timer repeat, the timer on the watch has an option to repeat. This has changed how I stretch. I set the time I want each stretch and the watch will notify me when to go to the next one.
Watch band, love it. It works it’s a little stretchy so I don’t notice it while bending my wris
Super ligero.
I particularly like the wrist-based heart rate monitor, the first of its kind to provide really me consistent and accurate (as compared to my oximeter) results. I will never return to chest strap HR monitoring, as the current straps, while they may still be a bit more accurate than the wrist, do not last very long (12 to 18 months), require constant maintenance, and are very expensive to replace.
For me, the POD is maybe not strictly a necessity, but it provides a whole lot more usable information about my form and fitness than I’ve ever had before. I will never run without it again. Even if you consider the POD an unneeded luxury, the total price of Pace 2 and POD is still way below the competitors’ comparable cost.
If that’s not enough, COROS has the best support organization I’ve ever dealt with. Many do not address your issues in any useful way; some don’t reply at all; none (except COROS) will actually admit that something needs to be fixed. COROS has acknowledged that a) there is a problem with automatically exporting distance in metric units even when you’ve selected English and b) the reporting of power numbers needs to be improved.
By the way, if you’re considering wearing the POD in front instead of in back (in order make certain you don’t lose it), don’t do it. I asked COROS support about doing so. The COROS support guy did some experimenting on his own and also consulted the development team (have you ever gotten such help?). I also did some experiments and we all agree that your data will be completely messed up if you wear the POD in front.
Nothing is perfect. For example, I’d like to be able to export my POD data in .CSV format for easy insertion into my running spreadsheet. COROS doesn’t plan to do that, but they at least told me a way I can accomplish the same thing using .FIT format.
If you’re a world-class runner, you can probably find lots of fault with the Pace 2, particularly in the quality of those exotic power numbers. But if, like me, you’re just a person who loves to run and wants to be the best you can be, I think the Pace 2 might be just right for you.
It provides what I need for measuring different kinds of running workouts. Easy-to-use. Very light. Fairly accurate GPS (HR is less accurate, but ok for a watch). GPS connects fairly quickly. Overall great value for money.
I have never owned a Coros watch before this one. I wanted to try Coros because I’ve heard the battery life is stellar. After a month I can attest that the battery life is so superior to my previous Garmin watches. As a trail runner I need a watch that is accurate and can last while on mountain adventures and this watch does that and more. In addition to the fantastic battery life their customer service is the phenomenal. When contacting their support team I was not expecting to have someone in the US answer, offer not only solutions but kindness and empathy. After having Garmin watches for many many years their battery life and customer service had made me loyal and happy to support and buy Coros watches. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in years.
It’s super light weight
AS ACCURATE AS GARMIN
FEATURES ON PAR WITH GARMIN PREMIUM MODELS LIKE FORERUNNER SERIES
ever updating app and firmware
Excellent app interface
Sleep tracking is accurate now with the lates update
Cons
Step goals , stair climb goals can’t be set(which will be rectified in the upcoming updates I guess)
Heartrate takes time to reach the accurate level during workouts
Overall it’s an excellent buy if you are looking for excellent gos tracking and multisport options and to have features on par to forerunner series from Garmin
Go for it !
As the title states, it is great for general statistics but as for the version on IOs, it does not sync biometric data with apple health or other health apps

Con

Shipment fast, reliable, packing quite good. So all as expected there. However, although technical data is available this MACHINE will blow your mind. Precision, diversity, all possible range of data, some of which you wont be even considering to use will prove as a cutting edge to your training. So far tested product in all sorts of running, flat, hill, interval, tempo, fartlek, cadence… and all proved to be extremely precisely processed and presented in simple but quite powerful app. Also did tested swimming in different pool sizes, not ideal on heart rate as is well known since wrist HR monitor cant complete with chest, but! If you squeeze a bit tighter hand grip than usual it will be accurate enough which is simply put outrageous in good sense. It even covers quite nicely gym training and with all predefined sports like rowing, cycling, triathlon and many more is more than you ll probably ever need. Price, quality, technical data combined with precision, easy to use design, not to mention insane battery resistance even on gps mode (3 fast charges in a month), workouts as a plan spreadsheet can be used, metronome, mobile phone control, broadcast heart rate senzor, altitude, compass, temperature this is more than I could wish for. Did I mentioned it also monitors phases of sleep if you want? One word: machine! Probably best buy ever even if you are not pro/or are pro. Forget others, coros have did it. My heart is stolen forever, wont even consider other companies. So far never been so impressed and most likely never will. For sure will buy for son one as well for athletics workouts.
This watch is light weight, it looks nice to wear. Not some huge clunky or bulky watch. Able to change the face/dial to nice watch with minute-second hands etc so it is not “digital”. One thing that is odd and probably designed to keep from accidently opening the training/tracking functions is the button you have to spin to unlock the functions. But getting used to that too. Does all kinds of stuff I will never do like planning etc. but it is there to use for a real exercise obsessive type person. GPS is accurate and syncs really easy to the app. Usually run 3-5 times per week and ride twice 2-4 hours and does all that with tracking on and no need to recharge.
Most reviews on this watch mention the long battery life. It is not an understatement. It feels like I’ve lost the charger each time it is needed since it is so infrequent. The watch lasts 2 weeks when used for workouts and daily metrics on one charge.
The GPS is faster than a previous Garmin to connect, the wrist HR is usually what I wait for to begin a workout. As with any new brand it takes a while to get used to the app and metrics. Worthy attributes include average pool swim lengths to set to, too many watch face options to count, limited workouts/training plans provided, and running metrics.
Very happy with this purchase.
I was upgrading from a TomTom running watch which I liked mainly for its large watch face with a font that I could see without the aid of reading eye glasses, which I need for all small print nowadays. The Coros Pace 2 is such an upgrade! I was mostly worried about the screen but I have no problem reading the digits as I am running. Each screen can be set to contain a variety of data (speed, calories, elevation, etc.). These screens are customizable and I merely set my screens to show one big. Data point per screen. The 42mm screen face is plenty large enough. I have also appreciated the incredibly long battery life. I am used to recharging a running watch after every run with no data collection (steps, heart rate, etc.) in between runs but so far I have worn my watch for 5 days with a long run (an hour+ ) each day and my battery is only down to 52 %! My data pairs well with the Free Coros app on my iPhone so I can view my data such as map and charts on a larger screen. Overall the Coros Pace 2 has been a pleasant surprise.
I LOVE this watch compared to the other watches I have had. I’ve had the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, and numerous Garmins and this by far is my favorite. Mainly because of the battery life.
The Samsung was nice because it was more interactive and there were more apps that could sync to the watch, however, I rarely used it for anything but to run.
The Garmins I have owned never felt easily functional to me for some reason. And I wanted a watch with a extremely long battery life (I’m an ultra runner)
The Coros Pace is sooo lightweight. It does sync with your main apps (fb, Instagram, emails) and you get text and phone call notifications. You can’t reply through the watch, but I never used that feature anyways when I did have it available.
But the battery life is phenomenal.
I charged it full before my 100k and it lasted the entire time. After 17 hours, it was still close to 60% life. That’s using GPS and the running function the whole time. I have an 100 miler this fall and I’m very hopeful it will last the entire time.
The place I feel this watch falls short is the app.
Sometimes there is trouble syncing the watch to the app to get all the details of your workout and you have to “re-pair” the watch to your phone. Or delete and re-download the app. It doesn’t delete your data (thankfully) but it can be a hassle.
I switched over from a Garmin. And I love this new watch. Captures everything and a no frills usability and a decent app. Always reliable. Made for sports people and does enough alerting for calls, messages, meetings. Setting up my workout and training plans was super easy and it has already helped me uplift my fitness levels. Love the watch faces – trendy and functional. Only thing if i were to recommend would be to ask for rope skipping as a workout option – most miss it and coros pace 2 missed it too. :).
This is a great sports watch and equal to the “G” manufactured watches but it is much less expensive.
Battery life is very good. Features are more than enough for the sports minded person.
Reason for only 4 stars is there is not a manual supplied with the watch.
There is not a PDF manual from the manufacturer online to learn how to use the features.
To know how to use the features of the watch you have to search online for postings or learn the hard way to operate the watch.
Ok so I did research for a fitness watch that for me is: waterproof, has GPS, can detect when I run, go out on a bike, swim, and which can also track sleep, weight training, etc.
This is a very good deal for that, it has all those functions, I get alerted when there are incoming storms, it has a compass, GPS, battery life is awesome! (around4-6 days under regular workout activities and default hart rate sensor settings). I can track my weight training per muscle group, can see my GPS track when biking or running, and can also track when I am running indoors.
Weight is nimble, I forget I have it on, Step counter is convenient, love the nylon band, the looks, etc. It is a very good product overall.
There is one itsy tiny problem I have with it that has almost become a deal breaker: Whenever I start running on the treadmill the heart rate detector takes like 10 minutes to properly sense my current pulse. So for the first 10 minutes or so my hart rate is 80bpm for the watch, when in reality is around 130 or even 140bpm (externally checked). So that is my only caveat. When it gets the correct bpm accuracy is very good, but the delay is what bothers me.
The Coros Pace 2 has incredible battery life. Depending in how much you exercise (and use the GPS) you should get 2-3 weeks between recharges.
These days all watches are easy to set up (scan a QR code) and the Coros Pace 2 is no different. I believe I was done in a matter of minutes.
The GPS accuracy is pretty good, though distance ridden according to the watch is slightly different than my Wahoo ELEMNT (a few hundred meters on 60-80km rides). In my opinion, the differences are small and nothing to worry about.
The watch tracks reps at the gym and uses the data to create a body exercise heat map. The rep tracking isn’t perfect (it is close) but for me that is not an issue. What I do appreciate is the rest timer between reps so I don’t waste time at the gym.
The screen isn’t as pretty or as bright as an Apple Watch but it is plenty bright for daily use. If you have used an Apple Watch you will notice the difference though. The Coros Pace 2 screen is sufficient and I suspect is what helps give the watch its amazing battery life.
Overall I have no regrets. The watch has been perfect for all my sports use cases. And after my Garmin failure/nightmare I am happy I found a great value sports watch.
Bought as a replacement for a failed Garmin. Battery life is superb and just amazing value all round. Absolutely no complaints after nearly two weeks of use and does everything I need.

I’ve gone from an apple watch to this. Great for sports and day to day life. Misses out all the useless fluff. I originally bought for the multisport triathlon feature which works wonders, however gives rate and splits for rowing so no need any more for a 90/100 stroke coach on top. I couldn’t recommend more. Apple watch id have to charge every day, this one I charge I think like once a week or something, its so irregularly i forget.
Perfect sports watch
Simply the best thing for my running and cycling, I am so glad I bought this and it has revolutionised my fitness and weight loss. Couple it with Strava seemlessly for the best motivation you’ll get.
I tried many watched trying to get a reliable one tried apple which was great except for the lousy battery . This one is fantastic one charge can last you days . Good heart monitoring function and campus . Good training syncs . In the beginning you may feel it’s complex but after a week or so you get very comfortable. The fact that it’s water resistant . I have swam and showered with it with no problem. Definitely would recommend
This watch is amazing, does it all. Great value for money. Only downside is the Velcro strap keeps coming loose, especially when swimming quickly.
Pros of the watch itself:
1. It is very light and convenient for wearing, even during sleep.
2. It has an amazing battery life. I used it for 12 whole days between charges, wearing it all day long, with ~40 minutes of daily aerobic activity, which was mostly indoors (very little GPS usage) – and even then, it still had 10% battery when I started charging it. At 10% it starts asking to be charged.
3. It has a great always-on display, which is very clear even under direct sun.
4. It has very good GPS.
5. It connects very easily and reliably with many bluetooth devices, and due to its amazing battery life, you don’t have to worry about this bluetooth connection taking too much battery (compared to my previous sports watch – Xiaomi Stratos).
6. This is a matter of personal taste, but I love the crown button interface. Works great!
7. The configuration of the various workout data screens is awesome! You can configure multiple screens for each workout type, which you can scroll between using the digital crown button, and up to 6 data pieces on each screen.
Pros of Coros support / app / website:
1. Coros support is great! They frequently provide updates of the Android app and the online training hub with bug fixes and new features, and also firmware upgrades with bug fixes and added features.
I sent the Coros support team a number of bugs and requests, and they were all fulfilled so far; whatever is not related directly to the watch (app / online site) was usually fixed within a few days, and what’s related to the watch itself was included in one of the firmware upgrades that followed. One very good example of that was sleep tracking, which originally appeared in my “Cons” list (because it didn’t work for me well), and now works great so I removed it from that list.
2. The online training hub is great. It didn’t exist yet when I bought the watch a little over a year ago, and went live later on for free. It provides a convenient way to create / update training plans, see your entire training history and statistics.
3. The EvoLab metrics is great, and provides some derived statistics about the efficiency of the training and the readiness to easy/hard training.
Cons of the watch itself:
1. The built-in heart rate sensor is only good for activities where the heart rate does not change rapidly. If the heart rate changes rapidly, it may take some time for the watch to catch up on the change – so it is not reliable for HIIT training, for example.
The up side is – I can make the watch use the chest strap and then it will report correct heart rate, and as a result also the other reported data (such as calorie count and training load) will also be more accurate.
2. The barometric altimeter is very nice, but it’s not accurate, so I often get about 25% difference between the elevation gain shown on the watch vs. what I see in topographic maps. Similar effect with “floors climbed”.
3. Sports selection and configuration: This is somewhat limited. For example, there’s “bike” but no difference between road cycling / mountain biking, there’s no “elliptical” (for which I need to use the generic “gym cardio” sport). There’s “indoor run”, which allows me to select the speed of the treadmill, but this is limited to speeds 3-20 km/h with 0.5 km/h steps between them. My treadmill can only jump every 0.2 km/h, for example I can use 11.4 or 11.6 km/h, but this speed cannot be selected by the watch – only 11 / 11.5 / 12.
4. Using the automatic gesture backlight or GPS activity affects the battery life considerably. When using more of these, I have to charge the watch after about 1 week (compared to 12 days without using much the backlight or GPS activity). Even 1 week is awesome, but it shows the toll on the battery life.
5. The heart rate display itself during an activity is not color coded (according to the current zone); you can configure the watch to show half a circle with colors according to heart rate zones, with an arrow pointer that shows you where your heart rate is within that circle, but this only works if you display up to 4 data pieces on the workout screen. If you display 6 data pieces, you don’t have this circle and no indication of the heart rate range.
Cons of the app / website:
1. The app shows most of the details from the watch (some things, like “floor climbed” are only available on the watch itself), but it does not provide much feedback about how to improve.
2. Coros EvoLab: This provides a lot of important details about the training, but to get started, it requires one week of running outside for about 5 km each run. I wasn’t used to running at all, I was mostly into mountain biking, so this was difficult, but there is no way to activate the EvoLab metrics without the required outdoor running. * Strangely, I wanted very much to get EvoLab activated for me, so I did those few initial runs, got it activated, and since then this became my primary sports instead of biking 🙂
Quite literally the best watch I’ve ever had. Great battery life, slim, light, functional (noting it is not touchscreen, but I actually prefer it not to have one!), tracks sport, alarms, timer, stopwatch, responsive.
Lightweight sleek design
Very long battery life
Feels high quality
Lots of customization
Supports external sensors
Cons-
Screen is alittle reflective
Backlight activation is intermittent
Expensive
Pluses (not the complete list)
– price
– very light weight
– nylon band fits really well
– HR accuracy is superb, within 1 bpm compared to chest strap
– long batter life
– easy to use interface
– ANT+ support
– offers more or less all the features needed for spots training
Misses
– Numerous minor inconveniences. Platform is not as mature as Garmin or Polar
– Lack of website/web interface. Mobile app is good but you would still miss the option of viewing the data on your computer
– App lacks features such as creating training plans with, for example, indoor cycling
– App overestimates calories burned (had the same problem with Fitbit too)
They removed the cross country ski mode because it doesn’t have a metal case. Strange, anyway you can use cycling mode and then change the sport to cross country skiing in Strava afterwards.
Contains all the features you need for sports and firmware is constantly being updated.
wery well priced, far ahead the competition, cool running power functions
